Abstract

This research analyzes the influence of consumer behavior and product quality on purchasing decisions at Maximart Yanglim Medan. Maximart Yanglim is a retail company that provides daily necessities products, especially food and other necessities. Product quality is an important factor in influencing consumer purchasing decisions. This study identifies the stages of consumer purchasing decisions, starting from recognizing needs, searching for information, evaluating alternatives, to purchasing decisions and post-purchase behavior. Apart from that, factors such as other people's attitudes and situational factors also influence purchasing decisions.

Abstract

It is used as a practical liaison tool as a communication tool between business people and clients in the realm of online media companies or online trading. Shopee is a mobile application for buying and selling goods online. Several e-commerce sites, particularly Peachcosmetics, have recently benefited from the explosion in popularity and widespread adoption of Shopee accounts. Peachcosmetics uses a Shopee account as one of its marketing sources. Peachcosmetics sells cosmetics that are imported directly from China and sold through PT. JennyCosmetics. In this study, researchers studied the marketing communication strategies used on Peachcosmetics Shopee accounts. In this study the researchers used in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation as part of their qualitative case study methodology. The marketing mix is ​​one type of marketing approach that can help in the promotion of Peachcosmetics cosmetic goods. Product, Price, Promotion, Place, People, Physical Evidence, Process, Payment, Packaging. This strategy has been carried out by Peachcosmetics as a strategy to market its products. The strategy is effective, this is evident from the increase in Peachcosmetics sales when. Marketing communication strategies are not only how to market but also how services are provided responsive service for consumers is very important. Penggunaan sosial media dimanfaatkan sebagai alat penghubung praktis sebagai alat komunikasi antara pelaku bisnis dan klien di ranah perusahaan media online atau perdagangan online. Shopee adalah aplikasi seluler untuk membeli dan menjual barang secara online. Beberapa situs e-commerce, khususnya Peachcosmetics, baru-baru ini mendapatkan keuntungan dari ledakan popularitas dan adopsi akun Shopee secara luas. Peachcosmetics menggunakan akun Shopee sebagai salah satu sumber pemasarannya. Peachcosmetics menjual kosmetik yang di import langsung dari China dan di perjualkan melalui melalui PT. JennyCosmetics. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti mempelajari strategi komunikasi pemasaran yang digunakan pada akun Peachcosmetics Shopee. Dalam studi ini peneliti menggunakan wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipan, dan dokumentasi sebagai bagian dari metodologi studi kasus kualitatif mereka. Bauran pemasaran adalah salah satu jenis pendekatan pemasaran yang dapat membantu dalam promosi barang kosmetik Peachcosmetics. Product, Price, Promotion, Place, People, Physical Evident, Process, Payment, Packaging. Hasil dari penelitian ini menjelaskan 9P dari bauran pemasaran yaitu, Product, Price, Promotion, Place, People, Physical Evident, Process, Payment, Packaging. Hal tersebut dilakukan oleh Peachcosmetics sebagai strategi untuk memasarkan produknya. Strategi komunikasi Peachcosmetics tidak hanya bagaimana cara memasarkan tetapi juga bagaimana pelayanan yang diberikan pelayanan yang responsif bagi konsumen sangat penting.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPada sebuah perusahan frozen food di Surabaya, terdapat divisi Filleting, dimana operator bekerja selama 8 jam sehari untuk proses fillet ikan beku. Banyak keluhan terkait kesehatan yang dirasakan oleh para operator tersebut. Keluhan-keluhan tersebut kemudian dibuatkan tabel NBM dan diketahui beberapa frekuensi yang tinggi adalah pada leher atas, leher bawah, bahu, punggung, dan betis. Hal ini dikarenakan fasilitas kerja yang berupa konveyor yang digunakan pada proses fillet ikan beku tidak ergonomis. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, maka dibuatlah rancangan perbaikan konveyor dengan menggunakan data Anthropometri operator divisi filleting. Dimensi tubuh yang digunakan adalah tinggi bahu untuk tinggi rak konveyor dengan memakai persentil 50%, dimensi tinggi siku operator untuk menentukan tinggi meja konveyor dengan memakai persentil 5% sampai 95%, dimensi panjang lengan bawah operator untuk menentukan lebar meja konveyor dengan memakai persentil 5%, dimensi panjang rentangan tangan ke samping operator untuk menentukan panjang meja konveyor dengan memakai persentil 95%, dan dimensi panjang tinggi genggaman tangan keatas berdiri operator untuk menentukan tinggi rangka konveyor dengan memakai persentil 95%. Dan rancangan perbaikan konveyor yang dibuat dengan AutoCad kemudian disimulasikan dengan menggunakan software JACK untuk mengetahui efektifitasnya. Dan terbukti ketika simulasi dijalankan, indikator yang ada berwarna kuning yang artinya adalah kegiatan ini memiliki dampak yang cukup signifikan pada tubuh pekerja, terutama terkait dengan postur tubuh yang dianggap kurang nyaman. ABSTRACTAt a frozen food company in Surabaya, there is a Filleting division, where operators work 8 hours a day to process frozen fish fillets. There are many health complaints made by these operators. These complaints were then made into an NBM table and it was discovered that some of the high frequencies were in the upper neck, lower neck, shoulders, back and calves. This is because conveyor as the work facilities that used in the frozen fish fillet process are not ergonomic. To solved this problem, a conveyor repair plan was created using anthropometric data from filleting division operators. The body dimensions used are shoulder height for the height of the conveyor rack using the 50% percentile, the operator's elbow height dimension to determine the height of the conveyor table using the 5% to 95% percentile, the operator's forearm length dimension to determine the width of the conveyor table using the 5% percentile. , the long dimension of the operator's arm stretch to the side to determine the length of the conveyor table using the 95% percentile, and the long dimension of the height of the hand grip to the operator's stand to determine the height of the frame conveyor using the 95% percentile. And the conveyor repair design made in AutoCad is then simulated by using JACK software to determine its effectiveness. And it was proven that when the simulation was run, the indicator was yellow, which means that this activity has a quite significant impact on the worker's body, especially related to body postures that are considered uncomfortable.

Abstract

The Westin Resort Nusa Dua Bali is a convention hotel managed by Marriott International under the premium brand category, featuring the renowned Bali International Convention Center (BICC). This study investigates the influence of Brand Image and Brand Awareness variables on the Decision to Hold MICE Activities at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua Bali. The research employs a quantitative method, utilizing primary and secondary data sources, conducting validity tests, descriptive statistical mean tests, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing through T-tests, F-tests, and coefficient of determination tests processed using SPSS software. The sample consists of 77 respondents who have held MICE activities at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua Bali during the Q1-Q2 period of 2023. The results reveal that the overall mean value of variable X1 (Brand Image) is 4.43, variable X2 (Brand Awareness) is 4.48, and the overall mean value of variable Y (Decision to Hold MICE Activities) is 4.46. The Ttest and Ftest results show significance values <0.05, with Tvalue > Ttable and Fvalue > Ftable indicating that brand image and awareness variables have partial and simultaneous effects on the Decision to Hold MICE Activities. The Coefficient of Determination (R2) test yields an adjusted R2 value of 0.300, suggesting that 30% of the variability in variable Y can be explained by variables X1 and X2.

Abstract

SMA Swasta Methodist Tanjung Morawa adalah salah satu sekolah swasta di bawah naungan Yayasan Methodist Kasih Imanuel Indonesia, yang berdiri sejak tahun 2008. SMA Swasta Methodist Tanjung Morawa memiliki ketertarikan terhadap teknologi robot yang merupakan teknologi yang saat ini sedang banyak-banyaknya diterapkan diberbagai sector. Salah satu bekal yang dapat dipersiapkan untuk para murid adalah pemahaman dalam menggunakan Bahasa pemrograman, sehingga para siswa nantinya dapat membangun sendiri berbagai instruksi dalam membuat robot atau bahkan sekedar program sederhana. Untuk mendukung keinginan tersebut, Fakultas Informatika Universitas Mikroskil menawarkan kegiatan berupa pelatihan pengenalan salah satu Bahasa pemrograman yaitu python. Kegiatan pelatihan ini berlangsung selama 1 hari dan dilaksanakan di laboratorium komputer Universitas Mikroskil. Selama kegiatan pelatihan ini para siswa akan mendengarkan pemaparan materi, mengerjakan latihan-latihan sederhana dan quiz pada akhir pelatihan sebagai evaluasi untuk menilai sejauh mana pemahaman siswa tentang bahasa pemrograman setelah pelatihan.

Abstract

Teknologi blockchain, dengan karakteristiknya yang desentralisasi, transparan, dan tahan tamper, menawarkan solusi inovatif untuk mengatasi tantangan dalam sistem pembayaran tradisional. Dengan mekanisme konsensus seperti Proof of Work (PoW) dan Proof of Stake (PoS), blockchain dapat menjamin integritas data dan mencegah pengeluaran ganda. Keamanan transaksi terjaga melalui penggunaan kriptografi canggih, yang juga melindungi identitas pengguna. Meski demikian, implementasi blockchain menghadapi tantangan signifikan, termasuk skalabilitas, konsumsi energi, serta kompleksitas regulasi. Studi ini menganalisis pengaruh blockchain terhadap keamanan dan privasi dalam sistem pembayaran berbasis kriptografi, termasuk evaluasi teknik seperti Zero-Knowledge Proofs dan enkripsi homomorfik. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif berbasis analisis literatur dan studi kasus, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi aplikasi blockchain dalam berbagai sektor pembayaran, seperti pembayaran lintas batas dan micropayments, serta dampaknya terhadap peran lembaga keuangan. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa blockchain berpotensi meningkatkan efisiensi dan keamanan transaksi, meskipun isu regulasi dan privasi masih menjadi kendala utama untuk adopsi lebih luas.

Abstract

Street lighting is an essential facility that ensures the comfort and safety of road users at night. PJU can utilize resources from PLN electricity, solar energy, or a combination of both (hybrid). Solar-Powered Street Lighting fully utilizes solar energy (off-grid) or partially (hybrid) for its energy needs. However, the efficiency of solar panels tends to decrease during operational periods due to negative temperature coefficients, mechanical loads, and weather conditions. Additionally, the lithium-ion batteries used in PJUTS degrade over time. Therefore, a monitoring system is needed to measure the performance of PJUTS, ensure timely maintenance for solar panels and batteries, and maintain the performance of the Solar Charge Controller during the battery charging and discharging cycles. The INA219 sensor is used to simultaneously read current and voltage. Data from this sensor (current and voltage of the solar panels, battery during charging, and battery during discharging) is sent to a web server via WiFi using the ESP32 microcontroller with the HTTP GET method. The data received by the web server is stored in a MySQL database. A web page then displays the real-time PJUTS data retrieved from the database, processed into graphs and tables that can be accessed based on specific dates. Testing shows that the INA219 sensor has a small deviation compared to the Fluke multimeter, with an average voltage deviation of 0.046V and an average current deviation of 0.93 mA Abstrak Penerangan jalan umum merupakan fasilitas penting yang memastikan kenyamanan dan keselamatan pengguna jalan pada malam hari. PJU dapat menggunakan sumber daya dari listrik PLN, energi matahari, atau kombinasi keduanya (hybrid). Penerangan Jalan Umum Tenaga Surya sepenuhnya memanfaatkan energi matahari (off-grid) atau sebagian (hybrid) untuk kebutuhan energinya. Namun, efisiensi panel surya cenderung menurun selama masa operasional akibat koefisien suhu negatif, beban mekanis, dan kondisi cuaca. Selain itu, baterai lithium-ion yang digunakan dalam PJUTS mengalami degradasi seiring waktu. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sistem pemantauan untuk mengukur kinerja PJUTS, memastikan perawatan tepat waktu untuk panel surya dan baterai, serta menjaga kinerja Solar Charge Controller dalam siklus pengisian dan pemakaian baterai. Sensor INA219 digunakan untuk membaca arus dan tegangan secara bersamaan. Data dari sensor ini (arus dan tegangan panel surya, baterai saat pengisian, dan baterai saat pemakaian) dikirim ke server web melalui WiFi menggunakan mikrokontroler ESP32 dengan protokol HTTP metode GET. Data yang diterima server web disimpan dalam basis data MySQL. Halaman web kemudian menampilkan data real-time PJUTS yang diambil dari basis data, diolah menjadi grafik dan tabel yang dapat diakses berdasarkan tanggal tertentu. Pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sensor INA219 memiliki deviasi kecil terhadap multimeter Fluke, dengan rata-rata deviasi tegangan sebesar 0,046V dan rata-rata deviasi arus sebesar 0,93 mA

Abstract

Industri skincare di Indonesia mengalami pertumbuhan pesat seiring dengan meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat akan perawatan kulit. Namun, dinamika ini juga diiringi oleh praktik bisnis yang tidak etis, termasuk overclaim kandungan produk, repackaging untuk menciptakan ilusi eksklusivitas, serta ketidakpatuhan terhadap regulasi Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan (BPOM). Studi ini menganalisis kasus Skincare Athena yang melibatkan overclaim pada produk White Tomato dan DNA Salmon, serta praktik repackaging yang mengakibatkan lonjakan harga tanpa justifikasi substansial. Dengan menggunakan metode studi pustaka, penelitian ini mengkaji pelanggaran etika bisnis dan profesi dalam promosi serta distribusi produk skincare oleh seorang dokter influencer. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan gelar medis untuk meningkatkan kredibilitas produk bertentangan dengan Kode Etik Kedokteran Indonesia dan Undang-Undang Perlindungan Konsumen. Selain itu, ketidaksesuaian izin edar produk dengan regulasi BPOM mencerminkan kelemahan dalam pengawasan industri kosmetik. Studi ini menegaskan urgensi penegakan regulasi yang lebih ketat serta peningkatan literasi konsumen agar lebih kritis terhadap strategi pemasaran yang manipulatif dalam industri skincare.

Abstract

Along with the development of the times, companies are now more and more found in the community. With the increasing number of these companies, the company's competitors will also increase. If the company does not manage the company's management properly, then the company's goals will be difficult to achieve. By conducting research at PT Olsera Pratama Indonesia, the research aims to reveal the effect of motivation, bonuses and training on employee productivity in the company. This study uses primary data in proving the hypothesis. Data was collected by filling out questionnaires and interviews conducted at the Human Resource department of PT Olsera Pratama Indonesia. The prepared questionnaire was distributed to 137 respondents. Data processing and data testing were carried out using the SPSS version 25 application. Data analysis consisted of validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests and influence tests. The classical assumption test itself consists of normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test, while the influence test consists of multiple linear regression test and coefficient of determination test. From the results of the study it was proven that employee motivation, bonuses and training had a significant positive effect on employee work productivity, either partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

An electronic lamp is a lighting source for both inside and outside the house. One of the key components to carrying out daily tasks is the extensive use of lighting. Lights can be used for more than just illumination; they can also be utilized for décor, as a sign that the owner is at home, and to increase security. The Internet of Things (IoT), which is defined as a system of networks that may be connected to a machine or other object that serves as a receiver or sends data using a network connection, is essential for enabling the light control system and is the key to success in remote light control. The Internet of Things is another technology that necessitates a process and the cooperation of supporting hardware. Researchers will create a tool for controlling lights using Whatsapp as the media controller, NodeMCU as a support tool, Wifi as the internet network, and the Arduino IDE application as the controller in this study. As technology advances, so do the demands for lighting control, particularly in terms of energy savings and ease of monitoring. Based on this context, this study will employ Whatsapp as the media controller, as there is still very little light control found in Whatsapp, despite the fact that almost everyone, particularly in Indonesia, uses Whatsapp as a chat application. It is intended that the model device created by this researcher will be used to monitor lights as well as save electricity when the lights are not in use. This lamp controller is built with NodeMCU V3 CH340 and Relays that are linked together with Jumper Cables and other supporting components. This tool is created as part of an effort to advance technology and provide comfort and convenience in controlling lights. Based on the results of testing the designed equipment, the system built on the tool is capable and successful in controlling lights via Whatsapp by typing commands set in the Arduino IDE. The presence of a light control feature via Whatsapp will be a new breakthrough that anyone can use to save electricity and make it easier for lamp users to control lights remotely.
