Abstract

The low quality of teachers in Indonesia is still a concern of the government, educators are expected to develop their skills so that later they can more quickly adapt to changes in teaching and learning activities and can develop competencies related to education or pedagogic competence. This study aims to conduct a study related to the role of mobilizing teachers in improving the quality of teacher performance at SDN 1 Mulyoharjo. The approach used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach, the data in this study was obtained by a series of interviews with resource persons, observation, and documentation. The research was conducted at SDN 1 Mulyoharjo. The results of data analysis show that mobilizing teachers play an important role in improving teacher performance and learning quality. By encouraging teachers to collaborate and learn from each other, mobilizing teachers can help change the way teachers think and build their confidence.

Abstract

The Merdeka Learning Curriculum is a policy of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology which aims to optimize the existing curriculum. The purpose of this study is to analyze the readiness of 4th grade teachers in SDN 3 Troso in implementing the Free Learning Curriculum. The research method is a case study involving two teachers and school principals in the elementary school implementing the Merdeka Learning Curriculum. This study was collected based on interviews, observations, and documentation. Then analyzed through data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the teacher's readiness in the application of the independent curriculum seen from the results of the interviews in accordance with the 6 indccariat shows that the teacher is still not ready in implementing an independent curriculum. Still lacking understanding regarding the structure of the independent curriculum and still needs training related to the preparation of the teaching module and learning assessment at Kurkulum Merdeka. The teachers still do not have a clear picture related to the application of the Merdeka Curriculum. The level of readiness shown can be a consideration for schools to immediately respond to problems. In addition, the concept of an independent curriculum needs to be understood by all elements of educational institutions, so that in its application it can run optimally, effectively, and efficiently and be able to achieve the goals of Kurikum Merdeka itself

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pola pengembangan karir Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) pada satuan Pendidikan. Penting bagi personel dalam sebuah lembaga untuk mengembangkan karir sesuai dengan jabatan yang mereka emban, agar mampu bersaing dengan institusi lainnya, serta keberlangsungan lembaga tersebut dapat dipertahankan eksistensinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan jenis penelitian field studi (studi lapangan) sedangkan metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus. Data yang dibutuhkan dalam penelitian ini adalah pola pengembangan karir yang diterapkan oleh pimpinan pada Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI). Data tentang pengembangan karir pada lembaga tersebut dikumpulkan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis dalam penelitian ini dengan cara triangulasi, yang tahapannya meliputi pengumpulan, pengkodean, pemadatan, display data, dan terakhir adalah menyimpulkan. Hasil dari penelitian ini mendeskripsikan tentang pola pengembangan karir pada Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Miftahul Huda 02 Ngasem Batealit Jepara. Usaha dalam pengembangan karir SDM melalui tahapan analisis kebutuhan pada lembaga, penempatan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM), pengembangan karir Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM), dan evaluasi. Pengembangan karir sangat dibutuhkan demi meningkatkan kompetensi personel  agar mampu menjalankan tugas sesuai dengan job deskripsi untuk mencapai tujuan.

Abstract

Abstrak: Masa transisi PAUD ke SD menjadi suatu peristiwa yang besar, terlebih pada sisi peserta didik maupun keluarga. Sebab, bagi beberapa anak masa transisi dapat menjadi masa di mana dapat mempelajari hal-hal baru. Di saat yang sama, bagi sebagian anak masa transisi dipandang sebagai masa ketidakpastian dan kekhawatiran tentang hal-hal yang tidak diketahui sebelumnya. Guru memiliki peran penting dalam mendorong pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak, terutama pada anak umur usia dini. Kemampuan literasi dan numerisasi menjadi salah satu kemampuan yang dapat memengaruhi bahkan menentukan perkembangan anak pada fase selanjutnya. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini terletak pada peran guru dalam meningkatkan kemampuan literasi dan numerisasi akan ditinjau lebih jauh dalam penelitian ini. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif bersifat deskriptif dalam melihat dan menganalisis suatu objek atau persitiwa yaitu peran guru dalam transisi PAUD ke SD. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi berupa sumber, teknik, dan waktu. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan peran penting seorang pendidik atau guru PAUD dalam meningkatkan kemampuan literasi dan numerisasi peserta didik sebagai persiapan transisi PAUD ke SD. Keempat peran guru PAUD terimplementasikan dengan baik, mulai dari peran guru sebagai fasilitator, motivator, model perilaku anak, dan guru sebagai pengamat.Abstract: The PAUD to elementary school transition period is a big event, especially for the students and their families. Because, for some children, the transition period can be a time where they can learn new things. At the same time, for some children the transition period is seen as a time of uncertainty and worry about things previously unknown. Teachers have an important role in encouraging children's growth and development, especially in early childhood. Literacy and numeracy skills are one of the abilities that can influence and even determine a child's development in the next phase. Therefore, the aim of this research lies in the role of teachers in improving literacy and numerization skills which will be reviewed further in this research. The method in this research uses a descriptive qualitative approach in viewing and analyzing an object or event. This research uses data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, the validity of the data uses triangulation techniques in the form of sources, techniques and time. The results of this research show the important role of a PAUD educator or teacher in improving students' literacy and numeracy skills as preparation for the transition from PAUD to elementary school. The four roles of PAUD teachers are implemented well, starting from the teacher's role as facilitator, motivator, model of child behavior, and teacher as observer.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini didasari pada temuan saat observasi awal di SD, khususnya di kelas II menunjukkan guru dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan masih menggunakan cara konvensional dan belum menggunakan media sebagai alat pembelajaran. Maka peserta didik kelas II ketika mengikuti pelajaran kurang tertarik dan hasilnya masih sangat rendah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat ada tidaknya pengaruh pemakaian media Prezi terhadap hasil belajar Pendidikan Pancasila Dan Kewarganegaraan materu Pancasila Dasar Negaraku di Kelas II SD. Penelitian ini berjenis penelitian eksperimen dengan metode quasi eksperimen desain penelitian one group pre-test and post-test design. Seluruh kelas II di SD berjumlah 26 siswa merupakan sampel dari penelitian ini. Data dikumpulkan melalui pemberian tes sebelum dan sesudah pemberian tindakan kepada peserta didik yang kemudian hasilnya dianalisis melalui uji prasyarat yang terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji homogenitas dan uji hipotesis yang terdiri dari uji t. Melalui analisi data melalui uji hipotesis diketahui bahwa terdapa pengaruh yang signifikan media Prezi terhadap hasil belajar Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan pada kelas II SD.Abstract: This research is based on findings from initial observations in elementary school, particularly in the second-grade class, which indicated that teachers in the teaching of Pancasila and Civics still use conventional methods and have not utilized media as a learning tool. As a result, second-grade students were less interested in the lessons, and their performance was still very low. The purpose of this research is to investigate the influence of using Prezi media on the learning outcomes of Pancasila and Civics, specifically the Basic Principles of My State, in second-grade elementary school. This study is an experimental research with a quasi-experimental method using a one-group pre-test and post-test design. The entire second-grade class in the elementary school, totaling 26 students, is the sample of this research. Data were collected through tests administered before and after the intervention to the students, and the results were analyzed through prerequisite tests consisting of normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis test involving t-test. Through the analysis of hypothesis testing, it was found that there is a significant influence of Prezi media on the learning outcomes of Pancasila and Civics in the second-grade elementary school.

Abstract

One of the challenges for students to maintain their own culture is their lack of understanding of Javanese script. Java has diverse ethnicities, cultures and languages, and these differences create a unique beauty. The method applied in class 3 of SDN 1 Sukosono in this research is the research and development (R&D) method. Researchers applied the ADDIE model which includes 5 phases namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The purpose of this research is to develop ACA Card learning media for Javanese script material and improve students' knowledge in understanding Javanese script. Based on the needs analysis, students have difficulty in understanding Javanese script, especially Carakan script. The results showed that ACA Card media that compiled sentences into cards and used attractive designs obtained validation results from material experts as much as 80% and from media experts as much as 75% with a percentage of decent categories. The ACACard media trial showed an increase in scores from pretest 53.87 to posttest 81.00 for 15 students. The results of the analysis test with paired sample t-tests on SPSS 26 show a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.000 <0.05, which means that there is a difference in the average acquisition of learning outcomes before and after the application of ACA Card media in Javanese script learning in elementary schools. Thus, the development of ACA Card media can be concluded to be effective for developing students' understanding of Javanese script material, especially Carakan script.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to determine the effectiveness and differences in increasing understanding of concepts before and after implementing the Numbered Heads Together learning model assisted by number bag media. Researchers used a Pre-Experimental approach. Meanwhile, the design uses a one-group pretest-posttest design. One-group pretest-posttest design is a type of research that uses a pretest and posttest after treatment, then compares the pretest and posttest scores. The research was conducted in Phase A class 2 of Jinggotan State Elementary School in the 2023/2024 academic year. The results of the research value increased by 100% above the KKM with an increase in the value of understanding the concept of multiplication before and after treatment with the Number Head Togather learning model with the help of number bag media with the average student pretest score being 40.06 with the lowest result being 23 and the highest result being 77. On the other hand, the posttest completion score was 78.88 with the lowest score being 73 and the highest score being 95. Based on the results of the paired sample t-test, the data significance value was 0.001 < 0.005. Thus, the application of the Number Head Together learning model by supporting number collection media is effective in understanding the concept of multiplication for grade 2 students at Jingotan State Elementary School. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the use of the Merdeka Mengajar Platform application by teachers at SDN 4 Jambu. A descriptive qualitative approach was used to describe the use of the PMM application. The research subjects consisted of 6 teachers who taught in grades 1 to 6 at SDN 4 Jambu, and was carried out on 20-22 May 2024. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation analysis. The research results show that the Merdeka Mengajar Platform has a positive impact on teachers in particular. The government has provided an account that teachers can use to access the Merdeka Mengajar Platform application for free. The platform design makes it easy for teachers to use features such as independent training, student assessments, real actions, communities, and inspirational videos that help plan and implement learning. Teachers at SD Negeri 4 Jambu responded positively to the usefulness of this platform, which significantly improved the quality of learning.

Abstract

Technology adaptation is the process of changing the way people interact with technology to meet their evolving needs or overcome new challenges. Technological adaptation is used in the world of education to support teacher skills in the teaching and learning process. One of them is in the Class 5 Kampus Mengajar program at SD Negeri 4 Bantrung. This research aims to describe how Canva-based technology is adapted by teachers at SD Negeri 4 Bantrung in the Class 5 Kampus Mengajar program. Data collection techniques in this research include observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques with steps include data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The result of this research is increased teacher creativity in creating learning media using Canva technology. Apart from that, these results have an impact on students' enthusiasm and enthusiasm for learning because the teachers use interesting learning media from the results of Canva-based technology adaptation training

Abstract

Rendahnya hasil belajar matematika siswa yang disebabkan karena guru masih mengggunaakan metode konvensional sehingga siswa kurang berminat dalam mengikut pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan media pembelajaran tutup botol pintar matematika untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar Matematika. Jenis penelitian ini adalah research and development (R&D). Model Borg & Gall digunakan dalam mengembangkan media pembelajaran. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah independent sample t test. Hasil penelitian Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan nilai rata-rata antara pretest sebesar 60 dengan nilai posttest sebesar 90, uji t-test diketahui bahwa p-value (sig) dari uji levene’s adalah 0,31 atau lebih besar dari nilai α (0,05). Hal ini berarti bahwa varian kedua kelompok adalah sama, maka dari hasil uji-t pada baris pertama memperlihatkan p-value (sig (2-tailed)) adalah 0,000. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna antara nilai pretest dan postest atau secara statistic rata-rata nilai posttest lebih tinggi dari nilai pretest yang belum menggunakan media pembelajaran tutup botol pintar matematika. media pembelajaran tutup botol pintar matematika dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar Matematika.
