Abstract

This study aims to analyze the holistic management strategy based on Islamic values that can be applied in schools to improve the quality of early childhood education. This study uses a qualitative case study approach with interviews, observation, and documentation techniques to collect data from the principal, teachers, and parents. The study results indicate that a strong partnership between schools, parents, and the community plays a vital role in creating an environment that supports the overall development of children. An open and communicative internal school environment contributes to an effective learning process despite limited access to more modern external facilities. The holistic curriculum implemented at RA Alam Ya Bunayya covers children's cognitive, social, emotional, and character aspects, emphasizing character development and social habits. These findings indicate that strengthening partnerships with parents and the community can improve the quality of education and child development. At the same time, increasing access to external resources is needed to support the implementation of a more innovative and technology-based curriculum.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and formulate an adaptive learning framework in Islamic-based character education integrated with child-friendly school leadership. The primary focus lies on how Islamic values—including aqidah, sharia, and akhlakul karimah—are internalized through a learning approach that is responsive to the individual needs of students, and managed in a leadership climate that supports child protection and participation. This study employs a qualitative approach, utilizing a case study method at the madrasah. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation studies. The results of the study show four main findings: (1) the foundation of Islamic values as the moral framework of the institution; (2) an adaptive learning approach that adapts to students’ learning styles and backgrounds; (3) child-friendly leadership practices that foster a sense of security and active involvement of students; and (4) a holistic evaluation that assesses academic and character development in an integrative manner. This study recommends the development of an Islamic character-based adaptive learning model, supported by a participatory and inclusive leadership culture, within the school environment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine, understand and analyze the higher education entrepreneurship development model. The model implementation process is carried out in stages, from the strategic plan stage, implementation in higher education units to mobilizing the community to participate in entrepreneurial activities. This study uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study conducted at the Padang State University (UNP) West Sumatra Province, Indonesia. The results show that the development model refers to the System Theory, manifested in the VALUE concept (View, appreciate, lead, understand and evaluate). The key factor as the primary capital for the implementation of the model is the milieu of the Padang community, which is thick with the entrepreneurial spirit in a spiritual, religious frame – Muslimprenur. This study implies that the VALUE concept leadership management process can produce output through Muslimpreneur-based student entrepreneurship development, ultimately increasing the value of innovation and independence for students.

The study used a quantitative approach with a descriptive survey method. The form of the survey implementation in this study used a questionnaire. Questionnaires were given to the population, namely partner schools that were appointed and selected by the IAI Yasni Bungo campus in the implementation of the PPLK II program, which was chosen by random sampling, namely six schools that were accredited B and represented regional regions for Bungo and Tebo regencies and represented each level of education program. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through stages; 1) descriptive statistical analysis, 2) testing requirements analysis, and 3) hypothesis testing. Abstract

This study highlights the positive impact of digital learning media on students' academic performance. The analysis shows that the frequency of media usage, the type of media used, and students' perceptions of media effectiveness all have a significant relationship with academic outcomes. The perception of media effectiveness has the strongest correlation (0.55) with a p-value of 0.001, indicating that well-designed media is crucial for supporting student comprehension. These findings confirm Mayer's (2001) multimedia learning theory, emphasizing the importance of verbal and visual elements in learning. Sweller's (1988) cognitive theory suggests that well-designed digital media can reduce cognitive load. The study also emphasizes the role of intrinsic motivation in learning, as described by Deci and Ryan (1985), showing that interactive digital media can enhance students' motivation.Furthermore, adapting technology to local conditions is critical in improving learning outcomes. Therefore, schools in Indonesia need to develop teacher training, adequate infrastructure, and relevant digital content to maximize the benefits of technology in education. This study proposes the implementation of digital media in SD Namira as a model that other schools can adopt to enhance students' academic achievements by integrating technology into the learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of employee satisfaction, employee performance, and resource management on the financial performance of universities. This study uses a quantitative approach with the Structural Equation Modeling method based on Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM), which allows the analysis of complex relationships between latent variables. Data was collected through a survey of 143 respondents consisting of employees (Educators and Education Personnel), then analyzed to test the direct influence of each variable on financial performance. The results showed that employee satisfaction (p = 0.004) and employee performance (p = 0.003) had a significant positive effect on financial performance. In contrast, resource management showed no significant direct influence (p = 0.352), although it made a substantial contribution in the structural model (f² = 0.352). These findings indicate that the human aspect is more dominant in influencing the financial performance of institutions. The implications of these results emphasize the importance of an integrated human resource management strategy, with a focus on improving employee satisfaction, performance, and empowerment to support operational efficiency and financial sustainability in the higher education environment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how the institutional reform of the Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (LPPM) of Institut Agama Islam Yasni Bungo during 2023–2025 strengthened the research ecosystem and transformed research into measurable social impact through the localization of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Using a descriptive qualitative case study design, the study collected data from institutional documents, interviews, and field observations. The data were analyzed through thematic analysis to identify patterns of organizational change, SDGs alignment, and impact translation. The findings show that LPPM successfully institutionalized the SDGs within its Research and Community Service Roadmap, formed research groups, implemented internal grant schemes, and redesigned Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) as a community-based learning model aligned with SDGs themes such as food security, education, entrepreneurship, and sustainability. These reforms strengthened academic collaboration, enhanced research productivity, and established measurable community impact. Theoretically, this study integrates Organizational Change Theory, Research Ecosystem Theory, and Islamic Epistemology to propose a Southern Islamic model of transformation guided by the principles of ‘ilm al-nafi’ (beneficial knowledge), adl al-ma‘rifah (epistemic justice), and maqāṣid al-syarī‘ah (moral purpose). The study concludes that institutional reform in Islamic higher education becomes effective when scientific, managerial, and moral dimensions are harmonized to create sustainable and just knowledge systems.
