Abstract

Pertumbuhan dan perkembangan bisnis yang sangat pesat mengharuskan suatu usaha untuk mempelajari dan memahami kebutuhan serta keinginan pelangggannya, sehingga akan menciptakan rasa kepuasan bagi pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh dari potongan harga, suasana kedai kopi, dan kualitas layanan pada kepuasan pelanggan kedai kopi di Purwokerto. Metode yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah 145 responden pengunjung kedai kopi di Purwokerto, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner, dan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel potongan harga berpengaruh positif pada kepuasan pelanggan, suasana kedai kopi berpengaruh positif pada kepuasan pelanggan, dan kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif pada kepuasan pelanggan. Peneliti ini memiliki keterbatasan dimana pada penelitian ini hanya menjelaskan beberapa faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan. Untuk peneliti selanjutnya, sebaiknya menambahkan faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan dan menambah sampel atau menggunakan metode yang berbeda.

Abstract

Good and healthy money management is necessary in order to control one's financial condition. The financial literacy and financial management skills of Generation Z are still poor, especially students in Banyumas. Financial literacy is closely related to financial management, and the higher the level of financial literacy, the better the financial management skills. In addition to financial literacy, factors that can influence financial management behaviour are lifestyle and financial experience. The purpose of this study was to determine whether financial literacy, hedon lifestyle, and financial experience have a simultaneous influence on the financial management of students in Banyumas Regency. This research is a type of survey research with an explanatory approach. The sample size was 150 respondents with purposive sampling technique. This research instrument is a questionnaire. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the f test, it is obtained f count of 29,668 with f table of 3.06 and a significance value of 0.000. The significance value is smaller than α or 0.05 and f count 29.668 is greater than f table 3.06, the conclusion is that there is a significant simultaneous influence between financial literacy, hedon lifestyle, and financial experience on student financial management in Banyumas Regency.

Abstract

This research examines the process of determining the marriage guardian by the marriage registrar for daughters born from out-of-wedlock pregnancies. Marriage in Islam is a sacred covenant that is clearly regulated, with the guardian being one of the essential pillars that determines the validity of the marriage contract. However, cases of out-of-wedlock pregnancies also referred to as "pregnant marriages" in the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI) present complex challenges in determining the appropriate marriage guardian for daughters born under such circumstances. Article 99 of the KHI defines a legitimate child as one born within or as a result of a legal marriage. This study employs a library research method (literature review), gathering data from various sources such as books, academic journals, and legal documents to explore relevant theories. The role of the is crucial in determining the guardian for children born from out-of-wedlock pregnancies, taking into account Islamic law, the KHI, and applicable regulations. Penghulus often encounter sensitive situations in which they must compare the date of the parents' marriage with the child's birth date to establish the child's legal lineage. Although different KUA offices may adopt varying approaches ranging from appointing a court-assigned guardian to recognizing the biological father as the lineage guardian based on their interpretation of the KHI all penghulus share a common mission: to uphold maqashid as-syari’ah (the objectives of Islamic law) and to protect the rights and lineage of the child. This careful process in determining the guardian also aims to safeguard the psychological well-being of the prospective bride.

Abstract

This study examines the application of the learning by drawing strategy as an innovative, student-centered approach to teaching Javanese script in elementary schools. Conducted at SDN Sepuh Gembol I, East Java, the research used a qualitative descriptive method involving third-grade students. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation of students’ drawing-based work. The findings show that early in the process, students exhibited low engagement, hesitation, and limited confidence in writing Javanese script. After drawing activities were integrated, students showed clear improvements in emotional involvement, enthusiasm, and participation. The study recorded a 25% increase in attention to explanations, a 40% rise in enthusiasm, a 45% increase in willingness to express opinions, and a 35% improvement in punctuality when submitting assignments. Through drawing, students creatively interpreted and personalized the script, strengthening both cognitive understanding and emotional connection. This approach also supported cultural appreciation by allowing students to engage with local heritage in a meaningful way. Overall, the study concludes that learning by drawing enhances academic outcomes while fostering cultural values, making it a relevant pedagogical model for modern education rooted in local wisdom

Abstract

This study employed a correlational research design aimed at determining the contribution of leg muscle explosive power to squat-style long jump performance. The research sample consisted of 42 male students from the Sports Coaching Education Study Program at Riau University. The independent variable was leg muscle explosive power, while the dependent variable was squat-style long jump performance. Data for variable X were obtained through a standing broad jump test to measure leg muscle explosive power, whereas data for variable Y were collected from squat-style long jump tests using an approach run. The data were analyzed using a normality test with the Liliefors test, followed by correlation analysis and a t-test to determine significance and contribution. The results indicated that variable X was normally distributed, while variable Y was not normally distributed. The correlation coefficient obtained was r = 0.32. The t-test results showed that t_count > t_table, indicating a significant relationship between leg muscle explosive power and squat-style long jump performance. Further analysis revealed that leg muscle explosive power contributed 10.24% to squat-style long jump performance, while the remaining 89.76% was influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Sandey Village, Angata District, South Konawe has rice husk waste potential reaching 390 tons per year that has not been optimally utilized. On the other hand, SME "Zidan Roster" as a brick craftsman faces problems of high production costs (IDR 900,000/truck of conventional materials) and product quality that does not meet SNI standards. The purpose of this activity is to transfer rice husk ash-based interlocking block technology to improve economic efficiency and address environmental problems. The implementation method uses a "Technology Transfer and Community Empowerment" approach through five stages: preparation and baseline assessment, laboratory trials, technology transfer and implementation, evaluation and product testing, and consolidation and sustainability. Based on previous research results, the optimal formula used is: cement 30%, sand 35%, rice husk ash 35%, with water-cement ratio of 0.5. Results show that interlocking block products meet SNI standards with compressive strength of 26.5 kg/cm² and water absorption of 25%. Monitoring and evaluation showed that 90% of partners mastered BATASIK (Rice Husk Ash Interlocking Block) production skills. Economic impacts include 30-40% production cost efficiency and 25-30% income increase. Environmental impacts include rice husk waste utilization and CO₂ emission reduction. This program successfully created a sustainable community empowerment model through environmentally friendly technology innovation.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the increasing number of drug abuse cases in Indonesia in recent years, which has caused anxiety for all Indonesians. Rehabilitation is one way to deal with drug abuse, although there are consequences for those who cannot adapt to the environment and the pressures of change. Stress can arise in drug addicts undergoing the rehabilitation process if they cannot adjust. However, the increase in drug cases in Indonesia is inversely proportional to data found by the author at one of the Social Welfare Institutions that cares for drug victims and participates in rehabilitating drug addicts in Indonesia, namely the Pondok Tetirah Dzikir Yogyakarta Rehabilitation Center. The author found a fairly significant decrease in data from 2021 to 2024 on students under the care of drug addicts. In this case, The Pondok Tetirah Dzikir Rehabilitation Center utilizes environmental factors and natural elements in its treatment. This study aims to determine, describe, and analyze the approach of the healing environment concept to address the stress of drug addicts at the Pondok Tetirah Dzikir Yogyakarta Rehabilitation Center.   Keywords: Healing Environment Approach, Stress of Drug Addicts, Rehabilitation.

Abstract

Keterampilan public speaking merupakan aspek penting dalam menunjang kepercayaan diri dan kemampuan komunikasi peserta didik, khususnya bagi difabel netra yang sangat bergantung pada komunikasi verbal. Namun, hasil observasi awal di SMA-LB Negeri 1 Bantul menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik difabel netra masih mengalami rendahnya kepercayaan diri ketika berbicara di depan umum. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan diri berbicara di depan umum melalui pelatihan public speaking yang dirancang secara terstruktur dan sesuai dengan karakteristik difabel netra. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan pelatihan yang meliputi ceramah interaktif, demonstrasi, praktik langsung, dan pendampingan intensif. Subjek kegiatan terdiri dari empat siswa difabel netra tingkat SMA. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pretest dan posttest serta observasi selama kegiatan berlangsung. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pada seluruh aspek yang diamati, yaitu keberanian berbicara di depan umum meningkat sebesar 14%, kejelasan suara dan artikulasi meningkat sebesar 25%, serta partisipasi dalam kegiatan meningkat sebesar 26%. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan public speaking efektif dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan diri dan kemampuan komunikasi verbal peserta difabel netra. Dengan demikian, program pelatihan public speaking dapat dijadikan sebagai strategi pengembangan keterampilan komunikasi yang aplikatif dan berkelanjutan bagi peserta didik difabel netra.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran Sekretaris Desa dalam pelayanan administrasi umum di Desa Tempuran, Kecamatan Blora. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi dengan informan dari perangkat desa dan masyarakat. Hasil menunjukkan Sekretaris Desa aktif melayani surat menyurat, menyusun laporan, dan mengoordinasikan tugas administrasi. Pelayanan bersifat langsung dan responsif, administrasi masih manual, pengarsipan kurang tertata, tanpa sistem antrean, dan informasi publik belum disampaikan terbuka. Peran Sekretaris Desa sesuai fungsi, tetapi sistem dan teknologi perlu diperbaiki untuk meningkatkan kualitas administrasi desa.   This study aims to examine the role of the Village Secretary in general administrative services in Tempuran Village, Blora District. This study uses a qualitative case study approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation with informants from village officials and the community. The results show that the Village Secretary actively serves correspondence, prepares reports, and coordinates administrative tasks. Services are direct and responsive, administration is still manual, archiving is poorly organized, without a queuing system, and public information has not been conveyed openly. The role of the Village Secretary is in accordance with its function, but the system and technology need to be improved to improve the quality of village administration.

Abstract

Backdoor shell attacks pose a critical threat to web server security, allowing attackers to bypass authentication and gain persistent, unauthorized control. Conventional signature-based detection methods often fail against these attacks due to their polymorphic and obfuscation techniques. To address this, we propose an integrated detection approach leveraging Splunk as a log management platform combined with Search Processing Language (SPL)-based machine learning (ML) models. This study collected and preprocessed web server log data using SPL queries, transforming it into structured features for classification. We evaluated two supervised learning algorithms, Logistic Regression and Random Forest, on a labeled dataset comprising both normal traffic and simulated backdoor shell attacks. The evaluation showed that while Logistic Regression achieved a solid performance with 93.5% accuracy and 87.8% recall, the Random Forest model significantly outperformed it. Random Forest reached an accuracy of 97.2%, with a precision of 95.8%, recall of 94.1%, and an F1-score of 94.9%. Crucially, it also reduced the false negative rate (FNR) to 2.3% and the false positive rate (FPR) to 3.5%, making it more reliable for real-time applications. Our findings demonstrate that Random Forest, when integrated with Splunk's SPL, provides a highly robust and practical detection mechanism that effectively distinguishes malicious activities. The primary contribution of this research is an end-to-end architecture that combines scalable log management, effective feature engineering, and advanced ML detection, offering a scalable and practical solution for enterprise-level security monitoring.
