Abstract

This research is an experiment with the pretest-posttest control group design method. The type of research used in this study is a type of experimental research with a quasi-experimental design. This research is experimental research and the research design used is Quasi Experimental Design, namely the Group Pretest Posttest Design. The sample used in this study were SSB Joma Putra Sunda Palembang players aged 10-16 years in 2023, totaling 15 players. The sampling technique in this study used a systematic sampling technique and an ordinal pair system. This research as a whole used test, measurement and documentation methods. The results of the study mean/average results of throws in SSB Joma Putra Sunda Palembang players in the medicine ball practice group after being treated experienced an increase from the pre-test of 7.62 to the post-test of 8.65 or with an increase percentage of 12.90%, for the mean/average results of throws in the SSB Joma Putra Sunda Palembang Resistance band training group from the pre-test of 7.49 to the post-test of 8.64 or with a percentage increase of 14.48%. while for the mean/average result of throwing in the SSB Joma Putra Sunda Palembang group from the pre-test of 9.60 to the post-test of 10.75 or with an increase percentage of 9.71%. So that it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between medicine ball throw and resistance bands on the ability to throw into football games in SSB Joma Putra Sunda Palembang students.

Abstract

Gobak sodor game is performed with the aim of increasing the agility of the players in the basketball game. This type of research is quantitative research that uses the “pre-experimental design” research method, namely (one-group pretest-posttest design). The population in this study was 40 people. The sample in this study is a total of 40 people. Based on the results of the research, it can be seen that this traditional game, in addition to being fun and motivating students in training, has other advantages, namely, it enables students to exercise. Therefore, students’ agility becomes more enhanced in driving and defending than before physical training with this game. The results of the hypothesis test show that the calculated t value is greater than the table t (9.102 > 2.021). Thus, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted which reads there is a significant effect of traditional gobak sodor game on dribbling agility in basketball games for extracurricular students at SD Negeri 72 OKU.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of two-obstacle jump rope training on the results of long jump squatting style of grade VI students of SD Negeri 2 Toman in the 2022/2023 academic year. The variables in the study, namely the exercise of jumping rope two obstacles as the independent variable (X) and the results of long jump squatting style as the dependent variable (Y). The population in this study was 212 male students of grade VI SD Negeri 2 Toman. The samples in this study were taken by 2 classes using cluster random sampling techniques so that class V1a was obtained as an experimental class of 17 students, and V1b as a control class of 17 students. The method used in this study is experimental. Data collection is carried out by means of tests. The data obtained from the tests are analyzed by averaging and using t-test statistics. The results of data analysis showed that the average increase in squatting style long jump ability of experimental group students was better than the control group or 0.12 > 0.05. The results of hypothesis testing are shown by the value of the calculated test coefficient greater than the t-table coefficient or 3.28 > 1.696, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, this means that there is an effect of jumping rope training two obstacles on the results of long jump squatting style of grade VI students of SD Negeri 2 Toman.
