Abstract

Alih fungsi lahan bisa diartikan sebagai perubahan fungsi lahan dari fungsinya yang semula. Lahan di Desa Kuta dialih fungsikan mejadi sirkuit dan area komersil lainnya, peralihan fungsi lahan ini tentu meberikan dampak terhadap pendapatan masyarakat Desa Kuta. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana dampak yang ditimbulkan dari adanya aktivitas alih fungsi lahan akibat pembangunan sirkuit. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Kuta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Sumber data diperoleh dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Dimana responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dampak pembangunan sirkuit di Desa Kuta menyebabkan banyak perubahan yang terjadi di masyarakat. Perubahan yang terjadi diantaranya perubahan pekerjaan, perubahan lingkungan dan juga perubahan pendapatan. Beralihnya fungsi lahan ini memberikan dampak positif bagi pendapatan masyarakat dimana pendapatan masyarakat setelah adanya alih fungsi lahan ini mengalami kenaikan.

Abstract

Improving economic standards in rural areas can be realized through the development of local potential and community empowerment. One of the potentials that can be utilized is the abundant jackfruit seeds in Cengungklung Village, Gayam District which are developed into crackers. Crackers are very suitable for snacks and complements the food menu, especially jackfruit seed crackers which are undoubtedly useful. Our program is to provide solutions for the community with training on jackfruit cracker crackers. Jackfruit seed crackers are a type of cracker that uses the basic ingredients of jackfruit seeds. These crackers can be consumed by all groups, both children, teenagers, and adults. The method used in this service uses ABCD (Asset Baset Community Development) by digging all assets owned by the village. The results of the service show that training in making jackfruit seed crackers can provide new knowledge and skills to the people of Cengungklung Village. By diversifying these products, it is hoped that people can increase their economic income. Market potential analysis shows a good opportunity to market these crackers at the local and regional levels. The implementation of this activity is expected to make a positive contribution to improving the economic level of the people of Cengungklung Village. In addition, product diversification can also have a positive impact on environmental sustainability and waste reduction, because jackfruit seeds that were previously considered waste can be used economically.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi informasi telah memberikan dampak yang signifikan pada berbagai aspek kehidupan manusia, terutama penggunaan smartphone yang meluas, yang kini telah menjadi kebutuhan penting bagi sebagian besar individu. Memilih smartphone bisa jadi sulit karena banyaknya pilihan dan beragamnya minat pengguna. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) berbasis web yang memanfaatkan metode Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) untuk memberikan rekomendasi smartphone yang dipersonalisasi berdasarkan preferensi pengguna. Tahapan penelitian meliputi: Perencanaan: Menyusun strategi pengembangan sistem. Pengumpulan Data: Mengumpulkan data mengenai spesifikasi teknis smartphone. Pemilihan Data: Memilih data yang relevan untuk tujuan penelitian. Implementasi Data: Memasukkan data ke dalam sistem dengan menggunakan metodologi SMART. Pemeringkatan Data: Mengatur data sesuai dengan hasil analisis metode SMART, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa menggabungkan teknik SMART ke dalam sistem pendukung keputusan dapat menghasilkan rekomendasi ponsel pintar yang lebih akurat dan selaras dengan preferensi pengguna. Teknik ini juga membantu mengurangi kebingungan dan ketidakpuasan konsumen setelah membeli smartphone. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa teknik SMART sangat efektif dalam sistem rekomendasi pembelian smartphone. Rekomendasi yang diberikan lebih akurat dan selaras dengan preferensi pengguna. Penelitian di masa depan harus menyelidiki penerapan teknik SMART dalam situasi yang berbeda dan memperluas kriteria untuk membuat rekomendasi.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini mengkaji strategi manajemen pendidikan di MTsN 1 Pasuruan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI). Fokus utama penelitian meliputi pengembangan kurikulum merdeka berbasis komunitas, penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran, pendekatan kolaboratif antar guru, serta evaluasi berkala dan umpan balik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, dengan subjek penelitian adalah guru PAI. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan, mereduksi, menyajikan data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan kurikulum merdeka berbasis komunitas efektif dalam memastikan materi ajar relevan dengan kebutuhan siswa dan perkembangan zaman. Penggunaan teknologi mempermudah penyajian materi dengan cara yang menarik dan interaktif, serta meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa. Pendekatan kolaboratif antar guru membantu dalam mengembangkan metode pengajaran yang lebih baik dan memperkuat hubungan kerja yang harmonis. Evaluasi berkala dan umpan balik yang konstruktif memungkinkan perbaikan kelemahan serta perencanaan pelatihan yang sesuai. Secara keseluruhan strategi manajemen pendidikan di MTsN 1 Pasuruan terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran dan kompetensi guru, serta menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang dinamis dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan siswa. Abstract. This research examines the education management strategy at MTsN 1 Pasuruan which aims to improve the competency of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers. The main focus of the research includes the development of a community-based independent curriculum, the use of technology in learning, a collaborative approach between teachers, as well as regular evaluation and feedback. The research method used is qualitative, with the research subjects being PAI teachers. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis is carried out by collecting, reducing, presenting data and drawing conclusions. Research findings show that community-based independent curriculum development is effective in ensuring teaching materials are relevant to student needs and current developments. The use of technology makes it easier to present material in an interesting and interactive way, and increases student engagement. A collaborative approach between teachers helps in developing better teaching methods and strengthens harmonious working relationships. Regular evaluation and constructive feedback allow for improvement of weaknesses as well as planning appropriate training. Overall, the education management strategy at MTsN 1 Pasuruan has proven to be effective in improving the quality of teaching and teacher competency, as well as creating a learning environment that is dynamic and responsive to student needs.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to find out the leadership characteristics of the head of the madrasah in MI Fattahul Huda Pungpungan. The head of the madrasah as the leader of an educational institution with various functions and roles. This type of research used is qualitative. Data sources are retrieved using primary and secondary data sources. While data analysis techniques are in accordance with Max Huberman's theory, namely data condensation, data display, data reduction and conclusion. The result of this study is that the characteristics of the head of the Madrasah in MI Fattahul Huda Pungpungan are fair and honest, able to foster cooperation and solidarity, ibtellegnsi, able to have motivation and desire to achieve, wise in dealing with broad and authoritative and firm problems.

Abstract

Prophetic education aims to develop noble morals and good behavior based on Islamic teachings. The implementation of prophetic education in developing religious and social power includes introducing Islamic values from an early age, providing an understanding of hadith and sunnah, and teaching social care. Prophetic education must be carried out continuously by teachers and parents so that children can understand and practice the teachings of Islam in everyday life. The type of research used is field research. The approach used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used with mandala interviews, observation and documentation. While in analyzing data with data condensation, display data, draw conclusions. The results of the study that the efforts made by Al Fattah Islamic High School in implementing Prophetic Education Management include providing religious education integrated with the curriculum, conducting spiritual formation through religious activities and character development, and providing examples for students through the behavior of teachers

Abstract

Al-qur'an and al-Sunnah are the principles of Islamic education. Thus, it can be understood that the purpose of Islamic education is to unite oneself to Allah. That is, uniting oneself to Allah is the main priority in Islamic education apart from scientific objectives (science and technology, expertise, skills and professionalism), forming human beings to become caliphs, forming noble morals, forming Islamic human beings for oneself and for society, and preparing human beings. for life in this world and the hereafter. When Islamic studies in the West were growing, the study of classical Muslim figures was emphasized. In addition to comparing the theories and thoughts of classical figures and also re-exploring their thoughts which made a very large contribution to education today. Ibn Sina has the view that education must be directed at all the potential that a person has towards perfect development, namely physical, intellectual and moral development. Whereas Ibnu Miskawaih's thoughts in terms of education cannot be separated from his concept of humans and morals.

Abstract

This study will explain the assistance of new students in adapting at the Darulluhah Wadda'wah 3 (Tiga) Islamic Boarding School, Pasuruan. This study is important to carry out because the adaptation process really determines the success of students. This study uses techniques. community development by carrying out several series of stages, including: preparation stage, introduction stage, implementation stage, and evaluation stage. This study concludes that assisting new students so that they can adapt better is carried out in three ways, namely motivation, assistance with room activities and the third is lifestyle assistance which is closely related to diet and exercise patterns.

Abstract

Purpose - This study examines teachers' roles in enhancing students' learning motivation in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) at MAN 2 Tulungagung. It explores teaching strategies, challenges faced, and supporting factors contributing to increased motivation. Design/Methods/Approach - A qualitative approach involved observation, document analysis, and in-depth interviews with six key informants: PAI teachers, students, school principals, parents, and school psychologists. Data analysis followed qualitative procedures, including data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. Findings - PAI teachers use group discussions, project-based learning, and technology integration to boost motivation. Teaching methods align with Self-Determination Theory (SDT) by linking lessons to students' daily lives. However, challenges like low student interest and time constraints persist. School support through training, resources, and parental involvement significantly aids motivation. Psychological factors influence learning outcomes, including self-confidence, social support, and material relevance. Research Implications/Limitations - This study highlights the importance of collaboration between teachers, schools, parents, and psychologists in fostering motivation. Findings are specific to MAN 2 Tulungagung and may not generalize to other contexts. Future research could examine similar factors in different settings. Originality/Value - This research provides new insights into the connection between teaching strategies, psychological factors, and stakeholder collaboration in religious education. It emphasizes integrating SDT principles with practical teaching methods and institutional support.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology and increasing global competition necessitate educational adaptation to 21st-century skills, including critical thinking, creativity, communication, and collaboration (4C). This study aims to analyze how innovative curriculum adaptation aligns learning content with these essential skills in several senior high schools (SMA) in Bojonegoro. Employing a qualitative case study approach, data were gathered through in-depth interviews with school principals and teachers, classroom observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal that schools have integrated digital technology into learning, implemented project-based learning (PBL), and conducted teacher training to enhance 21st-century skills. However, challenges such as inadequate technological facilities, varying levels of teacher readiness, and resistance to new teaching methodologies were identified. These findings suggest that innovative curriculum adaptation plays a significant role in preparing students for future challenges. Therefore, stronger support from schools, policymakers, and society is required to optimize the effectiveness of curriculum adaptation in fostering 21st-century competencies
