Abstract

Identifikasi potensi lokal yang dimiliki sebagai faktor penarik pariwisata berkelanjutan. Kampung tematik di Kota Semarang merupakan titik sasaran dari sebagian wilayah yang melakukan perbaikan dengan memperhatikan beberapa hal, diantaranya yaitu mengubah lokasi kumuh menjadi tidak kumuh, peningkatan penghijauan wilayah, pelibatan masyarakat secara aktif, perbaikan kondisi lingkungan menjadi lebih baik dan mengangkat potensi sosial serta ekonomi masyarakat pada wilayah. (1) Metode pendampingan melalui tahapan pendampingan bergerak ekonomi kreatif, SDM pelayanan prima, dan evaluasi pendampingan. Hasil Target capaian Pertama pemahaman kelembagaan pokdarwis sebagai ujung tombak keberlangsungan pariwisata dan peningkatan pendapatan ekonomi. sosialisasi konsep kampung wisata, sadar wisata dan aksi sapta pesona agar terbangun kesamaan persepsi pentingnya masyarakat yang sadar akan kampungnya sebagai tempat wisata dan aksi kebersihan, kesehatan, keamanan, dan lingkungan. Kegiatan ketiga indentifikasi usaha UMKM lokal Kegiatan keempat adalah pelatihan wirausaha bekerjasama dengan pokdarwis usaha batik, makanan dan minuman dan kegiatan ekonomi kreatif lainnya. Kelima dan pelatihan promosi produk usaha masyarakat layak kunjungan wisatawan, Keenam pelatihan dan penyelenggaraan event (a.) Menjadikan Pura Agung Giri Natha sebagai daya tarik wisata, (b.) Menarik dan meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan, (c.) Menggagas Kampung Pancasila sebagai wisata edukasi Bhineka Tunggal Ikka, sebagai branding dan bentuk pelibatan masyarakat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Restoran Dak Nalgae Semarang yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh Kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, serta untuk mengetahui variabel mana yang paling dominan pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah survey dengan analisis kuantitatif, Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 90 responden yang berkunjung di Restoran Dak Nalgae Semarang. Berdasarkan hasil hitung SPSS, hipotesis pada tarif teruji signifikan dan positif berpengaruh dengan persamaan regresi, serta terbukti bahwa variabel kualitas produk berpengaruh paling dominan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,524 kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa kualitas produk yang berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan tamu di Restoran Dak Nalgae Semarang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Sakapatat Beer Garden and Resto Semarang yang bertujuan untuk menganalisa dan menjelaskan pengaruh kualitas Makanan dan kualitas pelayanan, serta untuk mengetahui variabel mana yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan Konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan 90 responden. Teknik uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, analisis regresi berganda, pengujian hipotesis melalui uji f, uji t, koefisien determinasi dan koefisien beta. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pada taraf teruji signifikan dan positif berpengaruh dengan persamaan regresi, Y = 0.291X1+0.722X2 serta terbukti bahwa variabel Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh paling dominan terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan dengan koefisien regresi senilai 0,722. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa dari dua variabel independen, kualitas pelayanan adalah variabel yang berpengaruh positif

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan, untuk mengetahui dan mendiskripsikan pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan di PT. Woory Sukses Apparel. Untuk mengetahui dan mendiskripsikan pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan di PT. Woory Sukses Appare. Untuk mengetahui dan mendiskripsikan pengaruh lingkungan kerja daan kepuasan kerja secara simultan terhadap produktivitas Karyawan di PT. Woory Sukses Apparel.Untuk mengetahui variabel apakah yang paling berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas Karyawan di PT. Woory Sukses Apparel. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif, menekankan analisisnya pada data-data numerical yang diolah dengan metode statistika dengan membuat angket pada responden. Data yang digunakan ada dua jenis yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Alat dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pustaka, metode kuisioner yang kemudian diolah. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian merupakan responden sebanyak 50 orang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka hipotesis yang diajukan baik secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, hal ini juga didukung dengan persamaan regresi Y = 0.666 X1 + 0.233 X2 yang berarti terdapat pengaruh positif lingkungan (X1) terhadap produktivitas karyawan (Y). Begitupula kepuasan kerja (X2) terhadap produktivitas karyawan(Y). Kesimpulannya, variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas karyawan adalah variabel lingkungan kerja karyawan PT Woory Sukses Apparel

Abstract

In the current context, businesses must effectively utilize their resources, including the implementation of strategies aimed at influencing consumer buying choices, particularly for Axioo brand laptops. This research aims to explore consumers' perceptions of their decision-making process when considering the purchase of an Axioo brand laptop and identify strategies to enhance the purchase decision-making process for this brand. The research employs a descriptive qualitative methodology.The findings of this study reveal that consumers' purchasing decisions regarding Axioo laptops are influenced by factors such as performance, specifications, pricing, and ease of use. Additionally, the availability of various color options and the compact design of Axioo laptops contribute to their appeal. To enhance the purchase decisions for Axioo brand laptops, effective strategies are needed to capture consumers' interest. These strategies may include promotional campaigns, incentive offerings, and the utilization of social media as a powerful promotional tool, all of which can significantly impact and bolster purchase decisions.

Abstract

The advent of the fourth industrial revolution signifies not only significant technological progress compared to earlier eras, but also the ability to revolutionize traditional business practices. The Sam Poo Kong Temple, which was once intended as a site of prayer for Confucian adherents, has transformed into a well-liked tourist destination where people engage in selfie activities, thereby enhancing their social standing. This research aims to understand the factors influencing the change in millennial tourists' interest towards Sam Poo Kong Temple. To evaluate the impact of social media usage and digital technology on the interests and behaviors of millennial tourists. To identify the preferences and motivations of millennial tourists in choosing tourist destinations such as Sam Poo Kong Temple. This study employs a qualitative methodology using a case study technique. Data is gathered via extensive interviews with relevant individuals, including temple administrators, tour guides, and tourists, with a particular focus on millennial. The findings indicate that social media plays a key role in marketing Sam Poo Kong Temple and attracting millennial tourists' interest. The dissemination of engaging content such as photos, videos, and narratives on social media has increased the visibility of the temple and sparked significant interest from tech-savvy millennial. Sam Poo Kong Temple has transformed from a traditional place of worship into a highly sought-after tourist destination, especially for photo opportunities and showcasing social status on social media. This impacts the preferences and motivations of millennial tourists in selecting tourist locations, with a primary focus on architectural beauty, unique experiences, and visibility on social media.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to explore and analyze the social and economic impacts of tourism development in Kampung Pelangi Semarang on the local community. The main research question to be answered in this study is: "How does tourism development in Kampung Pelangi Semarang affect the social and economic aspects of the local community?" This study will utilize a qualitative approach with data collection methods including in-depth interviews with residents of Kampung Pelangi, participant observation, and documentary studies. This is done to gain a deep understanding of the perspectives and experiences of the local community regarding the impacts of tourism development in their area. Local residents have also been able to capitalize on tourist needs by offering various local products and services, such as handicrafts and regional cuisine. Moreover, the increase in tourist numbers has brought about an increase in income for residents of Kampung Pelangi, both directly through the sale of goods and services, and indirectly through the growth of the local economy driven by tourism. Tourism development in Kampung Pelangi Semarang has had impacts on the social and economic lives of the community. New business opportunities, income growth, and changes in livelihoods are key factors driving economic welfare improvement for residents. Lifestyle changes, social interactions, and positive perceptions of tourism reflect the social impacts that have occurred. Efforts are needed to maintain a balance between tourism development and the preservation of local culture.

Abstract

Sebagian dari pemandu wisata masing-masing daya tarik wisata belum memiliki kompetensi dalam bidang keamanan dan keselamatan wisatawan, selain daripada itu masyarakat masih memiliki persepsi mendatangkan wisatawan sebanyak-banyaknya sehingga tidak memperhatikan daya dukung lingkungan wisata, beranggapan bahwa daya tarik wisata harus memperoleh sebanyak-banyaknya wisatawan sehingga belum terlalu memperhatikan keamanan dan keselamatan di daya tarik wisata, masih kurangnya pemahaman mengenai pentingnya keamanan dan keselamatan di daya tarik wisata. Tujuan kegiatan adalah untuk menyatukan persepsi mengenai pentingnya keamanan dan keselamatan di daya tarik wisata, untuk mendampingi masyarakat supaya lebih memperhatikan keamanan dan keselamatan di daya tarik wisata. Kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat ini menggunakan metode berupa pelatihan yang mana dalam pelatihan tersebut terdiri dari ceramah, tanya jawab dan simulasi. Pada aspek awal peserta sudah memiliki pemahaman mengenai keamanan dan keselamatan akan tetapi masih memiliki beberapa kendala termasuk didalamnya adalah penerapan, peserta juga memiliki adanya perbedaan persepsi mengenai keamanan dan keselamatan. Dari sisi proses kegiatan, peserta mengikuti kegiatan dengan penuh antusias, semangat dan sangat aktif. Dari sisi hasil, peserta pelatihan telah mampu memahami dan mempraktekkan berkaitan keamanan dan keselamatan melalui simulasi.

Abstract

The general objective of this study was to determine the culinary mapping of Peranakan Chinese menu in Semarang City, Central Java. The specific objectives of this research are to find out how to provide Peranakan Chinese menu culinary based on the number and types that exist in Semarang City. Furthermore, to find out how to serve the Peranakan Chinese menu culinary provision and to find out efforts to preserve the Peranakan Chinese menu as a culinary speciality of Semarang City. The technique of collecting primary data is very useful for collecting information needed for analysis and decision making. Based on the results of the research, it is obtained that the provision of Peranakan Chinese menu culinary in the city of Semarang in several types of dishes and drinks still uses original recipes from ancestors, both cooking ingredients, spices and cooking techniques. The culinary presentation of the Peranakan Chinese menu in some culinary shows distinctiveness without leaving its authenticity even though there are several additional menu variants. Efforts to preserve the Peranakan Chinese menu as a culinary speciality of the city of Semarang have been made by culinary business people, families, communities and the Semarang City government.

Abstract

A primary goal of this study is to investigate and dissect the connection between a company's public image and its ability to retain satisfied clients. The second objective is to investigate the connection between customer value and contentment. Third, to dissect what factors have the most impact on happiness and why. The description of each variable answer in this study is Corporate Image (X1), Customer Value (X2) and Customer Satisfaction (Y1) can be done by means of descriptive analysis In accordance with the results of the discussion there are several things that can be concluded in accordance with the objectives of this study there is a positive influence of corporate image variable on customer satisfaction, the better the corporate image that is formed with the existing suitability it will form customer satisfaction. There is a positive influence of the customer value variable on customer satisfaction, the more customers benefit from the programs offered, the more customer satisfaction increases. The customer value variable is the variable that has the biggest influence on customer satisfaction, so it needs special attention for management to improve customer satisfaction.
