Abstract

The abundant cassava commodity resources in Talang Aman Village are an opportunity to empower the Women Farmers Group (KWT) to play an important role in increasing the added value of cassava-based local products, one of which is through processing into Mustofa cassava. This service was carried out in Talang Aman Village, Batu Kuning Village, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency, with the aim of increasing the capacity of KWT in the processing, packaging, and marketing process of Mustofa Cassava. The approach used is participatory descriptive with training, mentoring, and evaluation methods for KWT members. The results of the Service show that this empowerment program has succeeded in improving the technical skills of KWT members in processing cassava into quality Mustofa Cassava, improving packaging designs and materials, and expanding marketing networks through digital media. In addition, there was an increase in KWT members' income by 30% after the program was implemented. The conclusion of this service is that empowerment based on intensive training and mentoring can increase the added value of local commodities and encourage women's economic independence in rural areas.ABSTRAKSumber daya komoditi singkong yang banyak di Desa Talang Aman menjadi peluang pemberdayaan Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) untuk berperan penting dalam meningkatkan nilai tambah produk lokal berbasis singkong, salah satunya melalui pengolahan menjadi Singkong Mustofa. Pengabdian ini dilakukan di Desa Talang Aman, Kelurahan Batu Kuning, Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu, dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas KWT dalam proses pengolahan, pengemasan, dan pemasaran Singkong Mustofa. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah deskriptif partisipatif dengan metode pelatihan, pendampingan, dan evaluasi terhadap anggota KWT. Hasil Pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa program pemberdayaan ini berhasil meningkatkan keterampilan teknis anggota KWT dalam mengolah singkong menjadi Singkong Mustofa yang berkualitas, memperbaiki desain dan bahan kemasan, serta memperluas jaringan pemasaran melalui media digital. Selain itu, terjadi peningkatan pendapatan anggota KWT sebesar 30% setelah program dilaksanakan. Kesimpulan dari Pengabdian ini adalah bahwa pemberdayaan berbasis pelatihan dan pendampingan secara intensif dapat meningkatkan nilai tambah komoditas lokal serta mendorong kemandirian ekonomi perempuan di pedesaan.

Abstract

In the tempe making business, problems often occur that pose a high risk of loss. Production risk is the potential for undesirable events or conditions to occur that can disrupt or hinder the production process, resulting in a reduction in quality, quantity, or even stopping production. Business or activity of processing raw materials and semi-finished goods to add value and make a profit. This research aims to analyze the level of production risk experienced when processing soybeans as raw material for making tempeh in Buay Madang District, East OKU Regency. And to find out the amount of added value obtained from processing soybeans as raw material for making tempeh in Buay Madang District, East OKU Regency. The results of this research show that the business of processing soybeans into tempeh has an average total revenue received by tempeh producers of IDR 2,661,933. The tempeh business in Buay Madang District, OKU Timur, was declared to be protected from losses. This can be seen from the coefficient of variation (CV) value of less than 0.5, namely 0.02 and the lower limit (L) of more than 0, namely 2,581,731. and the business of processing soybeans into tempeh provides added value of IDR 1,368.32.

Abstract

Bawang merah (Allium ascalonicum L.) merupakan komoditas strategis dalam mendukung ketahanan pangan nasional dan kesejahteraan petani. Namun, produksi bawang merah menghadapi berbagai kendala, seperti keterbatasan lahan, rendahnya adopsi teknologi, dan terbatasnya modal usaha. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi produksi bawang merah di desa tersebut, khususnya variabel luas lahan, tenaga kerja, modal, dan teknologi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 30 orang petani bawang merah yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan regresi linear berganda menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel lahan (p = 0.000), tenaga kerja (p = 0.040), dan modal (p = 0.008) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produksi. Sebaliknya, teknologi (p = 0.864) tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Nilai R Square sebesar 1.000 menunjukkan bahwa model dapat menjelaskan seluruh variasi dalam produksi. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya pengelolaan lahan, efisiensi tenaga kerja, dan akses terhadap modal untuk meningkatkan produksi bawang merah di daerah pegunungan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pengelolaan dan pemanfaatan lahan secara optimal, efisiensi dalam penggunaan tenaga kerja, serta ketersediaan dan pengelolaan modal usaha merupakan faktor-faktor kunci dalam meningkatkan produksi bawang merah, khususnya di wilayah dataran tinggi. Sementara itu, rendahnya pengaruh teknologi menunjukkan perlunya peningkatan kapasitas dan aksesibilitas petani terhadap inovasi pertanian agar teknologi dapat berperan lebih efektif dalam peningkatan produktivitas. Dengan demikian, strategi peningkatan produksi di daerah perbukitan perlu difokuskan pada pendekatan berbasis sumber daya lokal yang diperkuat oleh dukungan kebijakan dan pembinaan teknis yang berkelanjutan.Kata kunci: bawang merah, dataran tinggi, lahan, modal, petani, produksi, teknologi

Abstract

Peran UMKM sangat strategis dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi inklusif dan pengurangan kemiskinan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran ibu rumah tangga melalui usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) kerupuk dalam meningkatkan perekonomian keluarga di Kota Baru, Martapura, OKU Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan wawancara mendalam kepada 15 responden yang merupakan ibu rumah tangga yang bekerja di UMKM kerupuk. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan statistik deskriptif untuk menggambarkan kontribusi ibu rumah tangga terhadap pendapatan keluarga, serta pengeluaran rumah tangga yang terkait dengan kebutuhan pangan dan non-pangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ibu rumah tangga yang bekerja di UMKM kerupuk memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap pendapatan keluarga dengan rata-rata kontribusi sebesar 41%. Pendapatan ini digunakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan rumah tangga, dengan proporsi pengeluaran terbesar dialokasikan untuk kebutuhan pangan, meskipun pengeluaran untuk kebutuhan non-pangan juga memegang peranan penting. Selain itu, ibu rumah tangga memiliki peran ganda, yaitu sebagai pengelola rumah tangga dan sebagai pekerja di UMKM, yang memberikan dampak positif terhadap perekonomian keluarga. Penelitian ini menyarankan perlunya peningkatan kapasitas ibu rumah tangga dalam mengelola UMKM, akses terhadap modal usaha yang lebih mudah, serta pengelolaan pengeluaran rumah tangga yang lebih efektif untuk mendukung kesejahteraan keluarga. Pemberdayaan ibu rumah tangga melalui program pelatihan dan dukungan sosial juga sangat penting untuk memperkuat kontribusi mereka terhadap ekonomi keluarga dan komunitas.

Abstract

This study has directions to find out the factors that influence the selling price of rubber in Kebunjati Village, Semidang Aji District, OKU Regency. This research method was carried out using a quantitative method in which the research used multiple linear regression analysis. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires and data obtained from rubber farmers in Kebunjati Village. The results of this study are the factors that influence the selling price of rubber in Kebunjati Village, namely there are 3 factors including: place of sale, rubber quality and slab storage time. Of the three factors that greatly influence, namely the place of sale and the quality of rubber with a significant level of 1% and one factor that has a significant effect on the selling price of rubber in Kebunjati Village, namely the long period of storage of slabs with a significant level of 30%.

Abstract

This study has directions to find out the relation to find out the relationship between rice agents and supply chain stakeholders in East Baturaja District. This research method was carried out using a quantitative method in which the research used Spearman’s rank analysis.Information material was obtained by distributing questionnaires and information material obtained from rice agent business actors in East Baturaja District. The results of this study are the results of the relationship between rice agents and supply chain stakeholder in East Baturaja District, which consist of: capital, rice millers, retailers,labor, consumers and transportation. Of the six factors, three factors have a very close relationship with stakeholders to rice agents in East Baturaja District, namely capital rice agents, consumers and retailers, and three factors that have a very weak relationship with rice agent stakeholders in East Baturaja District.

Abstract

This study aims to find out what factors influence farmers' decisions in land conversion and how farmers' income after land conversion. The method used in this study is the case study method, the sample units are farmers who are still growing coffee and farmers who have converted their land into chili plants. The method of data analysis to answer the first problem uses logistic regression analysis, while to answer the second problem uses the income formula. Factors that influence coffee farmers' decisions to convert land to chili land are the age of the coffee, number of families, land area and income owned. Meanwhile, the factors that have no significant effect on the coffee farmer's decision to convert land to chili land is the price factor.Keywords: Transfer of Functions, Decisions, Income

Abstract

This study has the aim of knowing whether the existence of a culinary village in Talang Bandung has an impact on the social and economy of the community and whether before and after the existence of a culinary village in Talang Bandung has had an impact on the social and economy of the community. The method used is the case study method. Data collection uses a questionnaire that will be filled out by Kampung Kuliner UKM traders with analytical tools namely descriptive analysis and T-test. The results of this study are that there is a social impact which is able to change perspectives in looking for work, entrepreneurial mindset and high social interaction. Economically able to increase income because people have additional businesses. The difference in income before and after joining the culinary village can be seen in the results of the T-Paired Samples Correlations test of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

This study has the aim of knowing the income contribution of housewives who are SMEs of Kampung Kuliner Talang Bandung and the comparison of family income after and before joining Kampung Kuliner. The method used is the survey method. Data collection using a questionnaire that will be filled by the mothers of SMEs Culinary Village with the analysis tool is the T-test. The results of this study are a comparison of income before and after following the Culinary Village with the T-test there is a real difference in family income before and after following the Culinary Village with a contribution value of housewife income to the family economy of 18% which is included in the criteria for a small contribution.

Abstract

Seblak is a typical and contemporary food originating from Bandung, West Java, made from crackers cooked with vegetables along with eggs and other spicy flavors. In its development seblak became food that can be enjoyed by many people. This study aims to determine: 1) To determine the effect of product quality, price, and location on Seblak consumer satisfaction in Baturaja, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. 2) To formulate a strategy to increase consumer satisfaction with Seblak in Baturaja, Ogan Kota Regency. This research method was carried out using quantitative methods and descriptive qualitative methods quantitative methods using multiple linear regression analysis. Qualitative descriptive method using data collection techniques through questionnaires and observations related to improving strategies in identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats with the SWOT method on seblak in Baturaja, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. Through IFAS (Internal Factor Analysis Strategy) and EFAS (External Factor Analysis Strategy) factors. From the results of proving the first hypothesis, product quality has a significant effect on satisfaction. From the results of the second hypothesis that price partially has a significant influence on satisfaction. From the results of proving the three hypotheses, locations partially have a significant influence on satisfaction. From the results of the fourth hypothesis, product quality, price and location simultaneously have a significant influence on satisfaction. From this study it can be seen that the calculation of the EFAS matrix is 2.0 and the IFAS matrix is 2.13 which is then depicted in the SWOT diagram, so it can be seen that the position of increasing growth in cell II indicates that the strategy is experiencing growth through horizontal integration. Horizontal integration is a process of increasing production, where this strategy, if one makes a decision, can be a good strength and a good opportunity.
