Abstract

The Tourism Office of Bengkulu Province is a government agency engaged in tourism, especially Bengkulu Province which supports activities related to tourism activities such as recording tourist objects, evaluating tourism objects and introducing tourism objects to tourists. All this time, the evaluation process for tourism objects has not been carried out optimally, therefore it cannot be known with certainty which tourism objects need to be addressed and which need to be improved. This is because the evaluation carried out is only limited to collecting data on tourism objects. The implementation of the Vikor Method in the assessment of tourism objects in Bengkulu City is done by building an application that can identify the results of the application of the Vikor method using the Visual Basic .Net programming language and SQL Server 2008r2 database. There are 11 (eleven) criteria used in the assessment of tourism objects attractions in Bengkulu City, namely natural beauty, coolness, cleanliness, security, entertainment, shopping, health services, communication networks, power sources, transportation, tour guides. The assessment was carried out on 6 tourist objects, namely Fort Malborough, Soekarno's House, Fatmawati's House, Bengkulu Museum, Panjang Beach and Dendam Tak Sudah Lake by assigning a value to 11 predetermined criteria. From the results of the assessment, it will be reprocessed into the Vikor Method to find out which tourism objects has the lowest Vikor index value sorted by rank. Based on the results of the Black Box Method testing on the tourism objects assessment application in Bengkulu City, it can be concluded that the functionality of the application has been running properly and is able to display the final results of the assessment based on the Vikor Method

Abstract

Security is a set of procedures, steps, and policies to prevent and monitor unauthorized access, problem solving, disclosure, and disruption of computer data communication. Data or message security can be achieved using cryptography. Cryptography is an important component for communication and information transmission through security services. Cryptography is both an art and a science that produces secret messages. One cryptographic method that can be utilized is RSA method. RSA is an asymmetric cryptographic method that operates in block mode and requires two different keys for the encryption and decryption processes. The advantage of this algorithm is that its difficulty lies in factoring non-prime numbers into their prime factors. The results of the tests conducted show that RSA algorithm can provide additional security for files by using different keys during the encryption and decryption processes. This is because the text data owned by the user will be encrypted and replaced with a series of numbers that do not represent the content of the original data.

Abstract

Bhayangkara Hospital Bengkulu is one of the privately owned public hospitals and is one of the type C hospitals in the Bengkulu region. Bhayangkara Hospital provides services in the field of leave applications to employees who want to apply for leave. So far, the employee leave application system is still manual and through a process that is not fast enough, where employees must seek approval from the hospital director and then submit the leave application form provided, therefore this leave application still cannot provide an opportunity for employees to apply for leave online. The decision support system (SPK) for leave applications using the Weighted Sum Model (WSM) method can be accessed online with internet access via the web link: https: //cutipegawairsbhayangkarabkl.online/. This decision support system application was created using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The application has embedded the Weighted Sum Model (WSM) method which is used to apply for annual leave based on the criteria taken by employees. This application can assist in making decisions in applying for leave, employees can access the application starting from entering the Username and password to getting the results of the leave application whether the leave is accepted or not. Based on system testing that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the functional of the application has run well and this decision support system can provide results for leave applications based on the values and weights taken from employee criteria through the stages of the Weighted Sum Model (WSM) method.

Abstract

Decision Support System (SPK) is a system used to assist decision making in an organization or company. The development of a decision support system with the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method and the Composite Performance Index (CPI) method to determine the beneficiaries in determining the distribution of fertilizer assistance to farmer groups, and can minimize the inaccuracy in distributing the fertilizer assistance by applying the Simple Additive Weighting method and the Composite Performance Index method. This system is expected to help the government to determine the right recipient of fertilizer assistance, and be able to provide accurate and consistent recommendations, and increase transparency in the selection process. With this system, it is expected that the process of providing subsidized fertilizer assistance can run more fairly, efficiently, and on target.

Abstract: State Civil Servants are always required to have full loyalty and obedience in carrying out their duties. Decision support systems can be used as a solution to a problem or for an opportunity. The SAW method is a method that can help solve complex problems by structuring a hierarchy of criteria. Based on this research, the researcher tried to prove previous research and increase the accuracy of the data so that the researcher took the title "Application Of The SAW Method In A Decision Support System To Determine The Ferfomance Of State Civil Servants  " This aims to ensure that the new information produced can increase knowledge about determining the performance of sub-district officials at the Merigi Kelindang sub-district office, Central Bengkulu Regency. Keywords: SPK, Ferfomance, SAW State Civil Aparatus Abstrak: Aparatur Sipil Negara senantiasa dituntut memiliki kesetiaan dan ketaatan penuh dalam menjalankan tugas-tugasnya. Abstract

Abstract: Decision Support System for evaluating projects of student at SMK Negeri 1 Bengkulu City using the Vikor Method can simplify the process of managing student project evaluation data while providing recommendations for the best student projects based on the final evaluation results in the form of rankings, sorted from the lowest to the highest Q index scores obtained by each student. Based on the data used for the project scores of Informatics subject for Grade X ULP 1 in the first semester of 2024/2025 academic year, involving 12 students, the results show that the project evaluation using the Vikor Method successfully identified 4 students with the highest scores. Based on the system testing conducted, it can be concluded that the decision support system application for student project assessment at SMK Negeri 1 Bengkulu City has been functioning well and successfully implemented the Vikor method on student project assessment data per academic year, ranking scores from the lowest to the highest. Keywords: Decision Support System, Student Project Assessment, the Vikor Method Abstrak: Sistem Pendukung Keputusan untuk penilaian proyek siswa SMK Negeri 1 Kota Bengkulu menggunakan Metode Vikor dapat mempermudah proses pengelolaan data penilaian proyek siswa, sekaligus memberikan  rekomendasi proyek siswa yang terbaik berdasarkan hasil akhir penilaian berupa ranking dengan mengurutkan nilai indeks Q terendah ke nilai tertinggi yang diperoleh setiap siswa/i. Berdasarkan data yang digunakan pada nilai proyek mata pelajaran Informatika Kelas X ULP 1 Semester Ganjil Tahun Ajaran 2024/2025 sebanyak 12 siswa/i, diperoleh hasil bahwa penilaian proyek melalui tahapan Metode Vikor berhasil mengidentifikasi 4 siswa/i dengan nilai terbaik. Berdasarkan pengujian sistem yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi sistem pendukung keputusan untuk penilaian proyek siswa SMK Negeri 1 Kota Bengkulu telah berjalan dengan baik dan berhasil menjalankan proses metode Vikor terhadap data penilaian proyek siswa per tahun ajaran dan mengurutkan nilai dari nilai terendah ke nilai tertinggi. Kata kunci: Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Penilaian Proyek Siswa,  Metode Vikor

Abstract

Abstract: Civil Servants (PNS) have an important role as public servants who must provide fair and quality services. Therefore, it is absolutely necessary to have human resources (HR) who have the capability to carry out their duties effectively, efficiently, productively, and professionally. The current employee performance assessment process is sometimes still subjective, this can be seen from the low productivity of employees in government agencies and the results of employee performance measurements have not been utilized optimally. One way is to use the Clustering technique with the K-Means algorithm which has a high level of accuracy in measuring objects. The final result of this study is a system that can cluster performance quality into 3 parts where the Best Performance Quality consists of 8 people, Fair Performance Quality consists of 1 person and Poor Performance Quality consists of 6 people.Keywords: Clustering, K-Means, Performance Quality Abstrak: Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) memiliki peran penting sebagai pelayan masyarakat yang harus memberikan layanan yang adil dan berkualitas. Oleh karena itu, mutlak diperlukan sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang memiliki kapabilitas untuk menjalankan tugasnya dengan efektif, efisien, produktif, dan profesional. Proses penilaian kinerja pegawai yang dilakukan saati ini kadang masih bersifat subjektif, hal ini dapat dilihat dari rendahnya produktivitas pegawai di lingkungan instansi pemerintah dan hasil pengukuran kinerja pegawai masih belum dimanfaatkan dengan maksimal. Salah satu caranya dengan menggunakan teknik Clustering dengan algoritma K-Means yang memiliki tingkat ketelitian yang tinggi dalam mengukur objek.Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem sistem yang dapat meng-cluster kualitas kinerja menjadi 3 bagian dimana Kualitas Kinerja Terbaik terdiri dari 8 orang, Kualitas Kinerja Cukup Baik terdiri dari 1 orang dan Kualitas Kinerja Tidak Baik terdiri dari 6 orang.Kata kunci: Clustering, K-Maens, Kualitas Kinerja

Abstract

Abstract: Data and information security and confidentiality are important elements of data and information. A database is a collection of logically related and integrated information that can meet the needs of an organization. Database security is the last line of defense when a system is attacked by an external party after successfully bypassing network defenses, operating system security, and applications. Data security can be protected through the implementation of cryptography. Affine Cipher can make a system feel secure by multiplying each plaintext value by a different number and then adding it to the shift value. From the results of the tests conducted, the contents of the database records are secured, so that the records stored in the database are randomized and the developed application can function as expected. Keywords: Security, Database, Affine Cipher. Abstrak: Keamanan serta kerahasiaan data atau informasi adalah salah satu elemen yang penting dalam sebuah data atau informasi. Basis data merupakan sekumpulan informasi yang saling berhubungan secara logis dan berintegrasi sehingga dapat memenuhi kebutuhan suatu organisasi. Keamanan basis data merupakan benteng terakhir saat suatu sistem diserang oleh pihak luar setelah berhasil melewati pertahanan jaringan, keamanan sistem operasi, dan aplikasi. Keamanan data dapat dilindungi melalui penerapan kriptografi. Affine Cipher dapat membuat sistem terasa aman dengan mengalikan setiap nilai teks biasa dengan angka berbeda dan kemudian menambahkan dengan nilai pergeseran. Dari hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan mengamankan isi record database, sehingga yang tersimpan di dalam database record yang telah diacak dan aplikasi yang dikembangkan dapat bekerja sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Kata kunci: Keamanan, Database, Affine Cipher

Abstract

Identifikasi objek (object recognition) merupakan suatu bidang keillmuan dari komputer vision yang menggambarkan suatu objek yang didasarkan pada sifat utama dari objek tersebut. Identifikasi objek pada citra digital membutuhkan teknik dan metode yang mampu untuk mengekstraksi dan mengidentifikasi fitur-fitur yang terdapat pada citra digital, dimana komponen utamanya adalah warna sebagai dasar dari representasi objek pada citra digital. salah satu metode yang mampu menerapkan pengelompokan warna – warna objek pada citra digital sehingga dapat menjadi fitur utama dari objek pada citra digital adalah Hierarchical Agglomerative Clustering. Analisa dilakukan secara bertahap yaitu analisis sistem dan analisis algoritma agglomerative clustering. Proses analisa kemudian dilanjutkan dengan tahap perancangan yang mana dimulai dengan perancangan use case diagram dan perancangan flowchart. Akurasi dari algoritma Hierarchical Agglomerative Clustering cukup baik khususnya pada objek yang memiliki warna khusus atau warna yang telah menjadi ciri dari objek tersebut namun dapat menghasilkan pengenalan yang buruk jika objek yang berbeda memiliki warna dominan yang sama

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, mendeskripsikan dan mengkaji lebih dalam mengenai proses implementasi dan peran guru pada penamaman P5 dalam membentuk sikap sosial peserta didik kelas IV, dengan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dan subjek penelitian kepala sekolah, wali kelas IV dan seluruh peserta didik kelas IV. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SDN Gintung 1 Kabupaten Tangerang, teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan angket. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa proses implementasi penanaman P5 di SDN Gintung 1 Kabupaten Tangerang telah terimplementasi dengan sangat baik, berdasarkan hasil pemberian angket kepada 99 siswa kelas IV A, B, dan C sebesar 83%, persentase tersebut terbentuk melalui perencanaan yang matang dan tahapan yang sesuai dengan prosedur dengan bentuk implementasi penanaman P5 berupa kegiatan projek, pengembangan pembiasaan dan esktrakulikuler yang dapat mengembangkan sikap sosial pada peserta didik dan guru yang sudah mengoptimalkan perannya pada kegiatan P5
