Abstract

This classroom action research aims to increase students' interest in learning in class VII at junior high school level. The school used as the treatment site was SMPN 8 Tanjung Jabung Timur. This is based on a lack of interest in studying arts and culture because of online learning which was previously carried out in elementary schools and only assignments were given via WhatsApp messages. The use of multimedia technology used in this PTK is the use of wordwall. This research uses the classroom action research method, which is better known as classroom action research. In the research subject class, the number of participants was 16 students in class VII at junior high school level. The instrument for this research is a descriptive teacher assessment journal. After implementing it in cycle one for 4 meetings, it was found from the results of the teacher's assessment journal that students' interest in learning increased as indicated by indicators of interest in learning, namely feelings of happiness, student interest, student attention, student involvement. Therefore, this classroom action research has been said to have succeeded in achieving the target in the implementation of one cycle.

In the context of research on hypertension, it can be interpreted that this condition occurs when blood pressure indicates more than 140/90 mmHg and 180/120 mmHg. cases of hypertension in 2023 were 555 patients. This data is also supported by the initial survey of research, where patients often do poor activities due to a lack of knowledge. Research Objectives: to determine the relationship between knowledge, attitudes, and actions of hypertensive patients at Subulussalam City Hospital. The type of research used is quantitative research with an observational analytic method and a cross-sectional study design conducted on December 29, 2023, at Subulussalam City Hospital with a sample size of 233 respondents calculated using the Slovin formula. Sample withdrawal was done using the accidental sampling technique. Data collection was done through interviews using a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate a significant relationship between knowledge and (p value = 0.001 PR = 2.279), attitude (p value = 0.000 PR = 3.737), and action (p value = 0.001 PR = 2.279). It is necessary to continue health promotion programs in the prevention of hypertension using both counseling and empowerment methods so as to achieve the goal of changing behavior, especially community action in the prevention of hypertension. Patients can change their diet and do physical activities such as regular exercise, not smoking, and screening blood pressure checks.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan di Puskesmas Kecamatan Langsa Lama berdasarkan importance performance. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 384 orang. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode Importance performance analysis (IPA) untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan seseorang atas kinerja pihak lain dan metode customer satisfaction index (CSI) untuk menentukan tingkat kepuasan konsumen secara menyeluruh. Dengan pendekatan yang memperhitungkan tingkat kepentingan dan kinerja dari atribut-atribut yang diukur. Dari hasil pemetaan atribut dengan menggunakan metode importance performance analysis (IPA), bahwa atribut yang sangat penting menurut para responden adalah atribut 14 yaitu petugas Puskesmas Kecamatan Langsa Lama selalu melayani pasien dengan penuh kesetiaan. Pasien yang berobat di Puskesmas Kecamatan Langsa Lama tidak semuanya memiliki kondisi fisik yang baik saat berobat, sehingga mereka membutuhkan pelayanan yang cepat. Sedangkan atribut yang paling rendah nilai kepentingannya adalah atribut 12 yaitu pelayanan pada Puskesmas Kecamatan Langsa Lama tidak membedakan status sosial. Responden beranggapan bahwa di Puskesmas Kecamatan Langsa Lama tidak ada yang membeda-bedakan status sosial. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan CSI (customer satisfaction index) diperoleh nilai CSI 83,76%. Berdasarkan kriteria nilai CSI maka hasil nilai CSI pada kepuasan pasien di Puskesmas Kecamatan Langsa Lama dikatakan sangat puas dengan nilai CSI 83,76%.

Abstract

Hotel is a form of commercially managed accommodation, where not only facilities and products are provided but also provide the best service to impress guests during their stay at the hotel. This is because hotels are experiencing a very rapid development, so there is a lot of competition in this industry. The quality of service is very important because when the hotel is able to meet the expectations, desires and satisfaction of guests, then they will want to come back to the hotel. This research aims to analyze indicators of service quality, namely reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangible. In this study, the authors used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods in case studies with informants as many as 8 people. Data is obtained from informants using data collectors in the form of interview guidelines, observations and documentation, then analyzed. The results showed that indicators of reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy have been said to be good and meet the criteria. While tangible indicators for neatness of the room attendant must be considered and improved again. Of the five indicators of service quality, all must be considered, maintained and improved again so that the number of guests increases and makes guests become loyal to the services provided by Travelodge Batam hotel.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of promotional strategies on purchasing decisions for Xiaomi brand smartphones mediated by word of mouth among students at Samudra University. This research used a sample of 96 respondents who were consumers of Xiaomi smartphone users. The data analysis method uses path analysis, t test, and coefficient of determination test. The results of this research show that promotional strategies via social media directly influence word of mouth, promotional strategies via social media influence purchasing decisions, word of mouth directly influences purchasing decisions, and promotional strategies via social media indirectly influence decisions. purchase of Xiaomi brand smartphones mediated by word of mouth. This research still has limitations in the form of a sample that is still less representative of the total population. It is recommended for future researchers to use a larger sample.

Abstract

Usaha mikro kecil dan menengah merupakan sebuah usaha produktif dimiliki oleh seseorang atau kelompok usaha dan telah memenuhi kriteria sebagai usaha mikro, hadirnya UMKM tentunya menjadi penggerak tumbuhnya usaha masyarakat, hal ini tentunya diperlukan pengetahuan terkait pengelolan umkm yang didirikan termasuk dalam manajemen keuangan. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan terkait manajemen keuangan pada Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) di Kota Batam. Pengelolaan keuangan UMKM sangat penting untuk diperhatikan dalam rangka memberikan peningkatan manajemen keuangan. Tempat pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilakukan di Kota Batam bagi para pelaku UMKM. Metode pelaksanaan dalam kegiatan ini ialah ceramah melalui penyampaian materi terkait manajemen keuangan, serta praktek penyusunan dalam pembuatan laporan keuangan UMKM. Hasil kegiatan pelaksanaan ini pengabdian ini menggambarkan bahwa para pelaku UMKM telah memahami bagaimana pengelolaan manajemen keuangan secara sederhana, serta telah mampu menyusun laporan keuangan UMKM.

Abstract

Project implementation can be successful when existing resources are used effectively and efficiently. One attempt to use the critical path (CPM) method is a project scheduling method that uses project planning analysis and fixed tim e estimates for each activity. In other words, this method can help solve the scheduling problem by determining the timing of the longest production process schedules in the project so that the company can effectively and efficiently determine how long a project can be completed. Optimization must be done to restore the project duration to the actual schedule. The data processing results are performed to determine the project control methods applied by the CV. NBW. ID and obtain a comparison of completion time between scheduling using the CPM (Critical Path Method) method and actual CV results. NBA. ID. To shorten the life of the project, it can be used CPM. The result of using the program on the project with the CPM method is that the project may be completed with a duration of 108 hours or approximately 13 days for one project at a cost of Rs 2.255.903,00 with a time difference of 18 hours.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas V SDN 21 Sawah Tangah serta aktivitas belajar yang membosankan akibat kurang maksimalnya penyajian pembelajaran IPA di kelas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar IPA. Metodologi penelitian tindakan kelas digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SDN 21 Sawah Tangah yang berjumlah 13 orang. Instrumen pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan dua betuk, yakni tes dan non tes. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik persentase untuk kedua data yang diperoleh, baik secara tes maupun non tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar IPA Siswa SDN 21 Sawah Tangah mengalami peningkatan pada Siklus 1, dengan ketuntasan siswa sebanyak 9 orang dengan persentase 69,23%, sedangkan pada siklus 2 hasil belajar kembali meningkat dengan perolehan persentase kelas sebesar 11 orang dengan persentase 84,62%. Peningkatan lainnya juga terlihat pada aktivitas siswa, baik pada siklus 1 maupun pada siklus 2. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe CRH dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas V SDN 21 Sawah Tangah.

Abstract

In an era increasingly filled with climate change and environmental damage, village garbage management has emerged as one of the significant challenges to overcome. This article describes environmental conservation efforts through wise waste management practices in Cangkring Village, Karanganyar Subdistrict, Demak Regency. Ecological harmony is the foundation, reminding us of the importance of maintaining a balance between human activity and nature. Waste management in villages is not only about reducing the negative impact on the environment but also about creating a balanced relationship between man and nature. In order to preserve the environment in Cangkring village, some efforts have been made to provide trash drums as a waste disposal medium and a banner to the Cangkring village community to dispose of the garbage at its place. The garbage is then processed at a disposal site so that the result can be utilized.

Abstract

In general, taxes are mandatory contributions from the people to the government that are coercive and regulated by law. In tax administration, taxpayers are required to pay or deposit the tax owed through a Surat Setoran Pajak (SSP) to the state treasury via a payment location. In connection with the Direktorat Jenderal Pajak No 26 Tahun 2014 concerning Electronic Tax Payment Systems, a tax payment system called E-Billing has also come into effect. E-Billing is a method of paying taxes electronically using a Billing Code. In the E-Billing payment process, if a taxpayer experiences problems in entering their tax data incorrectly, the Taxpayer is given the facility to submit an Overbooking application. Overbooking is defined as a process of transferring tax receipts to be recorded in the appropriate tax receipts. And starting December 12 2022, the Directorate General of Taxes will release E-Pbk (electronic book transfer). E-Pbk is an abbreviation for electronic book transfer. E-Pbk itself is an application that taxpayers can use to request transfers electronically without having to queue in Tax Service Office. The research purposes this writing is to find out about the Mechanism of Application for overbooking via e-pbk for errors in filling in e-billing data at Tax Service Office xxx. The data collection method used is a qualitative method, which is a research method that deals with unstructured data and non-numerical data, for example videos, images and text. Meanwhile, the data collection technique in this writing is using interviews and documentation. And for the result, we can see that the mechanism for requesting book transfers via e-pbk at the Tax Service Office starts with the taxpayer having to first have a DJP Online account via the website https://djponline.pajak.go.id/. Then the taxpayer must prepare the files that will be transferred, in this case it is an error in making E-Biling. After successfully logging in and activating the E-Pbk facility in the menu at DJP Online, taxpayers can apply for book transfers online without attend to the Tax Services Office. And within a maximum of 21 working days from the application via E-Pbk, the taxpayer will receive the transfer results by post/can be taken directly to the registered tax office
