Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh bauran pemasaran terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, menguji pengaruh bauran pemasaran terhadap tingkat kepuasan pelanggan, menganalisis pengaruh tingkat kepuasan terhadap loyalitas, dan menganalisis pengaruh bauran pemasaran terhadap loyalitas yang dimediasi oleh tingkat kepuasan pelanggan pada CV. Andalas Cellular Balikpapan. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei kausal komparatif, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dari pelanggan CV. Andalas Cellular Balikpapan dengan teknik purposive sampling di Kota Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur. Variabel penelitian mencakup bauran pemasaran (produk, harga, promosi, distribusi), loyalitas pelanggan, dan kepuasan pelanggan, diukur dengan skala Likert, dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda serta analisis mediasi. Dari 50 responden, 70% adalah laki-laki. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi hubungan signifikan antarvariabel dan peran mediasi kepuasan pelanggan. Hasilnya diharapkan memberikan kontribusi teoritis dan praktis bagi pengembangan strategi pemasaran yang lebih efektif untuk CV. Andalas Cellular Balikpapan, serta dapat diterapkan oleh perusahaan telekomunikasi lain untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan keberlanjutan bisnis.

Abstract

The primary objective of this research is to explore the critical role of leadership in fostering sustained employee engagement. By examining transformational, transactional, and servant leadership styles, this study seeks to identify the mechanisms through which these leadership approaches influence employee engagement. A qualitative literature review method was employed, involving a comprehensive analysis of peer-reviewed journal articles, books, and reputable online sources. The findings indicate that transformational leadership significantly enhances employee engagement through vision articulation, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration. Transactional leadership, with its emphasis on clear goals, feedback, and rewards, provides necessary structure and stability, particularly in regulated industries. Servant leadership, focusing on ethical behavior and community building, fosters trust, collaboration, and mutual respect, leading to higher engagement levels. The study also highlights key mechanisms such as emotional intelligence, effective communication, feedback, and organizational support as critical factors enabling leaders to create supportive and engaging work environments. Empirical evidence supports the positive impact of these leadership styles on employee engagement, underscoring their relevance in contemporary organizational contexts. Future research should further explore contextual factors, long-term effects, technological mediation, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) considerations to enhance the understanding of the leadership-engagement nexus. The insights gained from this study can help organizations develop targeted leadership programs that promote high levels of engagement, ultimately leading to improved organizational performance and employee satisfaction.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana komunikasi, dukungan organisasi, budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dimoderasi oleh organizational citizenship behaviour. Metode penelitian yang diunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Jenis data yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Angket/kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 724 karyawan. sampel yang dibutuhkan adalah sebesar 258 karyawan pada hotel bintang empat di Kota Makassar. Teknik yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Adapun analisis yang digunakan untuk menjawab hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Model Persamaan Struktur (Struktur Equation Model atau SEM) dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS 3. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa komunikasi, dukungan organisasi, dan budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dimoderasi oleh organizational citizenship behaviou sehingga bisa disimpulkan bahwa ketika nilai organizational citizenship behaviour meningkat, efek hubungan antara variabel dukungan organisasi, komunikasi, dukungan organisasi, budaya organisasi serta kinerja karyawan  juga menjadi lebih besar (atau lebih kuat)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kepemimpinan transformasional memoderasi pengaruh kompetensi terhadap integritas karyawan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada kantor dinas pemberdayaan masyarakat dan desa Provinsi Sulawesi selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif .Variabel   bebas   dalam   penelitian   ini   adalah   budaya   organisasi   dan   gaya   kepemimpinan transformasional,  disiplin  kerja  sebagai  variabel  perantara,  sedangkan  variabel  terikatnya  adalah kinerja. Tipe penelitian menggunakan explanatory dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat untuk mengambil data. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai pada  Kantor Dinas Pemberdayaan Masayarakat dan Desa Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Pengambilan  sampel  dengan  metode sensus  yaitu  sebanyak  66  orang  pegawai. Teknik Analisis data dengan analisis jalur menggunakan SmartPLS 3. Hasil yang didapatkan bahwa Variabel Integritas memiliki hubungan yang negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai kantor dinas pemberdayaan dan desa provinsi Sulawesi selatan ketika dimediasi oleh kepemimpinan transformasional dan Variabel kompetensi memiliki hubungan yang positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai kantor dinas pemberdayaan dan desa provinsi Sulawesi selatan ketika dimediasi oleh kepemimpinan transformasional. Dari penelitian dapat dismpulkan bahwa Penelitian ini tidak dapat menyimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional  memoderasi hubungan antara integritas dan kinerja secara nyata.

Abstract

Human resource development (HRD) has become a strategic factor in enhancing organizational competitiveness and sustainability in the era of global competition. However, partial approaches to HR management often hinder the optimal utilization of individual and organizational potential. This study aims to analyze HRD strategies from three main perspectives: Human Resource Management (HRM), Human Capital Management (HCM), and Human Investment Management (HIM). The research employs a literature review method with a descriptive qualitative approach, examining various scholarly sources related to the concepts and practices of HRD. The findings indicate that HRM focuses on operational aspects such as recruitment and training; HCM emphasizes the management of competencies as strategic assets; while HIM views human resources as long-term investments requiring sustainable development planning. The integration of these three perspectives offers a more holistic approach to designing effective HRD strategies. This study concludes that a balanced emphasis on operational efficiency, human capital optimization, and investment orientation in HR management is essential to achieving long-term organizational goals.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership and work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction. This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study was 56 employees at the Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan with the sample collection method using slovin. The data analysis method used is descriptive statistical analysis and path analysis. The research results show that compensation directly has a significant effect on performance. The work environment directly has a significant effect on performance. Job satisfaction directly has a significant effect on performance. Indirectly, compensation has a significant effect on performance through job satisfaction. Indirectly, the work environment has a significant effect on performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has posed severe financial threats to companies across sectors, exposing weaknesses in traditional risk response systems. To address the increasing uncertainty and the need for rapid strategic adjustment, this study evaluates the role of the ISO 31000 risk management framework in enhancing corporate financial resilience during crises. The research aims to assess how the implementation of ISO 31000—including risk identification, analysis, evaluation, and mitigation—affects key indicators of financial stability: liquidity, solvency, operational continuity, and strategic financial adaptation. A mixed-method approach was employed, combining qualitative descriptive analysis and quantitative correlational analysis using Likert-scale questionnaire data. Regression analysis, t-tests, and F-tests were used to examine the influence of each risk management component, supported by reliability testing via Cronbach’s Alpha. The results show that the four ISO 31000 components jointly have a significant influence on all dimensions of financial resilience. Among them, risk mitigation shows the most consistent and significant effect, indicating its critical role in stabilizing companies during turbulent conditions. In contrast, risk analysis has the least statistical impact across the models. This study contributes empirical evidence supporting the strategic application of international risk management standards during global crises. The findings offer practical implications for organizations seeking to institutionalize structured risk governance and reinforce financial resilience. It also expands the academic discourse on risk-based financial management and encourages further exploration of adaptive frameworks in times of high uncertainty.

Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of the United States' import tariff policy announcement on April 2, 2025, on stock price movements in the LQ-45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Using the Event Study method, this study compares stock prices and market volatility 30 days before and 30 days after the policy announcement. Data were obtained from the daily closing prices of LQ-45 stocks collected through purposive sampling. The analysis was conducted using paired t-tests and Wilcoxon Signed Rank tests to assess the significance of average price differences, as well as standard deviation calculations to evaluate changes in market volatility. The results indicate that there was an increase in the average LQ-45 index after the import tariff announcement, followed by a decrease in market volatility. However, this increase was not statistically significant (p-value > 0.05), suggesting that the policy's impact on LQ-45 stock prices is limited. These findings align with the Capital Market Efficiency Theory, where information is already reflected in stock prices before the announcement, as well as the Signal Theory, which emphasizes that the impact of global economic policies does not always result in extreme reactions in domestic markets. This study contributes to the literature on the response of the Indonesian stock market to international economic events and highlights the importance of psychological factors and anticipatory investor behavior. The main recommendation is the need for further research with a broader sample and variables, including the measurement of investor sentiment as a determinant of market reactions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation, work environment on performance. This type of research is explanatory research. The research sample is a civil servant at Pare-pare city, Indonesia; Data use purposive random sampling of 40 respondents. The research period was carried out in October - December 2020. The method of analysis in this study was multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that work motivation and work environment have a significant effect on performance. This study proves that both theoretically and previous empirical studies explain that increasing motivation and work environment will improve civil servant performance. To get the best results, an employee needs to balance the ability to perform the task given and the willingness to complete the job. This balance can lead to an increase in productivity and an improvement in inefficiency. Motivated employees can lead to increased productivity and allow an organization to achieve higher levels of output. A healthy workplace environment: workplace culture, creating a happier corporate culture. Every company has its own corporate culture. Great company culture can keep employees productive and even help your company retain the best employees, and happy workers are also more likely to stick around

Abstract

This qualitative study explores the intricate relationship between psychological elements and strategic Human Resource Management (HRM) practices in shaping organizational effectiveness. Through an extensive literature review, key themes of employee engagement, motivation, and well-being are examined within the context of HRM. The analysis draws from theories such as social exchange theory, self-determination theory, and positive organizational behavior to elucidate the mechanisms driving employee behavior and attitudes. Strategic HRM practices, characterized by high-performance work systems and employee involvement, are also investigated for their impact on organizational outcomes. Findings underscore the significance of integrating psychological elements into HRM strategies, highlighting their role in fostering employee engagement, motivation, and well-being. The study emphasizes the importance of aligning HR practices with organizational goals and values to enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and performance. Moreover, the implications for HR practitioners and organizational leaders are discussed, emphasizing the need for a proactive approach to HRM that embraces innovation, flexibility, and agility. The study calls for future research to delve deeper into emerging trends and challenges in HRM, such as the influence of technology, remote work arrangements, and innovative HRM strategies, to inform evidence-based practices and promote organizational success.
