Abstract

His study aims: (1) To test and analyze the effect of accounts receivable turnover on profitability at PT. Gudang Garam, Tbk. (2) To test and analyze the effect of fixed asset turnover on profitability at PT. Gudang Garam, Tbk. (3) To test and analyze the effect of accounts receivable turnover and fixed assets turnover on profitability at PT. Gudang Garam, Tbk. The population in this study is the entire financial report data of PT. Gudang Garam Tbk and its components registered in the Stiem Bongaya Investment Gallery, for eight years from 2010 to 2019. The sample of this research is monthly financial reports from 2010 - 2019. The analysis tool used is Multiple Linear Regression. He researches results obtained (1) Accounts receivable turnover has a positive and significant effect on profitability (return on assets). (2) Fixed Asset Turnover has a negative and significant effect on profitability (return on assets). (3) Accounts Receivable Turnover and Fixed Asset Turnover have a positive and significant effect on profitability (return on assets).

Abstract

Bonto Bahari is one of the sub-districts in Bulukumba district which is a famous tourism destination in South Sulawesi. Beach tourism and the business of making phinisi boats are the attractions that are most in demand by tourists. As one of the popular tourist destinations, the business of making souvenirs as souvenirs is a business that is in great demand by the people of Bonto Bahari. The availability of wood raw materials and the skills of the community in making phinisi boat souvenirs that have been passed down for generations are important factors in the development of this souvenir business. However, in its development, the Phinisi ship souvenir business has not been maximized in sales. The use of marketing strategies by utilizing digital marketing has been carried out but limited to social media. Business actors are more focused on tourists who come to the gallery. So that this condition causes sales to depend on the number of tourists visiting Bonto Bahari. This community service activity is carried out to help business actors analyze their potential and weaknesses. By conducting training and mentoring, it is hoped that business actors will be able to better understand their potential, weaknesses and strengths and be able to develop the right strategy in developing their business.

Abstract

The aim of this training activity is to increase the knowledge and abilities of MSME business actors in the field of digital marketing. This digital marketing socialization activity was carried out in Sanrobone village, Takalar district, which was the result of collaboration between the Sanroboe village government and STIEM Bongaya Makassar. This community service uses a participatory approach. Method of delivering material in the form of lectures. The speaker uses the lecture form to deliver the activity material, then continues with a discussion. This activity was attended by 15 MSME players. The observation results are that most MSME entrepreneurs have not done digital marketing well. There are several obstacles in managing MSMEs, namely human resource capabilities are still low, the market share of goods/services produced by MSMEs is still limited, lack of capital, and not having a good bookkeeping system. as well as a lack of understanding by the perpetrators. Follow-up activities are expected to be more technical in the form of training and technical guidance related to Digital Marketing for MSME development, both manually and application-based.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the influence of organizational culture, work environment and motivation on the performance of the employees of RSUP Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo Makassar and To analyze the most dominant variables influencing the performance of RSUP employees. Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo Makassar. The first hypothesis of this research is that organizational culture, work environment and motivation have a significant effect on the performance of RSUP employees. Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo Makassar. Researchers used a quantitative approach designed to determine whether organizational culture, work environment and motivation as independent variables affect employee performance. The research emphasizes on measuring variables with numbers and analyzing data with statistical procedures using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 16.0 program. The type of data in this study is the type of subject data obtained in the form of opinions, attitudes, experiences and characteristics of the respondents who are the research subjects. To obtain the expected research results the authors use data collection methods in the form of observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The results of the study are organizational culture, work environment and motivation have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. When the application of organizational culture, work environment and motivation improves, employee performance will increase and to achieve this, a better socialization/understanding of the values in the organizational culture is carried out. When the work environment is getting better and more conducive, the performance of RSUP employees will also increase. Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo Makassar. This situation indicates that the work environment is an important factor in improving employee performance.

Abstract

The objective of this article is to study the relationship between performance incentives and employee motivation at PT. PELINDO IV The results of this research are drawn from a quantitative survey. This technique is referred to as random and proportional sampling. SmartPLS v.3.8 was employed in this study Incidentally, the results demonstrated that monetary incentives had a significant effect on motivation. With regard to productivity, the only thing that incentives do is to is move resources from one place to another. People who are motivated perform better. Incentives affect performance by influencing the degree of motivation, and performance is positively influenced by the medium of incentives.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Fingerprint berpengaruh terhadap Disiplin Kerja dan Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Kebudayaan Dan Kepariwisataan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer dengan mengunakan teknik kuesioner. Populasinya adalah seluruh pegawai ASN Kantor Dinas Kebudayaan Dan Kepariwisataan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan berjumlah 122 pegawai, sedangkan sampel yang diambil berjumlah 122 pegawai dengan menggunakan sampel Jenuh. Hasil kuesioner tersebut telah diuji validitas dan realibilitasnya, juga telah diuji Inner model berupa Uji Path Coefficient, dan Uji Hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara persial Fingerprint berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Disiplin Kerja Pegawai. Fingerprint berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai. Dan secara Parsial Fingerprint berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Disiplin Kerja dan Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai. Kata Kunci: Fingerprint, Disiplin Kerja, Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai AbstractThis study aims to determine whether Fingerprint affects Work Discipline and Work Productivity of Employees at the Office of Culture and Tourism of South Sulawesi Province. They were collecting data using primary data by using a questionnaire technique. The population is all ASN employees of the Office of Culture and Tourism of South Sulawesi Province, totaling 122 employees, while the sample taken is 122 employees using the Saturated sample. The questionnaire results have been tested for validity and reliability, and the Inner model has also been tested in the form of Path Coefficient Test and Hypothesis Testing. The results showed that partially Fingerprint had a positive and significant effect on Employee Work Discipline. Fingerprint has a positive and significant effect on Employee Work Productivity. Furthermore, Partially Fingerprint has a positive and significant effect on Work Discipline and Employee Work Productivity. Keywords: Fingerprint, Work Discipline, Employee Work Productivity

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis nilai perusahaan pada industri manufaktur sektor barang konsiumsi di BEI periode 2018-2020 akibat pengaruh kebiijakan dividen, kebiijakan hutang dan keputusan investaasi. Kumpulan data dengan menggunakan data sekunder yang dipasok dari laporan keuangan perusahaan dengan menggunakan teknik sampling yang ditargetkan. Populasi terdiri dari 53 produsen periode antara 2018-2020, dan sampelnya adalah 19 laporan keuangan tahunan produsen barang konsumsi 2018 hingga 2020. Hasil data variabel penelitian diuji pada asumsi klasik dan menggunakan metode analisis data regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial tidak secara signifikan dipengaruhi oleh nilai perusahaan. Sebaliknya, kebijakan hutang dan keputusan investasi mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan secara positif dan signifikan. Secara simultan kebiijakan dividen, kebiijakan hutang, dan keputusan invesitasi simultan memengaruhi nilai perusahan.

Abstract

This research explores the integration of Total Quality Management (TQM) with strategic, operational, and human resource management practices. Employing a qualitative approach, it conducts a systematic review and synthesis of existing literature to understand this integration and its implications for organizational performance comprehensively. The research design thoroughly examines scholarly literature using academic databases and inclusion criteria to select relevant studies. Data analysis employs thematic analysis to identify recurring themes, patterns, and relationships across the literature. Findings reveal the significance of strategic alignment in maximizing the effectiveness of TQM initiatives, driving operational efficiency, and fostering employee engagement. Challenges such as resistance to change, cultural barriers, and resource constraints are also identified, underscoring the complexity of TQM integration. The research highlights the need for theoretical advancements and managerial practices to overcome challenges and leverage opportunities for achieving sustainable competitive advantage. The integration of TQM with strategic, operational, and human resource management practices offers organizations a holistic approach to enhance organizational performance and achieve excellence in quality management.

Abstract

The purpose of this qualitative research study is to explore consumer psychology and its implications for strategic marketing management. Grounded in the grounded theory methodology, the study aims to delve into the multifaceted nature of consumer decision-making processes, the influence of emotions on brand perception, the role of social media in shaping consumer behavior, and the significance of brand identity and differentiation in the competitive marketplace. The research methodology involves a comprehensive review of existing literature related to consumer psychology and strategic marketing management, encompassing scholarly articles, books, and reports. Data analysis procedures include systematic coding, categorization, and interpretation of qualitative data extracted from the literature. The key findings of the study underscore the intricate interplay of factors influencing consumer behavior, including attitudes, emotions, social norms, and perceived behavioral control. Emotions emerge as a crucial determinant of brand perception, with positive emotional experiences fostering brand loyalty and negative emotions undermining consumer trust. Social media platforms play a pivotal role in shaping brand perceptions and purchase decisions, while brand identity serves as a strategic asset for differentiation and market positioning. The study contributes to a deeper understanding of consumer psychology and provides insights for marketers to develop targeted and effective marketing strategies that resonate with consumers' motivations and preferences.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi keuangan terhadap kinerja UKM dan keberlangsungan UKM kuliner di Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer melalui kuisioner dan teknik pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan Statistical Program for Social Science SPSS 23. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah literasi keuangan dapat memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja UKM kuliner di kota Makassar, literasi keuangan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keberlangsungan UMKM kuliner di Makassar, dan Kinerja UMKM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keberlangsungan UMKM kuliner di Kota Makassar.
