Abstract

Di tengah persaingan bisnis yang semakin kompetitif, penerapan strategi pemasaran yang tepat menjadi elemen penting untuk menarik perhatian konsumen dan mendorong keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh digital marketing, customer relationship marketing, dan direct marketing terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Camille Beauty di Kota Batam. Menggunakan jenis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, penelitian ini melibatkan populasi pengguna Camille Beauty di Kota Batam pada tahun 2024 yang jumlahnya tidak diketahui secara pasti. Penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan rumus Jacob Cohen, menghasilkan 204 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data mencakup uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, uji pengaruh, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa digital marketing memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian, customer relationship marketing memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian serta direct marketing memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil uji F memperkuat simpulan bahwa digital marketing, customer relationship marketing, dan direct marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the judges' considerations in granting permission for polygamy at the Religious Court of Bima City. Polygamy in Islamic law is permitted under certain conditions; however, its implementation in the context of Indonesian positive law is restricted by Law Number 1 of 1974 on Marriage and the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI). The focus of this research is on how judges interpret and apply these conditions, particularly in relation to justice, the husband's capability, and the condition of the first wife. This study employs a normative juridical approach with qualitative analysis of court decisions related to polygamy permits. The results show that judges at the Religious Court of Bima City carefully consider aspects of justice and the welfare of wives and children when ruling on polygamy cases, and they rigorously assess the evidence presented by applicants. Therefore, the judges’ considerations are based not only on normative regulations but also on the principles of justice and the protection of women's rights. These findings reflect the judiciary’s caution in handling polygamy cases as a form of protection for the institution of the family.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation and effectiveness of Supreme Court Circular Letter (SEMA) No. 3 of 2023 in handling divorce cases at the Bima Class 1A Religious Court, especially in accelerating the case settlement process. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a focus on data collection through in-depth interviews with judges and court clerks, as well as analysis of legal documents and related literature. The results show that SEMA No. 3 of 2023 has had a positive impact in accelerating the settlement of divorce cases, reducing the processing time from 3-4 months to 1-2 months for cases that meet the requirements. This policy also helps to equalize judges' perceptions through clear parameters, such as the requirement of a minimum 6-month separation and proof of no hope of living together. However, there is dualism in interpretation in its application, especially regarding whether the duration of the dispute is sufficient or whether it must be accompanied by evidence of separation from home. In addition, socialization to the public still needs to be improved so that applicants understand the importance of preparing evidence from the start. Overall, SEMA No. 3 Year 2023 proved effective in creating a more efficient and scalable divorce court system, although more detailed technical guidelines, intensification of legal counseling, and periodic evaluations are needed to maximize its implementation. This study recommends harmonization of interpretation at the court level as well as an educative approach to the community to strengthen the effectiveness of this policy in the future.

Abstract

Produk Scarlett, yang terbuat dari bahan-bahan berkualitas tinggi, juga tersedia dengan harga yang terjangkau, serta memberikan hasil yang dapat dibuktikan melalui review positif dari konsumen. Selain itu, Scarlett terus berinovasi dengan meluncurkan varian produk yang sesuai dengan berbagai kebutuhan kulit. Strategi perluasan penjualan tahun ini berfokus pada memperkuat kehadiran di pasar digital, meningkatkan kolaborasi dengan influencer, dan memperluas distribusi produk ke retaill offline. Adapun metode penelitian adalah kualitatif menggunakan kajian mendalam terhadap sumber-sumber tertulis yang relevan, seperti jurnal, buku, dan laporan, untuk mengumpulkan data, memahami perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan, dan menjadi landasan bagi penelitian selanjutnya.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk Scarlet Memanfaatkan peluang dalam pertumbuhan industri, strategi digital berupa penggunaan sosial media berupa tiktok dan Instagram serta inovasi produk yang efektif, penjualan produk Scarlett sepanjang 2024 hingga 2025 mengalami penjualan yang signifikan khususnya Agustus ke Oktober 2024. Pertumbuhan lebih dari Rp1,7 miliar menunjukkan keberhasilan pendekatan pemasaran Scarlett dalam menjaga relevansi di pasar yang dinamis. Hal ini juga menunjukan respons positif terhadap upaya pemasaran inovasi produk yang dilakukan oleh Scarlett.

Abstract

Learning methods play a crucial role in enhancing the enthusiasm and willingness of students to learn, particularly in the field of Islamic religious education. In this digital era, animation technology has emerged as an excellent approach to improving the quality of education. The objective of this research is to investigate the implementation of technology-based methods used to enhance students' understanding of Islamic religious teachings. Qualitative methods such as observation, interviews, and literature review have been employed in this study. The findings demonstrate that the utilization of animation media can significantly improve students' motivation and eagerness to engage with Islamic sciences. Animation serves as a valuable tool in facilitating a more vivid and interactive comprehension of Islamic religious teachings. Consequently, the integration of technology-based animation in learning can effectively enhance students' educational experience in the realm of Islamic religious education. Further research and practical development initiatives aimed at promoting the essence of Islamic values are expected to yield a positive impact on the field of education. Abstract

Kediri Induk is a village located in Kediri sub-district, West Lombok district. This village is a village that has many Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). One of the MSMEs in Kediri Induk village is the very promising Murni Leather Crackers MSME, namely processing cowhide into cowhide cracker products. The problems currently faced by MSMEs are weak product innovation and weak marketing networks. To motivate and develop these MSMEs by providing an innovation that is more attractive than previous products both in terms of packaging, flavor variants, logos and marketing networks. After motivation and assistance, this MSME succeeded in developing its production with new variants and succeeded in marketing its products through digital marketing

Abstract

The division of joint property in a second marriage often generates legal disputes when one spouse passes away. This study aims to analyze the status of joint property of the second husband in inheritance distribution under Islamic law and to examine the practices implemented in the local community of Bima City. The research employed a juridical-empirical method with a descriptive-analytical approach, combining interviews, field observations, and literature review. The findings reveal that the community in Tambana, Jatiwangi Subdistrict, predominantly applies customary inheritance practices, namely family deliberation and equal distribution among heirs. Such practices contradict the provisions of Islamic inheritance law, which stipulates fixed and detailed shares (faraidh) that are considered qath‘i (definitive). The primary factors behind this deviation include limited understanding of Islamic inheritance principles, lack of awareness of the legal status of joint property, and the strong influence of local traditions transmitted across generations. This study highlights the urgency of socializing Islamic inheritance law and strengthening the role of marital agreements as preventive measures against disputes over property distribution. The research contributes to enriching the juridical discourse on harmonizing Islamic law and customary practices in inheritance cases in Indonesia.

Abstract

Masalah utama dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia ialah mencari metode atau model pembelajaran yang dapat menyampaikan materi pelajaran secara tepat, yang memenuhi muatan tatanan nilai, agar dapat diinternalisasikan pada diri siswa, sehingga siswa mampu mengimplementasikan hakekat nilai dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Dengan cara itu siswa akan memahami makna apa yang dipelajari bagi dirinya, sehingga akan menumbuhkan motivasi belajarnya. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilaksanakan pada tahun pelajaran 2021/2022. Tahap-tahap pelaksanaan kegiatan sejak persiapan sampai dengan penulisan laporan penelitian secara keseluruhan dilakukan selama satu bulan, yaitu 8-15 Oktober dan 18-19 Oktober 2021. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilakukan di SMP Al-Hikmah Utan. Subjek penelitian tindakan ini adalah siswa kelas VII di SMP Al-Hikmah Utan semester ganjil (Semester 1) tahun pelajaran 2021/2022 yang berjumlah 12 orang, yang terdiri dari 5 orang laki-laki dan 7 orang perempuan. Siswa kelas VII memiliki kemampuan akademis yang heterogen berdasarkan hasil evaluasi belajar pada semester 1. Objek penelitian adalah aktivitas belajar siswa, hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia. Adapun kesimpulan yang dapat di peroleh, antara lain: (1) Penggunaan strategi cooperatif learning dapat meningkatkan keaktifan siswa pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia bagi siswa kelas VII di SMP Al-Hikmah Utan Tahun pelajaran 2021/2022. (2) Penggunaan strategi cooperatif learning dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa pada pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. Nilai rata-rata prestasi belajar Bahasa Indonesia meningkat dari 42,75 pada pretest menjadi 71,88 setelah siklus II. Hal ini berarti penggunaan strategi cooperatif learning akan meningkatkan keaktifan siswa dan memotivasi siswa untuk belajar dengan sungguh-sungguh.

Abstract

Carbon dots are a novel carbon-based material with the appealing properties of inexpensive nanomaterials, low toxicity, environmental tolerance, abundance, photostability, and simplicity of synthesis. Carbon dots (CDs) have effectively distinguished themselves from other materials due to their superior properties, such as ultra-small size, good photostability, excellent biocompatibility, and tunable fluorescence properties. This study synthesized carbon dots from green algae using a hydrothermal method at 180 °C and doped with nitrogen. Green algae contain carbohydrates, proteins, and poly-unsaturated fatty acids, allowing them to produce more carbon and be used as a precursor in synthesizing carbon dots. The FT-IR and UV-Vis spectra reveal the distinct functionalization and energy gap between the surface states of CDs and N-CDs. The carbon nanoparticles were then used as photocatalysts to degrade methyl red. The results indicate that nitrogen doping is superior for reducing methyl red and has tremendous potential for environmental applications.

Abstract

Salah satu desa yang berada di ujung Timur Kepulauan Selayar adalah Desa Bonea Timur. Desa tersebut merupakan desa yang berada di daerah ketinggian yang dikelilingi pegunungan akan tetapi juga dekat dengan daerah pesisir, dimana jarak tempuh kurang lebih 30 menit. Sehingga di desa ini juga mudah mendapatkan hasil laut seperti ikan. Desa Bonea Timur memiliki cuaca yang tidak menentu kadang terik,hujan dan tiba-tiba berkabut. Berdasarkan cuaca tersebut, sehingga pengabdi ingin membantu masyarakat setempat untuk lebih produktif dalam mengolah bahan pangan seperti pembuatan keripiki nasi tempe tanpa dijemur, mengingat cuaca yanag tidak menentu di desa tersebut. Salah satu upaya konkret yang dilakukan adalah praktek pembuatan ‘’Keripik nasi tempe all season’’. Maksud dari pembuatan keripik ini adalah untuk: (1) menambah pengetahuan warga setempat untuk mengolah nasi yang mungkin tersisa (2) agar warga setempat mengetahui cara lain dalam pengolahan tempe serta (3) yang terpenting adalah warga dapat menjadikan keripik nasi tempe all season sebagai pendapatan tambahan karena memiliki nilai jual. Sasaran pengolahan nasi tempe all season dihadiri oleh empat dusun yakni; dusun Lembang Bau, dusun Buki-buki Utara, Buki-buki Selatan dan Bissorang. Kegiatan pembuatan keripik nasi tempe ini dibantu oleh beberapa mahasiswa dari STIM Lasaran Jaya mengingat banyaknya masyarakat yang hadir dan ingin didampingi pada kegiatan tersebut.
