This study aims to examine the development of the Hybrid Learning model in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) as a solution to the challenges of teaching and learning in the digital era. Using a descriptive qualitative method, the research explores the integration of online and offline learning designed systematically to enhance the effectiveness and quality of PAI instruction. Hybrid learning has the potential to increase student engagement, enrich learning materials, and foster independent learning. Key strategies for successful implementation include the selection of relevant digital media, strengthening the role of teachers, and designing an adaptive curriculum. Thus, Hybrid Learning can serve as an innovative approach to meeting the needs of Islamic education in the modern era.

This study discusses the Use of Sarcasm Style of Language Towards Jokowi in the Comments Column of the @Folkative Account in March and April 2022. The purpose of this study is to describe the form of sarcasm style of language found in the comments column of the re-upload of Mr. Jokowi's statement on the @folkative account in March and April 2022. This study is qualitative with a descriptive method. The instrument used is the researcher himself and is supported by an analysis guideline table that helps researchers to summarize the data obtained. The data in this study are in the form of dialogue quotes or sentences from the film Perempuan Tanah Jahanam by Joko Anwar. The data collection technique used to obtain research data uses the listening and note-taking technique. The analysis technique of this study uses a narrative analysis method and is more conceptual to find, identify, process and analyze documents to find out the form and understand the meaning, and its relevance. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the form of sarcasm style of language found in the comments column of the re-upload of Mr. Jokowi's statement on the @folkative account in March and April 2022 was 10, namely: ) rejection; (2) conveying prohibitions; (3) conveying orders; (4) conveying information; (5) conveying affirmations; (6) conveying questions; (7) conveying comparisons; (8) conveying similarities; (9) conveying opinions; (10) greetings. The most dominant forms of rejection and conveying opinions were found, netizens or users commented on the Folkative Instagram account in March and April 2022 to Jokowi. They commented with harsh words that were inappropriate for the Head of State.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi efektivitas praktik kepemimpinan berbasis kearifan lokal di lembaga pendidikan Islam, khususnya pada Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 dan Madrasah Tsanawiyah Muhammadiyah di Kabupaten Poso. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner tertutup yang diberikan kepada 24 responden yang dipilih secara acak sederhana dari total 46 guru. Fokus penelitian ini adalah pada tujuh nilai utama budaya lokal Sintuwu Maroso: saling menghargai, saling mendukung, kebersamaan, toleransi, persatuan, persaudaraan, dan solidaritas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktik kepemimpinan yang mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai kearifan lokal ini dipersepsikan sangat efektif oleh para guru. Pendekatan ini mampu menciptakan harmoni, memperkuat loyalitas dan komitmen, serta meningkatkan iklim organisasi di lembaga pendidikan Islam. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya kearifan lokal sebagai strategi kepemimpinan kontekstual untuk menghadapi tantangan dalam lingkungan pendidikan modern. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi kearifan lokal ke dalam praktik kepemimpinan dapat membantu lembaga pendidikan Islam tetap relevan dan efektif dalam mencapai tujuannya.

Kata Kunci: Analisis, Nilai Moral, Film Titip Surat untuk Tuhan Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan nilai moral yang terdapat dalam film Titip Surat untuk Tuhan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini berupa kata-kata atau kalimat dari film Titip Surat untuk Tuhan karya Karsono Hadi dan sumber data adalah film. The film Titip Surat untuk Tuhan told the story of a simple family tested when the eldest child falls ill with a serious illness. To that end, his younger sibling writes a letter to God, hoping for his brother's recovery. That's a snippet from the film Titip Surat untuk Tuhan. This study aims to describe the moral values contained in the film Titip Surat untuk Tuhan. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach. This research took place in the even semester of the 2024/2025 academic year. The data in this study are words or sentences from the film Titip Surat untuk Tuhan by Karsono Hadi. The research instrument is the researcher himself. The data collection techniques in this study are listening and note-taking techniques using time and tool triangulation validation. The data analysis technique for moral values contained in the film Titip Surat untuk Tuhan in this study was carried out by reducing, presenting, and drawing conclusions from the data. The results of the study show that the moral values in this film include: (1) moral values related to oneself, namely patience, never giving up, humility, honesty, and responsibility; (2) moral values related to other humans or the surrounding environment, namely friendship, family, and love; (3) moral values related to God, namely worship. This film displays moral values ??emotionally and touchingly, and provides examples of positive attitudes to the audience.

Integrating local culture into language learning is a practical approach to enhancing students' writing skills while promoting positive character values and cultural identity. This study focuses on the utilisation and strengthening of character through digital media in learning to write descriptive texts by highlighting the Malay maritime tradition of the jong boat race as contextual learning material for elementary school students. The purpose of this study is to develop descriptive text writing competencies that incorporate traditional Malay culture, modern technology, and the principles of meaningful learning, thereby fostering the connection between new knowledge and students' existing experiences and knowledge. The method employed is a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative and qualitative methods. The quantitative approach uses a pre-experimental one-class pretest-posttest design to measure the improvement of writing skills before and after learning. The qualitative approach is carried out through classroom observations, semi-structured interviews, and documentation to explore the experiences and responses of students and teachers. Digital media, including photos, short videos, and presentation applications, are used to help students observe, analyse, and describe the characteristics, materials, and processes of the Jong Boat Race. The results indicate that integrating cultural elements supported by digital visual sources and meaningful learning strategies can enhance students' descriptive vocabulary, sentence structure, emotional engagement, and depth of understanding. Furthermore, this approach encourages students to appreciate and preserve Malay maritime traditions, thereby enabling language learning to be integrated with cultural education. The study concluded that technology-enabled culture-based learning not only enriches students' language skills but also strengthens cultural awareness, making it a relevant and sustainable strategy for language education at the primary school level.

Abstract Gubang is a traditional art of the Malay community on Jemaja Island. In the past, Gubang was a game played by the spirits of the Bunian people. The art of Gubang was later made into a film titled "Gubang The Movie" by Sarman Galang. This film was produced in 2015 by Tuah Production with a drama genre with a duration of 95 minutes. The film titled "Gubang The Movie" by Sarman Galang as a medium in conveying messages through story plots conveyed by the screenwriter to the audience. Film has a function to be able to convey messages in the form of information, education, and entertainment. This paper discusses the moral messages and values in the film titled "Gubang The Movie" by Sarman Galang. The method used in this study is a descriptive method, namely describing the data by analyzing the data according to the reality as it is about the moral values contained in a film titled "Gubang The Movie" by Sarman Galang. Based on the film "Gubang The Movie" there is a moral message that contains a symbol of identity consisting of the value of patience, the value of persistence, the value of courage, and the value of kindness. This research aims to develop learning media for poetry material boxes in poetry texts for class X students at Moro 1 State High School, Karimun Regency, Riau Islands. The research method that researchers use is a 4D model which consists of definition, design stage, up to the development stage only. In this research, the media developed is visual media in the form of a box. If you open the box, it will take the form of a cube net which is erected using supports. In the media there is poetry text material and games. The number of students from the small group trial was 6 students, and the large group was 40 students. Data collection techniques in this research used interviews, media validation questionnaires, material validation questionnaires, and media practicality questionnaires by students. The data analysis technique in this research uses qualitative descriptive to analyze comments, suggestions and several media inputs, while quantitative descriptive is used to calculate assessment scores for learning media products in the poetry material box. The results of the research showed that the results of the poetry material box learning media with a validation percentage from media experts reached 75% with the qualification "valid", and validation from material experts reached 85% with the qualification "very practical". Apart from that, a media practicality trial was carried out by students at SMA Negeri 1 Moro with the percentage of the small group reaching 86% with the qualification "very practical" and the large group reaching 80% with the qualification "practical".hu7

The song belongs to the literary genre in which poets and writers have used words to convey their emotions. These heartfelt declarations and the lyrics' commentary on duties and love between humans represent culture in day-to-day living. This study aims to determine whether discussion and question-answer methods can influence and enhance the critical thinking skills of 4th-grade students at UPTD SDN Socah 2, especially in science learning. In the first cycle of the study, it was found that the overall student score was 60%, which did not meet the predetermined success indicator of 80%. Therefore, a second cycle was conducted to rectify the previous errors, resulting in an improved score of 94.20%. Thus, it can be concluded that the implementation of question-answer and discussion methods can stimulate students' learning motivation, consequently enhancing their critical thinking skills as a form of problem-solving, particularly in science learning regarding the properties of matter and its changes.
