Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh implementasi pembelajaran berbasis inkuiri terhadap peningkatan keterampilan proses sains siswa di Sekolah Dasar Pahlawan. Pembelajaran berbasis inkuiri dianggap sebagai pendekatan yang efektif dalam mendorong siswa untuk aktif terlibat dalam proses pembelajaran dan mengembangkan keterampilan ilmiah yang esensial. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen semu dengan desain pretest-posttest control group. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 60 siswa kelas V yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok: kelompok eksperimen yang menerima pembelajaran berbasis inkuiri dan kelompok kontrol yang menerima pembelajaran konvensional. Instrumen penelitian berupa tes keterampilan proses sains dan lembar observasi aktivitas siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan dalam keterampilan proses sains siswa pada kelompok eksperimen dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol. Peningkatan ini mencakup keterampilan mengamati, mengklasifikasi, merumuskan hipotesis, dan menarik kesimpulan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis inkuiri mampu memberikan pengalaman belajar yang lebih mendalam dan bermakna bagi siswa, sehingga meningkatkan kemampuan mereka dalam memahami konsep-konsep sains secara kritis dan analitis. Dengan demikian, pembelajaran berbasis inkuiri dapat diimplementasikan sebagai strategi pembelajaran yang efektif di sekolah dasar untuk mengembangkan keterampilan proses sains siswa.

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dampak sertifikasi guru terhadap peningkatan profesionalisme guru di Sekolah Dasar. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan adalah studi literatur dengan mengkaji berbagai penelitian terkait efek sertifikasi guru. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa sertifikasi guru memiliki dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kompetensi, kualitas, dan kesejahteraan guru. Guru yang telah bersertifikasi cenderung memiliki motivasi lebih tinggi untuk terus berkembang dan memupuk kualitas pengajaran di kelas. Selain itu, tunjangan sertifikasi juga berkontribusi pada peningkatan kesejahteraan guru. Guru yang lebih sejahtera akan lebih fokus dan berdedikasi dalam melaksanakan tugasnya, yang pada akhirnya dapat memupuk kualitas pendidikan secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa sertifikasi guru adalah salah satu cara efektif untuk memupuk profesionalisme dan kualitas guru di Indonesia. Penelitian ini memiliki signifikansi yang penting karena kualitas guru merupakan salah satu faktor kunci dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa program sertifikasi guru dapat menjadi strategi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran di kelas.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the Village Government of Bulie has implemented accounting standards in presenting its village financial reports. The research methodology used is qualitative research. The data sources include primary data obtained through direct interviews with the village secretary of Bulie and secondary data derived from relevant documents. The research location is in Bulie Village, Sibulue Subdistrict, Bone Regency. The findings indicate that the financial reporting in Bulie Village is not yet fully aligned with or does not entirely meet several principles of the Government Accounting Standards (SAP). The village government currently prepares only two types of financial reports, while to comply with SAP, seven types of financial statements are required, namely the Budget Realization Report (LRA), the Statement of Changes in Budget Surplus (LPSAL), the Balance Sheet (LN), the Statement of Changes in Equity (LPE), the Operational Report (LO), the Cash Flow Statement (LAK), and the Notes to the Financial Statements (CALK). Based on these findings, it is recommended that the Village Government of Bulie regularly conducts outreach, education, and training for village officials to enhance their understanding of the alignment and regulations related to financial management in accordance with the Government Accounting Standards (SAP). Metodelogi penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan yaitu data primer yang diperoleh dengan wawancara langsung dengan sekertaris desa bulie sedangkan data skunder diperoleh dari dokumen yang berkaitan. Lokasi penelitian ini bertempat di Desa Bulie Kecamatan Sibulue Kabipaten Bone. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaporan keuangan di Desa Bulie, belum relevan atau belum memenuhi beberapa prinsip Standar Akuntansi Pemerintah (SAP). Sebagaimana pemerintah Desa Bulie hanya membuat dua jenis laporan keuangan, untuk membuat laporan keuangan Desa yang sesuai dengan Standar Akuntansi Pemerintah (SAP) memerlukan tujuh jenis laporan keuangan diantaranya Laporan Realisasi Anggaran (LRA), Laporan Perubahan Saldo Anggaran Lebih (LPSAL), Laporan Neraca (LN), Laporan Perubahan Ekuitas (LPE), Laporan Oprasional (LO), Laporan Arus Kas (LAK), dan Catatan Atas Laporan Keuangan (CALK). Berdasarkantemuan ini, disarankan agar pemerintah Desa Bulie diharapkan sering mengadakan sosialisasi, pendidikan serta pelatihan kepada aparatur Desa terkait keselarasan dan aturan-aturan lain yang berhubungan dengan pengelolaan keuangan sesuai dengan Standar Akuntansi Pemerintah (SAP) agar bisa lebih memahami tentang Standar Akuntasi Pemerintah (SAP).

Abstract

This study examines Sibaliparriq, a core cultural value of the Mandar people in West Sulawesi, Indonesia, as a lived household praxis that structures cooperation, gender relations, and family wellbeing. While much gender and development scholarship portrays households as sites of persistent inequality shaped by patriarchal norms, less attention has been given to culturally embedded ethics that actively promote reciprocity and shared responsibility between spouses. Adopting a qualitative descriptive phenomenological approach, this study draws on in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation conducted in Tapango Barat Village to explore why Sibaliparriq persists in contemporary household life, how it is enacted in everyday practices, and what impacts families associate with its practice. Data were analyzed using Colaizzi’s phenomenological method to capture participants’ lived meanings and moral reasoning. The findings reveal that Sibaliparriq functions as a relational household praxis integrating moral obligation, pragmatic cooperation, and culturally legitimate forms of agency. It is enacted through negotiated household governance, flexible labor sharing across productive and reproductive domains, and collaborative parenting practices. Participants perceive Sibaliparriq as strengthening household harmony, livelihood resilience, women’s recognized participation in decision-making, and the continuity of Mandar cultural identity. Conceptually, the study situates Sibaliparriq within international debates on cooperative–conflict dynamics and women’s empowerment, demonstrating how locally grounded cultural ethics can operate as informal governance mechanisms that reshape gender relations without requiring a rupture from local cultural norms. The study contributes to comparative gender scholarship by highlighting the importance of culturally embedded pathways to cooperation and empowerment in family life.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of classroom management strategies and the effectiveness of learning through the application of classroom management strategies in Grade IV at UPT SD Negeri 018 Langgini. Classroom management is considered an important factor in creating a conducive learning atmosphere so that learning objectives can be achieved optimally. This research employs a qualitative approach with a field research design. The research subjects consisted of the class teacher and Grade IV students. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and the validity of the data was ensured through source and technique triangulation. The results indicate that classroom management strategies were implemented through four aspects: planning, organizing, leadership, and classroom control. The teacher prepared learning tools, arranged seating and learning time, motivated students, and enforced classroom rules and discipline. Learning effectiveness was categorized as quite effective, as most students were active and focused during learning activities. However, some students were still less active and less disciplined, causing learning to be not yet fully optimal. Abstract

This study aims to develop a thematic learning media in the era of industrial revolution 4.0 by using educational games for elementary students that are valid, practical and effective. Thematic learning media using educational games is closely related to innovation and the use of technology following the demands of the industrial revolution 4.0 era to increase student’s attractiveness in learning. Thematic media learning was the result of development by using adobe flash CS6 program. The contained of media was thematic learning that integrates of several subjects. The development model used was 4-D (define, design, develop, disseminate). The research data was obtained from the validity test (media validation sheet), practicality (student and teacher response questionnaire), and effectiveness (student learning activities and results). Data were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the thematic learning media was valid (media content according to curriculum, attractive design and layout, ease of operation, easy to understand students' language, and clear presentation according to student characteristics), practical (clear contents and objectives, easy to read, attractive appearance, and student interest increases), and effective (can increase student activity and learning outcomes). Learning media using educational games can create a fun learning process.

Abstract

The background of this research is the low speaking skills of second-grade students due to the dominant use of lecture-based teaching methods, which highlights the need for implementing a more appropriate instructional method. This study aims to improve the speaking skills of early grade students through the application of storytelling methods assisted by audiovisual media. The study was conducted in a public elementary school with 17 students as subjects, using a Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach consisting of two cycles. Each cycle includes planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The research instrument was an observation sheet of teacher and student activities and an assessment of speaking skills. The results of the study showed an increase in students' speaking skills at each meeting. In Cycle I Meeting I, the average student speaking skills reached 64.71 (Poor category) with 9 students completing (52.94%), increasing in Cycle I Meeting II to 74.12 (Sufficient category) with 12 students completing (70.59%). Furthermore, in Cycle II Meeting I, the average reached 81.96 (Good category) with 14 students completing (82.35%), and Cycle II Meeting II the average was 88.63 (Good category) with 15 students completing (88.24%). This increase indicates that the storytelling method assisted by audiovisual media is effective in improving students' speaking skills. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of storytelling methods assisted by audiovisual media can improve the speaking skills of second-grade students at SDN 004 Salo.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of the Behavioristic Learning Model and Rewards on students’ learning discipline in elementary school. The research was conducted at UPT SDN 020 Bukit Payung with a total of 36 fifth-grade student participants. This study employed a quasi-experimental method using a Nonequivalent Control Group Design with a quantitative approach. The instruments used to measure students’ learning discipline included a questionnaire, teacher observation sheet, and student observation sheet, while the pretest and posttest for mathematics and Rewards were in the form of essay and multiple-choice questions. Quantitative data were analyzed using SPSS version 20. The results showed that the learning discipline of students who received the Behavioristic Learning Model combined with Rewards was higher than that of students who learned through the conventional model. Based on the Independent Samples t-test, the significance value obtained was 0.000 < 0.05, with the average posttest score of the experimental class being 78.17 and the control class 76.67. This indicates that the behavioristic model and Rewards are more effective in improving students’ learning discipline. Therefore, this model can be used as an alternative strategy in mathematics learning to enhance learning discipline among elementary school students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of work discipline and work training on the performance of employees of the Tanjungpinang City DPRD Secretariat, Riau Islands Province. Work discipline is very important for the level of employee performance. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method. The population of this study was 90 employees of the Tanjungpinang City DPRD, Riau Islands Province, while the sample in this study consisted of 90 employees of the Tanjungpinang City DPRD, Riau Islands Province. Based on the results of multiple linear regression tests, it can be concluded that work discipline and work training have an effect on the performance of employees of the Tanjungpinang City DPRD, Riau Islands Province of 65.1%, while the remaining 34.9% is influenced by other variables. The direction of the relationship between the two variables is positive, so it can be interpreted that the higher the work discipline, the higher the employee performance. Likewise, the higher the work training, the higher the employee performance
