Abstract

 Latar Belakang : Gangguan jiwa masih menjadi masalah serius di Indonesia, hal ini dikarenakan banyaknya kasus baru akibat kemajuan teknologi dan banyaknya bencana yang terjadi di Indonesia. Kabupaten Grobogan pada tahun 2015, Kasus gangguan jiwa terjadi pada 649 orang. Dari angka tersebut 300 orang dialami oleh laki - laki dan 349 orang dialami oleh perempuan (Profil Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Grobogan, 2016).   Tujuan : Meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat tentang tanda bahaya Kesehatan jiwa   Metode : Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini dengan melaksanakan pendidikan kesehatan tentang deteksi Kesehatan jiwa dengan mengenal tanda dan bahaya dan cara penatalaksaannya. Hasil : Keberhasilan program pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dapat dilihat dengan tolok ukur sebagai berikut 85% peserta hadir dalam kegiatan penyuluhan, Media dan alat tersedia sesuai dengan perencaan, Peran dan fungsi masing – masing sesuai dengan yang direncanakan dan masyarakat paham tentang deteksi Kesehatan jiwa dengan mengenal tanda dan bahaya dan cara penatalaksaannya.   Simpulan : terdapat peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat khususnya tentang deteksi Kesehatan jiwa dengan mengenal tanda dan bahaya dan cara penatalaksaannya.

Abstract

 One way to increase the degree of education in special schools is to use interactive learning. One of the media used is multimedia-based lovaas media. The purpose of learning with multimedia is to be more effective and learning to be more fun. The Lovaas method that will be implemented will follow the curriculum from the school although in the application of the Lovaas method there are still many that have not been developed in schools, especially SLB YPLB Danyang Purwodadi.   Purpose   The purpose of this learning method is to provide teaching in the provision of stimuli (instructions), individual responses (behavior) and consequences (behavioral consequences).   Method:   The method used in this service is to use the method introduction stage, learning method training and mentoring of learning methods to students. The location of this service is SLB YPLB Danyang Purwodadi   Results   The results of service in the learning method can be seen from the learning outcomes from the socialization of the 100% running learning program, 100% instructional education from instructions, 100% behavioral responses, and the consequences and results of 100% lovass method learning.   Conclusion:   There is a better change in the stimulus (instruction), individual response (behavior) and consequences (behavior) of the learning method using the Lovaas method for students, especially SLB YPLB Danyang Purwodadi

Abstract

Background: The low vaccine coverage is due to low public awareness of health. The existence of low awareness requires appropriate empowerment methods. One method of empowerment can be implemented with the method of interpersonal relations and gender mainstream. Purpose: The purpose of empowering this learning method is to provide teaching in the provision of stimuli (instructions), individual responses (behavior) and consequences (behavior). Method: The method used in this service is to use the method introduction stage in the COVID-19 booster vaccine through interpersonal relations and gender mainstream in Mayahan Village, Grobogan Regency. Results : The results of service in the learning method can be seen from the learning achievements of the 100% running learning program socialization, 100% instructional education, 100% interpersonal relations method, 100% mainstrem gender method, 100% behavioral response, and the consequences and results of the empowerment method. 100%. Conclusion: There are better changes in the stimulus (instructions), individual responses (behavior) and consequences (behavioral consequences) of the COVID-19 booster vaccine method through interpersonal relations and gender mainstream in Mayahan Village, Grobogan Regency

Abstract

 Background: The increase in stroke cases is one result of implementing a diet that is not suitable for cholesterol. One of the efforts that can be carried out by increasing knowledge is health education about dietary cholesterol. Purpose: the purpose of this service is to increase understanding of diet so that it can reduce the incidence of stroke. Method: the method used in this service is health education by providing education about dietary cholesterol in the elderly. Thus not getting a stroke. Results: The results of the dedication got results. Participants can carry out 100% health education about cholesterol diet education. 100% understand the implementation of the existing diet and the willingness to carry out the diet in the management of low-cholesterol foods.

Abstract

 Background: Dysmenorrhea is a common and difficult problem that has an impact on women's health and productivity. Dysmenorrhea is a common and difficult problem that has an impact on women's health and productivity. Purpose :The goal in community service is to increase knowledge in the management of pain in dysmenorrhea with counter pressure massage. Method : this service is carried out first counseling about what things will be done when this community service takes place. Includes activities in counseling with educational methods in increasing knowledge about prevention of pain in dysmenorrhea.The results: The implementation of health education achieved 100% and students can practice in the management of pain in dysmenorrhea and there is a willingness from the community to implement counter pressure massage management.

Abstract

 Background:One of the responsibilities of nurses in dealing with health problems is with maximum prevention where a nurse or health worker provides education and health checks to the community regarding the importance of maintaining health from an early age. Purpose: of carrying out this community service is to play an important role in improving health status in the community where this examination can prevent disease, especially in the residents of Kandangrejo village. Method :uses health counseling actions related to degenerative diseases, assessments, health checks in the form of checking blood pressure, sugar levels and uric acid. Where this also ended with the complementary implementation of cupping in treating residents' complaints related to the illness they were experiencing. This activity lasted for 1 full day which was attended by the local RT/RW on April 3 2023. The results: obtained in the community service activities were that the people of Kandangrejo village became aware of their health conditions and could feel the effects of complementary cupping therapy after the action was taken .

Abstract

 Background: The environment and family play an important role in children's growth and development. There are still many preschool age children who still lack fine motor development due to a lack of stimulation and parental care because parents are indifferent to the development of children's fine motor skills.   Methodology: This activity was carried out to find solutions to problem solving through village community deliberations and then implemented through a coloring competition activity.   Results: After the coloring competition activity, fine motoric development in preschool children increased and parents understood fine motoric development in children   Conclusion: Parents' knowledge about fine motor development increases, children can carry out tasks well, children's willingness to color contributes to fine motor development in preschool children.

Abstract

 Background: 5 year old children are physically very agile and interested in gymnastics and certain sports. To develop the child's physicality through play activities. One of the physical activities to develop children's physical activities is gymnastics. Gymnastics in early childhood includes all the movements. performed following movements and singing to the rhythm of the music that accompanies the exercise. Methodology: The subjects in this research were school children from Kindergarten 1 & 3 Krangganharjo, Toroh District, Grobogan Regency using analysis and demonstration methods. Then, problem-solving solutions are carried out through village community deliberations and then implemented through gymnastics activities.   Results: After carrying out the exercise activities, gross motor development in preschool age children increased. Conclusion: Parents' knowledge about gross motor development increases, children can carry out tasks well, children's willingness to participate in gymnastics activities in the development of gross motor skills in preschool children.

Abstract

Background: Elderly people often have high cholesterol. Hypercholesterolemia or often called high cholesterol is a medical disorder when blood cholesterol levels are higher than normal. Bay leaves (Syzgium Polyanthum) are among the plants recommended for consumption by hypercholesterolemia sufferers. Objective: To provide education about the benefits of bay leaves for hypercholesterolemia sufferers. Service Method: providing education and problem solving regarding hypercholesterolemia sufferersResults: Implementation of Health education was achieved 100% with the community understanding the use of bay leaves on cholesterol levels. There is a public willingness to implement the use of bay leaves for cholesterol levels

Abstract

 Background: Malnutrition is a condition of a person whose nutritional deficiency is below average. In Indonesia, the prevalence of toddlers experiencing nutritional problems is 17.7%. The prevalence of nutritional problems consists of malnutrition of 3.9% and malnutrition of 13.8%. Toddlers aged 12-59 months are an age group that is vulnerable to health and nutritional disorders.   Objective: The objective of this service is to increase mothers' knowledge of the Medisco concept and the practice of making Medisco.   Results: The implementation of health education was achieved 100% with the community understanding the use of the medisco concept and the medisco manufacturing method. After the demonstration of making Medisco was carried out, mothers were willing to implement the utilization of the achievements of the medisco concept process and the medisco manufacturing method.
