Abstract

This study explores the mediating role of knowledge creation in the relationship between talent management and innovation performance within Indonesian companies. In the context of a dynamic business environment, organizations are challenged to optimize their talent management strategies not only to enhance individual capabilities but also to foster organizational innovation. Using a quantitative approach and Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), data were collected from 91 respondents across technology, manufacturing, and research-based sectors. The results reveal that talent management significantly influences knowledge creation and innovation performance, while knowledge creation mediates the relationship between talent management and innovation outcomes. These findings highlight the strategic importance of integrating talent development with knowledge-based practices to enhance organizational competitiveness. The study contributes to the theoretical discourse by offering a model that links talent management, knowledge creation, and innovation performance, and provides practical implications for companies seeking to strengthen their innovation capacity in the digital era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bahwa brand image perusahaan dan CSR apakah berpengaruh terhadap employee retention. Brand image adalah sekumpulan asosiasi merek yang terbentuk danĀ  melekatĀ  dibenak konsumen. CSR merupakan regulasi pemerintah yang harus diimplementasikan oleh perusahaan sebagai bentuk dari tanggung jawab atas dampak kerugian yang dialami masyarakat khususnya pada kerusakan lingkungan, dapat pula dalam bentuk lain sebagai bantuan bagi masyarakat. Dan employee retention merupakan sebuah tantangan terbesar yang dihadapi oleh SDM dalam ekonomi modern sebagai upaya untuk mempertahankan karyawan agar tetap loyal pada perusahaan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah dengan menggunakan skala likert yang dibuat dalam bentuk kuesioner, penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi liner berganda yang digunakan untuk memprediksi pengaruh CSR dan brand image terhadap employee retention.

Abstract

Era transformasi digital menuntut organisasi membangun strategi bisnis berkelanjutan melalui pengembangan digital talent dan workforce agility. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan mengembangkan pemahaman dan kapasitas stakeholder akademis dalam merancang strategi bisnis berkelanjutan berbasis digital talent management. Webinar interaktif dilaksanakan selama tiga jam dengan 487 peserta dari Universitas Pelita Bangsa, Universitas Bojonegoro, STIKUBANK, dan Universitas Dian Nusantara, terdiri dari 88% mahasiswa dan 12% dosen. Metodologi webinar mengintegrasikan pemaparan materi terstruktur, diskusi interaktif multi-institusi, dan sesi breakout untuk memfasilitasi knowledge transfer dan collaborative learning. Evaluasi pre-post test menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta sebesar 34,7%, dengan 94% peserta mencapai threshold pemahaman minimum dan 89% berpartisipasi aktif dalam polling real-time. Hasil identifikasi mengungkap tiga isu strategis: kebutuhan standardisasi digital competency framework, pentingnya collaborative approach dalam digital talent ecosystem, dan gap antara pengetahuan teoritis dengan implementasi praktis. Webinar berhasil memfasilitasi komitmen konkret antar institusi untuk pengembangan curriculum modules bersama dan working group kolaboratif. Kegiatan ini berkontribusi pada penguatan ekosistem digital talent di Indonesia melalui partnership berkelanjutan antar institusi pendidikan tinggi.

Abstract

Era digital menuntut perguruan tinggi mengembangkan talent digital dan kelincahan SDM untuk meningkatkan daya saing dalam perolehan hibah penelitian. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan memberdayakan talent digital SDM perguruan tinggi guna mendukung keberhasilan penerimaan hibah DIKTI. Metode yang digunakan adalah blended virtual learning melalui interactive webinar selama 3 jam melibatkan 50 peserta dari 6 perguruan tinggi: Universitas Dian Nusantara, Universitas Pamulang, Universitas Indraprasta PGRI, Universitas Dirgantara Marsekal Suryadarma, Universitas Tidar, dan Universitas Veteran Yogyakarta. Kegiatan terdiri dari pemaparan konsep fundamental talent digital, agility SDM, strategi hibah DIKTI, dan diskusi interaktif. Evaluasi menggunakan digital competency assessment, real-time polling, dan satisfaction survey. Hasil menunjukkan partisipasi 96% dengan peningkatan pemahaman talent digital dari 62% menjadi 91% dan awareness korelasi hibah dari 8% menjadi 92%. Baseline assessment mengungkapkan kompetensi digital rata-rata 2,8/5,0 dengan gap antara institusi Jakarta dan luar Jakarta. Engagement tinggi (94-98%) menghasilkan 15 ide strategis dan pembentukan 3 klaster kolaborasi regional. Tingkat kepuasan mencapai 4,6/5,0 dengan apresiasi tertinggi pada relevansi materi. Program berhasil membangun jaringan kolaborasi berkelanjutan dan membuktikan efektivitas platform virtual untuk transformasi digital perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

In an increasingly competitive business world, leadership strategies to improve performance depend heavily on the quality of human resources. Diversity in the workplace is an unavoidable reality in the era of globalization, where technological advances and labor mobility have opened up opportunities for interaction between individuals from various cultural backgrounds, religions, ages, and life experiences. When diversity is not managed properly, it can cause misunderstandings, conflicts, and even discrimination, which hinder productivity and lower employee morale. The purpose of this study is to analyze in depth the application of adaptive leadership strategies in managing employee diversity to improve organizational productivity. This research uses a qualitative approach with literature review methods. The results of the study show that adaptive leadership plays an important role in creating an inclusive, collaborative, and harmonious work environment, through open communication, flexibility in approach, and employee empowerment. These findings imply that organizations aiming to boost performance in a diverse workforce environment should prioritize leadership development programs that embrace adaptability and cultural intelligence. Therefore, it can be concluded that adaptive leadership is an effective strategy in dealing with the complexity of diversity in the modern workplace, but it is also a strategic key in increasing competitiveness and ensuring long-term sustainability.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of digital skills on employee performance mediated by innovative behavior in digital companies in the Jababeka Industrial Estate. The population used in this study are employees of digital companies in the JABABEKA Cikarang industrial area. to determine the sample size, this study used the probality sampling method simple random sampling, so that 85 respondents were obtained. This quantitative research uses Partial Least Square (PLS) as a data analysis technique. The results showed that digital skills have a significant positive effect on employee performance. innovative behavior has a significant positive effect on employee performance. digital skills have a significant positive effect on innovative behavior. digital skills have a significant positive effect on employee performance through the mediating role of innovative behavior. This research provides important implications for digital companies in designing digital skills development programs and encouraging innovative behavior to improve employee performance.

Abstract

Pengelolaan sumber daya manusia di perusahaan membutuhkan fokus yang signifikan melihat persoalan peningkatan kualitas karyawan yang lebih baik lagi. Kebutuhan perusahaan yang sangat banyak tentu menjadi tugas bagi karyawan untuk selalu mengembangkan potensi diri. Tentu manajemen strategis, menajemen talenta, dan pengembangan kompetensi berdampak pada proses ini. Pada peneltian kali ini peneliti ingin secara mendalam menganalisis dampak penerapan beberapa manajemen terhadap kebutuhan perusahaan yang sangat banyak dalam menjalankan bisnis. Penelitian ini berfokus pada metode kualitatif deskriptif, dengan metode ini penelitian akan dilakukan secara sistematis maupun spesifik untuk mendapatkan informasi secara detail mengenai permasalahan yang akan diteliti. Hasil dari penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pengembangan dan pendayagunaan sumber daya manusia sangat dibutuhkan oleh organisasi. perencanaan strategis sumber daya manusia, pengembangan kompetisi, dan manajemen talenta sangat penting bagi perusahaan guna mendorong mediasi inovasi dan otomatisasi seluruh operasi perusahaan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan perencanaan straegis SDM, Pengembangan Kompetensi, dan Manajemen Talenta berdampak positif pada inovasi proses dengan mediasi dan otomatisasi proses.

Abstract

This study analyzes employee work-life balance on exit intention mediated by job satisfaction of PT EPS Indonesia employees. Sampling consisted of 80 individuals, using the Slovin formula. The results show that maintaining a balance between personal and work life has a significant positive impact on the level of job satisfaction. The desire to leave a job is influenced by job satisfaction. If you have a good work-life balance, you may be happier with your job and less willing to quit. However, it does not significantly affect your desire to quit. Although some theories suggest work-life balance can increase job satisfaction and reduce resignation intention, there is inconsistency in explaining the mechanism of the relationship between these variables. This study fills the theoretical and empirical gap by analyzing the indirect effect of work-life balance on resignation intention through job satisfaction in the Indonesian corporate context. The research findings can enrich the HRM and organizational behavior literature and provide insights for companies in crafting work-life balance policies to increase job satisfaction and retain quality employees.

Perusahaan bersaing untuk merebutkan pelanggan dan meraih keunggulan kompetitif. Selain itu mereka juga bersaing dalam merebutkan calon karyawan yang kompeten dalam bidangnya. Proses rekrutmen menjadi langkah penting bagi perusahaan dalam menarik minat calon karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh employer branding terhadap minat melamar pekerjaan pada perusahaan otomotif dengan reputasi perusahaan sebagai variabel mediasi (Study pada mahasiswa manajemen angkatan 2017 semester ganjil Universitas Pelita Bangsa). Responden penelitian ini adalah 97 orang ( populasi 3.800 orang )mahasiswa pelita bangsa jurusan manajemen angkatan 2017 Semester Ganjil. Teknik pengolahan data menggunakan Smart PLS, Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pertama,Variabel Reputasi perusahaan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel minat melamar,kedua, Variabel employer branding memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel minat melamar , ketiga, Variabel employer branding memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel reputasi perusahaan.

Abstract

Currently, there are still many MSMEs in the regions that have not been connected to the digital ecosystem. This results in limited market reach, a lack of visibility, a lack of operational efficiency, and difficulty competing in the digital market. The purpose of this study is to review the adoption of e-commerce among MSMEs during the COVID-19 pandemic within the scope of the organization. Integrating the TOE framework (technology, organization, environment) with trust is carried out to explain the key parameters behind the adoption of e-commerce by MSMEs. This study collected samples using a saturated sample technique from 181 people who were members of the population. There were 153 questionnaires that were returned in full for further analysis using SEM-PLS modeling. The test results showed that technology did not have a significant influence on the adoption of e-commerce. Organizations, the environment during the pandemic, and trust have had a significant influence on the adoption of e-commerce. In addition, organizations that are moderated by trust have no significant effect on e-commerce adoption. The role of trust is as a moderation predictor. This research shows that the TOE framework is still strong enough to be used in explaining the adoption of e-commerce by MSMEs. This research also expands the TOE framework, where trust can also influence MSMEs to adopt e-commerce. Researchers and managers can use the set of variables that have been identified to strategize the adoption of e-commerce by MSMEs. This study presents a series of variables that can be used to study the adoption of e-commerce by MSMEs in the future.
