Employees are an important asset for the company, because the productivity of the company is on them. Therefore the company must have its employees very well so that employees feel comfortable. The comfort factor for employees is something that must be considered by the company so that employees feel at home working at the company so that employees become loyal, so that their performance becomes better. In fact, if employees feel uncomfortable, it will cause work stress that can cause stress. This study aims to see the effect of stress on performance mediated by burnout. Respondents consisted of 81 employees of PD 2.2 Common Rail. Methods and data using a questionnaire. Data processing techniques using Smart PLS, the results of this study indicate that: first, job stress does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables. Second, performance has a positive and significant effect on Burnout. Third, Job Stress has a positive and significant effect on the Burnout variable. fourth, work stress and performance have a positive and significant effect on Burnout.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah terdapat pengaruh stres kerja, konflik kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Cabinindo Putra. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang berkerja bagian PPIC PT Cabinindo Putra berjumlah 61. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah nonprobability sampling yaitu dengan metode sampling jenuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan program statistik SPSS. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara stres kerja dengan kinerja karyawan, terdapat pengaruh negatif dan signifikan antara konflik kerja dengan kinerja karyawan, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kompensasi dengan kinerja karyawan. This study aims to examine whether there is an influence of work stress, work conflict, and compensation on the performance of employees of PT. Cabinindo Putra. The population in this study were employees who worked with PT Cabinindo Putra's PPIC section totaling 61. The sampling method used was nonprobability sampling, namely the saturated sampling method. This study uses the SPSS statistical program. The results of this study prove that there is a positive and significant effect between work stress and employee performance, there is a negative and significant effect between work conflict and employee performance, there is a positive and significant effect between compensation and employee performance.

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of discipline and motivation on PT Samsung Elektronik Indonesia. The data were collected by distributing questionnaires with a total sample of 92 respondents and using a quantitative descriptive approach. The data analysis used was statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression tests. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously the discipline and motivation variables affect the performance of the employees of PT Samsung Elektronik Indonesia. This is evidenced by the results of the T test and the F test also shows the significant value of the two independent variables that support the hypothesis.

This study aims to explain the meaning of intrinsic motivation contained in the lyrics of the song "Mulai Langkahmu" by Yura Yunita. This research is a type of qualitative research with semiotic analysis of Ferdinand de Saussure to find markers and signifiers of the meaning of intrinsic motivation to be conveyed by the poet. The result of this research is that the song ""Mulai Langkahmu" by Yura Yunita is a song that contains the meaning of intrinsic motivation which is intended for young people to struggle in reaching their dreams and goals. Young people are a golden generation that is rich with creative thoughts and ideas, so never give up and surrender in realizing all these thoughts and ideas. Good changes will happen if young people are willing to move and fight.

Human resources are one of the main assets in an organization, which can make an invaluable contribution to the organization's achievement strategy. The high level of turnover intention is a serious problem at PT Nippo Mechatronics Indonesia. This study aims to analyze how much influence job satisfaction and organizational commitment on turnover intention both partially and simultaneously. Determination of the sample is done by using probability sampling with a simple random sampling method. This research is quantitative research using double linear regression analysis as data processing. In this study, job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Organizational commitment negatively affects turnover intention. Job satisfaction and organizational commitment simultaneously have a significant effect on turnover intention.

Improving employee performance is one of the main factors for companies to achieve goals. In addition to being a factor in achieving goals, employee performance is also a way to measure the quality of human resources in a company. Some factors that can influence the success of employee performance include the work environment and job satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is an influence of the work environment and job satisfaction variables on employee performance. This study is to examine the effect of work environment and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Nesinak Industries. The company is engaged in manufacturing automotive and electronic spare parts made from rubber. The sample in this study amounted to 88 respondents who worked in the production department. This research uses quantitative methods. Data for conducting this research was obtained through filling out questionnaires by predetermined respondents. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis method. Based on the results of the t test (partial) and f test (simultaneous) of this study, showed that the variable work environment and job satisfaction bring a positive and significant effect on employee performance partially and simultaneously.

This study aims to analyze the effect of Organizational Citizen Behavior, individual competence, and individual characteristics on the performance of employees of PT. Orizon Global Partner. The population in this study was 52 employees of PT. Orizon Global Partner. The sample used is as many as 52 employees, calculated based on the saturated sample. The sampling method used was convenience sampling. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. Data analysis method using Partial Least Square. This study proves that Organizational Citizen Behavior has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, individual competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance

This research was conducted to determine the effect of transformational leadership style on employee performance mediated by work motivation variables. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. In this study, the data used are primary data obtained and collected through direct surveys using questionnaires to respondents. Sampling in this study using a random sampling method with samples taken as many as 67 employees. PT. Maxalmina Compressed Natural Gas Transportation. Explanatory methods and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) are used to explain between variables. In analyzing the data in this study, evaluation of Outer model, evaluation of the Inner model, evaluation of Goodness of fit, and testing of the research hypothesis using Bootstrapping was carried out. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on motivation, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This study also proves that work motivation is successful in mediating the effect of transformational leadership style on employee performance.

Employer branding is a concept that can be applied within a company to make employees feel comfortable and feel that the company is a good place to work. The goal of employer branding is for the new employee selection process to make it easier to find the best candidates and retain existing employees. By utilizing employer branding, the company will be better in the eyes of employees as well as there will be many prospective new employees who are interested in working at the company. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of employer branding on employee performance mediated by organizational trust. This study used 95 respondents as the sample. The instrument testing method uses the SmartPLS. The results of this study are employer branding has a significant effect on employee performance, employer branding has a significant effect on organizational trust, organizational trust has a significant effect on employee performance, Organizational trust is able to mediate employer branding influence on employee performance.

Di era globalisasi ini persaingan dan perkembangan masyarakat urban semakin kuat, hal tersebut ditentukan oleh kualitas sumber daya manusia, Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui starategy apa yang dilakukan untuk mengembangkan suatu desa, khususnya desa Cikedokan yang mendapatkan prestasi dari pemerintah, prestasi tersebut antara lain adalah desa ramah anak dan Pelaksanaan Program Terpadu Peningkatan Peran Wanita menuju Keluarga Sehat dan Sejahtera (P2WKSS). Metode penelitian ini dilakukan melalui survey, kajian literasi dan wawancara kepada beberapa tokoh masyarakat yang ada di Desa Cikedokan. Hasilnya desa tersebut melakukan strategy melalui program yang dikembangkan antara lain pada sektor UKM, pendidikan serta peningkatan kualitas lingkungan hidup yang lebih baik. Dari program yang dijalankan serta didukung oleh sarana dan prasarana yang memadai, maka pantas kiranya Desa tersebut mendapatkan predikat desa berprestasi dari pemerintah.Kata Kunci : UKM, Pendidikan, Kualitas Lingkungan Hidup
