Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh penggunaan Shopee Paylater terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa FIK UNISA Kuningan dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam dan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh penggunaan Shopee Paylater terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa FIK UNISA Kuningan dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian korelasional kuantitatif yaitu penelitian yang dirancang untuk menentukan tingkat variabel-variabel yang berbeda dalam satu populasi. Metode korelasional kuantitatif dipilih untuk untuk meneliti pengaruh penggunaan fitur Shopee Paylater terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Keislaman (FIK) Universitas Islam Al-Ihya (UNISA) Kuningan Angkatan 2020. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa Mahasiswa yang aktif menggunakan Shopee Paylater 33% sedangkan yang kurang aktif sebesar 67%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat penggunaan Shopee Paylater mahasiswa di Universitas Islam Al-Ihya (UNISA) Kuningan cukup rendah. Dan mahasiswa yang berperilaku konsumtif 57%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa FIK di Universitas Islam Al-Ihya cukup tinggi. Hasil analisis koefisiensi determinasi diketahui nilai adjusted R Square sebesar 0,175 = 17% maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaa Shopee Paylater berpengaruh terhadap Perilaku perilaku konsumtif Mahasiswa FIK sebesar 17% dan sisanya 83% dipengaruhi bukan dari penggunaan Shopee Paylater atau diluar penelitian ini. Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat merupakan suatu wujud nyata dari tanggung jawab sosial perguruan tinggi untuk memberikan kontribusi yang positif bagi masyarakat. Melalui kegiatan ini, kami berupaya mendukung Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di wilayah Borneo Istimewa agar mampu mengoptimalkan penggunaan WhatsApp Bisnis dalam strategi pemasaran dan penjualan produk mereka. UMKM memiliki peran penting dalam perekonomian lokal, namun seringkali dihadapkan pada kendala terkait teknologi dan pemasaran. Dalam konteks ini, WhatsApp Bisnis menawarkan peluang besar sebagai alat komunikasi yang efektif dan efisien antara pelaku usaha dan konsumen. Dengan pemahaman yang tepat tentang fitur-fitur WhatsApp Bisnis, UMKM dapat meningkatkan visibilitas produk, memperluas jaringan pelanggan, dan meningkatkan penjualan secara signifikan.

Abstract

Employee performance in a company has a considerable impact on the development of the company. Companies need employees who are competent, loyal, and qualified. A promotion can be a way for companies to motivate their employees. However, the company has difficulty in selecting suitable employees to be given a higher position. There is still a subjective assessment of employees is a problem that often occurs in a company. This results in jealousy among employees. A decision support system can be a way to determine an employee's promotion. The method used in this study is the Promethee method, which is a fairly good method applied in determining employee promotions. By applying this method, it can help Nuansa Agung Garment companies in selecting employees for promotions and providing convenience in generating alternative solutions in determining promotions. The results obtained from the 15 alternatives used are alternative A11, namely Reka Kasih Sella Wati which is ranked first. Based on the calculation of the four criteria used, namely work attitude, intelligence, performance, and length of work. Alternative A11 obtained the highest result, namely 0.8571. Determination of employees who are recommended to be promoted using the Promethee method provides benefits for the company where employee assessments become more objective, transparent, effective, and efficient

Abstract

Learning media that only rely on writing tools such as books, paper, pencils or pens in the teaching and learning process cause communication errors between parents, teachers and children or students. In this case the learning media must be more creative in applying learning methods to increase interest in learning in children. With this interactive animation application learning to know Indonesian culture, it is hoped that it can provide benefits for our children. Indonesian culture interactive animation was developed using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) software development model. The learning media presented is of course learning while playing with the aim of fostering interest in learning and introducing information technology to children, especially regarding Indonesian arts and culture. Based on the calculation results of the questionnaire, it was obtained that 95.5% answered yes and 4.5% answered no. So that it results that students can easily use this application, become more interested in learning interactive animation to know Indonesian art and culture and can be used as a tool that can help students learn to recognize interactive animation to know Indonesian art and culture so that learning is not boring.

Abstract

Money Changer is a business that operates in the foreign exchange market. Where one type of trade or transaction is buying and selling foreign currency. There are several problems with Dolarindo Money Changer, namely the currency exchange transaction system is still done manually so it takes quite a long time for Tellers or customers to find out information on the amount of foreign currency available, and also to find out the latest information about selling prices and buying prices for foreign currency. Customers and Tellers need media that can provide the information they need quickly and accurately. Data management that is still manual also results in a lot of data being lost and takes quite a long time to create reports. The aim of this research is to design a website-based money changer application that is able to meet company and customer needs. The currency exchange application on Dolarindo Money Changer is expected to be able to meet needs and be a solution to existing problems. This application was designed using the waterfall method by carrying out the stages in the waterfall method, namely design and analysis, system and program design, implementation, integration and testing, and finally maintenance. The application that has been designed can record and check foreign currency or foreign exchange stocks quickly and accurately. The existence of this website-based currency exchange application makes it easier and improves Teller performance in managing customer data, managing foreign exchange data, managing foreign exchange request data, and also creating foreign exchange reports.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to utilize User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) to measure the user experience of learning management system. 201 respondents were involved as UEQ respondents with diverse backgrounds as system users. In this research, My BSI Elearning System (MYBEST) is used as the research object. MYBEST has various features for the process of teaching and learning activities starting from the attendance process, discussion, provision of learning materials both in the form of modules and video links, submitting assignments, conducting quizzes and monitoring attendance at previous meetings. This research will provide benefits for UX practitioners, educators and developers of online learning management systems. The findings in this research are also expected to provide benefits for all scope of actors in the world of education who implement computer-based teaching and learning activities. The results of MYBEST user experience evaluation using UEQ can be seen from the calculated aspects such as Attractiveness, Pragmatic Quality and Hedonic Quality. The resulting MYBEST UX evaluation value is quite satisfactory, where of the six scales observed, three of them got above average results, and the other three got good results. In this study, it was found that the pragmatic aspect of UEQ has a more dominant value than the hedonic aspect.

Abstract

AbstrakPenyerbukan oleh serangga liar merupakan salah satu servis ekosistem yang tidak dapat diperoleh oleh sistem pertanian tertutup. Hal tersebut mungkin dapat digantikan oleh lebah yang didomestikasi, seperti lebah tidak bersengat (Tetragonula laeviceps). Pada penelitian ini, koloni T. laeviceps diuji coba sebagai sistem tumpang sari tomat (Lycopersicon esculentum L.) dan mentimun (Cucumis sativus L.)  yang ditanam pada greenhouse. Kesuksesan penyerbukan diamati pada 100 tangkai bunga tomat dan mentimun oleh koloni T. laeviceps yang ditempatkan pada greenhouse, kemudian dibandingkan dengan kesuksesan penyerbukan pada sistem budi daya yang terdapat di luar greenhouse (penyerbukan terbuka). Untuk dapat menjelaskan peran dari T. laeviceps sebagai penyerbuk maka dilakukan juga pengamatan pada tingkat kunjungan lebah, laju kunjungan, dan waktu yang dihabiskan pada bunga. Efek lanjutan dari proses penyerbukan seperti diameter, panjang, bobot, dan jumlah biji juga diamati dan dibandingkan antara kelompok yang dibudidayakan di dalam dan di luar greenhouse. Efisiensi penyerbukan dan kualitas buah tomat yang dihasilkan di luar greenhouse secara signifikan lebih baik dibandingkan dengan aplikasi lebah tidak bersengat di dalam greenhouse. Efisiensi penyerbukan mentimun dengan T. laeviceps (14%) sangat rendah dibandingkan dengan penyerbukan terbuka (73%), namun kualitas buah yang dihasilkan lebih tinggi walaupun tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan. Di sisi lain, efisiensi penyerbukan tomat dengan T. laeviceps (45%) sangat rendah dibandingkan dengan penyerbukan terbuka (80%), dengan kualitas buah jauh lebih rendah. Berdasarkan hasil dapat disimpulkan bahwa T. laeviceps dapat diaplikasikan sebagai agen penyerbuk pada sistem greenhouse, namun belum dapat menggantikan keuntungan dari variasi dari agen penyerbuk (biotik dan abiotik) yang terdapat pada sistem budi daya di sistem terbuka. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan dasar untuk mendesain sistem produksi buah di dalam greenhouse yang berkesinambungan melalui aplikasi servis penyerbukan.AbstractClosed system farming system is lack of natural pollination service which might solve the by application of domesticated bees, such as stingless bees (Tetragonula laeviceps) as pollination agent. This hypothesis was tested in this study in which T. laeviceps was applied as pollination agent of tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum L.) and cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.) cultivated as companion plants inside the greenhouse. During this study, pollination efficiency and its effect on fruit quality (such as dimension, weight, and seed numbers) of application of T. laeviceps as a pollination agent were compared to natural pollination systems outside the greenhouse (open pollination). The variables were observed on 100 flowers of both tomato and cucumber cultivated inside and outside greenhouse. The efficiency of pollination by T. laeviceps (14%) on cucumber was significantly lower than open pollination (73%) and the quality of the fruit produced was lower although insignificant. On the other hand, the efficiency of pollination by T. laeviceps (45%) on tomato was also significantly lower than open pollination (80%) and the quality of the fruit produced was significantly lower. Based on this study, although stingless bees have great potency to be applied as pollinators for cultivated crops inside a greenhouse, they still do not completely replace the benefit of pollinator diversity (biotic and abiotic). Furtherly, this study could be applied as a foundation to design a sustainable fruit production inside greenhouse by applying the pollination services.

Abstract

Kesehatan keuangan merupakan faktor krusial bagi kelangsungan hidup perusahaan, terutama pada sektor konstruksi yang bersifat padat modal dan sensitif terhadap kondisi perekonomian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memprediksi potensi kebangkrutan PT PP (Persero) Tbk dengan menggunakan metode Altman Z-Score. Analisis dilakukan berdasarkan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan yang dipublikasikan untuk periode 2020 sampai dengan 2024. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menerapkan rumus Altman Z-Score untuk mengklasifikasikan kondisi keuangan perusahaan ke dalam kategori safe zone, grey zone, atau high risk (distress zone). Hasil analisis dengan menggunakan model Z-Score menunjukkan kondisi keuangan PT PP (Persero) Tbk yang berfluktuasi dan secara konsisten berada di perbatasan antara Zona Berisiko (Distress Zone) dan Zona Rawan (Grey Zone) selama periode pengamatan 2020-2024. Perusahaan memulai periode di Zona Berisiko pada tahun 2020 dengan skor 1.078, kemudian menunjukkan perbaikan hingga masuk ke Zona Rawan pada tahun 2022 dengan skor 1.286. Namun, kondisi kembali melemah pada tahun 2023 (1.057) sebelum akhirnya pulih dan mencapai skor tertinggi dalam lima tahun terakhir sebesar 1.521 pada tahun 2024, yang masih terkategori dalam Zona Rawan. Meskipun tren pada akhir periode menunjukkan perbaikan yang signifikan, perusahaan belum berhasil menembus Zona Aman (Safe Zone). Hal ini mengindikasikan adanya kerentanan finansial yang penting bagi manajemen untuk terus mewaspadai rasio-rasio keuangan utama demi menjaga keberlanjutan bisnis di masa depan.

Abstract

Introduction: Low back pain or lower back pain is pain that occurs in the waist or buttocks area which usually persists for a long time. Working as a disabled person is the dominant cause of LBP, including the profession as a nurse. LBP is the third disease that often occurs in the world, including in Indonesia. Pain is a problem caused by LBP, so it will interfere with sufferers in carrying out daily activities. Pain is a term for a complex reaction caused by physiological reactions in the nervous system. Objective: This case study aims to reduce pain intensity in low back pain patients. Method: This research is in the form of a case study with a descriptive method with a nursing care approach which includes assessment, nursing diagnosis, nursing care plan, nursing implementation and nursing evaluation. Results: The results of the case study at the assessment stage showed that Ms. M with the problem that emerged was acute pain so the nursing diagnosis was obtained as acute pain related to a physiological injury agent (SDKI), with the criteria for decreased pain results (SLKI). The intervention used uses the Standard Nursing Intervention (SIKI). Conclusion: The intervention was carried out over four meetings. By using NRS (Numeric Rating Scale) and FPS (Face Pain Scale) measurements, after carrying out Pilates exercises, a decrease in pain was obtained with the result that there was a decrease in pain intensity from initially severe pain with a pain scale of 8 (0-10) to mild pain with a scale of pain 3 (0-10).

Abstract

Mastering language earlier for early childhoods is very urgent. It is because through language early childhoods can express their thoughts easier to their parents, teachers, and people around them. Through language, early childhoods are also able to learn five other basic abilities, such as: (1) religious and moral values, (2) physical-motor, (3) cognitive, (4) social-emotional, and (5) art. This study aims to analyze the effect of using singing method applied to the early childhoods aged 5-6 years. To acquire the data, the researchers employed qualitative method under a descriptive approach. Based on the observation, the data showed that singing method applied by the teachers at school and also applied by the parents at home become an effective method to enhance the early childhoods’ language skills, such as: (1) helping them to have self-confidence, (2) helping them to be able to memorize the lyrics of the song, (3) helping them to be able to enhance the new vocabulary, and (4) helping them to be able to understand the meaning of the new words. In conclusion, the use of singing method is effective to develop the early childhoods’ language skills.
