Abstract

This study aims to analyze teachers’ digital pedagogical competence in creating creative and innovative learning at Mutiara Hikmah Al-Qur'an Elementary School. The background of this study is based on the need to improve teachers' competence in integrating digital technology in the 21st-century education era. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study method, where data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, which were then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model. The results showed that teachers at Mutiara Hikmah Elementary School have understood and interpreted the importance of digital pedagogical competence, both through internal training and independent development. Teachers are able to innovate by utilizing various digital technology platforms and implementing creative learning models such as project-based learning and game-based learning, thereby creating a creative, innovative, interactive, and student-centered learning environment. These efforts encourage the improvement of students' creativity, critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills. Sufficient technological facilities and teachers' initiatives in developing digital pedagogical competencies also contribute to the creation of creative, innovative, and relevant learning that meets the demands of the digital age.

Abstract

Background: Program ini bertujuan menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung, meningkatnya pemahaman, dan kesadaran masyarakat sekolah terhadap kesehatan jiwa, didasarkan analisis lingkungan awal, masih rendahnya pengetahuan mengenai kesehatan jiwa yang ditunjukkan pada beberapa ketidakmampuan masyarakat sekolah dalam mengidentifikasi gangguan kesehatan jiwa, berdampak pada kurangnya kesadaran akan pentingnya kesehatan jiwa di lingkungan sekolah SD Muhammadiyah 04 Tangerang. Metode: Menggunakan metode edukasi, diskusi, dan tanya jawab interaktif, serta evaluasi dan tindak lanjut ketercapaian program, terhadap 37 mitra, yakni: tenaga pendidik, tenaga kependidikan, orang tua dan siswa.  Hasil: Kegiatan menunjukkan hasil signifikan meningkat pada pemahaman berdasarkan hasil survei sebelum (34%), dan sesudah program dilakukan (72%). Kesimpulan: Edukasi kesehatan jiwa menggunakan metode diatas efektif dapat meningkatnya pemahaman, sehingga berdampak secara jangka panjang terciptanya lingkungan SD Muhammadiyah 04 Tangerang yang sehat dan berkarakter.

Abstract

Purpose of the study: This study focuses on the influence of social media influencers on Generation Alpha within the Betawi community, aiming to examine how digital media exposure shapes children’s moral values, communication ethics, and cultural identity in traditional societies facing rapid digital globalization. Methodology: This study employed a qualitative research methodology using a phenomenological approach to explore participants’ lived experiences and perspectives. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and participant observations conducted in several Betawi communities and schools. This approach enabled a comprehensive understanding of how influencer-driven digital content affects communication practices, behavioral norms, and the internalization of moral values within the Betawi socio-cultural context Main Findings: The findings indicate that exposure to influencer-generated content has contributed to shifts in moral reasoning, communication ethics, and cultural awareness among Generation Alpha. Children tend to adopt informal communication styles, reduced respect-based interaction patterns, and value orientations that differ from traditional Betawi norms. These changes are shaped by digital social environments, family mediation, and peer interactions, reflecting broader transformations in social behavior in the digital era. From a social studies perspective, these findings imply the need to integrate character education that emphasizes ethical communication, cultural literacy, and critical media awareness into learning practices. Social studies education can serve as a strategic space to strengthen students’ moral judgment and cultural identity amid ongoing digital influences Novelty/Originality of this study: This study offers originality by foregrounding the role of influencers and digital content creators in shaping character values, communication ethics, and cultural identity among Generation Alpha within a specific indigenous cultural context. By situating the analysis within Betawi society, the study contributes new insights into culturally grounded character education strategies in the field of social science education.

Abstract

Purpose of the study: This study aims to analyze the impact of social media influencers on the moral degradation of Betawi Generation Alpha and its implications for shaping character based on Pancasila values. Methodology: This research employed a qualitative design using a phenomenological approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, classroom and social observations, and documentation. Informants consisted of five Generation Alpha children, two teachers, two parents, and two community leaders selected through purposive and snowball sampling techniques. Data analysis followed the interactive model proposed by Miles and Huberman. Main Findings: The findings reveal that social media influencers exert a substantial influence on the character development of Betawi Generation Alpha. Early exposure to digital technology, intensive social media use, and limited parental supervision position influencers as prominent role models in children’s daily lives. Consequently, there is a noticeable decline in religious commitment, moral and ethical conduct, responsibility, national (Pancasila) values, and Betawi socio-cultural identity, as reflected in changes in behavior, language patterns, discipline, and cultural awareness. Novelty/Originality of This Study:This study contributes novel insights by contextualizing the influence of social media influencers within Betawi local culture and Pancasila-based character education. It highlights the interaction between digital exposure, moral internalization failure, and the erosion of local cultural values, offering an integrated perspective that enriches current discussions on character education in the digital era.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini berfokus pada pengembangan karakter mandiri, kreativitas dan potensi diri anak-anak di Panti Asuhan An-Nuur, dimana karakter yang tangguh menjadi kebutuhan bagi anak bangsa. Program ini melibatkan 27 anak berusia 10-13 tahun dengan fokus pada pengolahan ulang barang bekas untuk lingkungan hidup. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode pemberian informasi dengan sosialisasi dan pelatihan praktik. Hasil pengabdian menunjukan bahwa kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran diri dan rasa percaya diri pada anak-anak panti. Mereka belajar untuk mengatasi rasa sedih, saling mendukung, dan memiliki motivasi yang lebih kuat untuk meraih cita-cita, yang ditunjukan dari hasil evaluasi kegiatan anak-anak sangat antusias (95%), kegiatan berjalan lancar (90%), memberikan manfaat bagi anak-anak (85%), dan direkomendasikan untuk dilakukan secara rutin (88%). Selain itu, program ini berhasil mengembangkan keterampilan kreativitas anak-anak dalam membuat pot tanaman dari barang bekas. Mereka menunjukkan kemampuan untuk bekerja sama dalam tim, berkomunikasi secara efektif, dan bertanggung jawab dalam merawat tanaman dengan memanfaatkan prodak reuse. Program ini memberikan dampak jangka panjang berupa peningkatan kesadaran lingkungan dan pelestarian alam. Meskipun terdapat beberapa tantangan seperti rendahnya kepercayaan diri pada awal kegiatan, secara keseluruhan program pengabdian ini berhasil mencapai tujuannya. Kegiatan ini memberikan pengalaman positif bagi anak-anak panti, membantu mereka membangun rasa percaya diri, mengembangkan kreativitas, dan menumbuhkan kepedulian terhadap lingkungan.

Abstract

Peningkatan mutu pendidikan sangat erat kaitannya dengan kualitas kinerja guru sebagai ujung tombak dalam proses pembelajaran. Guru tidak hanya berperan sebagai penyampai materi, melainkan juga sebagai fasilitator, motivator, sekaligus teladan bagi peserta didik. Namun, masih banyak guru menghadapi kendala dalam penguasaan teknologi, inovasi metode mengajar, dan evaluasi diri berkelanjutan. Di sisi lain, sebagian guru juga belum aktif mengikuti pelatihan daring maupun workshop digital yang sebenarnya dapat meningkatkan keterampilan pedagogik dan penguasaan teknologi pendidikan. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah penguatan kompetensi guru melalui penerapan Model 3 Miles Stone Improvement (MSI) di SDN Teluk Pucung VI Kota Bekasi. Program difokuskan pada tiga aspek, yaitu penyusunan Individual Development Plan (IDP), pelatihan konsep deep learning, serta pemanfaatan aplikasi Canva sebagai media pembelajaran interaktif. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui tahapan persiapan dan perencanaan, pelaksanaan kegiatan, evaluasi kegiatan, dan analisis dan pelaporan kemudian dalam tiga sesi pelatihan disertai Pre-Test dan Post-Test untuk menilai efektivitas program. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan seluruh guru (100%) telah memiliki rencana pengembangan diri, dengan 60,9% berkeinginan melanjutkan studi formal. Pemahaman guru terhadap deep learning meningkat hingga 95,7% dan pengetahuan mencapai 97,3%, sedangkan pemahaman HOTS–LOTS naik menjadi 73,9%. Pelatihan juga memperkuat penerapan 8 dimensi profil lulusan serta penyusunan IDP, meski penelitian tindakan kelas masih perlu ditingkatkan. Dengan demikian, program ini berkontribusi pada peningkatan efisiensi kinerja guru sekaligus memperkuat kesiapan guru menghadapi tantangan pendidikan abad 21.
