Abstract

Advances in digital technology have introduced Artificial Intelligence (AI) as a significant innovation in education. Its presence offers numerous benefits, from personalized learning toease of accessing information and completing academic assignments. However, despite this positive potential, concerns arise about the negative impacts of excessive AI use by secondary school students, particularly on critical thinking and problem-solving skills. This study aims to examine the negative impact of excessive reliance on AI on secondary school students' critical thinking and problem-solving skills using a literature review approach. Data was obtained from various national and international scientific journals, academic books, and relevant research  reports published between 2018 and 2024. The study's results indicate that passive and uncontrolled use of AI weakens students' cognitive engagement in the learning process. Students tend to bypass critical thinking processes such as analysis, synthesis, and evaluation, and miss crucial problem-solving stages such as problem identification, alternative exploration, and independent decision-making. Reliance on instant answers from AI also hinders the  development of intuitive thinking and reflective reasoning. Furthermore, a lack of digital  literacy among teachers leads to minimal oversight of students' use of AI, further exacerbating the situation. This research recommends the need for education on the wise use of AI, restrictions on its use in certain tasks, and digital literacy training for teachers. With a balanced approach, AI can be used as a learning partner that supports students' cognitive development, not replaces it. Appropriate use of AI will create a balance between technological advancement  and strengthening students' intellectual character in the digital age

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dampak tekanan akademik dan tekanan dari orang tua terhadap tingkat stres serta kondisi kesehatan mental siswa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data yang diterapkan adalah deskriptif-analitis. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tekanan yang bersumber dari lingkungan pendidikan maupun keluarga memberikan dampak negatif terhadap siswa. Tekanan akademik dapat menimbulkan kecemasan berlebih, gangguan tidur, serta penurunan fokus belajar. Di sisi lain, tekanan dari orang tua berupa tuntutan prestasi yang tidak realistis dapat membuat siswa merasa tertekan, takut gagal, dan mengalami penurunan kepercayaan diri. Jika dibiarkan, stres yang berkepanjangan ini dapat mengganggu keseimbangan mental siswa dan menghambat kemampuan mereka dalam belajar serta bersosialisasi secara sehat. Tindakan yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengurangi dampak tersebut adalah dengan menciptakan lingkungan yang aman dan mendukung secara emosional, serta menerapkan pendekatan yang menekankan proses belajar, bukan hanya hasil akhir. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sinergi antara pihak sekolah, guru Bimbingan Konseling (BK), dan orang tua dalam menciptakan suasana belajar yang responsif terhadap kebutuhan psikologis siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze various scientific findings regarding the implementation of the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model in the context of developing creativity and creative thinking in elementary school students. This study uses a literature review method, where data is collected and analyzed from various primary and secondary sources, such as national and international scientific journals, books, and other relevant research results published within the last five years. The focus of the study is to identify the key steps of PjBL that most effectively facilitate the dimensions of creativity (fluency, flexibility, originality, and detail) and to analyze the empirical impact of implementing this model at the elementary education level. The results of the literature synthesis indicate a consensus that PjBL is a highly effective pedagogical approach for enhancing elementary school students' creativity. This model provides an authentic framework, enabling students to address challenges, design innovative solutions, and manage projects independently, which directly stimulates their creative thinking processes. The findings indicate that the driving question and product evaluation aspects of PjBL are crucial factors in encouraging students to generate original ideas.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the various challenges faced by novice teachers in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum at the elementary school level. Using a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study design, data were collected through literature studies. The findings indicate that novice teachers encounter multidimensional challenges, including conceptual-pedagogical limitations, technical difficulties in designing differentiated instruction, structural barriers such as limited resources, and psychological pressures such as stress and fatigue. Despite their strong enthusiasm, teachers often struggle to translate curriculum concepts into classroom practice and to effectively manage heterogeneous classes. The study concludes that systemic support through structured mentoring programs, collaborative learning communities, and the provision of adequate facilities is essential to enhance the professionalism of novice teachers and ensure the successful implementation of the curriculum.

Abstract

Produktivitas karyawan merupakan faktor kunci dalam menentukan keberhasilan perusahaan dalam menghasilkan output yang optimal dan berdaya saing. Dalam konteks persaingan bisnis yang semakin dinamis, perilaku organisasi dan manajemen strategik menjadi dua elemen penting yang saling berkaitan dalam mendorong peningkatan produktivitas dan kinerja perusahaan secara berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kontribusi perilaku organisasi dan manajemen strategik terhadap produktivitas karyawan serta implikasinya terhadap optimalisasi output perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif-analitis dengan menelaah keterkaitan antara variabel perilaku organisasi, manajemen strategik, dan produktivitas karyawan berdasarkan kajian literatur dan data empiris yang relevan. Data diperoleh melalui studi pustaka dan analisis dokumen perusahaan yang berkaitan dengan kebijakan manajerial dan kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku organisasi yang kondusif, ditandai dengan budaya kerja yang positif, kepemimpinan yang efektif, dan komunikasi organisasi yang terbuka, berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan produktivitas karyawan. Selain itu, penerapan manajemen strategik yang terintegrasi mampu mengarahkan sumber daya manusia secara optimal untuk mendukung pencapaian tujuan perusahaan dan meningkatkan output organisasi.

Abstract

If the learning media used is not in accordance with the concepts and activities required, then learning activities and student achievement can decrease. Therefore, one solution is to use appropriate learning media. This study aims to: (1) improve the learning outcomes of social group material through the use of media images in fifth grade students at SDN Banyuajuh 5, and (2) assess the effectiveness of media images on student learning outcomes. The subjects of this study were fifth grade students at SDN Banyuajuh 5, Bangkalan Regency, with a total of 12 students consisting of 7 male students and 5 female students. This study uses a type of classroom action research with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and test evaluation. The results showed that there was an increase in the percentage of successful learning outcomes in cycle I by 50% and increased to 87% in cycle II. From these results it can be concluded that the use of media images can improve learning outcomes of social group material effectively.
