Speech acts are the main unit of analysis in pragmatics that highlights how hidden meanings and intentions are constructed in real communication. This study aims to analyze the forms of locutionary, illocutionary, and perlocutionary speech acts used by online motorcycle taxi (ojol) drivers in daily interactions with passengers. The research method used is qualitative method with data collection techniques through direct observation and semi-structured interviews with ojol drivers in Medan city. The interview was conducted on the way from Medan State University to Podomoro City Mall, then the data obtained were recorded and analyzed. The results show that locutionary acts function to convey information literally, illocutionary acts contain certain intentions or goals that speakers want to achieve, and perlocutionary acts cause effects or influences on interlocutors. Conversational analysis shows that simple interactions between students and ojol drivers contain complex communication dynamics, not only exchanging information but also building understanding and influencing attitudes. In conclusion, speech acts in ojol drivers' conversations reflect that verbal communication involves deep cognitive, social, and pragmatic processes, while reinforcing the role of language in building social relationships in a professional context.

The problem of this research is the concept of educational thought according to KH. Hasyim Asy'ari in the book Adabul 'Alim Wal Muta'allim. This study aims to determine the biography and concept of educational thought of KH Hasyim Asy'ari in the book Adabul 'alim Wal Muta'allim. This type of research uses a library approach (library research). The process of collecting data, the author uses a literature survey. In analyzing the data, researchers used content analysis techniques. The research findings inform: first, the virtues of knowledge, 'ulama and learning - teaching. Second, the ethics of students towards themselves. Third, the ethics of students towards educators. Fourth, the etiquette of the learner towards the lesson. Fifth, the etiquette of the educator towards oneself. Sixth, the etiquette of educators in teaching and learning. Seventh, the etiquette of educators towards students. Eighth, manners towards textbooks (kitab).

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh deskripsi penerapan model pembelajaran langsung menggunakan garis bilangan yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal penjumlahan dan pengurangan bilangan bulat di kelas VIIA SMP Negeri 3 Banawa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Rancangan penelitian ini mengacu pada desain penelitian Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart yakni perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran langsung menggunakan garis bilangan yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal penjumlahan dan pengurangan bilangan bulat mengikuti fase-fase yaitu : (1) pengantar/pengenalan; (2) penyajian; (3) latihan terbimbing; dan (4) latihan mandiri. Kata Kunci : Pembelajaran Langsung; Kemampuan Siswa; Penjumlahan dan Pengurangan Bilangan Bulat Abstract : The purpose of this study was to obtain a description of the application of direct instruction models using the number line that can enhance students' ability in solving addition and subtraction of integers in class VII 3 Banawa Junior High School . Kind of research is action research . This research design refers to the design of the study Kemmis and Mc . Taggart namely planning, action , observation and reflection . The results showed that the application of direct instruction models using the number line that can enhance students' ability in solving addition and subtraction of integers follow the phases namely : an introduction / introduction , presentation , guided practice , and independent practice . This study aims to determine the effect of teacher certification on teacher pedagogical competence (PAUD) in Karangawen District, Demak Regency. Teacher certification is expected to improve pedagogical competence, which includes understanding and implementing effective teaching methods for early childhood. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method with the population of this study being PAUD teachers who have been certified in Karangawen District, Demak Regency. The samples were taken from 30 PAUD teachers who had been certified in Karangawen District, Demak Regency, with a systematic nonprobability sampling. The data analysis technique used a simple linear regression test with a hypothesis test using the t-test, the coefficient of determination (R-Square). The results of the reliability test were 0.745. The data analysis used was the normality test using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov method with a significance value of 0.200> 0.05. Based on the simple linear regression test, it shows a significance value of 0.000, which is smaller than the probability value of 0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that hypothesis Ha stating that there is an influence of teacher certification on the pedagogical competence of PAUD teachers is accepted, and hypothesis Ho is rejected. The results of the R Square value of 0.998 or 99.8%, show that teacher certification has a significant effect on the pedagogical competence of PAUD teachers

Based on preliminary observations at Juwana District Kindergarten, most of the learning process still focuses a lot on students' cognitive abilities so that students' independence and creativity are less developed. This study aims to determine the effect of implementing the Merdeka Curriculum on students' independence and creativity in kindergartens in Juwana District. This research is qualitative research. Research data were obtained through observations and interviews with principals, teachers, and parents of students. The results showed that the Merdeka curriculum has been implemented in Juwana District Kindergarten with a learning process tailored to the needs of students, creativity, and innovation in accordance with the objectives of the independent curriculum in accordance with applicable regulations. The implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in Juwana District Kindergarten and the role of parents at home greatly help the development of early childhood independence so that the level of independence and creativity of students is mostly in the developing as expected category. These results indicate that the implementation of the independent curriculum has an effect on the development of students' independence and creativity in kindergartens in Juwana District.

Many pre-school children still experience psychosocial problems, especially social-emotional problems such as aggressive behavior or anxiety. which results in negative development and readiness to enter the next level of school. The purpose of the study was to determine the profile of the elements of learning outcomes of learners' identity in Jenawi District Kindergarten and to find out the teacher's approach in the elements of learning outcomes of learners' identity in the independent curriculum in Jenawi District Kindergarten. The research used is a type of quantitative descriptive research in this study aims to determine the learning outcomes of the elements of early childhood identity in Jenawi District. Respondents in quantitative research are children aged 4-6 years. The sample in this study is a total of 221 children who attend kindergarten institutions spread across Jenawi, Karanganyar. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, namely with favorable and unfavorable questions using a Likert scale. Descriptive percentage analysis is used. Data management is processed using Microsoft excel with the help of several formulas in Microsoft excel. The results of the final descriptive data analysis, the results of the calculation of the learning achievements of the elements of identity in PAUD students represented with a minimum value of 47 and a maximum value of 80. while the average is 65.51 with a standard deviation of 8.01.

The research aims to develop video media based on local wisdom to introduce cultural literacy to early childhood at Idhata Kindergarten. The problem encountered is that educators only use image media during learning activities. The method used is research and development (R&D) ADDIE model consisting of five stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. Data collection includes questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The analysis technique uses quantitative data analysis and qualitative data. The results obtained in this study show the average value in conducting the trial, namely that the small group obtained a score of 3.48 and the large group obtained a score of 3.68 with good criteria. Based on the explanation, it can be concluded that the development of video media based on local wisdom can be used to introduce cultural literacy to early childhood children aged 5-6 years.

The Futsal Young Competition organized by DAAI TV Medan aims to enhance the spirit of sportsmanship and teamwork among youth. This event focuses not only on sports skills but also on the development of positive values such as cooperation, discipline, and healthy competition. Through this futsal tournament, participants are given the opportunity to improve their athletic abilities while strengthening their teamwork skills. The methods employed in this community service initiative include intensive training, team matches, and group discussions on the importance of sportsmanship and ethics in competition. The expected outcome of this activity is the creation of a more sportive environment among the youth, as well as fostering stronger bonds of brotherhood among young people from various backgrounds. Thus, this competition plays a crucial role in shaping youth who are not only excelling in sports but also exhibiting collaborative and positive attitudes in daily life.

This study aims to analyze the strategies employed by teachers to enhance the fine motor skills of children with special needs at Islamic Bintang Juara Kindergarten through sensorimotor play activities. The strategies used by the teachers in the stimulation process include designing lesson plans tailored to the needs and abilities of the children, as well as selecting engaging play activities to increase students’ learning motivation. In the first phase of the research, the researcher conducted interviews with the principal and teachers regarding the strategies that had been implemented to improve the children's fine motor skills. The observation phase consisted of two stages: one focused on observing the children and the other on observing the teacher's instructional practices. The results of the study indicated a significant improvement in the children's fine motor skills through sensorimotor play. The sensorimotor learning strategies applied have a positive impact, as shown by the children's increased independence in performing various activities that involved fine motor skills. Additionally, the children demonstrated self-regulation abilities in activities such as picking up or arranging objects, controlling and coordinating body movements, and skillfully using specific tools during their play activities. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi guru dalam meningkatkan keterampilan motorik halus anak berkebutuhan khusus di TK Islam Bintang Juara melalui kegiatan bermain sensorimotorik. Strategi yang digunakan guru dalam proses stimulasi meliputi penyusunan rencana pembelajaran sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan kemampuan anak, serta pemilihan ragam main yang menarik untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar. Tahap awal penelitian, peneliti melakukan wawancara terhadap Kepala Sekolah dan Guru terkait strategi yang sudah diterapkan dalam meningkatkan keterampilan motorik halus anak. Pada tahap observasi atau pengamatan terdiri dari dua tahap yaitu tahap observasi terhadap anak dan tahap observasi terhadap pembelajaran guru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa observasi, wawancara serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan motorik halus anak melalui bermain sensorimotorik. Strategi pembelajaran sensorimotorik yang diterapkan membawa dampak positif yang signifikan. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan dengan kemandirian anak dalam melakukan berbagai kegiatan yang melibatkan keterampilan motorik halus. Selain itu anak menunjukkan kemampuan kontrol diri pada kegiatan seperti mengambil atau mengatur benda, dapat mengendalikan dan mengkoordinasikan gerakan tubuh serta terampil dalam menggunakan spesifik peralatan yang digunakan anak-anak dalam kegiatan bermain mereka.

Creativity and environmental awareness are two important aspects that need to be instilled from an early age through a fun and meaningful learning approach. One effective strategy in early childhood learning is the use of art activities, such as finger painting, combined with creative recycling practices. This study aims to describe the implementation of finger painting as a learning medium for creative recycling at Sirajudin Islamic Kindergarten. The research method used was action research (direct practice) with a qualitative descriptive approach. Finger painting was applied in the activity of decorating used items such as cigarette cans to make attractive and functional pencil cases. The results showed that this activity was able to increase children's enthusiasm, creativity, and active participation in the learning process. In addition, children began to understand the concept of reusing waste as a valuable resource and demonstrated a sense of responsibility towards the surrounding environment. This activity also made a positive contribution to the development of fine motor skills, the ability to recognize colors and textures, and the strengthening of religious values such as cleanliness and social awareness. Thus, recycling-based finger painting not only supports children's cognitive and motor aspects but also forms character and sustainable environmental awareness from an early age
