Abstract

The accounting information system is an important key to financial management, the information influences the company’s decisionmaking in determining its future strategy. However, before the development of web technology, current systems were usually implemented on desktop platforms. Over time, many obstacles were found during its implementation, which had an impact on time efficiency on staff performance. Therefore, in this study, a preliminary review assessment is made to find out whether the current desktop information system is still good for use or a web-based system is able to provide more performance, especially in terms of time efficiency. According to the results of this study, web information systems have better performance than desktops. With the transformation of the platform in the system, there was an increase in the use of time in carrying out input process activities of 35%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine health promotion competency through the abilities, attitudes, and skills of Community Health Center extension officers in the work area of the Tual City Health Service. This research is qualitative research with a case study approach. There were 13 informants with the criteria as holders of the Promkes Program at the Community Health Center. Data collection techniques use in-depth interviews and activity documentation. The research results show that the officers' abilities regarding health promotion, competence, strategies, methods, and media use are still based on experience because the professionalism of extension officers has not been standardized. Officers' efforts still need to meet national standard health promotion coverage. The attitude of officers needs to be improved because it is hampered by the lack of supporting facilities and infrastructure for counseling and the monotonous creativity of officers due to lack of training. Officers' skills in using media are adequate, although still limited to print media and cross-sector collaboration. Difficulty accessing transportation and lighting equipment (electricity), especially at community health centers located on islands, is the cause of hampered health education.

Abstract

Lemongrass, one type of source of essential oils, is widely cultivated in Indonesia. There are several methods for extracting the essential oils from lemongrasses, such as hydro-distillation, steam distillation, soxhlet extraction, extraction with supercritical fluids, ultrasonic extraction, and microwave-assisted hydro-distillation. In this study, microwave-assisted hydro-distillation was used as the extraction method. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of extraction time (60 minutes, 75 minutes, and 90 minutes), lemongrass/solvent ratio (1:4 g/mL and 1:5 g/mL), and microwave power (500 watt and 600 watt) on quantity and quality of lemongrass essential oil. The essential oils obtained were analyzed in the form of calculation of the essential oil density, yield, and GC-MS analysis. The results of the analysis showed that the density of the extracted lemongrass oil ranged from 0.880 g/mL – 0.920 g/mL at a temperature of 30 oC, with the highest yield ranging from 0.0044% – 0.0046% in samples with a material/solvent ratio of 1:5 g/mL. The components found in lemongrass oil were Z-citral, geranyl acetate, geraniol.

Abstract

The implementation of Electronic Medical Records (RME) in all health service facilities is a digital transformation target in Indonesia. Clinics are health service facilities as the spearhead of primary level health services. However, there are still many clinics whose operations are still paper-based. The purpose of this study is to design an RME Clinical information system that produces precise and accurate data and information and uses RME variable guidelines and metadata to be ready to be integrated into the SATUSEHAT platform. The research design used in this research is qualitative. The system development method uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the prototype method. The results of data collection found several problems in the implementation of medical records including paper-based, not standardized and structured diagnoses, medical record card storage was not efficient, report preparation was less effective. Based on this, a web-based clinical RME prototype was built. The resulting prototype makes clinical administration more efficient without a lot of paper/cards, standardized diagnostics, structured and safer data storage, and more effective report preparation because it is done through the system. Reports generated by the prototype can be used as a basis for clinical policies such as providing drug stock based on patient disease reports, as well as routine reports that are reported to the Puskesmas. This Clinical RME prototype can also be the forerunner of a clinical information system that wants to integrate RME with the SATUSEHAT platform.

Abstract

Abstract. This research aims to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity and leverage on company value in automotive sub-sector companies and their components listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015 - 2020. The sample obtained was 9 automotive sub-sector companies and their components listed on the IDX in 2015 - 2020 with a total of 54 observation data over 6 years of observation. The data collection technique used is documentation with data sources using secondary data taken through the official website of the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 26 software. The results of this research show that profitability has a significant effect on company value. Liquidity does not have a significant effect on company value. Leverage affects company value. Then there is the effect of profitability, liquidity and leverage and on company value simultaneously.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis kemampuan fisik motorik kasar dan motorik halus anak usia 5-6 tahun TK Muslimat NU 06 Lanji Patebon-Kendal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian eksperimen semu (quasi eksperimen). Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas B di TK Muslimat NU 06 Lanji dan kelompok B TK Muslimat NU 06 Lanji 02, Kecamatan Patebon Kabupaten Kendal tahun pelajaran 2020/2021 yang berjumlah 30 peserta didik. Skor kemampuan fisik motorik kasar dan halus anak diperoleh melalui observasi. Analisis data pada penelitian ini meliputi analisis data deskriptif dan analisis data inferensial yaitu menggunakan uji t. Hasil Penelitian menemukan bahwa sirkuit self help skills efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan motorik kasar dan halus anak usia 5-6 tahun, namun selisih nilai mean diference lebih baik untuk meningkatkan fisik motorik kasar dibandikan untuk meningkatkan fisik motorik halus.

Abstract

Verbal aggression in early childhood, often characterised by behaviours such as mocking, cursing, and insulting, is a growing concern influenced by parenting stress and parenting styles. This study aims to analyse the relationship between parenting stress and parenting styles and their effects on verbal aggression in young children. A quantitative descriptive approach was employed, involving 125 parents from seven kindergartens in Pemalang Regency. Data collection utilised validated questionnaires, and the sample was determined through proportional sampling. The analysis included descriptive statistics, partial significance testing (T-test), and linear regression. The findings reveal that parenting stress has a significant effect on verbal aggression, with a significance value of 0.002 (< 0.050). Parenting style was also shown to significantly influence verbal aggression, with a significance value of 0.000 (< 0.050). Collectively, these variables were found to substantially contribute to the level of verbal aggression in early childhood. This research underscores the importance of addressing parenting stress and promoting positive parenting styles to mitigate verbal aggression in young children. Limitations include focusing solely on parenting variables and the absence of longitudinal analysis. Future research should explore additional contributing factors, such as socioeconomic status and child temperament, to develop comprehensive intervention strategies.

Abstract

The problem of this research is how the form of integration and implications of the Islamic boarding school education system through madrasas at Darussa'adah Cot Tarom Baroh Islamic boarding school. This study aims to determine the form of integration and its implications for the Darussa'adah Cot Tarom Baroh Islamic boarding school education system through the madrasas that were established therein. This study used a qualitative method, namely field research. The research findings inform: the forms of integration of the Darussa'adah Cot Tarom Baroh Islamic boarding school education system through Madrasahs are the integration of religious and general knowledge, integration of formal and non-formal curricula, and integration of extracurricular activities. Then the implications of this integration are in the learning and quality of students. The implications for learning can be proven by the advancement of Islamic boarding schools, Islamic boarding schools are able to develop the curriculum and the potential of students from the addition of the madrasah learning curriculum. While the implications for the quality of the students can be proven by the achievements of the students, both in learning and competitions, and can also be seen from the spiritual attitude of the students.

Abstract

Nyeri kepala merupakan gejala neurologis yang paling umum terjadi pada lebih dari 50% paska vaksinasi COVID-19. Namun, masih sangat sedikit pengetahuan mengenai karakteristik nyeri kepala paska vaksin COVID-19. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan karakteristik nyeri kepala paska vaksinasi COVID-19 dan dampaknya terhadap kualitas hidup. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross-sectional yang dilakukan di RSUZA dari bulan Mei-September 2023. Sampel penelitian adalah seluruh petugas di RSUZA yang mengalami nyeri kepala paska vaksinasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling dan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Data yang dikumpulkan berupa data demografi, jenis vaksin, gejala klinis paska vaksinasi COVID 19, karakteristik nyeri kepala dan kualitas hidup. Nyeri kepala didiagnosis dengan menggunakan karakteristik International Classification of Headache Disorders, version 3 (ICHD-3) dan kualitas hidup dinilai menggunakan instrumen Short Form 36 Health Survey (SF-36). Analisa statistik menggunakan regresi logistik untuk menilai faktor-faktor penentu kualitas hidup yang tidak baik pada subjek paska vaksinasi COVID-19. Sebanyak 97 sampel penelitian paska vaksinasi COVID-19 yang dianalisa didapatkan sebanyak 55,7% berusia 30-39 tahun dan didominasi jenis kelamin perempuan (74,2%). Karakteristik nyeri kepala paska vaksinasi COVID-19 dalam penelitian ini antara lain lokasi bilateral (44,3%), berdenyut (69,1%), intensitas ringan (52,6%), durasi 1 jam (59,8%) dengan frekuensi 1-2 kali setiap bulan (58,8%). Mayoritas sampel penelitian (83,5%) memiliki fungsi fisik yang baik, namun 26,8% memiliki keterbatasan karena masalah fisik dan 35,1% karena masalah emosional. Terdapat 12,4% sampel mengalami kelelahan karena nyeri kepala, 9,3% mengalami kesehatan mental yang tidak baik, 19,6% terganggu fungsi sosial dan 45,4% mengalami gangguan kesehatan secara umum. Karakteristik nyeri kepala yang mempengaruhi kualitas hidup adalah nyeri kepala yang terjadi 1- 4 minggu setelah vaksin COVID-19 memiliki risiko mengalami kualitas hidup yang tidak baik (OR: 0,01, 95%CI: 0,00-0,80, dengan p = 0,039). Kesimpulan, karakteristik nyeri kepala paska vaksinasi berupa lokasi bilateral, berdenyut dan intensitas ringan, namun masih diperlukan penelitian lanjutan dengan jumlah sampel yang lebih besar.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the implementation of differentiated learning in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) as a means of character development in the digital era at MI Al-Khoiriyah Banyuasin, South Sumatra. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach aimed at analyzing the processes and dynamics of implementing differentiated learning in building students' character through Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in the digital era. This study employs a case study design to examine the implementation of differentiated learning in elementary schools. Data were collected through classroom observations, in-depth interviews with teachers, school principals, and students, as well as document analysis, including lesson plans and student work. The data were analyzed using Miles and Huberman's interactive model, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. This study concludes that the implementation of differentiated learning in Islamic Religious Education (PAI), supported by digital technology, effectively enhances students' character development. For example, through personalized learning tasks and digital platforms, students demonstrate improved discipline, responsibility, and collaboration skills, reflecting stronger character values. The use of digital media, such as educational apps and videos, enhances the understanding of religious values and fosters positive attitudes, such as discipline, empathy, and tolerance. This approach allows students to develop according to their potential, making character internalization more effective and relevant.
