Abstract

Abstract This article examines the leadership of women in Islam from the perspective of Muhammadiyah. The theme has always generated both support and opposition among the Muslim community. The central point of debate regarding women's leadership in Islam revolves around a hadith narrated by Abu Bakrah, stating that a community will not prosper if led by a woman. The result of this research is that Muhammadiyah has decided that women are allowed to become leaders, starting from school principals, directors, or even presidents. They believe there is no explicit text that clearly prohibits women from being leaders. Regarding the hadith, Muhammadiyah interprets it contextually based on historical analysis. At that time, women held a very weak position in society, casting doubts on their ability to lead a community institution. Additionally, they did not receive adequate education, resulting in limited experience and knowledge. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh nilai kurs rupiah dan harga minyak dunia terhadap harga saham perusahaan sektor food and beverages dimasa pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan meneliti harga saham perusahaan yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia yang masih beroperasi pada masa pandemi covid-19 di bidang makanan dan minuman. Periode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu selama 1 tahun dimulai dari bulan Januari hingga Desember 2020. Pengambilan data didasarkan pada data mingguan harga saham perusahaan yang bergerak di sektor makanan dan minuman, dengan asumsi pelemahan ekonomi dunia yang juga mempengaruhi melemahnya ekonomi negara Indonesia akibat dampak pandemi covid-19 yang juga berakibat pada industri didalamnya termasuk perusahaan sektor makanan dan minuman, dan juga berdasarkan pada fenomena bahwa industri makanan dan minuman diprediksi akan meraup keuntungan ditengah pandemi covid-19. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai tukar dan harga minyak dunia secara bersamaan atau simultan memengaruhi harga saham perusahaan sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar dibursa efek dimasa pandemi covid-19. Kata Kunci: Nilai Tukar; Harga Minyak; Indeks Harga Saham.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Sabtu Budaya (Cultural Saturday) Program and its impact on the development of patriotism among students class V at SDN 2 Jurit. This program is an initiative by the Education and Culture Office of West Nusa Tenggara Province to strengthen character education based on local culture. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method using observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The results show that the Sabtu Budaya activities are carried out regularly every third Saturday of the month, including: wearing traditional clothing, singing national and regional songs, organizing traditional games competitions, learning regional dances, screening and discussing nationalism-themed films, and conducting school environment clean-up through mutual cooperation. These six activities have successfully shaped students’ sense of nationalism, responsibility, and pride in local culture. A total of 97% of students responded “very good” to the program. Thus, Sabtu Budaya has proven to be an effective medium for instilling the value of patriotism through a contextual and enjoyable approach

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) dan hibah daerah dalam memperkuat kapasitas fiskal pemerintah daerah serta mendukung penyelenggaraan pembangunan. PAD merupakan sumber pendapatan utama yang mencerminkan tingkat kemandirian fiskal melalui kemampuan daerah menggali potensi ekonomi lokal, sementara hibah daerah menjadi sumber pendanaan tambahan yang berasal dari pihak eksternal untuk mendukung kegiatan tertentu yang tidak dapat sepenuhnya ditopang oleh PAD. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif berdasarkan kajian literatur, regulasi, dan teori keuangan publik. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa PAD dan hibah daerah memiliki peran signifikan dan saling melengkapi dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik, mendorong efisiensi pengelolaan keuangan daerah, serta memperkuat kolaborasi antara pemerintah daerah dengan pemangku kepentingan eksternal. Oleh karena itu, optimalisasi kedua sumber pendapatan tersebut menjadi langkah penting dalam mewujudkan pembangunan daerah yang efektif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Pendidikan dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia merupakan faktor kunci dalam meningkatkan produktivitas dan daya saing organisasi modern. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis integrasi filsafat manajemen dalam meningkatkan efektivitas ekonomi pendidikan di organisasi modern. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif, dengan metode studi literatur dari buku, jurnal, dan laporan organisasi terkait manajemen, ekonomi pendidikan, dan pengembangan SDM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan prinsip-prinsip filsafat manajemen, seperti etika, rasionalitas, dan keberlanjutan, memungkinkan organisasi mengambil keputusan pendidikan yang tepat, efisien, dan berorientasi hasil. Integrasi filosofi manajemen dan prinsip ekonomi pendidikan tidak hanya meningkatkan efektivitas alokasi sumber daya dan produktivitas karyawan, tetapi juga memperkuat budaya organisasi yang inovatif, kolaboratif, dan berkelanjutan. Abstract

Organisasi modern menghadapi tantangan dalam merancang strategi manajemen pendidikan yang efektif, efisien, dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini menganalisis penerapan strategi manajemen pendidikan berbasis filsafat ekonomi untuk mendukung pengembangan organisasi berkelanjutan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif melalui studi literatur dari buku, jurnal ilmiah, laporan organisasi, dan dokumen kebijakan terkait manajemen pendidikan, ekonomi pendidikan, dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi prinsip filsafat manajemen, seperti nilai, etika, dan keberlanjutan, dengan prinsip ekonomi pendidikan, seperti analisis biaya-manfaat dan alokasi sumber daya, meningkatkan efektivitas, efisiensi, dan produktivitas program pendidikan. Strategi ini tidak hanya memperkuat kompetensi SDM, tetapi juga membangun budaya organisasi inovatif, kolaboratif, dan adaptif, serta mendukung keberlanjutan dan daya saing organisasi jangka panjang.

Abstract

Digital transformation has fundamentally changed the way companies create, deliver, and capture value. Developments in information technology, the Industrial Revolution 4.0, and changes in consumer behavior are driving a shift from conventional business models to more flexible, adaptive, and data-driven digital business models. This study uses a library research method, reviewing literature from national and international journals that discuss digital business models, network effects, digital marketing performance metrics, open innovation, and the integration of people, processes, technology, and data analytics within a data-driven decision-making framework. The study's findings indicate that both digital and conventional business models have their own strengths and challenges, but combining them can produce a more sustainable strategy. Network effects have proven to be a critical factor in the success or failure of startups, while selecting the right digital marketing metrics is crucial for the effectiveness of marketing strategies. Open innovation offers opportunities to accelerate innovation, although it still carries the risk of external collaboration. Ultimately, the integration of people, processes, technology, and data analytics has proven crucial in driving organizations to become more adaptive, innovative, and data-driven in the face of business uncertainty.Keywords: Digital transformation; Business model; Network effect; Open innovation; Data-driven decision-making.

Abstract

PeThis study aims to determine the management of education and training in improving the performance of the Kartika Cooperative. Education and training management includes education and training planning, training organization, training implementation, training evaluation, training constraints and solutions. This research is a descriptive qualitative research using purpose sampling technique to determine the subject of this research. The object of research is the chairman of the cooperative, the secretary of the treasurer, employees, and members of the cooperative. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. Descriptive qualitative analysis of the data obtained. Checking the validity of the data is done by triangulation of sources and methods.The results showed that the management of Kartika Cooperative education and training includes: 1) Training planning, including planning the location and management of the training according to the project and the number of participants, preparing the schedule according to the training project, media and methods. coordinate with each other to adjust the material, and plan the material according to the theme, and determine the speaker based on the quality and experience of the instructor, 2) The implementation of the training begins with the manager's direction, attendance, and the opening of the training. At the beginning of the training, management briefing, attendance, and opening of the training. The chairman of the cooperative management gave a speech and at the same time opened the training. Participants' input material is combined with themes, methods, presenters, and use of space, and is managed by the education and training manager. The implementation of the training ended with an evaluation process carried out by participants by filling out a questionnaire. Finally, it ends with the submission of a training certificate. However, the use of space is not in accordance with the ideal conditions of each participant, namely 4 square meters, the training schedule is not in accordance with the original plan, and the number of managers is not proportional to the number of participants, 3) Evaluation of the training process, to determine the criteria, tools and forms of the results of the training evaluation . The evaluation criteria include the delivery of material, the attitude of the presenters, the neatness of data provision, the method of the speaker, the motivation of the participants, the service manager, and the level of potential of the participants, the style, attitude, behavior, and language of the speaker. While the training evaluation tool is in the form of a questionnaire, and the results of the evaluation are training reports, questionnaires, and statistical data processing results. Evaluation of the results of the training, employees who initially only did the work without knowing in detail the meaning of the work being done, but with the training, employees better understand the systematic system. 4) Education and training constraints, the material is not in accordance with the needs of the training and the less than optimal preparation of the environment for the transfer of post-training knowledge but at work often applies work habits from experience, 5) Training solutions.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of a Teacher Mentoring Program through Learning Communities in improving teachers’ pedagogical competence at the secondary school level. Learning communities serve as collaborative platforms designed to encourage teachers to share best practices, engage in discussions, and collectively address instructional challenges. The evaluation method employed was the CIPP model (Context, Input, Process, Product). The evaluation results indicate that, from the context aspect, the program aligns well with teachers’ needs in responding to the implementation of a new curriculum and increasing demands for instructional quality. In terms of input, support from school principals, the availability of learning resources, and facilitator training were found to be adequate. Regarding the process aspect, activities were conducted on a weekly basis; however, not all teachers actively participated. From the product aspect, improvements were observed in teachers’ abilities to design teaching modules, manage classrooms, and implement innovative instructional methods, although the improvement was not evenly distributed across all subject areas. This study recommends strengthening individualized mentoring, optimizing monitoring mechanisms, and enhancing teacher motivation to encourage more active participation.

Abstract

An increase in basic motion occurs in childhood. As we enter adolescence, our ability to use our motor skills as needed allows us to master increasingly complex movements. The development of motor mastery occurs in line with physical growth, in the early days and the formation of basic movement patterns. Kodular application is a visual mobile application development platform that is easy to use for beginners. The Kodular application is an easy-to-use visual mobile application development platform. This application can help integrate play activities and technology to increase locomotor movement activities in grade V students of SDN Ibu Dewi 5. The results of the implementation of activities and the results of reflection carried out during the process took place in cycle I and cycle II in developing gross motor skills through traditional cat games had a good effect on improving ability. This is proven by the results obtained that show an increase during the activity process, initially achieving a completion percentage of 63.33%. to a percentage of completeness of 96.66%
