The prevalence of stunting in Indonesia still leaves much to be done and requires the attention of all stakeholders. Various efforts have been made to eliminate factors that have the potential to trigger stunting, one of which is maternal knowledge. Educational efforts are being made to increase mothers' understanding of the importance of a balanced diet for young children. Knowledge can be increased in several ways. One of them is to provide education through video media, which is believed to be more easily accepted and understood by mothers. This study aims to improve mothers' understanding of balanced infant feeding through educational videos. The quasi-experimental pretest-posttest research design involved 20 mothers of young children. The data were then analyzed using the Wilcoxon test. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant increase in maternal knowledge about balanced feeding. This can be seen from the pretest mean of 6.4 ± 0.3 while the posttest mean is 9.3 ± 0.2 with p = 0.00. Educating mothers with videos has proven to be effective in increasing their knowledge about balanced nutrition. The use of audiovisual media is able to optimize the reception of information because it involves more than one sense of the body. It is expected that education of mothers can be done on an ongoing basis using more interactive and dynamic media. ABSTRAK revalensi angka stunting di Indonesia masih menyisakan banyak pekerjaan yang memerlukan perhatian seluruh pihak. Berbagai upaya dilakukan untuk mengeliminasi faktor yang berpotensi memicu stunting, salah satunya ialah pengetahuan ibu. Upaya edukasi dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman ibu tentang pemenuhan gizi yang seimbang untuk balita. Peningkatan pengetahuan dapat dilakukan dengan berbagai cara. Salah satunya adalah pemberian edukasi melalui media video yang diyakini dapat lebih mudah diterima dan dipahami oleh ibu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman ibu tentang gizi seimbang pada balita melalui video edukasi. Desain penelitian quasi eksperimen dengan pretest-postest grup melibatkan sebanyak 20 ibu balita. Data kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan signifikan pengetahuan ibu tentang gizi seimbang. Hal ini terlihat dari hasil mean pretest sebesar 6.4±0.3 sedangkan mean postest sebesar 9.3±0.2 dengan p=0.00. Pemberian edukasi menggunakan video terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu tentang gizi seimbang. Penggunaan media audio visual mampu mengoptimalkan penerimaan informasi karena melibatkan lebih dari satu indra tubuh. Diharapkan pemberian edukasi pada ibu dapat dilakukan secara berkesinambungan dengan menggunakan media yang lebih interaktif dan dinamis.

This community service is entitled teacher strategies in training students' literacy and numeracy through media-based learning at SDN 5 in Pansor village, Kayangan sub-district, North Lombok district. This service is carried out with several objectives, first, to increase awareness about the importance of learning numeracy literacy from an early age, second, to provide knowledge to the students of SDN 5 Sesait that learning numeracy literacy is not just by reading books but can use several tools. apart from books such as drawing media and ice cream sticks and so on. The method used is a face-to-face and direct practice method of learning literacy and numeracy using image-based media or using ice cream sticks by constructing a framework. The results obtained from this service or socialization are to outline the methods used by teachers to teach students mathematics and literacy using media-based learning. Numeracy literacy is one of the first steps or stages that must be trained in school. One of the factors causing media-based Literacy and Numeracy training to be held in Pansor Village, especially at SDN 5 Sesait, is the low ability in reading and arithmetic in grades 5 and 6 which is caused by contemporary factors, namely playing online games and playing social media, especially for children. elementary school children who are continuously without parental supervision.

This study aims to determine and explain the effectiveness of the teacher's book and the use of the teacher's book on the material of hobbies that become achievements. In addition, this study aims to determine the obstacles to the effectiveness of using teacher books and to find out solutions or strategies to improve the use of Indonesian language teacher books on hobbies that become achievements. This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The instruments used were interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis uses the Miles and Hubberman model through three stages, data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing or verification. The results showed that the effectiveness of the Indonesian language teacher's book was very good in communicative aspects, clear learning objectives, adequate material, and learning strategies according to student needs. This is supported by teachers who are professional in teaching. However, the effectiveness of using teacher books still experiences obstacles or challenges. This is due to the fact that the teacher's book and student book facilities are still uneven and the material in the teacher's book is still lacking. These obstacles become obstacles so that solutions or strategies are needed. Solutions or strategies that are applied need support from schools, education offices and the government in checking the distribution of teacher books and student books. MGMP should also often conduct training related to teachers' books either through workshops, panel discussions, or workshops.

Introduction: Families have various functions that must be carried out effectively, one of which is the function of family care. Maintaining family health begins with providing balanced and adequate nutrition for all family members, especially for toddlers who are still in the golden period of growth and development. Unbalanced nutrition triggers health problems for toddlers and can even cause death. The low knowledge and awareness of mothers towards the fulfillment of balanced nutrition results in the emergence of negative behavior in mothers and families.Purpose: This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using booklet media on changes in mothers knowledge about balanced nutrition and family functions.Methods: A quasi-experimental design with pretest-posttest group involved 20 mothers as respondents who were divided into two groups. This study was conducted in Truko Village using a questionnaire on knowledge of balanced nutrition and family functional roles. Data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate where paired sample t-test was used to measure the mean difference in knowledge related to family functional role. Furthermore, the Wicoxon test was used to analyze differences in mean knowledge of mothers about balanced nutrition.Results: Based on the results of the analysis, there was a significant difference in both mothers' knowledge about the functional role of the family and about the functional role of the family before and after being given education using booklet media. This means that the use of booklets as educational media is proven effective.Conclusion: The better the knowledge, the more positive the mother's behavior related to the fulfillment of nutrition and the implementation of family functions. Therefore, health promotion efforts need to be a shared responsibility so that the level of public health, especially toddlers, can reach an optimal level.

Pekerja merupakan kelompok yang memiliki resiko untuk mengalami gangguan kesehatan yang terkadang tanpa disadari dapat mengganggu kinerja dan berdampak pada penurunan produktivitas kerja. Kesalahan dalam posisi kerja, berada pada posisi kerja yang sama dalam waktu lama serta kurangnya mobilisasi selama bekerja dapat menimbulkan rasa nyeri. Salah satu aktivitas yang dapat dilakukan adalah senam ergonomi. Posisi atau gerakan ergonomi dapat membantu untuk menjaga elastisitas otot, mengurangi tekanan pada kerja syaraf, melenturkan sendi, meningkatkan suplay oksigen dan nutrisi ke tulang dan jaringan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan pada pekerja pengrajin tas di kawasan Sentra Industri Tas Kendal (SINTAK), kegiatan dilakukan selama 3 hari yang dimulai dengan melakukan pengkajian data demografi dan mengukur tingkat pengetahuan awal terkait senam ergonomi dan gangguan kesehatan, selanjutnya dilakukan implementasi kegiatan senam dengan latihan selama 15 menit. Pada hari ketiga dilakukan evaluasi terhadap kegiatan dan pengukuran kembali pengetahuan sebagai data post-test. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner. Setelah dilakukan analisis, didapatkan hasil bahwa terjadi peningkatan sebanyak 65% pengetahuan pekerja tentang senam ergonomi dan masalah muskuloskeletal. Untuk tingkat nyeri didapatkan hasil bahwa terjadi penurunan nyeri sebanyak 50% pada pekerja yang mengalami nyeri berat menjadi sedangKegiatan senam ergonomi diharapkan dapat meningkatkan produktifitas kerja para pekerja dalam aktifitas kerja harian sehingga dapat terhindar dari gangguan kesehatan yang diakibatkan karena kerja dan lingkungan kerja. Melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan para pekerja dan pemilik usaha dapat melakukan senam ergonomi secara rutin minimal 15 menit per hari untuk mencegah timbulnya keluhan nyeri punggung bawah Key words: Nyeri Punggung Bawah, Senam Ergonomi, Pekerja

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran lingkungan keluarga dalam mendukung integrasi nilai-nilai Islam dan kecerdasan majemuk pada anak usia dini, khususnya di PAUD Riyadlusshibyan Lendang Re. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui survei dan wawancara terhadap orang tua, penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana nilai-nilai Islam diajarkan di rumah dan bagaimana praktik tersebut selaras dengan pendekatan pendidikan di sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keluarga yang mengintegrasikan ajaran agama dengan pengenalan kecerdasan anak secara majemuk lebih mampu mendukung perkembangan anak secara holistik. Temuan ini memberikan rekomendasi praktis bagi orang tua dan pendidik untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung pertumbuhan moral dan intelektual anak secara seimbang. This study aims to increase the reading interest of grade V students at SDN 1 Bayan in the 2024/2025 academic year. The subjects of this study were fifth grade students at SDN 1 Bayan with a total of 35 students, namely 14 male students and 21 female students. The research method used is the Classroom Action Research Method (PTK), which is a study conducted systematically on various actions taken by teachers to improve learning conditions. The data in this study were collected using the observation method as the main method, interviews and documentation methods as complementary methods. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in students' interest in reading using educational comic media in class V. It is marked by an increase in the percentage of students' interest in reading. Marked by an increase in the percentage of students' interest in reading activities in classical completeness of 42% (pre-cycle) increased to 57% in (cycle 1) and increased significantly to 85% in (cycle II). This shows an increase in students' interest in reading with a percentage of 85%, which has been achieved in this study. Which means that most students experience an increase in reading interest using educational comics at SDN 1 Bayan, West Bayan Hamlet, Bayan Village, Bayan District, North Lombok Regency, 2024/2025 School Year.

This study aims to describe the critical thinking profile of SMAN 5 Model Palu grade XI students in solving trigonometric identity proof problems regarding gender differences. The subjects in this study were male students or S1 and female students or S2 of grade XI Mipa 4 SMAN 5 Model Palu who have high mathematical abilities. Data were collected through tests and interviews. The results of this study indicate that S1 and S2 in solving trigonometric identity proofs have the correct answers and are accompanied by supporting reasons. However, there are some differences in thinking activities between the two, namely S1 who is a male student with high ability has a shorter answer than the solution of S2 who is a female student with high ability, S1 uses a logical way of thinking compared to S2 who tends to be proficient with his verbal abilities. This shows that S1 and S2 even though they have equal mathematical abilities, there are some differences between the two in solving trigonometric identity proofs whose data are obtained from written assignment answers and interview results.
