Abstract

Abstract:  This community service activity was motivated by a lack of education and knowledge regarding supply chain management among MSME operators in Duri Kepa Urban Village, West Jakarta—knowledge essential for enhancing business competitiveness. The activity aimed to provide education on effective and efficient supply chain management to improve operational strategies and foster competitiveness for cooperatives and MSMEs. The methodology involved a presentation followed by a discussion and Q&A session, concluding with an evaluation via participant questionnaires. Both local officials and participants expressed satisfaction with the event and hoped for similar activities to be held regularly. The outcome of the activity was that MSME operators gained the education and knowledge regarding supply chain management needed to enhance their business competitiveness.Abstrak: Latar belakang dari kegiatan pengabdian adalah kurangnya edukasi dan pengetahuan pelaku UMKM di Kelurahan Duri Kepa, Jakarta Barat tentang manajemen rantai pasok untuk meningkatkan daya saing bisnis. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi tentang pengelolaan rantai pasok yang efektif dan efisien agar dapat meningkatkan strategi operasi dan menciptakan daya saing bagi Koperasi dan UMKM. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan memberi pemaparan, dilanjutkan dengan sesi diskusi dan tanya jawab, hingga kegiatan ditutup dengan evaluasi melalui kuesioner yang diberikan pada peserta. Pengurus kelurahan dan peserta merasa puas dengan pelaksanaan kegiatan dan berharap kegiatan serupa dapat diadakan reguler. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah pelaku UMKM mendapatkan edukasi dan pengetahuan tentang manajemen rantai pasok untuk meningkatkan daya saing bisnis.

Abstract

Innovation is essential for organizational growth, with employee innovative behavior playing a pivotal role in driving innovation. This study examines the influence of proactive personality, job satisfaction, and work-related flow on enhancing employee innovative behavior. Using a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) and SmartPLS 4.1, data were collected from 210 employees in the information technology industry in West Jakarta through purposive sampling. The results indicate that proactive personality positively affects employee innovative behavior and work-related flow, while work-related flow positively influences employee innovative behavior and mediates the relationship between proactive personality and employee innovative behavior. Additionally, job satisfaction significantly enhances employee innovative behavior. These findings provide valuable insights for organizations to develop strategies that foster employee innovative behavior effectively.

Abstract

The rapid growth of gamified mobile applications has transformed how users engage with digital technologies, particularly in promoting positive emotional experiences. This study investigates the impact of gamified mobile applications on happiness levels based on user data. A quantitative approach was employed using survey data collected from active users of gamified mobile applications across diverse demographic backgrounds. Happiness levels were measured using a validated well-being scale, while gamification features such as rewards, challenges, feedback, and social interaction were assessed as key predictors. Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling to examine the relationships between gamification elements and users’ happiness. The results indicate that gamified mobile applications have a significant positive effect on users’ happiness levels, with reward mechanisms and social interaction emerging as the strongest contributors. The findings suggest that thoughtfully designed gamification can enhance emotional well-being by fostering enjoyment, motivation, and sustained engagement. This study contributes to the field of affective and positive computing by providing empirical evidence of the humanistic impact of gamified digital technologies. Practically, the results offer insights for developers and designers to create user-centered applications that prioritize emotional well-being alongside functional performance. Overall, the study highlights the potential of gamified mobile applications as effective digital interventions for enhancing users’ happiness and advancing human-centered innovation within positive computing environments.
