Abstract

Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) Proses Produksi adalah instruksi tertulis dalam bentuk dokumen yang berisikan tentang cara kerja atau instruksi  yang diikuti oleh para pekerja agar suatu pekerjaan dapat dilakukan secara benar sesuai standar perusahaan. Jadi SOP inilah yang mengatur berjalannya sebuah usaha atau organisasi. Penerapan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) Proses produksi wajib diterapkan oleh semua pekerja. Ketika diterapkan pada setiap kegiatan produksi maka harus didukung oleh alat-alat dan pekerja yang memadai agar hasil atau jumlah yang dihasilkan dapat meningkat. Permasalahan penelitian ini secara spesifik adalah “analisis SOP Proses Produksi Untuk meningkatkan kuantitas produksi keripik kimpul”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana SOP Proses Produksi untuk meningkatkan kuantitas produksi keripik kimpul. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Sempel penelitian ini terdiri dari pemilik usaha, dan 3 (tiga) orang pekerja. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data menggunakan teori mengumpulan data, mereduksi data, menyajikan data, dan menarik kesimpulan dan inferensi dari Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya kaitan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) Proses Produksi dengan kuantitas produksi. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan pengamatan yang menyatakan bahwa peningkatan kuantitas produksi bergantung pada alat yang digunakan, pekerja yang melakukan produksi, lingkungan produksi dan perlengkapan produksi, serta penerapan SOP dalam dokumentasi proses produksi, termasuk pedoman operasional.

Abstract

This research aims to achieve the following objectives: (1) to explore how the implementation of the DANA e-wallet facilitates consumer transactions at the Ya'ahowu Market in Gunungsitoli City; (2) to examine the usage patterns of the DANA application within the Ya'ahowu Market; and (3) to identify the challenges and risks associated with using the DANA application in simplifying transactions for consumers at the market. The research methods employed include observation, interviews, and documentation collection, with five respondents participating in the study. Based on interviews with key informants, the study found that the increasing adoption of e-wallets, such as DANA, has significantly streamlined transaction processes at Ya'ahowu Market. Informants revealed that, prior to the introduction of the DANA application, transactions were conducted solely in cash. However, since the app’s integration, both buyers and sellers at Ya'ahowu Market have embraced e-wallets, recognizing their potential to simplify transactions and enhance overall market efficiency. This shift demonstrates the market's effort to keep up with technological advancements in digital payment systems.

Abstract

Employees at the One Stop Integrated Investment and Licensing Services Service in North Nias Regency have a different understanding of Financial Literacy. So some employees do not understand basic financial concepts, such as budget planning, investment, risk, and how to manage debt. Some employees are trapped in fraudulent investments and there are still many employees who have consumerist habits, namely buying things based on desire rather than need. This research aims to determine the influence of financial literacy on the interest in saving of Civil Servants at the One Stop Integrated Licensing and Investment Service of North Nias Regency. The variables in this research are financial literacy (X) and interest in saving (Y). The method in this research uses quantitative research methods. The data collection method in this research uses primary data obtained from filling out questionnaires with 31 employee respondents at the One Stop Integrated Licensing and Investment Service Office of North Nias Regency. as well as secondary data obtained from journals related to this research. The data analysis methods used are validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient test, determinant coefficient test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, linearity regression test, simple linear regression test and T test. The results of this research show that financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on the interest in saving of Civil Servants at the One Stop Integrated Licensing and Investment Service of North Nias Regency. Simultaneously, the magnitude of the influence of financial literacy on the interest in saving of employees of the One Stop Integrated Investment and Licensing Services Service of North Nias Regency is 43.8%, while the other 56.2% is influenced by other variables not included in the research.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the development of the use of digital marketing in Indonesia, especially in the Nias Islands, which is currently running quite rapidly, which has directly given rise to new competition, this requires business actors to be more creative and innovative regarding the marketing changes that are currently occurring. This research aims to determine the influence of consumer trust and service quality on online purchasing decisions of Shopee users among students at the Faculty of Economics, Unversitas Nias, North Sumatera, Indonesia. This research is quantitative research with the research object at the Faculty of Economics, Unversitas Nias, North Sumatera, Indonesia. Data sources are taken from documentation, questionnaire results and observation results. Based on the results of the written analysis and discussion regarding the influence of Consumer Trust and Service Quality on Purchasing Decisions on the Shopee application, it can be concluded that Consumer Trust has a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions on the Shopee application which can be seen from the results of the t-test where Consumer Trust is 4,731 which is greater than t-estimated 2,645 and Service Quality with a t-value of 3,578 which is greater than t-estimated 2,645 and so H2 is accepted. Consumer Trust and Service Quality on Shopee Application Purchase Decisions. This can be proven by the statistical results of F-calculated of 19.008 which is greater than F-estimated of 3.12.

Abstract

Retail trade is a very strategic trade in Indonesia because it is able to absorb labor after the agricultural sector. There are two types of retail trade, namely traditional retail which is directly represented by small traders or grocery traders in traditional markets and in housing and modern retail which is represented by supermarkets and minimarkets such as Alfamart and Indomaret. This proves that there is quite high economic growth and creates investment, but on the other hand, this can cause lethargy for traditional kiosk traders, even killing their businesses. Yuki Mart is one of the modern shops (minimarkets) in Gunungsitoli City. This research aims to find out how much influence consumer behavior has on purchasing decisions at Yuki Mart, Gunungsitoli City. This research uses quantitative methods. Respondents were 57 consumers who shopped at Yuki Mart, Gunungsitoli City in July, where researchers collected data using a questionnaire, then carried out data validity tests, data reliability tests, classical assumption tests (normality tests), coefficient of determination, and hypothesis tests (t tests). The results of the research show that the influence of consumer behavior on purchasing decisions at Yuki Mart, Gunungsitoli City, is 16.3% and the other 83.7% is influenced by other variables not included in this research.

Abstract

Agriculture is a very important sector in Indonesia, because it has natural resources (SDA) and Human Resources (HR). Based on researchers' observations that have been carried out at UD. Makmur Tani uncovered problems involving many similar, tight competing companies with limited pesticide products and inappropriate marketing strategies. This research aims to analyze the marketing strategy implemented by UD. Makmur Tani in an effort to increase sales of pesticide products. The main focus of the research is on the three main indicators of marketing strategy, namely segmentation, targeting and positioning. Based on this explanation, the type of research used in this research is qualitative research, which is because it is not in the form of numbers or numbers so it only takes the form of statements or sentences. The research results show that UD. Makmur Tani has implemented a market segmentation strategy based on geography and farmer demographics. In terms of targeting, the company focuses on farmers in certain regions. The positioning strategy implemented is by positioning certain products. Further analysis revealed that implementation of this strategy has contributed to increased sales of pesticide products. However, there are still several obstacles in its implementation, especially related to market competition and changes in consumer preferences.

Abstract

This thesis discusses the influence of online promotion on increasing sales of SME products in Lahomi District, West Nias Regency. This study aims to determine the influence of online promotion on increasing sales of SME products in Lahomi District, West Nias Regency. This study uses a quantitative research method with a data collection technique using a questionnaire. Based on the results of the T-Test where the sign value of the X variable is known 001> 0.05 and the t-value is 6.841 <2.054 so it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and has an effect on the Sales Increase variable (Y). Based on the determination coefficienT-Test, the results obtained are that the Adjuster R-Square value is 0.589, this means that the Promotion Variable (X) is able to explain the increase in sales (Y) of 0.589 with a percentage of 58.9% after being adjusted for the sample and independent variables while the remaining 41.1% is explained by other variables outside this study.

Abstract

Untuk menjamin suatu kualitas produk maka dibutuhkan yang namanya pengendalian kualitas (quality control).Permasalahan yang ditemukan di caritas water yaitu masih adanya kerusakan produk dalam proses produksi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengendalian kualitas yang dilakukan oeh caritas water dalam menjaga mutu produk. Dalam melakukan penelitian metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil yang diperoleh antara lain pengandalian kualitas yang dilakukan oleh caritas water yaitu dengan metode statistical quality control. Melalui check sheet diperoleh jumlah produksi selama Januari-Juni 2023 sebanyak 57.529 kardus dengan jumlah kerusakan 278 kardus. Penyebab kerusakan yaitu lit cup sobek dan cup rusak. Diagram pareto menunjukan penyebab utama yaitu lit cup sobek (54,40%) dan cup rusak (45,60%). Dari peta kendali p diperoleh hasil central line (CL) yaitu 0,0048323. Upper control line (UCL) yaitu 0,0151683. Lower control line (LCL) yaitu -0,0055036. Dalam diagram tulang ikan penyebabnya ialah faktor manusia (kurang teliti, kelelahan kerja), material (lit cup sobek dari supplier dan cup rusak dari supplier), mesin (alat press bermasalah), metode (proses produksi sekaligus), lingkungan (suhu ruangan terlalu panas).

Abstract

Masalah utama dalam penelitian ini adalah menurunnya volume penjualan akibat kurangnya strategi pengembangan usaha yang dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1). Mengetahui strategi apa saja yang dilakukan dalam mengembangkan usaha untuk meningkatkan volume penjualan di Grand Kartika Restaurant Kota Gunungsitoli dan 2). Mengetahui tingkat volume penjualan. Metode penelitian ini merupakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan informan yaitu karyawan sebanyak 4 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi pengembangan usaha yang dilakukan belum maksimal dengan hanya menerapkan strategi diversifikasi produk, diferensiasi produk, mengikuti keinginan dan kebutuhan konsumen, mengolah makanan yang layak olah, melakukan promosi baik offline maupun online di media Facebook, membuat sistem paket dan menerapkan sistem delivery order. Tingkat volume penjualan bersifat fluktuatif dimana terjadi kenaikan dan penurunan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh manajemen waktu dan intensitas penggunaan handphone terhadap perilaku sosial anak. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SDN 074059 onolimbu. Dalam penelitian ini yang merupakan rumusan masalah. “Apakah ada pengaruh Manajemen Waktu dan Intensitas Penggunaan handphone terhadap Perilaku Sosial Anak di SDN 074059 Onolimbu?. Metode yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Pengolahan data distribusi t dengan dk = 28 dan taraf signifikan 5% diperoleh ttabel = 2.048. Dengan demikian thitung>ttabel (16.134>2.048) untuk X1→Y dan (11.786>2.048) untuk hasil X2→Y dan untuk nilai fhitung>ftabel (125.729 >3.328). Hasil yang didapatkan dengan melakukan pengujian koefisien determinasi sebesar 89% pengaruh manajemen waktu dan intensitas penggunaan handphone terhadap perilaku sosial anak, sedangkan faktor-faktor lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini sebesar 11%. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis t dan f Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak, ada pengaruh manajemen waktu dan intensitas penggunaan handphone terhadap perilaku sosial anak di SDN 074059 onolimbu.
