Abstract

This research aims to describe Health Financing Strategies and Innovations in Health Insurance in the Digital Technology Era. This type of Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method was used to compile this scientific article. Method The approach used in this research is the empirical juridical method. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively, comprehensively and completely. Data analysis means describing the data in a quality manner in sentences that are orderly, coherent, logical, non-overlapping and effective, making it easier to interpret the data and understand the results of the analysis. The research results talk about the potential of health insurance in the digital era, this offers great opportunities in the future. Because insurance is about people, the focus is on financial management of individuals, families and even companies. Apart from saving and investing, insurance is also important. In the era of digitalization, it is increasingly easier for health insurance companies to continue to encourage innovation by collaborating with various stakeholders and certain organizations. There are three forms of digital insurance industry. namely InsurTech Aggregator/Marketplace Aggregator. This is a contact point where we can gather information about the various insurance products of each company. The obstacle in the practice of digital health insurance is that it has not been regulated in special regulations, so it uses conventional health insurance regulations, namely OJK Regulation Number 67/POJK.05/2016 concerning Insurance Licensing and in general it is regulated in OJK Regulation Number 13/POJK.02/2018 concerning Digital Financial Innovation. The application period regarding the regulatory sandbox trial is in accordance with Article 4 of OJK Regulation Number 13/POJK.02/2018 which should be mandatory for all fintech companies but in this case no insurance company has carried out the trial.

Abstract

financing and the provision of health services. This journal explores the interaction between health financing legal regulations and the digitalization of online health services in Indonesia. The study aims to analyze how current regulations govern these two aspects and identify the challenges and solutions needed. Digitalization of health services, including the use of information technology such as electronic medical records (EMRs), telemedicine, and health applications, has significantly altered the healthcare landscape. This transformation presents new legal challenges, especially concerning health financing and personal data protection. This article discusses the interaction between digitalization and health financing regulations in Indonesia, focusing on how health laws and related policies address both aspects. It also explores the impact of digitalization on the management of health financing, patient rights, and provider responsibilities. Referring to Law No. 36 of 2009 on Health, Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection, and other regulations, this article provides an in-depth analysis of the need for regulatory adjustments to ensure effective integration of technology into the health system while maintaining the sustainability of financing and protecting patient rights. The methodology includes literature review, regulatory analysis, and case studies. Findings indicate that while digitalization offers improved efficiency and accessibility, there are regulatory challenges that need to be addressed to ensure effective integration between health financing systems and digital technology. Recommendations suggest updating regulations to create a more inclusive and secure system.

Abstract

Media dan sumber pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia memberikan kontribusi terhadap proses pembelajaran. Dengan media dan sumber yang bervariasi membuat peserta didik lebih termotivasi dan antusias dalam mengikuti pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis terhadap bentuk-bentuk media dan sumber pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur. Hasil penelitian ini adalah menjelaskan bentuk-bentuk media dan sumber pembelajaranbahasa Indonesia, yang terdiri atas media powerpoint, kartu huruf, kahoot, pop up book dan komik, serta sumber internet, website, YouTube, dan emodul. Oleh karena itu, dengan banyaknya variasi media dan model pembelajaran diharapkan dapat mempermudah tenaga pendidik menciptakan proses belajar mengajar yang lebih efektif.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bekerja sama dengan Pengelola Bank Sampah Mutiara Madani yang berada di Perumahan Griya Bunga Asri Desa Cibadung RT 002.008, Kecamatan Gunung Sindur, Kabupaten Bogor, Propinsi Jawa Barat.Tujuan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini adalahmeningkatkan konsistensi melakukan komunikasi persuasif kepada masyarakat luas akan pentingnya menjaga kesehatan dengan pengolahan sampah yang tepat melalui sistem Bank Sampah. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan iniadalah ceramah dan studi kasus.Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi oleh mitra adalah: [1] Masih sangat minim partisipasi masyarakat terhadap kesadaran untuk mengelola sampah melalui Bank Sampah; [2] Masyarakat masih belum memahami pemilahan sampah, sehingga sampah seringkali masih tercampur antara sampah organik dan sampah anorganik.[3] Perlunya meningkatkan konsistensi melakukan komunikasi persuasif kepada masyarakat luas akan pentingnya menjaga kesehatan dengan pengolahan sampah yang tepat melalui sistem bank sampah.Pelaksanaankegiatan PKM dapat berjalan dengan baik dan lancarselama 3 (tiga) harisesuai dengan jadwal yang ditetapkan. Berdasarkan beberapa permasalahan yang dikemukan di atas, adapun solusi permasalahan yang dapat dilakukan adalah sebagai berikut: [1] Memberikan komunikasi persuasif dalam menumbuhkan kesadaran kepada masyarakat mengenai manfaat yang diperoleh melalui pengelolaan sampah yang tepat dan efektif melalui sistem Bank Sampah Mutiara Madani Griya Bunga Asri Desa Cibadung Kecamatan Gunung Sindur Bogor. [2] Meningkatkan pemahaman mengenai jenis sampah dan cara memilah sampah yang benar dan tepat kepada masyarakat melalui pelatihan dan penyuluhan tentunya dengan komunikasi yang persuasif. [3] Memberikan inovasi dan kreatifitas agar sampah-sampah yang dapat didaur ulang dapat menghasilkan nilai jual yang lebih tinggi segingga dapat meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat. Hal ini memberikan respon positif dari masyarakat untuk dapat terus berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan Bank Sampah yang memiliki manfaat baik untuk kebersamaan

Abstract

Komunikasi interpersonal merupakan komunikasi yang terjadi antara dua orang atau lebih dengan tujuan tertentu. Komunikasi interpersonal sendiri dapat dilakukan secara verbal ataupun non verbal, di dalam komunikasi interpersonal penerima pesan dapat langsung memberikan respon kepada pemberi pesan, sehingga pemberi pesan dapat mengetahui apakah komunikasi yang dilakukan efektif atau tidak. Kemampuan dalam melakukan komunikasi interpersonal sangat penting di dalam pergaulan sehari-hari, seseorang yang memiliki keterampilan berkomunikasi yang baik akan memiliki kepercayaan yang tinggi ketika bertemu dengan banyak orang dan bersosialisasi dengan orang tersebut. Tetapi justru sebaliknya jika keterampilan komunikasi interpersonalnya kurang baik seperti pemalu, takut dalam berkomunikasi, maka akan terlihat sebagai seseorang yang pendiam, menyendiri dan susah bergaul. Komunikasi interpersonal juga memegang peranan penting dalam membangun kepercayaan diri, khususnya pada generasi Z yang tengah menghadapi tantangan baru dalam berwirausaha. Generasi Z, yang dikenal sebagai digital native, sering kali memiliki keterampilan teknis yang kuat, namun generasi Z mungkin menghadapi hambatan dalam hal komunikasi langsung dan pengelolaan hubungan personal. Kemampuan dalam melakukan komunikasi interpersonal dapat mempengaruhi kepercayaan diri seseorang, begitupun di Yayasan Yatim Piatu dan Dhuafa Maktabul Aitam, kepercayaan diri peserta didik dapat dilihat dari cara berkomunikasi dengan lingkungannya. Peserta didik yang berada di yayasan, diharapkan kedepannya memiliki kemampuan untuk dapat menghidupi dirinya sendiri dengan segala keterbatasan yang ada. Salah satu cara yang dilakukan adalah dengan berwirausaha, diharapkan dengan memiliki usaha atau bisnis, para peserta didik memiliki bekal untuk dapat mendapatkan kehidupan yang lebih baik. Kemampuan dan keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal yang baik akan dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan diri peserta didik terutama di dalam berwirausaha, seperti menawarkan produknya kepada calon konsumen, menjelaskan keunggulan produk yang dimiliki dan lain sebagainya. Berdasarkan beberapa uraian tersebut maka tim pengabdi mengambil judul Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat “Peran Komunikasi Interpersonal dalam Meningkatkan Kepercayaan Diri Gen Z untuk Berwirausaha di Yayasan Yatim Piatu dan Dhuafa Maktabul Aitam Pakulonan Barat-Tangerang”.

Abstract

This article discusses the State Constitutional Protection Against Abandoned Children in Indonesia and Fiqh SiyasahReview. This study aims firstly to find out the general overview of neglected children in Indonesia, secondly to find out the constitutional protection of the Republic of Indonesia against neglected children and thirdly to find out the protection of Fiqhi Siyasah to neglected children. The type of research used is library research using a normative juridical approach. The data collection technique in this research is data collection by searching, reading and taking notes from the results of written works in the form of books or other sources related to the discussion. The results of this study indicate that 1. Based on KPAI data for the last 5 years starting from 2016-2020 the dominant type of child neglect cases are children with social welfare problems. experienced a decrease in the cases of neglected children. 2. To realize the social welfare of neglected children, the Government together with the Ministry of Social Affairs seeks to maintain and protect neglected children. The Ministry of Social Affairs in carrying out its duties is assisted by the Social Service located in each Regency/City. The forms of legal protection by the government for neglected children according to Law No. 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection include: 1) Supervision, 2) Prevention, 3) Treatment, 4 ) Counseling, 5) Social rehabilitation and 6) Social assistance. 3. Based on the fiqh siyasah protection against neglected children, which refers to the siyasa dusturiyah (constitution) which is the responsibility for the protection of neglected children, a leader in this case is the government. The role of the government is very much needed in handling abandoned children in line with Islamic law because in Islamic law, whether or not a policy leader or government administrator is correct depends on the implications for the people. If the policy has implications for the benefit of the people, it is considered correct by Shari'a. impact mafsadat on the people it is considered to violate the Shari'a.

Abstract

Research on leadership coaching in public organizations is an important role in achieving government goals. This research aims to analyze previous articles as a reference for leaders in managing human resources, especially in public organizations. This research uses a quantitative method in the form of a meta-analysis study that takes the main data from Scopus with a time span from 2011 to 2024. The results of the research show that there are 15 articles found, with the finding that 2022 is the highest year compared to other years. A total of 8 articles from the field of social sciences were published in Scopus and 1 article in the health field occupied the smallest position in the research period this analysis was carried out. The United States is the highest country that wrote as many as 5 articles compared to other countries, and no articles have been found from Indonesia researchers so the research conducted this time has positive implications for opening up opportunities for researchers from Indonesia and other countries to research on mentoring leaders in public organizations.

Abstract

The production and marketing process of dangkot chicken for all people is the goal of the Student Entrepreneurship Creativity Program (PKM-K) to stimulate students' motivation to start a business in processing the Toraja's signature dangkot chicken. The implementation method of this program includes input, process (production), output, and evaluation. The result of this program is to conduct a market survey to determine the market condition, followed by interviewing five female students in the Universitas Muhammadiyah Palopo environment, and then conducting a feasibility study on the business to be carried out. The last stage is the selection of materials and the provision of places and facilities to support the production process. The production process involves preparing the ingredients and tools until the dangkot is marketed. The output is the ready-to-consume dangkot chicken that is marketed to consumers. The final stage is evaluation, which is conducted after the dangkot chicken production is completed to review any shortcomings that make consumers uncomfortable with our products. In conclusion, the PKM-K program aims to keep the production and marketing process of Toraja's dangkot chicken innovative and creative, provide opportunities for students to practice entrepreneurship with a comprehensive understanding of entrepreneurship concepts, and build students' spirit to continue their business in the food industry, particularly in the Toraja's signature dangkot chicken business.

Abstract

Abstract: Compliance with medication is a critical issue in all disease conditions and becomes a challenge in itself for people with mental illness. The purpose of health promotion activities at Sambang Lihum Mental Hospital is to increase knowledge by providing education so that it can change the behavior of patients and their families regarding compliance with taking mental medicine that needs to be taken regularly. Health promotion was carried out on Wednesday, May 28, 2025 at 11.30 WITA until it was completed at the Sambang Lihum Mental Hospital Outpatient Installation located at Jl. Governor of Syarkawi KM. 3.9 Gambut District, Banjar Regency. The target of health promotion is patients and their families who are waiting for the queue to take medicine. There are 31 health promotion participants aged 20 to 50 years old. The methods used in health promotion are lectures with leaflet media and PowerPoint Presentation (PPT). The measurement of the level of knowledge was carried out on 15 people who were randomly selected as representatives of the population. The results obtained before the health promotion of the knowledge level of patients and families of patients with a high category of 73.33% with a low level of knowledge of 26.67%, after the health promotion of high level of knowledge of 93.33% with a low level of knowledge of 6.67% where there was an increase in the level of knowledge of 20%. Keywords: Medication Compliance; Health Promotion; people with Mental Illness   Abstrak: Kepatuhan minum obat merupakan masalah kritis di seluruh kondisi penyakit dan menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi penderita penyakit mental. Tujuan dari kegiatan promosi kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Sambang Lihum yaitu untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dengan memberikan edukasi sehingga dapat mengubah perilaku pasien dan keluarga pasien mengenai kepatuhan minum obat jiwa yang perlu diminum rutin. Promosi kesehatan dilakukan pada hari Rabu, 28 Mei 2025 jam 11.30 WITA sampai selesai di Instalasi Rawat Jalan Rumah Sakit Jiwa Sambang Lihum yang beralamat Jl. Gubernur Syarkawi KM. 3,9 Kecamatan Gambut, Kabupaten Banjar. Target promosi kesehatan yaitu pasien dan keluarga pasien yang menunggu antrian pengambilan obat. Peserta promosi kesehatan berjumlah jumlah 31 orang berusia 20 hingga 50 tahun. Metode yang digunakan pada promosi kesehatan yaitu ceramah dengan media leaflet dan PowerPoint Presentation (PPT). Pengukuran tingkat pengetahuan dilakukan terhadap 15 orang yang dipilih secara acak sebagai perwakilan populasi. Hasil yang didapatkan sebelum dilakukan promosi kesehatan tingkat pengetahuan pasien dan keluarga pasien dengan kategori tinggi sebesar 73,33% dengan tingkat pengetahuan rendah sebesar 26,67%, setelah dilakukan promosi kesehatan tingkat pengetahuan tinggi sebesar 93,33% dengan tingkat pengetahuan rendah 6,67% dimana terjadi kenaikan tingkat pengetahuan sebesar 20%. Kata kunci: Kepatuhan minum obat, Promosi Kesehatan, Penderita Penyakit Mental
