Abstract

Mango is one of the fruits that thrive in Indonesia. Mango can easily be grown in yards and gardens as a livelihood in the Probolinggo. There are still many systems that use human labor so it takes a relatively longer time to manage. In fact, fruit trade rs, especially for mangoes, generally can not sort the fruit by its size or weight accurately. Because of the condition, a mango separator system was made based on the weight. To measure the weight of the mango, a censor (Load Cell) is needed as a weight censor which is controlled by the Arduino Uno microcontroller. It is aslo used to help the conveyor as a carrier for mangoes moving to the fruit weighing tub. The mango separator using Load Cell sensors has an accuracy rate about 98.48%. Ultrasonic sensors have an accuracy rate about 88.01%. The testing of the mango separator based on the overall weight has an accuracy rate about 70%.ABSTRAK:Mangga adalah salah satudari sekian banyak buah yang tumbuh subur diIndonesia. Mangga dapat dengan mudah tumbuh di pekarangan dan di kebun-kebun sebagai mata pencaharian bagi masyarakat probolinggo. Kehidupan sehari-hari masih banyak sistem yang masih mempergunakan tenaga manusia sehingga membutuhkan waktu yang relative lebih lama. Pada kenyataannya para pedagang buah khususnya buah mangga umumnya tidak dapat mensortir buah berdasarkan ukuran atau berat secara teliti dan akurat. Maka dibuatlah sistem alat pemisah buah mangga berdasarkan beratnya. Untuk mengukur berat buah mangga manalagi dibutuhkan sensor (Load Cell) sebagai sensor berat yang di kendalikan oleh mikrokontroller Arduino Uno serta konveyor sebagai pengangkut buah mangga agar bergerak ke bak penimbang buah. Alat pemisah buah mangga menggunakan sensor Load Cell memiliki tingkat akurasi sebesar 98,48%. Adapun sensor ultrasonik memiliki tingkat akurasi sebesar 88.01%. Dan pengujian alat pemisah buah mangga berdasarkan berat secara keseluruhan memiliki tingkat akurasi sebesar 70%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain the reaction mechanism of the formation released by Bruce Wayne's character to dampen impulses from the id structure. Reaction formation is a type of ego defense mechanism that seeks to lessen the anxiety impulse that is created by the id’ structure, which causes actions that are not in line with what the individual wishes to do or feel. This research technique examines Bruce Wayne's protection mechanisms in the film Batman Begins using qualitative approaches in a descriptive style (2005). According to research, Bruce Wayne's character uses reaction formation to defend others. To overcome the challenges he faced, Bruce's paradigm of his job as protector of the city of Gotham forced him to deploy formation reflexes. The findings of this study are expected to be used as a model for other researchers exploring the formation reaction defense mechanism in greater depth. Abstract

Technological developments have an impact on making it easier for fraud to occur which has an impact on service performance. Good service performance is the achievement of an unqualified opinion on the hospital management audit. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the role of the internal audit unit on service performance and insurance claims management system with fraud prevention as an intervening variable at Tarumajaya Hospital, Bekasi. The research method used is explanatory causality quantitative analysis with quantitative methods. With a sample of 40 people. The data were analyzed by path analysis through SEM-PLS. The results of the analysis and discussion show that there is a direct and indirect influence on the role of the internal audit unit on service performance and the insurance claim management system with fraud prevention as an intervening variable at Tarumajaya Hospital. internal examination unit on service performance and insurance claim management system at Tarumajaya Hospital, Bekasi. In addition, there is an influence of the role of the internal audit unit on fraud prevention, service performance and insurance claims management system at Tarumajaya Hospital, Bekasi. The research implication shows that optimal service can be achieved if it has optimal service performance.

Abstract

This research discusses the importance of implementing the Sustainable Development Goals relating to eradicating poverty, which is the 1st SDGs goal, and decent work and economic growth, which are the 8th of the 17 SDGs goals. The purpose of this research is to provide advice to companies to contribute to eradicating poverty and decent work and economic growth by creating jobs that will benefit companies, society, and the government in general. This study uses a descriptive analysis approach by means of a literature review at PT NSI engaged in retail. The results of the study show that PT NSI has not maximized the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals related to goals 1 and 8. The lack of training to improve human resources and the large number of employees who are still below the poverty line at PT NSI are one of the problems. The limitation of this research is the lack of financial data so that it cannot be proven statistically. The implication of this research is that PT NSI s contribution to achieving the SDGs goals will make the company recognized by the state and accepted by the community.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of the impact of professional ethics on the quality of financial reporting, and how to apply it. This research is a literature review from various research sources. The results show that professional ethics has a significant relationship with the quality of financial reporting and is fundamental to the quality of an organization's financial statements. The application of quality financial reporting characters, high ethical commitment, and consistency play an important role in making quality financial reporting.

Abstract

PT Oesodo Alam Mandiri (PT OAM) is a company engaged in the partnership business that specifically provides delicious and contemporary herbal products through booths or cafes and the like by using the herbal medicine partnership business model in the form of a business opportunity. This study aims to analyze and find out how PT OAM's management strategy accounting can contribute to the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Indonesia. The method used in this observation is a literature study by finding and using relevant theoretical references that serve as the basis and reference for finding solutions to cases or problems found. The results showed that SDGs no. 8 and 3 can be achieved by establishing a herbal medicine partnership strategy by collaborating with the Bekasi City Government to reduce the unemployment rate through the MSME program

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that encourage students' interest in selecting an accountant career in terms of work environment, professional training, social values, and gender roles. This research is expected to provide an overview of the factors that drive a person in selecting the accountant career. This study used a multiple linear method using descriptive analysis through primary data in the form of questionnaires that were distributed to respondents directly. The population in this study employed university students of Esa Unggul University, Trisakti University, Mercu Buana University in the Accounting Study Program with a total sample of 375 respondents. The results of this simultaneous study show that the work environment, professional training, social values, and gender roles are the driving factors in career selection as an accountant career. Partially, the work environment is not a driving factor in career selection as an accountant career, but social values, gender roles, professional training are the driving factors in career selection as an accountant career.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in the Field of Health and Education to pursue a profession in dentistry at YARSI Dental and Oral Hospital. The method used in this study is the literature review method. The data collection technique uses purposive sampling with a total of 3 (three) people with data collection used through observation, interviews and documentation, then analyzed using the data reduction stage, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the Implementation of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in the Field of Health and Education. This research can enrich the empirical analysis of the relationship between health in hospitals and educational indicators as the basis for policy making that supports the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals. In addition to the problems that until now have occurred a lot in the fields of health and education, in the future, it is hoped that it will be able to change the concept of change that is much better and directed so as to produce complete services and quality education for every hospital, especially hospitals with health and education services.

Abstract

The study aims to highlight the role of accountants in supporting and facilitating the implementation of the Net Zero Emission Programme in Indonesia with a focus on emission measurement and reporting, sustainable financial management, related audits and verification, as well as its impact on environmental sustainability and the achievement of climate change targets. The research is based on a qualitative approach of literature review using data in the form of annual reports and sustainability reports from mining companies in 2022 as well as from various related research journals. The results of this study show that accountants have a key role to play in helping companies and organizations achieve zero emission targets while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. They can also help in measuring the financial impact of sustainability initiatives and make transparent reports to stakeholders.
