Abstract

Kemampuan membuat website sangat dibutuhkan di industri teknologi untuk profesi front-end, back-end, ataupun full-stack developer. Kemampuan membuat website sebagian mahasiswa Fakultas Teknologi Informasi Bangka Belitung masih kurang baik karena materi yang diajarkan di kelas biasanya hanya berfokus kepada konsep dasar tanpa praktik langsung dalam proyek nyata yang lebih kompleks. Tim Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat akan menyelenggarakan pelatihan membuat website yang memanfaatkan sistem manajemen konten WordPress sebagai alat dalam membuat dan mengelola website agar pengembang tidak perlu memulai dari nol dan memiliki kemampuan pemrograman yang mumpuni. Selain itu, diajarkan juga cara membuat plugin untuk operasi tambah, baca, ubah, dan hapus data serta cara meng-hosting project web di penyedia layanan domain dan hosting gratis. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pelatihan telah berhasil meningkatkan kemampuan peserta dalam membuat situs web, dengan rata-rata peningkatan kemampuan sebesar 9,73%.

Abstract

Transisi menuju ekonomi hijau telah menggeser paradigma pelaporan korporasi dari sekadar informasi keuangan menjadi informasi keberlanjutan (Environmental, Social, and Governance/ESG). Di Indonesia, kebijakan ini dipertegas melalui POJK No. 51/POJK.03/2017 yang menciptakan kebutuhan mendesak akan verifikasi pihak ketiga oleh Akuntan Publik sebagai asesor laporan keberlanjutan. Namun, perluasan peran ini membawa risiko hukum yang signifikan bagi Akuntan Publik akibat ketidakpastian standar dan potensi kriminalisasi dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 4 Tahun 2023 tentang Pengembangan dan Penguatan Sektor Keuangan (UU P2SK). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis-normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan konseptual untuk menganalisis perlindungan hukum bagi Akuntan Publik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya kekosongan hukum (legal gap) terkait batasan tanggung jawab profesional dalam asurans non-keuangan. Penulis merumuskan konstruksi hukum ideal (ius constituendum) berupa pengakuan doktrin Safe Harbor, penerapan pembatasan tanggung jawab perdata (liability caps), serta implementasi Restorative Justice dalam penegakan hukum di sektor keuangan. Kepastian hukum ini krusial untuk mencegah fenomena kriminalisasi profesi dan menjamin kredibilitas ekosistem keuangan berkelanjutan di Indonesia.

Abstract

Household accidents involving children are often caused by furniture such as cabinets or shelves tipping over after being pushed or climbed on. This condition may result in serious injuries, therefore an early warning system that can quickly detect changes in furniture position is required. This study aimed to design and develop a cabinet or shelf tipping detection system based on the Internet of Things (IoT) with Telegram notifications as an alert medium for parents. The method used included hardware design using the ESP8266 module as the main controller and the MPU6050 sensor to detect tilt angles, as well as software design for data processing and message delivery through the Telegram Bot Application Programming Interface. The system worked by reading tilt angle data on specific axes and comparing them with predefined safety thresholds. When the angle exceeded the threshold, the system automatically sent warning messages to the parents’ smartphones. The test results showed that the system successfully detected dangerous tilt conditions and delivered notifications within a relatively short response time, indicating that it can function as an early warning system to improve child safety in home environments. This system is expected to assist parents in monitoring furniture stability and preventing accidents caused by tipping

Abstract

Pengelolaan sampah di wilayah perkotaan sering menghadapi ketidakefisienan akibat kurangnya data real-time mengenai volume sampah, yang berdampak pada rute pengangkutan yang kurang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas penggunaan sensor getaran piezoelektrik berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) sebagai alternatif berbiaya rendah dalam mendeteksi intensitas pembuangan sampah. Metode prototyping diterapkan dengan menggunakan mikrokontroler ESP32 yang terintegrasi dengan platform cloud ThingSpeak, serta penerapan algoritma debouncing berbasis interval waktu untuk meminimalkan pembacaan ganda akibat sisa getaran. Pengujian dilakukan dengan memvariasikan jenis objek sampah pada media kardus sebagai simulasi tempat sampah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mencapai tingkat keberhasilan 100% dalam pengiriman data ke cloud pada interval pembuangan lebih dari 16 detik, meskipun ditemukan kendala dalam mendeteksi sampah berbobot ringan (kurang dari 5 gram) sehingga memerlukan kalibrasi ambang batas yang presisi. Secara keseluruhan, metode deteksi berbasis getaran dinilai layak diterapkan dan lebih ekonomis dibandingkan sensor ultrasonik, meskipun memerlukan penyesuaian mekanis pada material tempat sampah untuk mencapai kinerja optimal.

Abstract

Insufficient parking capacity and the absence of real-time information regarding slot availability remain persistent issues in public facilities such as campuses, shopping centers, and office buildings. These conditions contribute to traffic congestion, time inefficiency, and suboptimal parking management. An automated and accurate monitoring system is required to provide immediate information for both parking administrators and vehicle users. This research aims to design and implement a parking slot monitoring system based on the ESP32 microcontroller using ultrasonic sensors to detect vehicle presence. The system is integrated with an Internet of Things (IoT) dashboard, allowing parking availability to be monitored through an internet connection. The methodology includes hardware design, software development, IoT integration, and functional as well as sensor accuracy testing. Each parking slot is equipped with an ultrasonic sensor to measure the distance between the sensor and the object positioned in front of it. Distance data are processed by the ESP32 to determine whether a slot is occupied or vacant. The processed data are transmitted to an IoT server via Wi-Fi and displayed on a dashboard in a structured visual format. Experimental results demonstrate that the system operates according to design specifications and provides real-time parking availability information with reliable detection accuracy. The proposed system supports more efficient parking management and accelerates the process of locating vacant slots.

Abstract

The objectives of the research are: 1) To measure the level of students’ reading habits, vocabulary mastery, and writing ability of tenth class of SMAN 2 Nganjuk in the academic year 2022/2023, 2) To find out the correlation between students' reading habits and vocabulary mastery toward their writing ability of tenth class of SMAN 2 Nganjuk in the academic year 2022/2023. The research using quantitative methods and designed as correlational research. The population of this research consisted of all tenth grade students of SMAN 2 Nganjuk for the academic year 2022/2023. The sample used were 34 students of X-7 class. In collecting data, this research using questionnaire and test. The data analysis technique used are descriptive statistics, inferential statisics using multiple correlation and statistical F-test analysis. The result of this study showed that the reading habit at tenth class of SMAN 2 Nganjuk is in good category with average score is 61,73. The students’ vocabulary mastery is in low category with the average score is 58,24. The writing ability of students is standard/average with average score is 63,53. Based on the result of the analysis with significance level 5%, the value of Fcount (8,75) > Ftable (3,30). The alternative hypothesis (H1) is accepted, which means there is a significant correlation between students’ reading habit and vocabulary mastery toward their writing ability of tenth class students of SMAN 2 Nganjuk. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) Untuk mengukur tingkat kebiasaan membaca siswa, penguasaan kosakata siswa, dan kemampuan menulis siswa, 2) Untuk mengetahui korelasi antara kebiasaan membaca siswa dan penguasaan kosakata terhadap kemampuan menulis mereka pada kelas sepuluh SMAN 2 Nganjuk Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan didesain sebagai penelitian korelasional. Populasi pada penelitian ini terdiri dari seluruh siswa kelas sepuluh SMAN 2 Nganjuk Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 34 siswa dari kelas X-7. Dalam mengumpulkan data, penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dan tes. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif, statistik inferensial menggunakan korelasi ganda dan analisis statistik F-tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebiasaan membaca di kelas sepuluh SMAN 2 Nganjuk dalam kategori baik dengan nilai rata-rata 61,73. Penguasaan kosakata siswa dalam kategori rendah dengan nilai rata-rata 58,24. Kemampuan menulis siswa standar/rata-rata dengan nilai rata-rata 63,53. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dengan taraf signifikan 5%, nilai Fhitung (8,75) > Ftabel (3,30). Hipotesis alternatif (H1) diterima yang berarti ada korelasi yang signifikan antara kebiasaan membaca siswa, penguasaan kosakata, dan kemampuan menulis pada kelas sepuluh SMAN 2 Nganjuk Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023.

Abstract

The purpose of the study are to : To find out student’s critical listening skill before taught by using Ellen’s Talkshow on YouTube, to find out student’s critical listening skill after taught by using Ellen’s Ttalkshow on YouTube, to analyze the significant different on students’ critical listening skill before and after taught by using Ellen’s Talkshow on YouTube in the teaching listening. This research is Quasi- Experimental with one group pre – test, post – test. The research was done at SMKN 2 Nganjuk for the academic year of 2022/2023, by using population whole tenth grade, the sample used by the researcher is the class X Accounting 2, that consists of 36 students. The technique of sampling is using purposive sampling. The collecting data in this research by using test. The technique of analysis data used to analyze the data in this research is Mean, Median, Mode, standart deviastion and T – Test. The results of this study are consistent with the reseacher hypothesis that low student critical listening skills with the student's test scores before using the teen Ellen's talkshow on youtube show averaged 51 - the value of pre-test students is 51, with a high value of 75 and a low value of 25 student critical listening skills began increasing with the student's test scores after using Ellen's talk show on youtube showed the average - post value - test 86, With the highest score of 100 and the lowest score of 40 significant and visible differences through t-count 2.289, whereas t-table is 1,690, then t-count > t-table, meaning ho is rejected and ha is accepted. So "There are significant differences before and after using the media Ellen's talk show on youtube to improve the critical listening skills at the tenth grade of SMKN 2 Nganjuk in the academic year of 2022/2023”.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) memungkinkan proses pemantauan sistem dilakukan secara real-time melalui jaringan internet. Pada bidang perikanan, pemberian pakan ikan yang teratur dan terkontrol sangat berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ikan. Namun, pada praktiknya, pencatatan jadwal dan jumlah pakan sering kali masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga kurang efektif dan rentan terhadap kesalahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem monitoring jadwal dan jumlah pakan ikan berbasis IoT menggunakan ESP32. Sistem ini berfungsi untuk memantau waktu serta jumlah pakan ikan yang diberikan dan menampilkannya secara real-time melalui platform ThingSpeak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi perancangan perangkat keras, perancangan perangkat lunak, serta pengujian sistem. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa ESP32 mampu mengirimkan data jadwal dan jumlah pakan ke platform ThingSpeak dengan baik dan dapat diakses melalui jaringan internet. Dengan adanya sistem ini, diharapkan proses pemantauan pemberian pakan ikan dapat dilakukan dengan lebih efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

Legal protection for victims of illegal abortion, focusing on the case of forced abortion allegedly carried out by police officer Ipda YF. Illegal abortion violates the right to life and the laws and regulations in Indonesia, namely the old Criminal Code (Law No. 1 of 1946) and the Health Law (currently Law No. 17 of 2023), which generally prohibit abortion except for emergency medical indications or rape. The new Criminal Code (Law No. 1 of 2023), clarifies the expansion of the legal subjects of abortion perpetrators and explicitly regulates exceptions to abortion. This study uses a normative legal method with a statutory approach. The results show that the case of Ipda YF highlights the importance of strict criminal law enforcement (especially Article 347 of the old Criminal Code or Article 463 of the new Criminal Code for forced abortion) and maximum disciplinary/ethical sanctions for law enforcement officers who abuse their authority. Protection of victims of illegal abortion must be comprehensive, including protection from threats and intimidation (through LPSK), medical and psychological recovery, and the right to restitution/compensation.

Abstract

Connectivity is a criminal matter that has distinctive characteristics because it involves perpetrators from two different jurisdictions, namely civil and military. Connectivity refers to the consolidation of investigations into related criminal cases to be examined and decided jointly in a single court. In legal enforcement practice, particularly in criminal cases involving both military and civil elements, fragmentation of authority often leads to disparities in sentencing. This study aims to analyze the resolution of connectivity cases based on Decision Number 189-K/PM.I I-08/AL/IX/2024 in a criminal case of assault involving members of the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) and civilians, which includes a discussion of connectivity cases according to connectivity procedural law and a legal analysis of the court decision. The method used is normative legal analysis, referencing legislative regulations, legal doctrine, and court decision analysis. The research findings indicate that although the mechanism of joint trial has been regulated in the Criminal Procedure Code (KUHAP) and Law No. 31 of 1997 on Military Courts, its implementation in practice has not been fully realized. The division of case handling between the general and military courts can lead to an imbalance in the application of legal sanctions and reduce the application of the principle of substantive justice.
