Abstract

This study explores the role of higher education institutions in shaping a moderate generation through the internalization of religious moderation values within academic environments. The focus is on the Faculty of Sharia at UIN Siber Syekh Nurjati Cirebon, which implements strategic approaches through an integrative curriculum, participatory teaching methods, and value-based student activities. This research adopts a descriptive qualitative approach using observations and interviews with lecturers teaching courses related to religious moderation. The findings reveal that values such as tolerance, justice, and balance are conveyed through the integration of moderation content in Islamic studies courses, the use of relevant case studies, and open classroom discussions. Students are also engaged in interfaith programs and community service projects that allow them to apply these values in real-life contexts. The study concludes that higher education plays a strategic role in shaping inclusive and tolerant student character. A holistic curriculum and an open academic environment are effective in fostering a moderate generation in a pluralistic society

Abstract

ABSTRACT: Inventory management plays a crucial role in ensuring accountability and transparency in various sectors, both public and private. In Islamic law, inventory management is not only based on administrative aspects but also on the principles of Sharia, which emphasize amanah (trust), maslahah (benefit), and justice. This study aims to analyze the principles, regulations, and implementation of inventory law from an Islamic perspective. The research employs a qualitative approach with a normative-juridical method, focusing on literature review and document analysis. The findings indicate that the principle of amanah demands honesty and responsibility in managing assets, while maslahah ensures that inventory management benefits all stakeholders and prevents misuse. Additionally, the principle of justice guarantees fair and equitable distribution of assets. However, challenges arise due to the lack of standardized regulations and the need for harmonization between Islamic law and existing legal frameworks. This study recommends the development of a Sharia-compliant inventory management system that aligns with modern regulatory standards while maintaining Islamic ethical values. ABSTRAK: Pengelolaan inventaris memiliki peran krusial dalam menjaga akuntabilitas dan transparansi di berbagai sektor, baik publik maupun swasta. Dalam hukum Islam, pengelolaan inventaris tidak hanya bertumpu pada aspek administratif, tetapi juga harus berlandaskan prinsip-prinsip syariah, seperti amanah (kepercayaan), maslahah (kemanfaatan), dan keadilan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis prinsip, regulasi, dan implementasi hukum inventaris dalam perspektif Islam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode yuridis-normatif melalui studi kepustakaan dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prinsip amanah menuntut kejujuran dan tanggung jawab dalam mengelola aset, sedangkan maslahah memastikan bahwa pengelolaan inventaris memberikan manfaat bagi seluruh pemangku kepentingan dan mencegah penyalahgunaan. Prinsip keadilan menjamin distribusi aset yang adil dan merata. Namun, masih terdapat tantangan dalam implementasinya, seperti belum adanya regulasi standar dan perlunya harmonisasi antara hukum Islam dan sistem hukum yang berlaku. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengembangan sistem pengelolaan inventaris berbasis syariah yang selaras dengan standar regulasi modern, tetapi tetap mempertahankan nilai-nilai etika Islam.

Abstract

Slaughter is a halal condition that can be consumed by land animals. That is, these animals are not halal without the slaughter process. Some broiler chicken owners still ignore the slaughtering process in accordance with Islamic sharia. This research is a field research, namely research conducted at the location that is the object of research, namely Cigasong Traditional Market, Majalengka Regency. In this research the method used is interview.From the research, it was concluded that: slaughtering by Rabani Slaughter House in the Cigasong traditional market, which was slaughtered by Mr. Lalan's employees, the slaughtering process was in accordance with MUI Fatwa number 12 of 2009 concerning Halal Slaughter Certification Certification Standards. Regarding slaughtering of slaughtered chickens, the implementation of slaughtering carried out at Rabani Chicken slaughterhouses in the Cigasong traditional market has all been met with Halal Slaughtering Certification Standards. Then it is suggested: The owner of the slaughterhouse at the Cigasong traditional market must pay attention and ensure the slaughter, For the Majalengka Ulema Council should pay regular visits to the place of broiler sellers in the Cigasong traditional market against Halal Slaughter Certification Standards. Is it already running, implemented and implemented by every owner of the Chicken House.

Abstract

Social media platforms are used as databases of information including widely used personal data. Therefore, personal data protection is a crucial topic. This study aims to examine in more depth the legal protection of personal data on social media platforms and forms of misuse of personal data on social media in political dynamics in Cirebon Regency based on the ITE Law and the handling of misuse of personal data on social media platforms at the Cirebon Regency Police based on the ITE Law. The method used in this study is qualitative by utilizing a normative legal approach. Data collection techniques are literature studies and documentary studies. The results of the study show that legal protection of personal data in Indonesia is regulated in Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions, especially in Article 26. In Cirebon Regency, the form of misuse of personal data that is widely reported by the public is cellphone numbers. In addition to cellphone numbers, there are also other forms, such as online loan practices (pinjol) and sniffing. Handling at the Cirebon Police regarding misuse of personal data on social media by conducting investigations and inquiries.

Abstract

Studi ini membahas tentang prinsip syariah dalam komunikasi pemasaran. Untuk dapat mengamalkan syariah dalam aspek pemasaran maka perlu adanya studi yang membahasnya secara khusus. Artikel ini bisa menjadi referensi keilmuan di bidang ekonomi syariah dan pemasaran syariah. Adanya artikel diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran umum tentang komunikasi pemasaran syariah. Artikel ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang menggunakan pendekatan studi kepustakaan (library research). Pendekatan ini digunakan untuk memperoleh hasil karya sebelumnya yang relevan dengan permasalahan penelitian. Sumber primer dan sumber sekunder artikel ini berasal dari jurnal, buku, dan internet. Analisis data dilakukan melalui beberapa tahap yakni: reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil temuan artikel ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan prinsip syariah dalam komunikasi pemasaran dapat memberikan kontrol sosial kepada pemasar untuk bersikap profesional dan berintegritas serta mengedepankan moral dan etika. Ada beberapa langkah yang bisa ditempuh untuk mencapai tujuan dari komunikasi pemasaran, antara lain: penguatan merek melalui peningkatan kualitas, membuat kesadaran merek melalui pembuatan acara, fokus untuk menjaga hubungan jangka panjang, merawat nilai serta mempertahankan kualitas, memperluas jaringan atau komunitas, serta terus melakukan riset dan pengembangan.

Abstract

The resolution of Sharia economic disputes requires compliance, stability, public trust, and protection of rights and business relationships. This qualitative research uses a normative juridical approach with library research to analyze the Sharia economic dispute resolution system in Indonesia. The study covers Sharia economic disputes, Sharia principles, the authority of Religious Courts, dispute resolution methods, and challenges in implementing Sharia principles. The findings show that Sharia economic disputes arise from transactions or activities based on Islamic principles. Key principles in dispute resolution include justice, Sharia compliance, consultation, agreement, confidentiality, consensus, and non-discrimination. Religious Courts have exclusive authority over Sharia economic cases based on Law No. 3/2006, the Constitutional Court Decision No. 93/PUU-X/2012, and Supreme Court Regulation No. 14/2016. Disputes can be resolved through litigation or non-litigation methods such as mediation or arbitration. Challenges include limited legal awareness, legal complexity, infrastructure issues, legal harmonization, and differing interpretations.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of tabarru funds in sharia health insurance and the sharia health insurance claims process at Bank Muamalat Syariah. The method used in this study is a literature study method, and through a qualitative descriptive approach. Sharia Health Insurance has a solid legal basis, firmly rooted in the principles of Islamic sharia (ta'awun, avoiding gharar and usury) and supported by positive Indonesian law (Law No. 40 of 2014) and DSN-MUI Fatwas (No. 21, 52, 53) which regulate general guidelines, Wakalah bil Ujrah contracts, and Tabarru' contracts. All operations are based on the main principles of Takaful (mutual responsibility), Wakalah (representation), and Tabarru' (voluntary contribution) for the benefit of the community broadly and sustainably. In practice, Bank Muamalat's Sumber Branch, in collaboration with trusted insurance partners, strictly manages the Tabarru' Fund, which is separated from the company's funds and invested in halal instruments such as Sukuk and Sharia Deposits. To ensure fairness, the Claims Process is designed to be efficient through a Cashless or Rembes mechanism, while still implementing strict health history verification (anti-fraud) to exclude pre-existing conditions, ensure transparency, and ensure compliance with the agreed-upon agreements to maintain participant trust.

Abstract

AbstrakArtikel ini mengkaji praktik leasing (sewa guna usaha) dan waralaba (franchise) dalam perspektif hukum syariah, khususnya dalam konteks era digital yang menuntut efisiensi, transparansi, dan kepatuhan terhadap nilai-nilai Islam. Leasing syariah yang didasarkan pada akad ijarah menjadi alternatif pembiayaan yang menghindari unsur riba dan spekulasi (gharar). Ijarah sendiri merupakan akad pemanfaatan suatu aset dengan imbalan tertentu, di mana objek akad harus bersifat halal, jelas manfaatnya, serta tidak mengandung unsur ketidakpastian yang merugikan salah satu pihak. Dalam konteks leasing, akad ini dapat dikembangkan menjadi ijarah muntahiya bit tamlik, yakni sewa menyewa yang diakhiri dengan perpindahan kepemilikan, selama dilaksanakan sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah. Sementara itu, waralaba halal merupakan bentuk kerja sama bisnis yang membutuhkan kepatuhan terhadap standar halal baik dari segi produk, jasa, hingga sistem operasional dan tata kelola usaha. Sertifikasi halal dari otoritas seperti MUI menjadi aspek penting dalam memastikan kehalalan sistem waralaba. Selain itu, regulasi waralaba syariah harus memperhatikan prinsip keadilan, transparansi dalam akad, dan tanggung jawab bersama antara franchisor dan franchisee. Era digital membawa tantangan sekaligus peluang dalam pelaksanaan prinsip-prinsip ini, melalui teknologi verifikasi halal, sistem kontrak digital, serta pengawasan berbasis platform daring. Artikel ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan studi pustaka sebagai metode utama. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa praktik leasing dan waralaba dapat sejalan dengan hukum Islam apabila dirancang dan dilaksanakan sesuai dengan prinsip syariah. Kajian ini diharapkan menjadi referensi bagi pelaku usaha, regulator, dan akademisi dalam mengembangkan model bisnis syariah yang berkelanjutan dan adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi.Kata Kunci: Leasing Syariah, Ijarah, Waralaba Halal, Hukum Syariah, Era Digital

Abstract

Elections are a stage for political parties and an embodiment of Indonesian Democracy as stated in article 1 paragraphs 2 and 3 of the 1945 Constitution. In the context of modern politics, social media has become a significant campaign tool for political parties to attract the attention of voters, influence public opinion, and expand the reach of political communication. Social Media impact on the Party's Popularity or Electability. This research aims to analyze the influence and impact of social media on the electability of political parties in the 2024 General Election (Pemilu), as well as the implementation of campaigns using social media from the perspective of Law no. 7 of 2017 concerning Elections, case study of political parties in Cirebon. The method used by researchers is a qualitative method using a Normative Juridical and Empirical Juridical Approach. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. The conclusion of this research is that the effective use of social media has a positive correlation with increasing the electability of political parties, especially new parties that do not yet have high electability, on the other hand, parties that are old and have many cadres and have political figures who have been in parliament for a long time do not have much influence through social media on increasing the party's electability
