Abstract

This study aims to determine the results of theoretical and practical studies to determine students' mental toughness in physical education at school. A literature search was carried out using Google Scholar, then the article would be further analyzed using the PRISMA method and then identified using the Narrative Literature Review method. The results showed that the mental toughness of men was higher than that of women, while the leadership role of the PJOK teacher had on the mental toughness of students in participating in middle-class sports competitions with a percentage of 72%. It can be concluded that the higher a person's mental resilience, the level of anxiety they tend to have low.

Abstract

Setiap orang berhak mendapatkan kesempatan yang sama dalam mendapatkan pembelajaran dan memaksimalkan potensi jasmaniahnya melalui pendidikan jasmani, termasuk siswa penyandang disabilitas (tunanetra). Dalam pelaksanaannya, guru perlu memilih dan menggunakan media pembelajaran yang tepat guna membantu siswa tunanetra dalam meningkatkan kemampuan orientasi dan mobilitas dalam pembelajaran penjas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan inovasi media bola bersuara dalam pembelajaran penjas untuk siswa tunanetra dengan menggunakan pendekatan review artikel. Adapun pencarian literatur dilakukan melalui mesin pencari Google Scholar dan database elektronik. Pencarian artikel dibatasi pada publikasi 5 tahun terakhir dan diterbitkan pada Jurnal Nasional/Internasional terakreditasi yang dapat diakses secara terbuka (open access). Hasil identifikasi data menggunakan Narrative Literature Review menunjukan bahwa penggunaan media bola bersuara sangat efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran penjas untuk siswa tunanetra karena dapat mempermudah mereka dalam mengetahui posisi bola. Selain itu diketahui pula bahwa penggunaan media bola bersuara ini mempengaruhi kemampuan orientasi dan mobilitas serta meningkatkan minat siswa untuk bergerak aktif dalam pembelajaran penjas.

Abstract

This research is initiated by the constraints of static training media in physical education. The purpose is to develop and evaluate a portable rebound board learning media with adaptive angle and distance systems to optimize stroke skills for extracurricular students. The method employed is Research and Development (R&D) following the ten-stage Borg and Gall design. The representative sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique targeting students aged 13–15 with motor coordination limitations. Data collection utilized structured Likert-scale questionnaires validated by learning material and sports product design experts. The results indicate that systematic refinements, reducing the sliding rail to 45 cm and increasing board thickness to 12 mm, successfully eliminated framework vibration. This developed learning media achieved a peak empirical feasibility score of 92% from expert panels. In conclusion, the adaptive rebound board serves as a highly feasible, stable, and valid instructional tool to facilitate independent stroke automation.
