Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted at Sampang District Polres, the number of study samples was 36 personnel. The purpose of this study is 1) Describing transformational leadership and transactional leadership partially and significantly influences the performance Police personnel, 2) To find out and prove whether transformational leadership and transactional leadership have simultaneous and significant influence on the performance Police personnel, 3) To find out and prove whether transformational leadership and transactional leadership have a partial and significant effect on the performance Police personnel. Analysis of data using SPSS. The results of the study show that: 1) Simultaneously, transformational leadership and transactional leadership have a very significant influence on the performance Police personnel, 2) Partially, transformational leadership and transactional leadership have a significant influence on the performance Police personnel. Abstract

A success of an organization is the role of the human resources involved. Therefore, it takes a qualified individual quality to manage the organization. The things related to human resources are leadership, leadership is often equated with a comfort, a pleasant position and always desired by many people. However, in the reform era as it is today, the perspective of leadership has shifted where most of the leaders just ordered, demanded to be served, and lacked care for subordinates or what happened in the field, the process of devolution of power too much favored. The type and approach of this proposed research is causality research, which is a study focused on proving the influence of servant leadership and motivation as independent variables on the performance of members of the Regencies Sub-Directorate of Ditlantas of East Java Regional Police as dependent variables. The design of this study is to research carried out by using a questionnaire instrument. From the description of the results of the discussion of research Influence of Servant Leadership and Motivation Performance Against Members Subdit Regident which has been discussed above, researchers can draw the conclusion that the form of servant leadership (Servant Leadership) and be able to motivate much needed in the middle of the environment at work at the moment to improve performance member.Keywords: servant leadership, motivation, performance

Abstract

The objective of this research is to obtain the right data and information to analyze the data. Specifically this study aims: To determine the effect of communication, level of education and professionalism on the quality of service in the office with Samsat Pamekasan District. The author makes an employee at the Office Samsat Pamekasan as a population, which totals amounted to 34 people. Given the population is quite small so that the sample taken as large as the population (total sample of 34 people). Based on the results of this research data analysis, communication, education level and professionalism simultaneously and significantly influence the quality of service in the office together Samsat Pamekasan District. While the partial test is only the variable level of education and professionalism that positively affect the quality of service in the office with Samsat Pamekasan District.Keywords: communication, level of education, professionalism, service quality

Abstract

This research was conducted in Subden 3 Den A Pioneer Unit Brimob East Java Police in Pamekasan with the number of research samples as many as 118 people. The purpose of this study is 1) to describe how about work motivation, emotional intelligence, individual commitment and performance of personnel, 2) to find out whether the work motivation, emotional intelligence and individual commitment affect simultaneously to the performance of personnel, 3) to find out whether the work motivation, emotional intelligence and individual commitment partially influence the performance of personnel. The results showed that simultaneously, Work Motivation, Emotional Intelligence and Individual Commitment have a significant influence on the performance of personnel. Partially, Work Motivation, Emotional Intelligence and Individual Commitment have a significant influence on Personnel Performance.Keywords: work motivation, emotional intelligence, individual commitment, personnel performance

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study is to describe the qualitative dimensions of trust from the perspective of PT PAL Surabaya's middle managers. Then to minimize the various conflicts that might arise due to miscommunication and misperception both at the level of middle managers and in influence with top management. In addition, developing mutual expectations to have a trust relationship (mutual trust behavior) between structural levels both in groups (within groups) and within groups (outside groups). The method used in this study is the Focus Group Discussion (FGD). The results showed the most dominant inhibiting factors were lack of confidence, fear, ineffective communication both horizontally and vertically, lack of confidence in team cohesiveness. While the driving factor is the willingness to get to know each other and get the character of a colleague, reciprocity for mutual trust is increasingly developing, trusting with team cohesiveness. Abstract

This study aims to determine and explain the effect of competence and work motivation on performance through the professionalism of employees of PT Kereta Api Logistik from a subsidiary of PT Kereta Api Indonesia, in Regional 3 East Java, especially the Surabaya area. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach. Data was collected by conducting a survey. The results showed that professionalism had an effect on employee performance at PT. Logistics Railroad. This is because the professionalism of employees has been in accordance with the performance of employees at PT. Logistics Railroad. Competence has a direct influence on professionalism and employee performance in a significant positive manner. Therefore, the company should continue to hold competitions for all levels/positions and divisions. It is possible to regularly schedule these Competency activities with similar agencies in order to broaden their horizons and experiences. This also applies to motivation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of community empowerment programs in development towards independent villages; and knowing the factors that influence the implementation of community empowerment programs in the development towards Maju Indragiri Hilir Jaya Village in Teluk Belengkong District, Indragiri Hilir Regency. The research uses an approach approach with a research focus on the implementation of community empowerment programs in development towards independent villages consisting of planning, organizational actors, preparation of budget support, community participation and program results and obstacles and efforts to overcome obstacles in implementing community empowerment programs in development towards independent village in Teluk Belengkong District, Indragiri Hilir Regency. Research informants were selected purposively by involving nine key figures. The results showed that the implementation of community empowerment in the implementation of the Indragiri Hilir Jaya Maju Village Program which was carried out in Teluk Belengkong District required self-development, direct assistance, capacity building for human resources, and the development of programs that were socialized for the purpose of village self-reliance in an effort to raise the spirit of community self-help cooperation.

Abstract

The village government is the smallest unit in the regional government structure, the village government has its own duties and authorities which are regulated by law. The main substance that has not changed is that the village government is the administrator of government at the village level. The purpose of this study was to see how the duties and functions of the village head and village officials in carrying out their duties and authorities in accordance with Law No. 6 of 2014 in the village of Topang, District. The type of research used is qualitative with descriptive method. Sources of data come from interviews and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the main tasks and functions of the village and village apparatus is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the applicable laws and regulations. On the implementation side of the main tasks and functions of each village apparatus, it is necessary to be supported by human resources (HR) and adequate infrastructure in carrying out tasks and in order to achieve community services.

Abstract

This study is to analyze how the management of promotional facilities and infrastructure in supporting the effectiveness of regional promotion strategies in Indragiri Hilir Regency. The background of this research is to find out a more in-depth study to analyze the increase in investment realization through the promotion of strategies carried out by the Indragiri Hilir Regency Government, by carrying out the management of promotional facilities and infrastructure to attract investors to invest in Indragiri Hilir Regency, whose ultimate goal is is so that the economic growth and welfare of local communities can compete with other regions, taking into account the support for the management of promotional facilities and infrastructure in supporting the effectiveness of regional promotion strategies in Indragiri Hilir Regency. The research was conducted using qualitative research, which aims to gain a general understanding of social reality from the perspective of the participants who are the focus of the research. The results showed that the management of facilities and promotion of infrastructure supporting the effectiveness of regional promotion strategies in Indragiri Hilir Regency was not effective in terms of management functions, namely planning, organizing, implementing and controlling.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of employee performance at the Kempas Jaya Health Center in Indragiri Hilir Regency. The research method used in this study is to use a quantitative approach that is to provide a clear picture of the problem under study, explain the data systematically at the Puskesmas Kempas Jaya Regency of Indragiri Hilir by using questionnaire data collection, observation, study documentation about matters relating to research this. From this study it can be concluded that the performance of employees at the Kempas Jaya Health Center in Indragiri Hilir Regency is already good, but factors that affect employee performance should be improved in terms of work ability, work motivation and job opportunities / opportunities.
