Abstract

Kesalahan bahasa merupakan penggunaan bahasa yang menyimpang dari kaidah bahasa yang berlaku dalam bahasa. Kesalahan berbahasa adalah suatu peristiwa yang bersifat inheren dalam setiap pemakaian bahasa secara lisan maupun tulis. Dalam penulisan jurnal ilmiah, penggunaan ejaan dan kaidah kebahasaan yang sesuai dengan acuan bahasa Indonesia sangatlah penting. Hal ini dikarenakan penulisan-penulisan jurnal yang sesuai dengan acuan bahasa Indonesia akan memudahkan pemahaman terhadap isi jurnal. Penelitian ini membahas tentang kesalahan penulisan bahasa Indonesia pada jurnal ilmiah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan kesalahan penulisan bahasa Indonesia yang sering dijumpai pada jurnal ilmiah, meminimalisasi kesalahan ejaan pada jurnal ilmiah dan menambah wawasan kebahasaan bagi pembaca dengan menggunakan pendekatan metodologis yang terdiri dari pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Dalam penelitian ini, ditemukan beberapa aspek kesalahan yang terdapat pada jurnal, seperti kesalahan struktur kalimat, penggunaan kalimat, penggunaan konjungsi, kekeliruan kata dan diksi, serta kesalahan penulisan huruf kapital dan tanda baca. Kesalahan-kesalahan tersebut dapat mempengaruhi makna bahasa dan dapat diperbaiki dengan menggunakan pendekatan metodologis dan teoritis. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman komprehensif tentang kesalahan jurnal dari sudut pandang metodologis dan teoritis, serta menambah wawasan kebahasaan bagi pembaca.

Abstract

Social media is an online medium, with its users being able to easily participate, share, and create content including blogs, social networks, wikis, forums and virtual worlds. Blogs, social networks and wikis are the most common forms of social media used by people around the world. The positive impact of social media is that it makes it easier for us to interact with many people, expand relationships, distance and time are no longer a problem, easier to express ourselves, information dissemination can take place quickly, costs are cheaper. While the negative impact of social media is to keep people who are close and vice versa, face-to-face interactions tend to decrease, making people addicted to the internet, causing conflicts, privacy problems, vulnerable to bad influences from others. The existence of social media has influenced social life in society. Changes in social relationships or as changes to the balance (equilibrium) of social relations and all forms of changes in social institutions in a society, which affect the social system, including values, attitudes and behavior patterns among groups in society. Positive social changes such as the ease of obtaining and conveying information, obtaining social and economic benefits. Meanwhile, social changes tend to be negative, such as the emergence of social groups in the name of religion, ethnicity and certain behavioral patterns that sometimes deviate from existing norms.

Abstract

The research analysis aims to determine the influence of leadership, job satisfaction, and motivation simultaneously on employee performance. The data analysis technique used is an associative research method with the help of the SPSS version 19 program. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The sample in this study was 64 respondents. Primary data collection uses questionnaires. The results of the study showed that the test results for the leadership variable showed a tcount value of 1.819 < ttable of 2.000 with a significant value of 0.017 > 0.05, then the H1 hypothesis was rejected and H0 was accepted, meaning that work leadership did not have a significant effect on employee performance partially. The test results for the job satisfaction variable showed a calculated value of 3.467 > a ttable of 2.000 with a significant value of 0.001 < 0.05, then the H2 hypothesis was accepted and H0 was rejected, meaning that job satisfaction had a positive and partially significant effect on employee performance. The test results for the work motivation variable showed a tcount value of 2.712 > a ttable of 2.000 with a significant value of 0.009 < 0.05, then the H3 hypothesis was accepted and H0 was rejected, meaning that work motivation had a positive and partially significant effect on employee performance. The simultaneous hypothesis test or F test proves that the value of F is calculated as 18.666 which is greater than 2.76 and the significant value of 0.000 is less than 0.05 so that it can be concluded that hypothesis 4 is accepted and hypothesis 0 is rejected so that it can be concluded that work motivation, job satisfaction and leadership have a significant simultaneous effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of teachers in the formation of student character in grade III SDN 16 Bengkulu City, and what kind of characters teachers often encounter in SDN 16 Bengkulu City, The subjects of this study were teachers and third grade students of SDN 16 Bengkulu City, totaling 35 students, this study used descriptive qualitative research methods, data collection methods in this study used observation, interview, and documentation methods. The results of this study indicate that teachers play a very important role in the formation of student character, such as implementing exemplary attitudes, honesty, responsibility, and independence. After implementing these attitudes, students become better, disciplined, independent, and responsible.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the impact of the Real Work Lecture (Kuliah Kerja Nyata or KKN) program on religious modernization in Kebonrejo Village, Kepung District, Kediri Regency. Kebonrejo Village is a predominantly Islamic village, but its community still holds traditional understandings of Islam. The KKN program implemented in Kebonrejo Village aims to enhance religious tolerance in community life. The research uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, which involves the community in the research process. In this study, the Kebonrejo Village community participates in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the KKN program. The results of the research show that the KKN program conducted in Kebonrejo Village has had a positive impact on religious moderation in the village. The Kebonrejo Village community now has a better understanding of Islamic teachings that can bridge the differences within the society, leading to increased tolerance towards religious diversity.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi menjadi hal yang utama dalam meningkatkan proses pembelajaran di sekolah pada era digital saat ini. Microsoft Office merupakan salah satu teknologi yang memberikan kontribusi besar dalam kemajuan Pendidikan, tepatnya di bidang Pendidikan teknologi Informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penggunaan perangkat lunak Microsoft Office di era digital saat ini dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan pengetahuan siswa di SMA Al-Ishlah Cilegon. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan mengumpulkan data melalui survei dan wawancara dengan siswa dan guru yang terlibat dalam penggunaan Microsoft Office dalam proses pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penggunaan produk Microsoft Office seperti Word dan Excel meningkatkan motivasi siswa untuk belajar dan memperluas pengetahuan materi pelajaran mereka. Selain itu, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa menggabungkan teknologi dapat membantu siswa mengembangkan keterampilan dalam bidang teknologi informasi, yang sangat penting di era digital ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan betapa pentingnya bagi dunia Pendidikan menggunakan teknologi dalam mendidik siswa untuk memenuhi membantu siswa menghadapi kemajuan teknologi yang semakin kompleks di masa depan.

Abstract

Improving seal production output requires productivity enhancements that increase the efficiency and effectiveness of both machinery and tooling. One of the main issues was identified in the auto contour lapping machine, particularly in the lapping pot, which was considered ineffective and inefficient in its application. This condition resulted in low production output, longer processing times, and increased material waste due to the use of rubber-based lapping pots. To overcome these limitations, an improved lapping pot was designed and manufactured using 3D printing technology, replacing rubber with filament material to reduce production waste. This study focuses on the design, fabrication, and feasibility evaluation of the improved lapping pot through direct implementation in the production process. Performance evaluation included visual inspection, free height measurement, and surface quality inspection of the seals. The results show that the improved lapping pot is suitable for production use and significantly enhances productivity. By accommodating four seals in a single lapping pot, the processing time was reduced by a total of 75 seconds per cycle. Consequently, production output increased fourfold from 144 seals per hour to 576 seals per hour, while the seal quality remained consistent and met customer-required dimensions and specifications.

Abstract

: This study analyzes the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) principles in Indonesian Islamic banks through qualitative document analysis of annual reports from BSI, BJB Syariah, and BCA Syariah for 2022-2025. Findings reveal GCG implementation at "Good" level (average score 3.20/4.0) with transparency (3.42) and fairness (3.35) as main strengths driven by BSI's digital disclosure platform (92% index), while DPS independence (2.85) emerges as critical systemic weakness (77% average vs POJK 100% target) due to BJB Syariah's Commissioner-DPS dual position and BUMN intervention in BSI. BSI leads (3.40) through Rp780T scale economy, BCA Syariah sets independence benchmark 100% (3.20), and BJB lags (3.00) due to regional capacity constraints. Results confirm agency theory that GCG is essential to prevent profit-sharing moral hazard, recommending POJK 55/2016 Article 15 enforcement, digital GCG mandate, and national sharia HR capacity building for 3.5 score target (2027).

Abstract

This research aims to describe and analyze Islamic values contained in parenting practices and their application in modern Muslim family life. Using a qualitative descriptive approach through the literature study method (library research), this study examines various academic sources such as journals, books, and scientific articles published in 2015–2025. The results of the study show that Islamic parenting is based on the values of monotheism, compassion (rahmah), responsibility (amanah), discipline, honesty, and example (uswah hasanah). These values are the main foundation in shaping the character of children who have faith, noble character, and competitiveness in the global era. The application of Islamic parenting is not only through verbal teaching, but also through habituation, example, and affectionate communication. In the digital age, challenges such as the influence of technology and the difference in values between generations require parents to integrate Islamic principles with modern parenting approaches. Thus, Islamic values remain relevant and can be an effective guideline in forming a harmonious family and a generation of Muslims with noble character and adaptive to the development of the times.

Abstract

Teknologi capacitive deionization (CDI) merupakan salah satu metode desalinasi yang dikembangkan karena biaya yang rendah. Prinsip kerja dari CDI adalah berdasarkan prinsip kerja kapasitor, teknologi ini menggunakan adsropsi/desorpsi listrik tanpa perubahan muatan dalam pasangan elektrodanya. Ketika air dengan kandungan garam dialirkan diantara sepasang elektroda yang bermuatan maka elektroda akan mengadsorp ion-ion pada daerah antarmuka larutan dan elektrodanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengurangan nilai konduktivitas elektroda karbon dengan binder Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) preparation pada proses desalinasi 0.1 M NaCl. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa sistem CDI yang dibuat mampu mengurangi nilai konduktivitas larutan sampel sebesar 0.08 mS/cm pada tegangan sumber 1.5 V dan laju air 10 mL/menit.
