Abstract

This study aims to explore wedding traditions within Madurese culture, focusing on the values, rituals, and gender roles involved in the marriage process in Mekar Sari Village, Kubu Raya Regency. Madurese wedding traditions hold strong values, where marriage is not only considered a bond between two people but also a form of responsibility to family and society. In this research, the author used a qualitative case study approach, involving interviews with the bride and groom, their families, and traditional leaders, as well as direct observation of the wedding ceremony. The results show that in Madurese weddings, the values of family honor and social unity are highly valued. Wedding rituals are not just about ceremony, but also reflect the relationship between two extended families connected by long-standing traditions. Regarding gender roles, women are generally expected to maintain the family's dignity, while men play a greater role in economic matters and decision-making. However, over time, there has been a gradual shift in the younger generation's perspective on gender roles in marriage, with more couples beginning to discuss equality in their relationships. This research reveals that although Madurese wedding traditions and customs are still highly respected, changes are occurring as new values develop among young people. This demonstrates how culture and traditions can adapt to broader social dynamics while maintaining core values.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan faktor penyebab fenomena sosial hamil diluar nikah pada remaja di Desa Laroue Kecamatan Bungku Timur Kabupaten Morowali. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatam kualitatif. Responden penelitian ini terdiri dari masyarakat yang berjumlah 7 orang dan informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 5 orang yakni kepala desa, KUA, sekretaris desa, tokoh masyarakat, imam desa. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode wawancara dan dokumentasi dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi, data display (penyajian data) dan conclusions drawing/ verifying (penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi terjadinya hamil di luar nikah pada usia remaja, yaitu: faktor pendidikan  orang tua sangat berpengaruh terhadap kehidupan anak baik itu dalam keluarga ataupun dalam lingkungannya. Faktor ekonomi inilah yang menyebabkan banyak dampak yang timbul seperti kesulitan membiayai pendidikan, kesehatan dan masih banyak kebutuhan lainnya, bahkan tidak sedikit orang tua yang mengehntikan pendidikan anaknya karena keterbasan biaya. Faktor sosial di zaman modern ini perkembangan teknologi sangat mempengaruhi kehidupan sosial masyarakat dari anak-anak, remaja bahkan orang tua. Faktor keagamaan remaja yang mengalami hamil diluar nikah bukan tidak mendapatkan pengetahuan agama dari orangtuanya, namun sebagian remaja tidak menerapkan nilai-nilai keagaman yang diajarkan orang tua nya di dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the implementation of the project of forcing the Pancasila student profile (P5) to recycle inorganic waste in forming discipline and responsibility character in class VII students. This research was motivated by the fact that when students were in the school environment there were still those who violated school rules and regulations. This research uses a qualitative approach and qualitative research methods in descriptive form. The techniques used in this research are observation, interviews and documentation techniques. The results of this research show that the implementation of the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students (P5) by recycling inorganic waste in forming discipline and responsibility in class VII students at SMP Negeri 1 Binjai Hulu, has been carried out well and optimally by teachers and students at the school. Teachers' efforts to form a disciplined and responsible character in students through the implementation of the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students (P5) by recycling inorganic waste, namely, teaching, modeling, habituation, enforcing rules, guidance, punishment and rewards, supervision and advice. The influencing factors are, habitual factors, family factors, and environmental factors. In order to carry out this implementation, teachers play a full role in forming the character of discipline and responsibility of students at school. It can be concluded that the implementation of the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students (P5) by recycling inorganic waste in forming discipline and responsibility in students has been carried out well.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of Islamic Education (PAI) teachers’ social competence on the character development of students at MAN 1 Mojokerto. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews with PAI teachers, and document analysis using a qualitative approach. The findings indicate that teachers play a significant role in shaping students' character through effective communication skills, fostering positive social relationships, and demonstrating exemplary behavior. Strategies employed include role modeling, collaborative learning such as discussions on "The Exemplary Companions of the Prophet," and collaboration with parents through parenting seminars. Identified challenges include the negative impact of digital technology, lack of parental supervision, and the critical nature of Generation Z students. Supporting factors involve the active roles of both teachers and families, while inhibiting factors include disharmonious family environments, students’ innate character traits, and technological influences. The study concludes that enhancing teachers’ social competence, fostering school–parent synergy, and adapting to digital era challenges are vital for successful character education.

Abstract

Waste management remains a significant challenge in Dusun Balinappang, Desa Bontoramba, Kecamatan Pallangga, Kabupaten Gowa, Makassar City. Low community awareness regarding waste sorting and proper management has led to a decline in environmental health quality. Improper waste management can result in various environmental problems, such as water, soil, and air pollution. To address this issue, a community service activity was conducted with the aim of improving public knowledge and awareness on proper waste management through the 3R approach (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle). The method used for this activity involved education through the use of posters. The posters were designed to be visually engaging and simple, making them easy for the community to understand. This visual medium effectively conveyed information about the importance of waste sorting and applying the 3R principles. Additionally, pre-tests and post-tests were used as evaluations to measure the change in participants’ knowledge before and after receiving the education. The pre-test was conducted to assess participants' initial understanding, while the post-test helped determine the extent of their knowledge improvement regarding 3R concepts and waste management practices. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in the community’s understanding of 3R principles and proper waste management techniques. The community began to demonstrate positive behavior changes, such as sorting household waste more carefully and reusing materials that could be recycled. This shift contributed positively to raising environmental awareness and improving the health of the local community. With this simple yet effective education, it is hoped that the program can continue and be expanded to other areas. This initiative will contribute to creating a cleaner, healthier, and more sustainable environment, which will have a long-term positive impact on the quality of life for the community.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze early childhood teachers' perceptions of the implementation and impact of using the Belajar.id platform at TKIT Ummul Maslahat, Cilegon City. The research employed a qualitative case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and questionnaires involving two teachers, supported by the principal and IT staff. The findings indicate that 75% of respondents felt motivated to use the platform, 50% found it easy to operate, and 75% acknowledged device-related obstacles. Teachers benefited from features such as Canva and digital assessments, although infrastructure limitations remained a challenge. This study emphasizes the need for regular training and technological facility improvement in early childhood education institutions.

Abstract

Bagus Setianto committed the offense of embezzlement in working relationships by stealing money from product sales. The question posed in this essay is whether the perpetrator's conduct comply with article 374 of the Criminal Code and if the judge made the right choice in issuing a 2-year sentence. This study use normative research methodologies, analyzes qualitative data, uses secondary data, and uses deductive reasoning to reach findings. The findings revealed that Bagus Setianto had erred by abusing his position as supervisor. Specifically, the defendant had altered the assigned email address and embezzled money from product sales by repeatedly transferring it to his wife's account without getting permission from Pangansari Utama Food Distribution for his own use.

Abstract

Kesalahan bahasa merupakan penggunaan bahasa yang menyimpang dari kaidah bahasa yang berlaku dalam bahasa. Kesalahan berbahasa adalah suatu peristiwa yang bersifat inheren dalam setiap pemakaian bahasa secara lisan maupun tulis. Dalam penulisan jurnal ilmiah, penggunaan ejaan dan kaidah kebahasaan yang sesuai dengan acuan bahasa Indonesia sangatlah penting. Hal ini dikarenakan penulisan-penulisan jurnal yang sesuai dengan acuan bahasa Indonesia akan memudahkan pemahaman terhadap isi jurnal. Penelitian ini membahas tentang kesalahan penulisan bahasa Indonesia pada jurnal ilmiah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan kesalahan penulisan bahasa Indonesia yang sering dijumpai pada jurnal ilmiah, meminimalisasi kesalahan ejaan pada jurnal ilmiah dan menambah wawasan kebahasaan bagi pembaca dengan menggunakan pendekatan metodologis yang terdiri dari pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Dalam penelitian ini, ditemukan beberapa aspek kesalahan yang terdapat pada jurnal, seperti kesalahan struktur kalimat, penggunaan kalimat, penggunaan konjungsi, kekeliruan kata dan diksi, serta kesalahan penulisan huruf kapital dan tanda baca. Kesalahan-kesalahan tersebut dapat mempengaruhi makna bahasa dan dapat diperbaiki dengan menggunakan pendekatan metodologis dan teoritis. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman komprehensif tentang kesalahan jurnal dari sudut pandang metodologis dan teoritis, serta menambah wawasan kebahasaan bagi pembaca.

Abstract

Social media is an online medium, with its users being able to easily participate, share, and create content including blogs, social networks, wikis, forums and virtual worlds. Blogs, social networks and wikis are the most common forms of social media used by people around the world. The positive impact of social media is that it makes it easier for us to interact with many people, expand relationships, distance and time are no longer a problem, easier to express ourselves, information dissemination can take place quickly, costs are cheaper. While the negative impact of social media is to keep people who are close and vice versa, face-to-face interactions tend to decrease, making people addicted to the internet, causing conflicts, privacy problems, vulnerable to bad influences from others. The existence of social media has influenced social life in society. Changes in social relationships or as changes to the balance (equilibrium) of social relations and all forms of changes in social institutions in a society, which affect the social system, including values, attitudes and behavior patterns among groups in society. Positive social changes such as the ease of obtaining and conveying information, obtaining social and economic benefits. Meanwhile, social changes tend to be negative, such as the emergence of social groups in the name of religion, ethnicity and certain behavioral patterns that sometimes deviate from existing norms.

Abstract

The research analysis aims to determine the influence of leadership, job satisfaction, and motivation simultaneously on employee performance. The data analysis technique used is an associative research method with the help of the SPSS version 19 program. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The sample in this study was 64 respondents. Primary data collection uses questionnaires. The results of the study showed that the test results for the leadership variable showed a tcount value of 1.819 < ttable of 2.000 with a significant value of 0.017 > 0.05, then the H1 hypothesis was rejected and H0 was accepted, meaning that work leadership did not have a significant effect on employee performance partially. The test results for the job satisfaction variable showed a calculated value of 3.467 > a ttable of 2.000 with a significant value of 0.001 < 0.05, then the H2 hypothesis was accepted and H0 was rejected, meaning that job satisfaction had a positive and partially significant effect on employee performance. The test results for the work motivation variable showed a tcount value of 2.712 > a ttable of 2.000 with a significant value of 0.009 < 0.05, then the H3 hypothesis was accepted and H0 was rejected, meaning that work motivation had a positive and partially significant effect on employee performance. The simultaneous hypothesis test or F test proves that the value of F is calculated as 18.666 which is greater than 2.76 and the significant value of 0.000 is less than 0.05 so that it can be concluded that hypothesis 4 is accepted and hypothesis 0 is rejected so that it can be concluded that work motivation, job satisfaction and leadership have a significant simultaneous effect on employee performance.
