Abstract

Family Assessment Practice (FAP) is one of the student activities that must be carried out which is a form of real work in providing Community Midwifery Care Services. The aim of Family Assessment Practice (FAP) is that students are expected to be able to identify, plan, prioritize, implement and evaluate the management of community midwifery services using community movement and empowerment techniques as well as educational approaches for individuals, families, special groups or certain communities in achieving the SDGs. Benefits: Being able to get to know the culture and customs of the people in the work area of Leyangan RW 06 Hamlet on a daily basis. In implementing this community midwifery practice, the assessment is carried out by means of direct interviews and secondary data collection. Based on the study data, there were 49 toddlers who attended routine posyandu for TB/BB measurements. Of the 49 toddlers, 6 (12.2%) toddlers experienced stunting. Counseling is very important, but what is even more important is the level of attendance of the community itself, therefore when providing counseling it is necessary to pay close attention to their activities or type of work to ensure the level of attendance. . With the implementation results obtained, there were 6 toddlers covered by posyandu Rw. 06 experienced stunting. From the results of the study of 16 mothers of toddlers at posyandu with post-test results of 75%, they were aware of stunting. This suggests and requires refreshing of cadres on the proper and correct use of anthropometric equipment. It is hoped that with this there will be cooperation with community health centers. It is hoped that Leyangan Village, especially Rw. 06 can increase awareness of parents/caregivers in participating in posyandu for toddlers, and it is hoped that cadres and midwives will be more active in providing health information to the community, especially parents/caregivers   Abstrak Praktik Pengkajan Keluarga (PPK) merupakan salah satu kegiatan mahasiswa yang harus dilaksanakan dimana suatu bentuk kerja nyata dalam memberikan Pelayanan Asuhan Kebidanan Komunitas. Tujuan Praktik Pengkajan Keluarga (PPK) diharapkan mahasiswa mampu mengidentifikasi, merencanakan, memprioritaskan, mengimplementasikan, dan mengevaluasi manajement pelayanan kebidanan komunitas dengan teknik pergerakan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat serta pendekatan edukasi pada individu, keluarga, kelompok khusus ataupun pada komunitas tertentu dalam mencapai SDG’s. Manfaat Mampu mengenal budaya, dan adat kebiasaan masyarakat, diwilayah  kerja Dusun Leyangan RW 06 sehari-hari. Dalam pelaksanaan praktik kebidanan komunitas ini pengkajian  dilakukan dengan cara wawancara langsung, dan pengambilan data sekunder. Berdasarkan data pengkajian terdapat 49 balita yang mengikuti posyandu rutin untuk pengukuran TB/BB. Dari 49 balita terdapat 6 (12,2%) balita mengalami stunting. Penyuluhan sangat penting, tetapi lebih penting lagi adalah tingkat kehadiran masyarakat itu sendiri, karenanya ketika akan memberikan penyuluhan perlu diperhatikan dengan seksama aktifitas atau jenis pekerjaan mereka agar terjamin tingkat kehadirannya. . Dengan hasil implementasi yang didapatkan terdapat hasil 6 balita cakupan posyandu Rw. 06 mengalami stunting  Dari hasil pengkajian 16 ibu balita pada posyandu dengan hasil prites postes 75% Telah mengetahu Stunting. Hal ini menyarankan dan perlu adanya refreshing kader pada penggunaan alat antopometri yg baik dan benar diharap dengan ini ada kerja sama dengan puskesmas. Diharapkan Desa Leyangan khususnya Rw. 06 dapat meningkatkan kesadaran orang tua/ pengasuh  dalam ikut serta posyandu balita, serta diharapkan Kader dan Bidan lebih aktif memberikan informasi kesehatan kepada masyarakat khususnya orangtua/pengasuh.

Abstract

Continuity of care in midwifery is a series of continuous and comprehensive service activities starting from pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, newborns and family planning services that connect the health needs of women in particular and the personal circumstances of each individual. Midwives have an important role as implementers, such as midwives providing midwifery care for pregnancies and family planning acceptors, midwives as administrators, such as managing community health activities, especially regarding mothers and children, and midwives as educators, such as midwives providing health education and counseling to clients, training and guiding cadres. In this study, the author used descriptive research methods, data collection techniques, namely through interviews, observation, physical examination, supporting examination, documentation study and bibliography study. The subject in this case study is purposive, which means that the subject is selected based on certain goals to be achieved. This research starts from May 10, 2023 to October 29, 2023. The midwifery care provided to Mrs. U lasted from pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, neonate to family planning with a frequency of 4 visits for pregnancy, 2 times postpartum, 2 times for neonates, delivery and family planning were carried out at the hospital. To Mrs. U The pregnancy process proceeded physiologically without any problems or complications, although in TM 1 the mother complained of dizziness, TM III complained of leg cramps and vaginal discharge and Mrs. U was referred because of a history of previous vaginal delivery. The entire delivery process takes place with SC surgery. On the 7th day of postpartum midwifery care, the mother complained that little milk came out, so the author provided midwifery care by giving KIE oxytocin massage to facilitate breast milk production. In providing birth control maternity care, the mother was given counseling and decided to use MOW family planning at the hospital after SC surgery. Continuous midwifery care (continuity of care) then always applies midwifery management, maintains and improves competence in providing care according to midwifery service standards . Abstrak Asuhan Continuity of care dalam kebidanan adalah serangkaian kegiatan pelayanan yang berkelanjutan dan menyeluruh mulai dari kehamilan, persalinan, nifas, bayi baru lahir serta pelayanan keluarga berencana yang menghubungkan kebutuhan kesehatan perempuan khususnya dan keadaan pribadi setiap individu. Bidan mempunyai peran penting sebagai pelaksana seperti, bidan melakukan asuhan kebidanan kehamilan hingga akseptor KB, bidan sebagai pengelola seperti, mengelola kegiatan-kegiatan kesehatan masyarakat terutama tentang ibu dan anak dan bidan sebagai pendidik seperti, bidan memberikan pendidikan dan penyuluhan kesehatan pada klien, melatih dan membimbing kader. Dalam asuhan ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif teknik pengumpulan data yaitu melalui wawancara, observasi, pemeriksaan fisik, pemeriksaan penunjang, studi dokumentasi dan studi daftar pustaka. Subjek pada studi kasus ini yaitu secara purposive yag artinya pengambilan subjek dilakukan berdasarkan adanya tujuan tertentu yang ingin dicapai. Penelitian ini dimulai sejak tanggal 10 Mei 2023 sampai dengan 29 Oktober 2023. Asuhan kebidanan yang diberikan pada Ny.U yang berlangsung dari masa kehamilan, persalinan, nifas, neonatus sampai KB dengan frekuensi kunjungan hamil sebanyak 4 kali, nifas 2 kali, neonatus 2 kali, persalinan dan KB dilakukan di RS. Pada Ny. U Proses kehamilan berjalan dengan fisiologis tidak ada masalah maupun komplikasi walaupun pada  TM 1 ibu mengeluh pusing, TM III  mengeluh kaki keram dan keputihan dan Ny.U dirujuk karena riwayat persalinan sebelumnya SC. Seluruh proses persalinan berlangsung dengan operasi SC. Pada asuhan kebidanan masa nifas hari ke 7 ibu mengeluh ASI keluar sedikit, sehingga penulis memberikan asuhan kebidanan dengan memberikan KIE pijat oksitosin untuk memperlancar ASI. Dalam memberikan asuhan kenidanan KB ibu telah diberikan konseling dan memutuskan untuk menggunakan KB MOW di RS setelah operasi SC. Asuhan kebidanan berkelanjutan (continuity of care) selanjutnya selalu menerapkan manajemen kebidanan, mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kompetensi dalam memberikan asuhan sesuai standar pelayanan kebidanan

Abstract

. Efforts to develop Islamic educational institutions are a necessity in the context of educational progress, especially in Islamic boarding schools. Reform of Islamic educational institutions can be enhanced through improving the quality of education, which is also a need and hope of society that must be responded to positively by educational institutions. Quality education involves institutional efforts to provide satisfactory services for students. The high level of public interest and support for educational institutions needs to be considered and implemented by managers. Therefore, institutional managers are expected to continue to improve their abilities in facing competition. In this case, the brand image reflects the image of the educational institution, and a positive image will provide a good assessment from the public. With this positive view, people will naturally believe that the institution has superior quality. A plan to increase brand awareness with the aim of increasing the competitiveness of educational institutions involving continued development of educational products that have been proven successful. In addition, adding superior products that are difficult for competitors to imitate can provide a stronger competitive advantage, supporting increased competitiveness of educational institutions.

Abstract

This research aims to describe how the empowerment process of ornamental plant cultivation in Banyorang Village, Tompobulu District, Bantaeng Regency and how economic values and social values are in empowering ornamental plants for family life. In the explanation of this journal, the type of research is a qualitative research that uses descriptive analysis methods while the data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study show that: Forms of community empowerment through ornamental plant cultivation in Banyorang Village, Tompobulu District, Bantaeng Regency, including community hobby background, community enthusiasm for PKK programs on cultivation, community actions, for sustainable cultivation. Economic value and social value in empowering ornamental plants for family life, including: economic value, social value.

Abstract

This journal is an analysis of semiotics that focuses on the life of an idealistic senior journalist in the Korean drama HUSH. Through a semiotic approach, this journal reveals how the signs and symbols in the drama influence the main character and play a significant role in the plot's development. Semiotic analysis Roland Barthes is used to understand the meaning conveyed by the signs that appear in this drama. The journal author investigates how visual signs, such as facial expressions, body language, and the characters' attire, are employed to depict emotions, personalities, and character transformations. Furthermore, the author examines the use of symbols in the background, objects, and scene setups, which add a narrative dimension to the story. In this journal, the main focus is on the central character, Lee Ji-soo, a senior journalist with a strong sense of idealism. The author explains how the signs surrounding Ji-soo, such as the events she experiences and interactions with other characters, influence her transformation into a more experienced and mature journalist. Additionally, the journal highlights the role of internal conflicts faced by Ji-soo in carrying out her profession. The author discusses how the signs and symbols that emerge in the drama reflect the moral and ethical dilemmas Ji-soo encounters in reporting news and their impact on her integrity as an idealistic journalist. Drama Hush provides a strong depiction of journalistic ethics and provides an understanding of the complexity of the world of journalism in South Korea, in the perspective of the Qur'an and Hadith in viewing the film Hush emphasizes journalistic ethics, especially honesty in accordance with the Qur'an al-Ahzab verse 70 Prophetic Hadith narrated by Abdullah Bin Mas'ud from Hadith History Muslim.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the impact of the Real Work Lecture (Kuliah Kerja Nyata or KKN) program on religious modernization in Kebonrejo Village, Kepung District, Kediri Regency. Kebonrejo Village is a predominantly Islamic village, but its community still holds traditional understandings of Islam. The KKN program implemented in Kebonrejo Village aims to enhance religious tolerance in community life. The research uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, which involves the community in the research process. In this study, the Kebonrejo Village community participates in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the KKN program. The results of the research show that the KKN program conducted in Kebonrejo Village has had a positive impact on religious moderation in the village. The Kebonrejo Village community now has a better understanding of Islamic teachings that can bridge the differences within the society, leading to increased tolerance towards religious diversity.

Abstract

Fasting, as one of the main acts of worship in Islam, has a deeper meaning other than just enduring hunger and thirst. It is hoped that this practice can shape individual character, increase spiritual awareness, and have a positive impact on physical and mental health. However, although the spiritual benefits of fasting have been widely discussed, scientific research regarding the impact of fasting on health is still limited. Therefore, this study aims to explore the impact of fasting on physical and psychological health and its influence on self-development. This research uses quantitative methods with an experimental design. A total of 100 participants consisting of individuals who fasted and non-fasted during Ramadan were randomly selected. Data was collected through questionnaires regarding physical and psychological health as well as direct observation of lifestyle before and after fasting. Body mass index (BMI), blood pressure, and stress levels were also measured at two time points: before and after the 30-day fasting period. Data analysis was carried out using the t test to see significant differences between the fasting and non-fasting groups. The results of the study showed that fasting had a significant effect on weight loss, reduced cholesterol levels, and a more stable increase in blood pressure. Psychologically, participants who fasted experienced reduced levels of anxiety and increased concentration and peace of mind. However, this effect is temporary and is more visible in individuals who had a healthy lifestyle before fasting. In addition, most respondents reported increased spiritual closeness and increased feelings of empathy towards others after fasting.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan manajemen dakwah, strategi dan impelementasi dakwah; serta tantangan dan solusi dakwah K.H Hasyim Asy’ari. Metode penelitian yang diigunakan adalah metode library research. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penerapan manajemen dakwah melalui empat fungsi: perencanaan: mengidentifikasi budaya, sosial, kebutuhan masyarakat; pengorganisasian: membentuk struktur organisasi, melibatkan anggota,berkolaborasi; penggerakan: melaksanakan pengajian, ceramah, kegiatan sosial, dan pendidikan; pengendalian: memastikan semua kegiatan dakwah sesuai rencana. Kemudian strategi dakwah dan implementasi adalah mendirikan pondok pesantren, organisasi keagamaan NU, dakwah atau berceramah dan menulis karya aktif dalam pergerakan melawan penjajah. Tantangan yang dihadapi dalam dakwahnya meliputi pengaruh kolonialisme, sekularisasi, perbedaan pemahaman agama, sumber daya terbatas, resistensi sosial, tantangan pendidikan, komunikasi dan akses informasi, meningkatnya radikalisasi, serta dinamika politik. Sebagai solusi, beliau menekankan pendidikan terintegrasi, dialog dan komunikasi, pemberdayaan masyarakat, penciptaan karya tulis, pembentukan jaringan ulama, adaptasi terhadap perubahan zaman, kegiatan sosial dan kemanusiaan, serta pendidikan toleransi.

In this digital-based era, it is widespread in all circles to flock to become umkm actors from teenagers, adults and even parents. The growth of MSMEs in Indonesia continues to show a positive trend. The latest data from the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs notes that the number of MSMEs in 2024 will exceed 65 million units, with a very wide range of sectors, from culinary to digital technology. In this study, we will discuss in one MSME sector, namely in culinary, sometimes there are many MSMEs that only focus more on sales and income, for this reason, this study will discuss the analysis of the calculation of the cost of production in Es Dawet Idola MSMEs. This research uses a qualitative approach by conducting direct observations at the business location and in-depth interviews with business owners. The main objective of this research is to analyze the calculation of production costs of ice dawet idol so as to provide recommendations for the development of the business.
