Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini ditujukan untuk pemberdayaan masyarakat Desa Tualango, Kecamatan Tilango, Kabupaten Gorontalo melalui pengolahan sumber daya alam lokal. Masyarakat didampigi dalam pembuatan belekoa. Proses tersebut dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pelatihan dan pendampingan masyarakat untuk menguasai teknik pembuatan kue tersebut. nasi berhasil diolah menjadi produk yaitu kue belekoa. belekoa dapat dijadikan produk olahan pangan untuk dipasarkan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi peran komitmen dan kompetensi dalam meningkatkan kinerja individu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan mengumpulkan data sampel sebanyak 80 responden yang terdiri dari beberapa guru SMP yang berstatus pegawai negeri di Kabupaten Boalemo. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara tingkat komitmen individu terhadap kinerja guru. Selain itu, kompetensi individu juga berperan signifikan dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru.

Abstract

Petani ubi kayu yang menjadi mitra adalah petani yang langsung menjual hasil panennya dalam bentuk ubi kayu sehingga mengakibatkan pendapatan yang diperoleh tidak maksimal, sehingga perlu ditingkatkan dengan menanamkan pemahaman memetik, mengolah dan menjual daripada mengutip dan menjual. Pengabdian ini untuk membekali petani keripik singkong dengan alat dan keterampilan untuk memproduksi singkong, sehingga nantinya manfaat yang dapat diperoleh petani singkong sebagai mitra adalah meningkatkan taraf hidup petani singkong dan melahirkan wirausahawan baru. Sasaran utama dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah kelompok petani ubi kayu yang masih melakukan sistem petik dan jual. Pelaksanaan di lapangan diawali dengan melakukan survey dan wawancara dengan kelompok tani singkong untuk mendapatkan dan mengetahui permasalahan utama mitra, selanjutnya untuk memecahkan masalah mitra dimulai dengan pelatihan pengolahan singkong menjadi keripik singkong dan diakhiri dengan penyerahan keripik singkong. Hasil implementasi kegiatan berupa dimensi panjang kripik singkong 585 mm, lebar 415 mm dan tinggi 590 mm, sedangkan spesifikasi pengoperasian menggunakan motor penggerak listrik 220 volt dengan daya 0,25 HP. Pada proses produksi bahan mengalami penyusutan pada pengupasan 20%, pada saat pemotongan 5% dan pada saat penggorengan 50% dengan kecepatan pemotongan mesin potong keripik singkong 30kg/jam

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the government in exploring thepotential that exists in Tanah Putih Village, Botupingge District and the role of thecommunity in exploiting the potential to increase people's income in Tanah PutihVillage, Botupingge District.The method in this study uses qualitative research methods with primary andsecondary data sources with data collection techniques by means of observation,interviews and documentation.Based on the research results, it can be concluded that (1) the role of the villagegovernment and village institutions is very influential in exploring the potential thatexists in the village (2) the community must be able to process the existing potentialso as to increase their income.

Abstract

By observing 100 samples of employees at Bina Mandiri University Gorontalo, this study tries to explain the effect of discipline on employee performance at Bina Mandiri University Gorontalo. The data were analyzed using PLS-SEM technique through SMARTPLS software version 4. The samples used were employees and lecturers of Bina Mandiri Gorontalo University by distributing them in an online questionnaire through google form. The results show that Discipline significantly affects employee performance, with a TStatistic value of 9.199 and P Values of 0.000.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the implementation of policies and what factors determine the implementation of policies on procedures for filling high-ranking pratama positions in South Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Informants in this study were the Regent, Regional Secretary, Secretary of BKPSDM, Head of Division and Sub-Section of BKPSDM. Data analysis through data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of the study showed that at the preparation stage, there were no Independent Assessors. At the implementation stage, there is a lack of ASN human resources participating in the auction of positions. At the stage of monitoring and evaluation not running effectively, there are several High Leadership Officials who have held positions for 5 (five) years, and have not been reassessed related to the suitability of competencies and positions occupied. Factors that affect implementation: Communication, an inhibiting factor because of the existence of the Pansel Team and Assessor Team; Resources, become an inhibiting factor because the ASN candidates for bidding positions that meet the requirements are still very lacking; Disposition is a supporting factor because the understanding and response of program implementers is good; bureaucratic structure,

Abstract

By creating jobs and improving people's welfare, micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) play a significant role in economic development. Limited capital, lack of innovation, traditional marketing, inefficient financial management, poor branding, and lack of utilization of online marketing due to not understanding technology are some of the challenges often faced by MSMEs. The purpose of this study is to help small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) compete in the market. This study used literature research. In this situation, an aggressive growth-oriented strategy is suggested. Combining digital marketing elements such as content marketing, blogs, search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, and branding with community empowerment through training, demonstrations, and mentoring is one relevant alternative strategy.

The study aims to determine the effect of giving rewards on employee work motivation at the central Statistics Agency of Bone Bolango Regency. This research data was obtained from research questionnaires, observation and literature studies related to research objectives. This research uses quantitative methods. The analysis technique uses simple linier regression analysis using the SPSS application. The total sample was 30 respondents using saturated sampling techniques. The calculation results obtained a calculated t value 0f 4.324 with a significance level of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. the regression coefficient of 0.633 states tha every additional 1 reward will is 1, it is predicted tha work motivation will decrease by 0.633. the research results show tha the reward variable has a significant effect on employee work motivation at the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Bone Bolango Regency.
