Abstract

Any activities or actions of members of the TNI that violate law, order and authority and cause public unrest will be immediately subject to sanctions. If a criminal case is not immediately resolved in accordance with applicable law, it is very detrimental to the victim, the perpetrator (in this case the TNI members themselves) and the unit in general that develops personnel. Crime is a crime that is prohibited by laws and regulations, as well as threats (punishments) in the form of certain crimes against people who violate the prohibition. Indonesian law states that no citizen is immune from the law, even if the crime was committed by a citizen or member of the TNI. Every member of the TNI must have a disciplined attitude and carry out the task of being a role model for the surrounding community, but the TNI is also an ordinary human being who can sometimes commit despicable and despicable personal actions. Abstract

Indonesian inheritance law is still pluralistic, meaning that it is governed by several legal systems, namely customary inheritance law, Islamic inheritance law and civil inheritance law. The formulation of various types of inheritance laws was due to the needs of the people at that time to respond to the various types of interests they faced, so that their legality was officially justified by the country's constitution for its application until now, without unification of laws. related to inheritance law, to fulfill the legal needs of the Indonesian people now and in the future in order to build a just and prosperous society based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution. This legal research uses empirical legal research, which gets references from primary legal materials, namely: Legislation, Judge's Decision. Secondary legal materials, namely: law books, and legal dictionaries. Tertiary legal materials, namely: Big Indonesian Dictionary. The plaintiff stated in the argument for his lawsuit that is posita (pundamentatum petendi) number 3, arguing that under the Plaintiff's rights were obtained from the late Nurhabibah who was married to Anuar with 6 sons and 1 daughter, the plaintiff should argue the plaintiff's civil ties with Sahbudin, Ilham, Herman, Syafaruddin , Muhammad Suheru, Lilinah (Defendant II) and withdrew as a Party in this case with the intention of clarifying the problem and distribution of inheritance (legacy), because the plaintiff could not dissolve the plaintiff's civil ties with 7 heirs and only revoked 1 part in this case and has not involving 5 disputing parties so that the lawsuit has a plurium litis consortium divide defect factor. The law of succession in the concept of civil law is one of the provisions that controls humans and humans in terms of inheritance (heritage). Not only that, the law of inheritance affects property if it is not finalized so that it will lead to disputes between the heirs.

Abstract

Regional Tax is a form of improvement in increasing Regional Original Income (PAD) as a source of funds to support development that needs to be continuously driven through cultivating new sources and improving the management of existing taxes. So regarding this matter, Regional Tax is a form of mandatory contribution to the region that is owed by an individual or entity that is coercive based on the Law, without receiving direct compensation and is used for Regional needs for the greatest prosperity of the people. The problem formulation discussed is how to implement an electronic system in motor vehicle tax payment services and what are the obstacles to implementing an electronic system in motor vehicle tax payment services. Taxpayers who pay motor vehicle tax at the Medan City UPPT SAMSAT Office must first fill out a Motor Vehicle Registration and Data Collection Letter (SPPKB) clearly, completely and correctly according to the identity of the motor vehicle and the taxpayer concerned and signed by the Taxpayer or his Proxy. . The SPPKB is submitted no later than 14 days from the time of ownership and/or control, for new motorized vehicles until the end date of the tax period for old motorized vehicles, 30 days from the date of the inter-regional fiscal certificate, for motorized vehicles moved from outside the region (incoming mutation). This was done with the aim of helping to secure Regional Original Income (PAD) in North Sumatra Province, especially in the Medan City area. The most frequently encountered obstacle faced by the Medan City UPPT SAMSAT Office in collecting motor vehicle tax is the lack of public awareness in paying taxes. Public awareness is what is most needed in the implementation of motor vehicle tax payments, currently there are still many people who are reluctant or even do not immediately pay their motor vehicle tax even though the due date for paying their motor vehicle tax has passed. The attitude of the public is less aware of their duties/obligations in paying Taxpayers (WP). And most people are apathetic and don't care about paying taxes at all, the Medan City SAMSAT UPPT Office minimizes the obstacles that arise in the implementation of motor vehicle tax collection by providing a Motor Vehicle Tax Notification Letter (SPKPKB) which is sent directly to the Taxpayer according to the address listed. in the STNK

Abstract

Online fraud has emerged as a threat in various areas, including in Tanjungbalai City. This research discusses the problem, focusing on the role of Tanjungbalai Police investigators in handling online fraud cases. Key challenges involve the complexity of digital technology, increasingly sophisticated fraud tactics, as well as privacy policies and resource limitations. The research method used is empirical law, where data is analyzed through case studies and interviews. This research emphasizes the importance of increasing technological expertise for investigators to increase their ability to handle criminal acts of online fraud. In addition, the analysis focuses on inter-agency cooperation, with a focus on coordination. The research results show that the disclosure of the online fraud case of the give away scheme in the name of Baim Wong in Tanjung Balai City was based on reports from victims and the public. based on reports from victims and the public. Tanjungbalai Police carried out raids on illegal community activities. The Police (Sabhara) collaborated with Satpol PP in patrolling and controlling activities in residential areas (kos-kosan), obtained evidence which was strongly suspected to be online fraudulent activities carried out by individuals acting in the name of Baim Wong, this evidence was then investigated which then revealed the case online give away fraud in the name of Baim Wong. The obstacle for investigators in providing evidence is the budget to present victims in terms of asking for information from victims who are outside the jurisdiction of the Tanjungbalai City Police.

Abstract

Stunting is a disruption in the growth and development of children due to chronic malnutrition and recurrent infections, which is characterized by their length or height being below the standards set by the minister who handles government affairs in the health sector. The number of stunted children under five in Indonesia will decrease to 21.6% in 2022. The factors of stunting are maternal education, family income, maternal knowledge about nutrition, exclusive breastfeeding, age at complementary feeding, zinc and iron adequacy levels, history of infectious diseases and genetic factors. By considering these factors, it can be concluded that if the decline that occurs in 2022 is not controlled as well as possible, there could be another increase in the number of stunting sufferers in 2023. This community-based empowerment aims to continue the success that has been achieved in reducing stunting rates in 2022 and to spread and expand education for the community regarding stunting. The output of this empowerment is none other than to help and contribute to reducing the stunting rate which can be obtained by increasing mothers' knowledge about the important nutrients needed by their children, not only mothers. It is hoped that by carrying out this empowerment, people's knowledge about stunting will no longer be just scientific knowledge but has become a habit and general knowledge. Outputs in the field of scientific publications in this service will be published in sinta-4 indexed journals in service journals. So that through this community service and the output that will later be published we can provide real knowledge to society.

Abstract

Bantuan hukum adalah dukungan yang diberikan kepada individu yang membutuhkan pertolongan dalam masalah hukum. Ini bisa mencakup berbagai hal, seperti saran hukum, representasi hukum di pengadilan, dan layanan hukum lainnya. Jenis bantuan hukum yang tersedia dapat berbeda di setiap negara, dan tergantung pada sistem hukum yang berlaku. Sebagai contoh, beberapa negara memiliki sistem hukum yang memberikan hak bantuan hukum bagi setiap warga yang memenuhi syarat secara finansial. Pemberian bantuan hukum merupakan proses yang melibatkan pihak atau organisasi yang memberikan dukungan hukum kepada individu atau kelompok yang membutuhkan pertolongan dalam masalah hukum. Tujuan dari pemberian bantuan hukum adalah untuk memastikan bahwa setiap orang memiliki akses ke sistem hukum dan dapat mempertahankan hak-haknya, terlepas dari status ekonomi atau sosial mereka. Individu yang membutuhkan bantuan hukum harus mencari organisasi atau lembaga yang menyediakan layanan tersebut. Ini bisa dilakukan dengan mencari informasi melalui internet, kantor pemerintah, atau menghubungi kelompok masyarakat atau lembaga swadaya masyarakat yang menawarkan bantuan hukum. Bantuan hukum disediakan secara gratis atau berbiaya rendah bagi mereka yang tidak mampu secara finansial. Ini dilakukan untuk memastikan bahwa orang-orang yang kurang mampu tetap memiliki kesempatan untuk mendapatkan perlindungan hukum yang layak. Penting untuk diingat bahwa pemberian bantuan hukum dapat berbeda di setiap negara atau wilayah, tergantung pada sistem hukum yang berlaku dan ketersediaan sumber daya. Jika Anda memerlukan bantuan hukum, disarankan untuk segera mencari bantuan dari lembaga atau organisasi hukum yang terpercaya untuk mendapatkan panduan yang tepat sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Metode dalam penelitian ini melakukan kegiatan sosialisasi bagi masyarakat Desa Perjuangan Kecamatan Sei Balai Kabupaten Batubara. Luaran yang ditargetkan yaitu terciptanya artikel pengabdian dengan lauaran jurnal bersinta.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengoptimalkan perpustakaan UPTD SDN 010043 Perkebunan Air Batu III/IX dalam rangka meningkatkan kempauan siswa dalam menulis, membaca dan berhitung (calistung). Metode yang digunakan dengan mensosialisasikan Peraturan Pemerintah tentang standar nasional pendidikan kepada guru sehingga guru memahami bahwa membaca, menulis dan berhitung adalah merupakan kompetensi dasar yang harus dimiliki siswa sekolah dasar. Guna peningkatan kemampuan siswa dalam Calistung maka diterapkan pelatihan tutor sebaya. Perpustakaan sebagai sarana dan prasarana pendukung kemampuan siswa harus nyaman dan menarik. Perbaikan perpustakaan dilakukan untuk mendukung minat siswa serta kemamouan siswa dalam Calistung.

Abstract

Stunting, atau kekurangan gizi pada anak di bawah 5 tahun, merupakan masalah global yang signifikan dan berdampak serius pada perkembangan kognitif dan kesehatan anak. Studi ini menguraikan pentingnya peran imunisasi, pola makan sehat dan gaya hidup sehat dalam mencegah stunting pada anak. Imunisasi lengkap dapat melindungi anak dari infeksi yang dapat menyebabkan gizi buruk dan stunting. Pola makan yang baik, terutama pada 1000 hari pertama kehidupan, memberikan nutrisi penting untuk tumbuh kembang yang optimal. Beragam makanan yang mengandung karbohidrat, protein, vitamin, lemak, mineral, serta asam amino dan omega-3 sangat dibutuhkan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan gizi anak sesuai usianya. Pola hidup sehat juga mencakup pendidikan tumbuh kembang anak, pengawasan penggunaan gadget, dan penekanan pada asupan serat, kalsium, zat besi, dan asam amino esensial. Studi ini juga menyoroti pentingnya memahami tahap pertumbuhan anak untuk memastikan nutrisi yang tepat. Upaya kolaboratif yang melibatkan keluarga, petugas kesehatan, dan masyarakat merupakan kunci dalam memerangi stunting. Dengan pemahaman yang baik mengenai faktor-faktor tersebut, kita dapat mengambil langkah proaktif untuk mencegah stunting dan memastikan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan yang optimal untuk generasi mendatang

Abstract

The state is defined as the highest organization among a group of people who have the aspiration to unite, live in the region, and have a sovereign government. The goals of the state, among others, are to expand power, maintain law and order, and achieve general welfare. Of course, in a country there are citizens who take shelter in it. According to the 2006 UUKI, what is meant by a citizen is a citizen of a country that is determined based on statutory regulations. The state is a place for the growth of religion. In the relationship between the state and citizens is very closely related. Citizens play an important role in maintaining the integrity of a country. Muslims in Indonesia must be smart to be a pillar of inter-religious harmony. The plurality of Indonesian citizens in terms of religion, race, ethnicity, and between groups, conflicts often occur which can have an impact on the integrity of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia, abbreviated as NKRI. However, the spirit of maintaining inter-community and ethnic harmony and maintaining the integrity of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia is starting to be forgotten by the successors of this nation. The problem starts with religion or ethnicity.

Abstract

The current study of democracy has been discussed in various book and journal studies. Not only that, democracy is also a topic of ideas that are always interesting to explore. The study of the picture, influence, and position of Indonesian democracy in the modern era from the public's point of view is no less important to be discussed. The study of looking for a figure of Indonesian democracy has never been completed. Democracy is not new but has gone through a long process, even considered as a form of government. Because of the large role of democracy in the structure of the state, education about Indonesian democracy is made. Democracy can also be seen as a phenomenon of power in a state institution in the political field where the greatest power is in the hands of the people. So, from the people's point of view, the position and influence of Indonesian democracy is one thing we know that democracy has a very important position and influence in the life of the nation and state.
