Abstract

The research was conducted to understand the implementation of Social Studies (IPS) teaching in the Independent Learning curriculum at SMP Negeri 2 Pontianak. This research used a qualitative method, with data collection techniques involving field observations, interviews (with IPS subject teachers, curriculum vice principals, and students), and documentation. Data analysis techniques included data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research indicate that: (1) The implementation of IPS teaching in the Independent Learning curriculum at SMP Negeri 2 Pontianak involves the use of teaching modules in the IPS learning process. The designed teaching modules are tailored to the components of the teaching modules, meeting the needs of the students. Various teaching methods are used, including group discussions in the form of mind mapping and practical activities. (2) Challenges in implementing IPS teaching in the Independent Learning curriculum at SMP Negeri 2 Pontianak include the unattractive content of the platform, a lack of guidance for developing teaching modules, limited time for preparing various teaching methods, and a shortage of reading materials. (3) Efforts made to address the challenges of implementing IPS teaching in the Independent Learning curriculum at SMP Negeri 2 Pontianak include searching for online references related to teaching modules, creating a timeline for developing various teaching methods, and searching for reading materials on the internet related to the Independent Learning curriculum, as well as participating in Independent Learning curriculum training.

Abstract

PT Taspen merupakan Badan Usaha Milik Negara yang bergerak di bidang asuransi Tabungan Hari Tua (THT) dan dana pensiun bagi PNS dan pejabat negara.perusahaan ini memiliki tugas yaitu untuk memberikan layanan dalam hal program Tabungan Hari Tua (THT). Ada berbagai prosedur yang harus di sediakan dalam memberikan pelayanan agar peserta yang mengurus program tersebut lebih terkoordinir dan terarah. tujuan dari pengabdian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui formulir yang digunakan untuk mengajukan klaim Tabungan Hari Tua (THT) dan mengetahui hak kewajiban peserta Tabungan Hari Tua (THT). Pengadian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode observasi yaitu teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan terjun langsung ke lapangan guna mendapatkan data yang sebenarnya. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini yaitu untuk menambah wawasan mengenai program dari PT Taspen serta prosedur-prosedur dalam melaksanakannya.

Abstract

This study presents a description of the role of persuasive communication carried out by parents in shaping a child’s positive self-concept. The research used a qualitative approach with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. Purposive sampling was applied to ensure the validity of the data. The findings of the study include: the use of praise and appreciation, time management, utilizing technology as a means of communication, persuasive communication patterns based on Islamic values, and the role of the school environment. The success of parents' persuasive communication lies in the use of gentle and appreciative communication, effective time management despite busy schedules, and the consistent integration of Islamic values both at home and in school.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the errors of MTs students in solving statistical material problems. The research method used in this study is the description method. The study was conducted with the research subjects of 25 students of class IXc Nurul Iman Sindangkerta in the 2019/2020 school year. The test questions were 5 questions. The results showed that the students' mathematical abilities in terms of overall results were classified as low and there were 1 indicators that answered a lot correctly, which were indicators that correctly identified a problem, which was 65%. And it consists of 1 indicator that enters a lot of answers which is 81% with indicators explaining the steps or ideas of a problem solving clearly and precisely into written form.

Abstract

Aktivitas pengambilan pesanan merupakan aktivitas yang sangat penting di gudang karena berhubungan langsung dengan pemenuhan permintaan dan juga akan berhubungan dengan kepuasan pelanggan. Lazada Bulky Warehouse merupakan salah satu e-commerce yang berlokasi di kota Depok. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode simulasi serial dan paralel serta wawancara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pengambilan pesanan yang ada di Lazada Bulky Warehouse dan mengidentifikasi permasalahan yang ada dimana petugas pengambilan pesanan tidak mencapai target pada waktu yang telah ditentukan oleh perusahaan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah simulasi dengan rangkaian petugas pengambilan pesanan yang bekerja pada 115 item dengan waktu siklus pesanan selama 72 menit. Kemudian, simulasi menggunakan strategi sistem pengambilan pesanan paralel dengan waktu siklus pesanan selama 51 menit dengan jumlah total 228 item. Oleh karena itu, model proses pengambilan pesanan dianggap terverifikasi berdasarkan verifikasi dengan parameter jumlah pesanan dan waktu siklus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pengambilan pesanan dengan simulasi pengambilan pesanan paralel lebih efektif karena jarak tempuh petugas pengambilan pesanan dapat disesuaikan dengan lokasi dan sistem penugasan pengambilan pesanan membuat petugas pengambilan pesanan bertanggung jawab terhadap areanya masing-masing sesuai dengan penugasan petugas pengambilan pesanan. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa parallel picking merupakan strategi yang lebih efektif untuk Lazada Bulky Warehouse, berikut alasannya Mengurangi Picker Mileage dan Meningkatkan Efisiensi.

Abstract

The relationship between television media tvOne and Metro TV and politics is a dilemmatic one, this can give rise to the attitude of each media in reporting the 2024 presidential election. A reality in a political moment is never completely neutral from political interpretation or capital patronage. In this case, the media is expected to be a watchdog in an ideal democratic system, but this cannot be realized according to its expectations. The aim of this research is to find out what the hierarchy of influence is in the editorial policies of tvOne and Metro TV in reporting on the 2024 presidential election. And what the hierarchical comparison looks like influence in editorial policy on reporting on the 2024 presidential election on tvone and metro tv. The research method used is qualitative, with a case study approach. In this research, the paradigm used is the critical paradigm. Data sources come from in-depth observations, interviews with tvOne News Anchor, Metro TV Senior Journalist and Senior Producer, and documentation regarding the 2024 presidential election on the tvOne and Metro TV YouTube channels. Of the five levels, namely Individual Level, Routine Level, Organizational Level, Extra Media Level and Ideology Level. The significant influence of these five levels is the Ideology Level, at this level the values ​​that are firmly held by tvOne and Metro TV in their reporting, including reporting on the 2024 Presidential Election.

Abstract

Abtrak: Penyakit batuk pilek merupakan penyakit yang umum terjadi dalam sehari-hari dan lebih sering terjadi di musim hujan. Promosi kesehatan menjadi salah satu bentuk upaya pencegahan dan edukasi pengobatan batuk pilek. Tujuan dari promosi kesehatan ini untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat terkait pencegahan dan pengobatan batuk pilek. Promosi kesehatan ini menggunakan metode penyuluhan menggunakan media leaflet. Berdasarkan hasil yang didapatkan dari promosi kesehatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat terkait cara mencegah dan mengobati batuk pilek yang diukur dari nilai rata-rata pretest postest dari 68 menjadi 98.

Abstract

Clinical legal education in a Faculty of Law can be done through the curriculum or ongoing regular activities outside the curriculum. Many campuses have implemented clinical legal education in the compulsory courses or elective courses. It would be good if the clinical legal education has been implemented in the course of one eye, but the setting of clinical legal education in a college course for which has not been set is not easy to do. Difficulty setting of clinical legal education in the subjects did not dampen interest in developing clinical legal education on the campus. Faculty of Law, Universitas Katolik Parahyangan (UNPAR) develop it through ongoing routine activities included in the "Pengayoman" Legal Aid Institution (Pengayoman). Various activities in Pengayoman intended to achieve community service in the field of law committed by the students and faculty for approximately. This paper intended to deliver an analysis of activities organized by Pengayoman with clinical legal education that stems from the United States, known in Asia, and growing in Indonesia. The analysis also endeavour to identify a variety of benefits and barriers to clinical legal education through outside the curriculum of the Law Faculty. This paper opens with input for clinical legal education more leverage and more innovative.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan merealisasikan antena mikrostrip patch berbentuk segitiga (triangular) yang bekerja pada frekuensi 1800 MHz, sebagai penguat jaringan internet di kawasan Kebun Raya Balikpapan. Lokasi tersebut diketahui memiliki kualitas sinyal yang kurang baik untuk beberapa provider. Antena yang dirancang menggunakan dua konfigurasi, yaitu MIMO 8x8 dengan teknik pencatuan langsung dan array 8x1, yang kemudian disimulasikan menggunakan CST Studio Suite 2019 dan diuji performansinya menggunakan metode Speedtest. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa antena 8x8 memiliki nilai VSWR sebesar 1,50, return loss -12,96 dB, dan gain 4,06 dBi dengan pola radiasi omnidirectional. Sementara itu, konfigurasi 8x1 array menunjukkan nilai VSWR 1,24, return loss -19,21 dB, dan gain 6,46 dBi, juga dengan pola radiasi omnidirectional. Hasil pengujian di lapangan dengan tiga kondisi tanpa antena eksternal, antena MIMO dan antena array 8x1 didapatkan hasil bahwa antena array 8x1 memberikan kecepatan unduh tertinggi mencapai 17,227 Mbps, unggah 4,072 Mbps, Jitter 34,9 ms  dan packet loss 14,18 % sedangkan antena MIMO 8x8 memberikan kecepatan unduh tertinggi mencapai 13,77 Mbps, unggah 2,462 Mbps, Jitter 49,9 ms  dan packet loss 18,43%. Kesimpulannya, kedua jenis antena eksternal yakni MIMO 8x8 dan array 8x1 mampu meningkatkan performa jaringan secara signifikan dan dapat menjadi solusi efektif untuk daerah dengan sinyal lemah. Antena ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap akses internet yang lebih stabil di area public yang sangat luas.

Abstract

There were many cases derived from transnational marriages. For an instance, many Indonesian international students have married their spouses from the country where they are studying. Transnational marriage is prone to future conflicts, especially regarding the status of the children. The civil rights of children from a transnational married couple living in Indonesia are regulated on Act No. 12/2006 on Citizenship (Citizenship Act). This research is pure legal research that is carried out by examining previous literature. From this study, it was found that the status of children born from transnational families according to the Citizenship Act is based on bloodlines following the father. If the father is a foreign citizen, the child will also be a foreign citizen. On contrary,  if the father is an Indonesian citizen, the legal status of the child is also as an Indonesian citizen, from here the role of the mother becomes neglected. Furthermore, Citizenship Act guarantees that the children have the right to determine or choose citizenship after the age of 18 years, the child is required to choose one nationality. Legal protection for children born from transnational marriages is the right to choose their nationality.
