Abstract

This study aims to; 1) determine the results of the development of a reporting system for field work practice (PKL) of students at UPT SMKN 7 Jeneponto. (PKL) students at UPT SMKN 7 Jeneponto, 2) knowing the validation of the reporting system for student field work practice (PKL) at UPT SMKN 7 Jeneponto, 3) knowing the practicality of the reporting system.field work practice (PKL) students at UPT SMKN 7 Jeneponto, 3) find out the practicality of the the reporting system for student field work practices (PKL) at UPT SMKN 7 Jeneponto, 4) knowing the effectiveness of the reporting system for student field work practices at UPT SMKN 7 Jeneponto and 5) knowing the effectiveness of the reporting system for student field work practices at UPT SMKN 7 Jeneponto. 7 Jeneponto and 5) find out the user's response after using the reporting system. reporting system for student field work practices (PKL) at UPT SMKN 7 Jeneponto. This research using the Research and Development (R&D) research method with the prototyping development model.prototyping development model. The data collection technique uses interviews, questionnaires and software which measures the quality of the software that has been developed. The research results show1) the PKL reporting system or SIP-PKL is a system used to assist the reporting of PKL at SMKN 7 Jeneponto which consists of 4 user accesses, namely admin, teacher, and teacher. PKL reporting at SMKN 7 Jeneponto which consists of 4 user accesses, namely admin, teacher, field supervisors and students, 2) system testing using ISO 25010 in the aspect of functionality suitability with the test results are valid which are tested by experts, 3) practicality SIP-PKL refers to testing the usability and reliability aspects where the usability test results show a percentage of 95.7% from 6 aspects.usability test results show a percentage of 95.7% of the 6 aspects of testing and the results of reliability testing using WAPT 10.1 software.WAPT 10.1 software obtained a value of 98.46% so that it fulfills the reliability aspect, 4) portability and performance efficiency testing is used to measure the effectiveness of a system where 100% results are obtained in portability testing. system where 100% results were obtained in portability testing on desktop and mobile environments and grate B (80-89). mobile environment and grate B (80-89%) in performance efficiency testing with GTMetrix tools, and 5) SIP-PKL is used to measure the effectiveness of a system. 5) SIP-PKL that has been developed gets good feedback from users.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: (1) pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap minat (GE) siswa SMK–KN Makassar, (2) pengaruh kepribadian perilaku wirausaha terhadap minat (GE) siswa SMK–KN Makassar, (3) pengaruh lingkungan sekolah boarding terhadap minat (GE) siswa SMK–KN Makassar, (4) pengaruh kebijakan sekolah terhadap minat (GE) siswa SMK–KN Makassar, dan (5) pengaruh secara bersama-sama pendidikan kewirausahaan, kepribadian perilaku wirausaha, lingkungan sekolah boarding, dan kebijakan sekolah terhadap minat (GE) siswa SMK–KN Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode ex post facto. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah statistik deskriptif, uji prasyarat analisis dan uji hipotesis. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI dan XII SMK–KN Makassar berjumlah 204 siswa dengan sampel penelitian berjumlah 30 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap minat (GE) siswa SMK–KN Makassar, (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepribadian perilaku wirausaha terhadap minat (GE) siswa SMK–KN Makassar, (3) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan siginifikan lingkungan sekolah boarding terhadap minat (GE) siswa SMK–KN Makassar, (4) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kebijakan sekolah terhadap minat (GE) siswa SMK–KN Makassar, (5) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama antara pendidikan kewirausahaan, kepribadian perilaku wirausaha, lingkungan sekolah boarding, dan kebijakan sekolah terhadap minat (GE) siswa SMK–KN Makassar.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) analysis of the needs of open ended learning models for students; (2) analysis of the needs of open ended learning models for educators; (3) analysis of the needs of open ended learning models for learning management; (4) analysis of the needs of open ended learning models for lesson plans; (5) analysis of the needs of the open ended learning model for the implementation of learning; (6) the need for an open ended learning model for learning evaluation; The research subjects involved class XI for 3 schools (consisting of 265 students) selected by purposive sampling technique. Data was collected through observation, tests, interviews, and documentation and then analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis of percentages and frequency distribution tables. The results of the data analysis show that: (1) the need for an open ended learning model for students is 65%; (2) the need for an open ended learning model for educators is 55%; (3) the need for an open ended learning model for learning management is 75.83; (4) the need for an open ended learning model for learning planning is 82.22%; (5) the need for an open ended learning model for the implementation of learning is 69.44%; (6) the need for an open ended learning model for learning evaluation is 77.88%.

Abstract

This study aimsto: (1) determine the application of the Project Based Learning model in increasing entrepreneurial motivation for students of Electronic Engineering Education, Faculty of Engineering, UNM; (2) to find out how much the entrepreneurship motivation of students of the Electronics Engineering Education Faculty of Engineering, UNM; (3) to determine the effect of the Project Based Learning model on increasing the entrepreneurial motivation of students. This research is a quantitative research, with a survey research type.The data collection technique used a questionnaire, while the data analysis method used a percentage descriptive analysis in the form of simple linear regression. The research results obtained are: one, the application of the Project Based Learning model is in the very good category with an average value of 86%; two, Entrepreneurial motivation of students of the Electronics Engineering Education Faculty of Engineering UNM is in the high category with an average score of 80%; three, the Project Based Learning model has a positive effect on increasing entrepreneurial motivation by 80%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the mapping of vocational high school models based on regional superior potential and community needs of Bone Bolango Regency, in the Tomini Bay Region. The research method used is a combination of the Sequential Explanatory model with Location Quotient (LQ) data analysis and qualitative data analysis. The results of the study are the mapping of regional leading sectors with 9 basic sectors, namely, mining and quarrying, processing industry, construction, wholesale and retail trade, car and motorcycle repair, real estate, company services, government administration, education services, health services and social activities. The largest LQ value of the 9 sectors is the Processing Industry sector, with an LQ value of 1.507. There are 7 SMK competencies in Bone Bolango Regency, 2 of which are directly adjacent to the Tomini Bay region. There are 2 (two) skill competencies that need to be removed or replaced, namely, Network Computer Engineering and Visual Communication Design. 7 Expertise competencies that can be developed based on the analysis of potential leading sectors are: 1 Agribusiness of Food Crops and Horticulture, 2 Agribusiness of Poultry, 3 Agribusiness of Agricultural Product Processing, 4 Nautical Fishing Vessels, 5 Agribusiness of Freshwater Fisheries, 6 Agribusiness of Fishery Product Processing, 7 Nursing Assistant.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the feasibility of research instruments that will be used in developing a design for a competency training model for residential construction workers that has local wisdom values. The research method, namely analyzing the validity and reliability of research instruments, aims to determine the level of validity of research instruments before they are used to describe the implementation of learning. Analysis of validation results was carried out using quantitative methods by providing assessments by 6 experts or experts. The research results show that the instruments used in the research on the competency training model for residential construction workers which have local wisdom values obtained a mean value of > 0.90 including very high validity and reliability which shows that these instruments are suitable for use.

Abstract

This research aims to present a diversified Career Path Progression (CPP) model that enhances the competence of Makassar Aviation Polytechnic students by helping them recognize their own abilities. The diversified self-assessment model includes various indicators applied to students. Makassar Aviation Polytechnic students require work experience, English proficiency, computer skills, and other soft skills to excel in the workforce, beyond their academic degrees. However, the institution has not optimally provided these skills, such as computer training, English proficiency, academic writing, and job interview processes, which are essential for the job market. Consequently, the career center's role at Makassar Aviation Polytechnic is crucial for offering additional training to prepare students for the workforce. This research addresses the shortcomings of existing CPP models, such as the absence of talent mapping to identify actual talents and competencies. The new CPP model, detailed comprehensively in the research framework, includes stages like problem identification, model design, pilot testing, revision, and operational trials.The study's results indicate that the CPP model positively affects the career maturity of cadets at Makassar Aviation Polytechnic, measured through attitudes and competencies. Alumni with better understanding and skills in these areas tend to have more job opportunities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran hasil belajar siswa kelas X yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Discoveri Learning dan model Problem Based Learning dan mengetahui Pebandingan Model Pembelajaran Discovery Learning Dengan Problem Based Learning Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas X Sman 1 Pangkep. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunkan quasi eksperimen dengan jumlah sampel 60 siswa kelas X Idealis dan X Fokus SMA 1 Pangkep. Teknik pengumpulan data ini menggunakan dokumentasi dan tes. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriftif dan teknik analisis statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa: (1) gambaran hasil belajar peserta didik yang diajar melalui model pembelajaran Discovery Learning pada kelas experiment yang dimana pada Pretest menunjukkan rata-rata (mean) hasil belajarnya yaitu 63.67, sedangkan pada posttest rata-rata (mean) hasil belajarnya yaitu 81.00, (2) gambaran hasil belajar peserta didik yang diajar melalui model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning pada kelas kontrol yang dimana pada Pretest menunjukkan rata-rata (mean) hasil belajar yaitu 63.50, sedangkan pada posttest rata-rata (mean) hasil belajarnya yaitu 71.17, dan (3) ada Pebandingan Model Pembelajaran Discovery Learning Dengan Problem Based Learning Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas X SMAN 1 Pangkep yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi yang dihasilkan adalah 0,000. Nilai ini lebih kecil dari pada taraf α 5% dalam hal ini 0.000 < 0,05.

Abstract

Students with intellectual disabilities require special attention in learning to overcome conceptual and procedural challenges. This study aimed to examine the impact of a STEM-integrated vocational program on the comprehension abilities of students with mild intellectual disabilities. Using a quasi-experimental design, the research involved 50 purposively selected students at SLB Negeri Pembina Yogyakarta. The intervention group received STEM-integrated instruction, while the control group followed conventional vocational learning. The results indicated that although the proportion of students achieving scores above the Minimum Competency Criteria did not increase significantly, there was a significant improvement in comprehension abilities among the experimental group compared to the control group. These findings suggest that integrating STEM approaches into vocational education can effectively enhance comprehension skills, supporting more adaptive and inclusive learning outcomes for students with intellectual disabilities. Siswa dengan disabilitas intelektual memerlukan perhatian khusus dalam belajar untuk mengatasi tantangan konseptual dan prosedural. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dampak program kejuruan terintegrasi STEM terhadap kemampuan pemahaman siswa dengan disabilitas intelektual ringan. Menggunakan desain kuasi-eksperimental, penelitian ini melibatkan 50 siswa yang dipilih secara sengaja di SLB Negeri Pembina Yogyakarta. Kelompok intervensi menerima instruksi terintegrasi STEM, sementara kelompok kontrol mengikuti pembelajaran kejuruan konvensional. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa meskipun proporsi siswa yang mencapai skor di atas Kriteria Kompetensi Minimum tidak meningkat secara signifikan, ada peningkatan yang signifikan dalam kemampuan pemahaman di antara kelompok eksperimen dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa mengintegrasikan pendekatan STEM ke dalam pendidikan kejuruan dapat secara efektif meningkatkan keterampilan pemahaman, mendukung hasil belajar yang lebih adaptif dan inklusif bagi siswa dengan disabilitas intelektual.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) knowledge in civil engineering laboratories, focusing on the effectiveness of OHS training in improving awareness, knowledge, and practical skills among laboratory users. The research method employed a mixed approach (qualitative and quantitative) through surveys, observations, and interviews with laboratory users. The results revealed that before the training, the average OHS knowledge level was only 40%, with major issues such as a lack of understanding of chemical risks (40%), improper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (35%), and the absence of clear emergency procedures (50%). After the training, there was a significant increase in OHS knowledge to 75%, along with an improvement in practical skills from 25% to 65%. The training evaluation showed a participant satisfaction rate of 80%, with training objectives such as increased awareness, knowledge, and skills being well achieved. However, challenges such as budget constraints, time limitations, and a lack of OHS experts remain obstacles. This study concludes that regular and structured OHS training is highly effective in improving occupational health and safety in civil engineering laboratories. Recommendations include enhancing training materials, allocating specific budgets, and establishing an OHS team to ensure the sustainability of OHS implementation
