Abstract

This study aims to analyze the optimization of a web-based information system as a tool to enhance budget transparency for donor funding (crowdfunding) at SMK Bakti Karya Parigi. The main focus is to evaluate the effectiveness of the current system and provide recommendations for improving its functionality. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study method. Data were collected through interviews with key informants, including financial managers and system developers, direct observations of the web-based information system, and analysis of relevant documents. The data were analyzed using the Miles, Huberman & Saldana (2014) model, which includes data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The findings indicate that the current website information system has supported budget transparency; however, several weaknesses remain, such as limited real-time data updates, a less user-friendly interface, and inadequate outreach to donors. Recommendations include improving automated financial reporting features, redesigning the user interface, and strengthening training programs for system users. The implication is that optimizing the website information system can increase donor trust in fund management at SMK Bakti Karya Parigi. Furthermore, it contributes to more accountable and sustainable educational practices.

Abstract

Enhancing one's public speaking abilities and self-assurance is a vital element in the personal growth of individuals, particularly in the pesantren setting, which greatly influences character development. The objective of this study is to investigate the efficacy of the Muhadharah method in improving public speaking abilities and self-assurance among students at Pesantren Nurul Huda Cikandri. The research methodology utilizes a qualitative approach, with a case study serving as the primary design. Data is collected through the use of participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and comparisons specifically pertaining to the Muhadharah technique. The findings suggest that the Muhadharah approach plays a vital role in enhancing students' public speaking skills and self-assurance. Pesantren Nurul Huda Cikandri employs the Muhadharah technique by utilizing a participatory and immersive approach. Students participate in public speaking events under the leadership and mentorship of experienced individuals. The data indicates a notable improvement in the students' speaking abilities, understanding of the subject matter, and level of self-assurance. This study enhances our comprehension of the efficacy of the Muhadharah approach within the realm of pesantren education. The findings of this research can provide a basis for the creation of educational programs aimed at enhancing public speaking skills and self-assurance, not just in pesantren but also in other educational establishments.

Abstract

Kucur Village is a tangerine producer in Malang Regency. However, people still sell it in fresh fruit form; besides that, the pest of fruit flies is also a scourge for farmers, and the absorption capacity in the market for fresh fruit is still relatively lower than the products produced. Processing oranges into secondary products can be a solution for farmers by processing tangerines. Ma Chung University's service aims to develop recipes for making instant powder drinks from tangerines to increase the tangerines' economic value. The method used is recipe development in the laboratory, which is practised in Kucur Village to find which recipe is most suitable and produce products for sale. The results of this service and the Kucur village community produced a recipe suitable for sale as an instant powder drink. The recipe for this instant powder drink contains an infusion of lemongrass stems, ginger, bay leaves, and lime.

Abstract

This study analyzes organizational structure and design in optimizing employee performance at MTs SA Nurul Huda, contributing to educational management development, especially in Islamic boarding schools. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation. The analysis followed the Miles and Huberman model, including data condensation, presentation, and conclusion drawing.Findings indicate that organizational structure and design significantly influence employee performance effectiveness. The alignment of organizational design with the school's vision, mission, and objectives emerges as a strategic factor. Key principles of organizational design directly affect performance, supported by factors such as school size, goals, strategies, culture, values, and external environment.Challenges identified include limited human resources, involving both teaching and administrative staff. Additionally, tasks outlined in job descriptions are often carried out by individuals with spare time rather than by those assigned, leading to inefficiencies.This research highlights the importance of strategically structured organizational design for performance optimization. The findings hold implications for improving management practices in Islamic boarding schools, providing insights into addressing challenges and enhancing the effectiveness of employee roles and responsibilities.

Abstract

Penulisan artikel ilmiah ini dilatar belakangi oleh permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh para pelaku usaha di Desa Karangampel Kidul dalam pengembangan UKM. Objek dalam kegiatan sosialisasi ini adalah UKM di Desa Karangampel Kidul. Kegiatan sosialisasi ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan upaya pengembangan UKM. Berdasarkan hasil observasi diketahui bahwa Desa Karangampel Kidul pada umumnya menggambarkan terdapat banyak potensi, namun belum tergali dan teroptimalkan dalam pemanfaatannya. Adapun permasalahan dalam pengembangan Pada UKM di Desa Karangampel Kidul yaitu: kurangnya ilmu pengetahuan para pemilik UMKM mengenai teknologi terkini. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut maka perlu dilakukan sosialisasi mengenai apa saja yang diperlukan oleh para pelaku UKM untuk mentransformasi usahanya menjadi digital. Kegiatan ini di laksanakan dalam rangka mendorong pertumbuhan UKM yang ada di Desa Karangampel Kidul. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga bertujuan untuk melakukan digitalisasi produk UKM diperdesaan guna mentransformasikan proses pemasaran yang bersifat konvensional kearah digital.

Abstract

This Community Service Program aims to provide outreach and training on making aromatherapy candles from used cooking oil to women PKK cadres in Babakan Village, as an effort to reduce used cooking oil waste while increasing environmental awareness. The method used in this service uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, a research approach that prioritizes the active involvement of participants in every stage of the research process, from planning to implementation and evaluation. Based on the identification of problems and potential uses of used cooking oil, education is provided in the form of empowerment about training on the benefits of using used cooking oil and its environmentally friendly management. Demonstrations are carried out to introduce aromatherapy candle making techniques. The results of the training show an increase in the knowledge and skills of women PKK cadres in processing used cooking oil waste into economically valuable products, furthermore, this activity has also succeeded in having a positive impact in reducing environmental pollution and opening new business opportunities for the community that can be used as a model for sustainable waste management in other areas

Stategi pemasaran merupakan suatu cara memperkenalkan barang atau jasa guna meningkatkan daya jual produk. Di era teknologi informasi saat ini pemasaran online merupakan salah satu tindakan dari strategi pemasaran yang dapat diandalkan. Oleh karena itu, perlu kiranya untuk rancang sebuah platform aplikasi yang dapat memasarkan produk sehingga dapat dikenal. Aplikasi pemasaran online yang terhubung dengan media sosial dan marketplace menjadi pilihan dan dirancang khusus untuk UMKM guna memperkenalkan produk kepada konsumen dan memanfaatkan marketplace yang berfungsi sebagai tempat jual beli produk. Dalam pengembangan aplikasi pemasaran online ini menggunakan metode Web Development Life Cycle atau WDLC dan untuk rancangan pemodelan sistem dari aplikasi ini menggunakan Unified Modelling Language atau UML. Abstract

Adequate competencies of zakat officers (amil) significantly impact the overall effectiveness of zakat programs. This study aims to examine the implementation of Islamic Competency-Based Human Resource Management (ICBHRM) in zakat institutions, focusing on identifying key competency dimensions of zakat officers that support professionalism in zakat management. The method employed is a literature review through a systematic analysis of relevant studies from journals, books, and conference papers. Data were collected from academic sources such as Google Scholar and ScienceDirect. The findings suggest that technical, personal, and social competencies serve as the core pillars supporting the professional performance of zakat officers. These competencies play a crucial role in ensuring effective and accountable zakat management. Technical competencies include a deep understanding of zakat jurisprudence, management, and sharia accounting. Meanwhile, personal and social competencies encompass integrity, trustworthiness, and strong interpersonal skills. Zakat officer certification is also considered vital in enhancing the quality of zakat officer performance and the accountability of zakat institutions.This study concludes that implementing ICBHRM in zakat institutions can significantly improve the professionalism and efficiency of zakat management, mainly through applying the core competencies outlined in the Indonesian National Work Competency Standards (SKKNI) and leadership competencies, such as the ability to influence others, develop talent, and provide clear guidance. The discussion of these findings suggests the importance of continuous development through training and certification to ensure zakat officers can compete and adapt to modern management standards without compromising Sharia principles.
