Abstract

Peneliti berfokus pada rentannya Kota Mataram terhadap bencana gempa bumi yang memerlukan manajemen dan kesiapan yang baik di tahap pra bencana dari internal pemerintah dan kepada masyarakat guna menekan kerugian yang timbul. Tujuan: Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk megetahui dan menganalisis manajemen bencana pada tahap pra bencana gempa bumi oleh BPBD kota Mataram, faktor penghambat dalam manajemen, dan upaya yang dilakukan oleh BPBD Kota Mataram. Metode: Metode penelitian yang penulis gunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Dalam pengumpulan data peneliti menggunakan beberapa teknik yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Untuk teknik analisis, peneliti menggunakan teknik analisis triangulasi data yang disesuaikan dengan teori manajemen oleh George Robert Terry untuk menagalisis dan mendeskripsikan manajemen bencana gempa bumi pada tahap pra bencana. Hasil/Temuan: Dari hasil penelitian, diketahui BPBD Kota Mataram mengoptimalkan faktor manajemen Planning, Actuating, Organizing, dan Controlling untuk internal saat tidak ada ancaman bencana dan melaksanakan kegiatan Kesiapsiagaan, Peringatan dini, dan Mitigasi sebagai pelayaan kepada masyarakat saat ada ancaman bencana. Kesimpulan: Diketahui manajemen bencana gempa bumi pada tahap pra bencana yang dilakukan BPBD Kota Mataram telah berjalan dengan cukup baik dengan beberapa faktor yang perlu dioptimalkan seperti alokasi penganggaran, kekurangan kualitas juga kuantitas SDM dan sarana prasarana sebagai pendukung kelancaran setiap kegiatan.

Abstract

Abstract This study is related to the review of Islamic law in the Pelangkahan tradition. The main topic is how Islamic law views the Pelangkahan tradition in the people of Hawang Village, Limpasu District, Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency.Pelangkahan is a gift from a man/husband who is going to marry his younger sibling who precedes his sibling above him who is not yet married with the aim of eliminating feelings of sadness and making happiness for the sibling who is stepping. This study was conducted because this tradition has a hereditary element, which means that the practice is passed down from generation to generation.This research is interesting because it digs deeper into the sustainable aspects and relevance of these traditions in the cultural context of society. This research uses qualitative methods by interviewing the people concerned. Research results: The Pelangkahan tradition does not conflict with Islamic law. Keywords: Tradition, Pelangkahan, Review of Islamic Law Abstrak Kajian ini berkaitan dengan tinjauan hukum Islam dalam tradisi Pelangkahan. Pokok bahasannya adalah bagaimana pandangan hukum Islam terhadap tradisi Pelangkahan pada masyarakat Desa Hawang Kecamatan Limpasu Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Tengah. Pelangkahan merupakan pemberian seorang laki-laki/suami yang akan mengawinkan adiknya yang mendahului adiknya yang diatasnya yang belum menikah dengan tujuan menghilangkan rasa sedih dan membahagiakan adik yang akan melangkah. Kajian ini dilakukan karena tradisi ini mempunyai unsur turun temurun yang artinya pengamalannya dilakukan secara turun-temurun. Penelitian ini menarik karena menggali lebih dalam aspek keberlanjutan dan relevansi tradisi tersebut dalam konteks budaya masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan cara mewawancarai orang-orang yang bersangkutan. Hasil Penelitian: Tradisi Pelangkahan tidak bertentangan dengan syariat Islam. Abstract

This research is motivated by the need for effective learning strategies for students with intellectual disabilities, particularly those who experience cognitive barriers. This study aims to analyze the learning profiles and outcomes of students with intellectual disabilities in relation to electron configuration materials, utilizing individualized educational learning strategies. The learning media developed is the E-LAPD (Electronic-based Student Activity Sheet), integrated through the LiveWorksheet platform. This study employs a mixed-methods research approach, a method that combines quantitative and qualitative methods. The population of this study is three students with intellectual disabilities at SMAN 10 Surabaya. The sampling technique is a saturated sample (total sampling), where the entire population is used as a research sample. Data collection techniques through test and interview methods. The test results were analyzed quantitatively, while the interview results were analyzed qualitatively using the NVivo application. The results indicate that this study can enhance the learning outcomes of students with intellectual disabilities, as evidenced by the posttest scores, which are higher than the pretest scores. Thus, this research is important in helping students with intellectual disabilities and is expected to be the basis for developing more inclusive and adaptive learning media.

Abstract

Traffic is one of the means of community communication that plays an important role in facilitating the implementation of national development. There are three main components of traffic, namely humans as users, vehicles and roads that interact with each other in the movement of vehicles that meet the eligibility requirements to be driven by the driver following the traffic rules established based on laws and regulations concerning traffic and road transportation through roads that meet geometric requirements. . What are the efforts to overcome violations of Article 293 Paragraph (2) of Law Number 22 Year 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation. Normative legal research or doctrinal research, namely research conducted or intended to examine the content of written regulations or other legal materials. The factor of violation of Article 293 Paragraph (2) of Law Number 22 Year 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation. Efforts to overcome violations of Article 293 Paragraph (2) of Law Number 22 Year 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation. It is necessary to carry out comprehensive and comprehensive socialization activities through various media by prioritizing the rationality and urgency of the importance of the rule of law. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, organizational culture, and work motivation on organizational commitment among library staff of public senior high schools (SMA Negeri) in Jambi Province, both directly and indirectly. The research employed a quantitative approach with a cluster sampling technique across three regions Jambi City, Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency, and Merangin Regencywith a total of 132 respondents, 97 of whom were included in the analytical sample. Data were processed using SmartPLS 3.0 through structural model testing (inner model) to examine causal relationships among variables.The results indicate that leadership style does not have a significant direct effect on work motivation, whereas organizational culture shows a strong and significant direct effect on the work motivation of library staff. Additionally, leadership style and organizational culture jointly have a significant impact on work motivation. Regarding organizational commitment, the findings reveal that leadership style, organizational culture, and work motivation each have a positive and significant direct effect. Further results show that both leadership style and organizational culture exert significant indirect effects on organizational commitment through work motivation, suggesting that work motivation functions as a mediating variable in these relationships. Overall, this study concludes that organizational culture is the most dominant factor influencing both work motivation and organizational commitment, while work motivation strengthens the relationship between leadership and cultural factors and the commitment of library staff. Therefore, efforts to enhance organizational commitment among library personnel in public senior high schools in Jambi Province should focus on cultivating a positive organizational culture, improving effective leadership practices, and providing continuous motivational support.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of digital AIS adoption (X1) and operational efficiency (X2) on cost-based financial performance (Y1), and to test the moderating role of innovative organizational culture (Z). The sample consists of manufacturing companies in Indonesia. PLS-SEM analysis shows that X1 and X2 significantly improve Y1. The moderation results indicate Z strengthens the positive relationship between X1 and Y1, and X2 and Y1. These findings underscore the importance of synergy among technology implementation, efficient operational practices, and an innovative cultural environment to achieve and maintain cost advantage.

Abstract

Archive management is an essential element in supporting the smooth administration of schools. However, archive management at Al-Hariri Private Vocational High School in Tebo Regency has not been carried out optimally due to limitations in administrative staff and supporting facilities. This study aims to analyze the performance of administrative staff in archive management, identify obstacles, and examine efforts to overcome these obstacles to improve the effectiveness of archive governance. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design, utilizing observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results indicate that the performance of administrative staff is not yet optimal, as evidenced by unsystematic archive arrangement and the absence of a dedicated archive room. The main obstacles include limitations in human resources and infrastructure. Efforts to overcome these obstacles have been implemented through internal collaboration, more organized manual archive arrangement, effective time management, support from the school principal, competency improvement through training, and the initial implementation of document digitization. This study emphasizes the need to enhance administrative staff competencies, provide adequate archival facilities, and strengthen school administrative management to ensure more effective archive management.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the effectiveness of interactive learning media in Islamic Religious Education (IRE) learning at Grade VIII of SMP Negeri 3 Sarolangun. The research was motivated by the dominance of conventional, teacher-centered instructional practices that resulted in low student motivation, limited participation, and inadequate understanding of abstract religious concepts. Employing a qualitative approach with a case study design, this research involved Islamic Religious Education teachers, students, and school administrators as research participants. Data were collected through classroom observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using interactive data analysis techniques consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the use of interactive learning media such as interactive videos, digital quizzes, and multimedia presentations contributed positively to students’ learning experiences. The implementation of interactive media enhanced students’ motivation, increased active participation, and improved their understanding of Islamic Religious Education materials. Students demonstrated higher engagement during learning activities and showed greater interest in exploring religious concepts when learning was supported by interactive digital media. Teachers also perceived interactive media as an effective tool for presenting abstract and normative religious content in a more concrete and meaningful manner. However, several challenges were identified, including limited technological facilities, varying levels of teachers’ digital competence, and time constraints in lesson preparation. Overall, this study concludes that interactive learning media are effective in improving the quality of Islamic Religious Education learning when supported by adequate infrastructure and teachers’ pedagogical readiness. The findings suggest that schools and educators should strengthen the integration of interactive media in religious instruction to create more engaging, student-centered, and meaningful learning environments.

Abstract

Leadership plays a crucial role in influencing, guiding, and directing individuals or groups to achieve educational goals effectively. However, teacher work effectiveness in madrasahs is often influenced by leadership strategies, availability of facilities, workload, and teacher motivation. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of teachers’ work, identify the obstacles faced by the principal, and examine the strategies implemented to improve teacher work effectiveness at MTs Miftahul Ulum Limbur Tembesi, Sarolangun Regency. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving selected informants and respondents to obtain an in-depth understanding of the phenomenon. The results show that teacher work effectiveness is generally good, as teachers have carried out their responsibilities in lesson planning, implementing interactive learning, and evaluating student learning outcomes. Nevertheless, several obstacles were identified, including limited learning facilities and infrastructure, high teacher workload, and insufficient motivation among some teachers to develop professionally. To address these challenges, the principal implemented various managerial and leadership strategies, including supervision, professional guidance, motivation, and efforts to improve the learning environment, which contributed to enhancing teacher work effectiveness.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the moral challenges faced by contemporary youth, including student violence, intolerance, and the weakening of religious character under the influence of globalization. In a multicultural educational setting such as State Senior High School 1 of Jambi City, where 15% of the 1,054 students are non-Muslim, strengthening religious moderation is essential to prevent radicalism and to foster social cohesion. This research aims to describe the planning and implementation of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning in integrating religious moderation values, to analyze its impact on students’ attitudes, and to identify supporting and inhibiting factors in the process. This study employed a qualitative approach with a field research design. Data were collected through structured observations, in-depth interviews with the principal and teachers, and documentation review. Data analysis was conducted interactively through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that lesson planning systematically integrates core values of religious moderation, including tawassuth (middle path), i’tidal (justice), tasamuh (tolerance), and tawazun (balance), into learning objectives, materials, and activities. The implementation is reflected in classroom instruction and school-wide programs such as collective prayers, greeting culture, and faith development activities involving all stakeholders. The results indicate the development of a more harmonious, inclusive, and tolerant school climate. The primary supporting factor is the participatory and exemplary leadership of the principal, while the main constraint is the limited time allocation for Islamic Religious Education subjects.
