Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kualitas Website, Kepercayaan, dan E-Service Quality terhadap keputusan pembelian online pada toko online shopee di kalangan pelajar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 246 responden. Analisis data menggunakan metode Structural Equition Modeling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas website, kepercayaan, kualitas layanan elektronik mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian toko online shopee.

Abstract

The critical value of inclusive education is the creation of friendly learning for all students, both regular and children with special needs. The campus does not discriminate against students; all students are entitled to the same educational services. For that we need a program that helps learning. The aim is to support the learning success of slow learners, improve the quality and skills of lecturers in the teaching and learning process to support the learning success of slow learners, and provide supporting facilities for academic activities in the form of the FEBUMP Adaptive e-learning program for students to make it easier to understand the material and consult with psychologists. The method used is creating the FEBUMP Adaptive e-learning program, applied to lecturers, psychologists, and students. The results obtained are that lecturers get convenience and understanding in overcoming slow learners; students find it helpful in understanding the material and conducting counseling on the problem of slow learners; teaching and learning activities in the case of slow learners can be handled correctly and adequately without disturbing students who are not slow learners. In conclusion, this program is beneficial in creating a fair and inclusive education system.

Abstract

This study attempts to investigate the influence of perceptions of usefulness, convenience, risk and trust on continuous intention in utilizing BRI m-banking. This research was conducted on BRI mobile banking users in Banyumas Regency as research objects. The variables included in this study are those of benefit, convenience, risk and trust as independent variables, while continuous intention is the dependent variable. This study's methodology is quantitative. The sample that was utilized in this research was 130 respondents obtained through the purposive sampling method. Questionnaires with a Likert scale were distributed as part of this data collection method. The data obtained was processed utilizing SPSS version 26.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of Fear of Missing Out, Hedonic Shopping Motivation, and Flash Sales on Impulsive Buying during the Shopee Twin Date Promo Event among Students. This type of research is quantitative, using a purposive sampling technique involving 244 respondents. Data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method to test the relationships between variables. The research results show that fear of missing out, hedonistic shopping motivation, and flash sales positively and significantly impact impulsive buying. The implication of this research is to assist companies in designing effective marketing strategies by leveraging the emotional appeal triggered by FoMO, creating enjoyable shopping experiences to enhance consumers' hedonistic shopping motivation, and utilizing flash sale-based promotions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Effect of Work Competence, Work Motivation, and Work Discipline on Police Work Achievement (Case Study on the Security Intelligence and Samapta Units of the Banyumas City Police Resort). The method used is descriptive quantitative with a research population of 129 police officers and the sampling technique used is saturated sample. Data analysis using multiple linear regression with SPSS software version 26. The results showed that Work Competence and Work Motivation had a positive and significant effect on Work Achievement. Meanwhile, Work Discipline has no significant effect on Work Achievement.

Abstract

With an emphasis on the mediating function of job satisfaction, this study investigates the impact of rewards and work-life balance on university employee retention. 252 staff members from three Purwokerto universities : UIN Saizu, UMP, and UNU participated in the study utilizing the purposive sampling technique, and SEM-PLS was used to analyze the data. The findings indicate that rewards have an impact on job satisfaction but do not directly raise employee retention. Work-life balance, on the other hand, affects retention both directly and indirectly through job satisfaction. Employees are more likely to be content and loyal to the company when they feel appreciated and have a healthy work-life balance. These results emphasize how crucial it is to design equitable and healthy work practices in order to increase retention. Higher education institutions are urged to create retention strategies centered on work-life balance, rewards, and job satisfaction for practical reasons. However, just three universities in a single region were included in the study. It is recommended that more institutions be included in future studies to have a more comprehensive picture.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work life balance, job satisfaction, self efficacy, and organizational commitment on employee performance at RSU Ananda Purwokerto. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all health workers at RSU Ananda totaling 154. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with the criteria for respondents being health workers who do not have a position or leadership and have worked for at least one year. The number of samples in this study was 111 employees. The data analysis techniques used in this study were validity testing, reliability testing, and hypothesis testing using smartPLS 4.0. The results of the study showed that the variables work life balance, job satisfaction, and self efficacy had a significant positive effect on employee performance, while the variable organizational commitment had a positive but insignificant effect. These findings are expected to be a guide for RSU Ananda management in designing and implementing strategic policies to improve employee performance optimally.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of Transformational Leadership Style, Motivation, Non-Physical Work Environment, and Non-Financial Compensation on employee loyalty. This research employs a quantitative approach with a random sampling technique involving 107 employees. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method to test the relationships between variables. The results show that Transformational Leadership Style and Non-Financial Compensation do not have a significant effect on employee loyalty. Meanwhile, Motivation and Non-Physical Work Environment have a positive and significant influence on employee loyalty. These findings highlight the importance of providing motivation to employees and creating a supportive non-physical work environment to foster and enhance employee loyalty within the company. This study also affirms the relevance of social exchange theory in explaining how non-material interactions in the workplace can play a crucial role in building long-term employee commitment to the organization.

Abstract

Perilaku masyarakat saat ini banyak yang menunjukkan perhatian dan rasa sayang mereka dengan memberi hadiah seperti buket, sehingga produk ucapan semakin berkembang dan tidak terbatas untuk acara formal saja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, citra toko, kreativitas dan inovasi terhadap keputusan pembelian pada mahasiswa pelanggan Florasea buket. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa aktif yang pernah membeli buket di Florasea buket.  Jumlah sampel penelitian 200 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah menggunakkan kuesioner. Data yang telah terkumpul kemudian di analisis menggunakkan SMART PLS 3.0. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Sedagkan citra toko kreativitas dan inovasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

The primary objective of this research is to examine how career growth, employee motivation, and workplace environment impact job contentment amongst healthcare professionals at the Islamic Hospital of Banjarnegara. This study utilised a quantitative methodology, with a target group of 200 medical staff at the hospital. The selection method employed was purposive sampling based on specific standards, resulting in a sample size of 133 respondents determined using the Slovin formula with a 5% margin of error. Information was gathered through surveys, with each variable assessed using a five-point Likert scale and examined using the Structural Equation Modelling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) technique. The outcomes indicate that career advancement and work conditions have a favourable and meaningful influence on job satisfaction, while motivation does not exhibit a significant impact. These results validate Herzberg's dual-factor theory, highlighting the importance of both motivational and hygiene elements in improving job satisfaction. Therefore, management is expected to pay attention to career development and workplace conditions to help improve employee job satisfaction. This study also recommends a thorough evaluation of motivation programmes to make them more effective.
