Abstract

West Java is endowed with diverse natural landscapes—mountains, rivers, and forests—that offer strong potential for the development of sport tourism. As interest in nature-based and adventure tourism grows, especially among younger generations, the region has an opportunity to foster innovative and sustainable tourism models. This study adopts a descriptive qualitative approach to explore perceptions and challenges related to sport tourism in West Java. The research involved university students with a demonstrated interest in tourism and sports, selected for their responsiveness to emerging travel trends. Data were collected through questionnaires focusing on two key dimensions: natural potential and development challenges. Findings show that students generally view West Java as highly suitable for sport tourism, citing its natural richness and varied landscapes. However, several obstacles were identified, including inadequate infrastructure, limited safety regulations, and weak digital promotion. These challenges suggest the need for a more integrated strategy that aligns environmental potential with institutional and promotional support. Strengthening both ecological and managerial aspects will be essential in positioning sport tourism as a prominent driver of regional development and identity in West Java.

Abstract

The Social Welfare Center-Integrated Service and Referral System (Puskesos-SLRT) is a community-based institution designed to improve access to social welfare services for poor and vulnerable populations at the village and sub-district levels. In practice, the implementation of Puskesos-SLRT services has encountered major challenges, particularly the limited capacity of facilitators in managerial skills, social service delivery, and social data management. Therefore, this community service program aimed to enhance the capacity of Puskesos-SLRT facilitators in Sumedang Regency to enable them to perform their roles more effectively. The program was implemented through structured training, continuous mentoring, and capacity-building activities involving facilitators from 277 villages and sub-districts. The evaluation of capacity improvement was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach through observation, reflective discussions, and assessments of facilitators’ understanding of their roles and service functions before and after the program. The results indicate an improvement in facilitators’ understanding of social welfare service management, increased responsiveness to community needs, and strengthened coordination with local government institutions. Overall, this community service activity contributed to optimizing the role of Puskesos-SLRT facilitators in delivering more effective and integrated social welfare services at the local level.

Abstract

This study examines the use of ChatGPT as a form of digital scaffolding in teaching argumentative writing for first-year college students. Although prior studies highlight the benefits of AI-assisted writing tools, there is still a lack of critical synthesis on how ChatGPT functions across cognitive, metacognitive, and pedagogical dimensions, as well as the risks associated with its use. Addressing this gap, this study employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) following PRISMA guidelines, analyzing 40 selected articles (2020–2025) from major academic databases. The findings show that ChatGPT serves as both a writing assistant and an interactive dialogue partner, providing multidimensional scaffolding that enhances idea organization, argument clarity, coherence, and students’ writing confidence. However, this study also identifies key challenges often underexplored in the literature, including over-reliance, academic integrity concerns, and limitations in verifying AI-generated content. These findings contribute a more critical perspective by emphasizing that while ChatGPT has strong potential to support adaptive and interactive learning, its integration must be accompanied by structured pedagogical strategies, strengthened digital and AI literacy, and the promotion of students’ critical thinking to ensure meaningful and independent learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study systematically examines hallucination phenomena in Large Language Models (LLMs), focusing on their characteristics, causal factors, and mitigation strategies through Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and low-code orchestration platforms such as n8n. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach based on PRISMA 2020 guidelines, this study analysed 40 peer-reviewed articles published between 2020 and 2025 from major scientific databases. The findings reveal that hallucinations are multidimensional, consisting of factual, semantic, and contextual hallucinations influenced by static training data, probabilistic token prediction, prompt ambiguity, and insufficient validation mechanisms. The review further demonstrates that RAG significantly improves factual accuracy by integrating external retrieval systems with LLM generation processes. Recent innovations such as Hybrid Retrieval and GraphRAG enhance contextual relevance and knowledge representation. A major finding of this study is the identification of “Conflict of Information” between external retrieved data and internal LLM knowledge in automated RAG pipelines. Furthermore, this study proposes a novel conceptual framework and taxonomy for hallucination mitigation in low-code AI environments, integrating retrieval, validation, conflict resolution, and workflow orchestration mechanisms. These findings contribute to the development of more reliable, transparent, and scalable AI systems.

Abstract

The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into the elementary school curriculum was officially implemented by the Indonesian government in the first semester of 2025/2026. This policy requires teachers to be pedagogically prepared; however, schools in island regions such as Pulau Tidung still face challenges in terms of infrastructure, access to training, and digital competence. This community service program aimed to describe the implementation and outcomes of the program “AI Implementation in Education: Strategies and Deep Learning Practices in the Elementary Curriculum.” The methods included problem identification, program planning, interactive seminars, evaluation, and follow-up through the establishment of a teacher community, with 25 kindergarten and elementary school teachers as participants. The results indicated 100% participation, moderate improvement in understanding, enhanced practical skills in using simple AI applications, and the ability to integrate AI into lesson planning. The findings suggest that practice-based training can increase teachers’ confidence in adopting technology, although continuous mentoring remains necessary. This program contributes to bridging the digital competence gap among teachers in island regions while offering an initial model of AI integration based on deep learning in elementary education.
