<![CDATA[Sampah plastik merupakan salah satu permasalahan lingkungan yang signifikan, terutama di daerah yang minim pengelolaan limbah. Sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kesadaran lingkungan sekaligus mengurangi dampak negatif sampah plastik, dilakukan pelatihan pembuatan kursi berbasis ecobrick kepada ibu-ibu yang tergabung dalam Gabungan Organisasi Wanita (GOW) Kabupaten Bima. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada 13 Agustus 2024 di Aula Gedung PKK Kabupaten Bima dengan pendekatan partisipatif. Pelatihan dimulai dengan penyuluhan mengenai dampak sampah plastik dan pengenalan konsep ecobrick sebagai solusi inovatif dan aplikatif. Selanjutnya, peserta dilibatkan dalam praktik langsung pembuatan kursi ecobrick, mulai dari pengisian botol plastik hingga perakitan menjadi kursi yang siap digunakan. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh peserta dari berbagai organisasi wanita di Kabupaten Bima. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa peserta mampu memahami dan mempraktikkan teknik pembuatan kursi ecobrick dengan baik. Selain itu, kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran peserta terhadap pentingnya pengelolaan sampah plastik. Seluruh peserta menyatakan bahwa pelatihan ini informatif, bermanfaat, dan mudah diaplikasikan di rumah masing-masing. Pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi langkah awal untuk menciptakan perubahan positif dalam pengelolaan sampah plastik di masyarakat, serta memotivasi peserta untuk menyebarkan konsep ecobrick sebagai solusi yang berkelanjutan dalam mengatasi permasalahan sampah plastik.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze green accounting practices at the Nickel Mining Company PT Vale Indonesia Tbk. This research is qualitative research with a case study approach. The data used is the company's annual and/or sustainability report for 2020-2022. The results showed that the company has implemented green accounting quite well, but detailed details about environmental costs are not visible, either in the Annual report or in the Sustainability Report. The treatment of environmental costs that have been incurred is recorded as other expenses in the company's income statement. Sustainability performance at PT Vale Indonesia Tbk. is inseparable from the three triple bottom line categories, namely economic performance, environmental performance and social performance as a manifestation of green accounting. Green Accounting Practices provide effects or benefits in improving economic performance, environmental performance and social performance, but it is also undeniable that there are still several challenges regarding green accounting practices in the future.]]>

<![CDATA[Plastic waste is one of the significant environmental problems, especially in areas with minimal waste management. As an effort to increase environmental awareness while reducing the negative impact of plastic waste, training on making ecobrick-based chairs was carried out for women who are members of the Bima Regency Women's Organization Association (GOW). This activity was held on August 13, 2024 in the Hall of the Bima Regency PKK Building with a participatory approach. The training began with counseling on the impact of plastic waste and the introduction of the concept of ecobricks as an innovative and applicable solution. Furthermore, participants were involved in hands-on practice of making ecobrick chairs, from filling plastic bottles to assembling them into ready-to-use chairs. This activity was attended by participants from various women's organizations in Bima Regency. The results of the training showed that participants were able to understand and practice ecobrick chair making techniques well. In addition, this activity succeeded in increasing participants' awareness of the importance of plastic waste management. All participants stated that this training was informative, useful, and easy to apply in their homes. This training is expected to be the first step to create positive changes in plastic waste management in the community, as well as motivate participants to spread the concept of ecobricks as a sustainable solution in overcoming the problem of plastic waste]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan peneliian ini adalah untuk Meningkatakan hasilbelajar siswa pada mata pelajaran matematika melalui media audio visual kelas V.C UPTD SDN 146 Barambang 1, dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan pemahaman murid terhadap materi yang dipelajari setelah pemberian tindakan. Tes yang diberikan dalam bentuk uraian, karena peneliti ingin mengetahui proses jawaban murid secara rinci. Observasi dilakukan untuk mengamati aktifitas murid selama kegiatan penelitian, sebagai upaya untuk mengetahui adanya kesesuaian antara perencanaan tindakan, pelaksanaan tindakan, dan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana tindakan dapat menghasilkan perubahan yang dikehendaki oleh peneliti. Observasi ini dilakukan oleh peneliti selama pelaksanaan tindakan dalam dua siklus, hasil penelitian pembelajaran media audio visual dapat meningkatkan aktivitas proses belajar mengajar, dari hasil observasi terjadi peningkatan dari siklus I dan siklus II. Kemampuan menganalisis juga meningkat secara signifikan. Hal ini dikarenakan siswa sudah terbiasa, penguasaan hasil belajar meningkat. Hal ini dapat ditunjukkan dengan hasil Lkpd siswa. ]]>

<![CDATA[Introduction: The incidence of hypertension continues to increase every year and the problems that often occur in hypertensive patients are non-compliance with therapy or treatment, changing lifestyles and complications due to hypertension. This is influenced by the beliefs that individuals have to change their behavior, namely poor drug taking behavior. In addition, one of the factors that also plays a role in drug-taking behavior is the work environment. Methods: The data scale of this study is ordinal scale and uses the chi-square statistical test. The chi-square is one of the non-parametric associative bivariate tests. This means that the non-parametric test is used to see the strength of the relationship between two variables that have an ordinal measurement scale. Results: This study shows that there is a significant relationship between self-efficacy and medication taking behavior with a p-value = 0,002 < 0,05. And there is a significant relationship between work environment and drug taking behavior with a p-value = 0,004 < 0,05. Discussion: There is a relationship between self-efficacy and work environment with medication taking behavior in hypertensive patients of the Central Bureau of Statistics.]]>

<![CDATA[Kinerja adalah kuantitas atau kualitas sesuatu yang dihasilkan atau jasa yang diberikan oleh seseorang yang melakukan pekerjaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan beban kerja dengan kinerja perawat di RSUP Dr. Tadjuddin Chalid Makassar. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan studi observasional dengan desain cross sectional study. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah perawat Instalasi Rawat Inap di RSUP Dr. Tadjuddin Chalid Makassar dengan proporsional random sampling yang berjumlah 73 responden. Analisis penelitian menggunakan Uji Chi Square dengan taraf signifikan 0.05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan beban kerja tinggi berhubungan dengan rendahnya kinerja perawat, maka semakin tinggi beban kerja maka kinerja perawat tersebut akan menjadi rendah karena perawat melaksanakan tugas keperawatan yang tidak sesuai dengan tanggung jawabnya sehingga pelayanan yang diberikan akan kurang maksimal. Disarankan untuk beban kerja sebaiknya, meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang dimiliki perawat sehingga mampu mengimbangi sulitnya pekerjaan melalui pemberian pelatihan-pelatihan, perlunya meningkatkan manajemen keperawatan dengan membuat SOP khususnya pembagian tugas dan waktu bekerja perawat sehingga dapat disesuaikan dengan beban kerja perawat.]]>

<![CDATA[Latar Belakang: Salah satu pelayanan kesehatan yang mempunyai peran sangat penting dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan kepada masyarakat adalah rumah sakit. Rumah sakit diharapkan mampu menciptakan kualitas pelayanan yang bermutu secara efektif dan efisien. Tujuan: untuk mengetahui bagaimana kepuasan pasien rawat jalan pengguna Mobile-JKN di RSUD Hajjah Andi Depu. Metode: menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional study. Populasi adalah seluruh pasien rawat jalan RSUD Hajjah Andi Depu. Sampel sebanyak 383 orang. Hasil: menunjukkan Service Experience termasuk dimensinya yaitu Functional clues, Mechanic clues, Humanic clues, Hedonic dan Product Experience berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien di Instalasi Rawat Jalan RSUD Hajjah Andi Depu, Product Experience merupakan dimensi dalam Variabel Service experience yang paling besar pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan pasien di Instalasi Rawat Jalan RSUD Hajjah Andi Depu. <![CDATA[This community service activity was carried out at the Ummu Aiman Orphanage in Makassar City as an effort to cultivate an entrepreneurial spirit from an early age through creative craft training using recycled materials. This topic was chosen due to the limited availability of practical skill empowerment programs in orphanages that can support children's economic independence. The implementation methods included material presentations, demonstrations, hands-on practice, and participatory discussions using educational and communicative approaches. The children were guided to create simple products with both functional and economic value, such as pencil holders made from plastic bottles. The results showed that the participants became more active, confident, and capable of creating independently. In addition, their understanding of small business concepts and marketing through social media also began to form. This program had a positive impact on shaping independent, creative, and productive character. These findings serve as an important foundation for developing similar training models in other social institutions.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this research is to understand the significance of guidance and counseling services at the elementary school level on student development. This type of research is qualitative using interview instruments. The subjects of this research were four elementary school class teachers. The research results show that: (1) It is very important and necessary to implement counseling guidance services in elementary schools which are run directly by guidance and counseling teachers. The aim is to help students complete their developmental tasks, overcome problems or obstacles they face, so that they can develop as individuals complete with their needs, actualize themselves, develop talents and interests, and express all their potential. (2) Even though class teachers have a dual role as guidance and counseling teachers, they must continue to improve their knowledge and skills in assisting and understanding the needs and characteristics of students in their classes. (3) There are still many challenges faced in elementary schools, therefore, cooperation between class teachers, guidance and counseling teachers and parents is very necessary to accompany and guide students in completing their developmental tasks well.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to explore the role of guidance counseling (BK) in improving the academic performance and self-confidence of students at MI Hadrul Ulum Cisalak. Self-confidence is considered a key factor influencing students' motivation and academic performance. This research uses a mixed-methods design, with a quantitative approach to measure the relationship between self-confidence and academic performance through questionnaires, and a qualitative approach to deepen understanding through observations. The study population consists of 30 students at MI Hadrul Ulum Cisalak, with a total sample used due to the limited population size. The results show a significant positive relationship between self-confidence and academic performance (correlation coefficient = 0.65). Students with high self-confidence tend to be more active in the learning process and have better average grades. Observational findings also reveal that the school environment and the role of the BK teacher have an important influence in building students' self-confidence. The BK program at MI Hadrul Ulum Cisalak has made a positive contribution, but still needs improvement in terms of frequency and variety of activities. Based on these findings, the study recommends increasing the frequency of the BK program, using a holistic approach, and collaborating with parents to create a more supportive learning environment. This study provides important contributions to the development of more effective BK programs in supporting the academic and psychological development of students at the elementary school level.]]>
