<![CDATA[The aim of this research is to understand the significance of guidance and counseling services at the elementary school level on student development. This type of research is qualitative using interview instruments. The subjects of this research were four elementary school class teachers. The research results show that: (1) It is very important and necessary to implement counseling guidance services in elementary schools which are run directly by guidance and counseling teachers. The aim is to help students complete their developmental tasks, overcome problems or obstacles they face, so that they can develop as individuals complete with their needs, actualize themselves, develop talents and interests, and express all their potential. (2) Even though class teachers have a dual role as guidance and counseling teachers, they must continue to improve their knowledge and skills in assisting and understanding the needs and characteristics of students in their classes. (3) There are still many challenges faced in elementary schools, therefore, cooperation between class teachers, guidance and counseling teachers and parents is very necessary to accompany and guide students in completing their developmental tasks well.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to explore the role of guidance counseling (BK) in improving the academic performance and self-confidence of students at MI Hadrul Ulum Cisalak. Self-confidence is considered a key factor influencing students' motivation and academic performance. This research uses a mixed-methods design, with a quantitative approach to measure the relationship between self-confidence and academic performance through questionnaires, and a qualitative approach to deepen understanding through observations. The study population consists of 30 students at MI Hadrul Ulum Cisalak, with a total sample used due to the limited population size. The results show a significant positive relationship between self-confidence and academic performance (correlation coefficient = 0.65). Students with high self-confidence tend to be more active in the learning process and have better average grades. Observational findings also reveal that the school environment and the role of the BK teacher have an important influence in building students' self-confidence. The BK program at MI Hadrul Ulum Cisalak has made a positive contribution, but still needs improvement in terms of frequency and variety of activities. Based on these findings, the study recommends increasing the frequency of the BK program, using a holistic approach, and collaborating with parents to create a more supportive learning environment. This study provides important contributions to the development of more effective BK programs in supporting the academic and psychological development of students at the elementary school level.]]>

<![CDATA[Beach cleaning is one of the important efforts in maintaining environmental sustainability while also supporting the development of ecotourism. In the city of Palu, community service efforts through beach clean-ups aim not only to improve environmental cleanliness and health but also to encourage local economic growth, particularly through the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector. This article examines the relationship between the cleaning of Palu's coastline and the empowerment of local SMEs. In addition, this research also highlights the economic impact generated, both in the form of new job creation in the tourism and MSME sectors, as well as the increased attraction for tourists. Through a community service-based approach, this initiative is expected to strengthen the synergy between environmental conservation and sustainable economic development in Palu. The results show that beach cleanups not only contribute to environmental cleanliness but also provide opportunities for SMEs to grow and play a role in promoting a more sustainable economy.]]>

<![CDATA[Training on the application of Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) calculation was conducted in Dusun Putak Loa Duri Ilir, Loa Janan District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency, to improve the understanding of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and the tourism awareness group (Pokdarwis) in setting accurate and competitive product selling prices. This activity employed a participatory training method covering material on calculating raw material costs, indirect costs, and determining selling prices based on the desired profit margin. Participants gained insights into the importance of COGS in preventing business losses, estimating profits, and remaining competitive in the market. The results indicated an increase in participants’ ability to calculate COGS in detail and set selling prices aligned with production costs. This training is expected to serve as a foundation for sustainable business development and enhance the competitiveness of local products in the market.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini tentang tradisi pacuan kuda yang menggunakan anak sebagai joki (joki cilik) di Bima Nusa Tenggara Barat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis tentang ekploitasi anak yang terjadi pada tradisi pacuan kuda. Jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode yuridis empiris atau sosiological. Pendekatan yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan undang-undang dan pendekatan fenomenologi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas pacuan kuda yang melibatkan anak sebagai joki adalah adanya ekploitasi ekonomi. Dimana anak-anak diarahkan untuk menjadi joki dengan harapan mendapatkan imbalan/upah. Anak-anak melakukan aktivitas sebagai joki menggadaikan nyawa karena hal tersebut sangat berbahaya baik secara fisik maupun psikis anak. Dalam perspektif sejarah, pacuan kuda di Bima tidak menggunakan anak-anak sebagai joki. Namun seiring waktu karena dipengaruhi oleh aktivitas perjudian, anak-anak menjadi pilihan terbaik agar kuda dapat berlari kencang. Keterlibatan anak menjadi joki menyebabkan permasalahan laten di masyarakat. Seperti adanya eksploitasi anak untuk meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga, sehingga hak dasar anak yang lain terabaikan. Berdasarkan analisis perspektif hukum Islam dan Hukum positif diketahui bahwa hak-hak anak yang lalai dalam pemenuhannya adalah: (1) Pendidikan formal yang terbengkalai; (2) rentan mengalami kecelakaan/luka fisik. Orang tua yang seharusnya memiliki kewajiban untuk memenuhi kebutuhan anak, bukan sebaliknya. Menempatkan anak sebagai pekerja sama halnya dengan mengabaikan kewajiban orang tua, serta mendzolimi anak karena memberikan beban berlebihan yang tidak sesuai dengan usianya. <![CDATA[Diabetes melitus tipe 2 merupakan masalah kesehatan global yang semakin meningkat. Penyakit ini ditandai dengan peningkatan kadar gula darah dalam jangka panjang yang dapat menyebabkan berbagai komplikasi serius, seperti penyakit jantung, stroke, kerusakan ginjal, dan kebutaan. Pengelolaan kadar gula darah yang baik sangat penting untuk mencegah dan memperlambat perkembangan komplikasi tersebut. Penatalaksanaan DM terdiri dari pengelolaan farmakologis dan nonfarmakologis. Pengobatan farmakologis jangka panjang, pemakaian sediaan obat anti glikemik banyak menimbulkan efek samping sehingga diperlukan adanya pengobatan non farmakologi yang lebih efektif dan aman seperti pemberian rebusan kayu manis. Tujuan Studi kasus ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui “Efektivitas rebusan kayu manis terhadap penurunan kadar gula darah pada klien dengan Diabetes Melitus tipe 2 di puskesmas suela”. Metode: Deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode studi kasus. Dari hasil implementasi yang sudah dilakukan peneliti pada Ny. F selama 3 hari berturut turut didapatkan bahwa sesudah pemberian rebusan kayu manis didapatkan hasil kadar glukosa darah pada Ny. F menurun. Kesimpulan dari penelitian Pemberian rebusan kayu manis efektif dalam menurunkan gula darah pada pasien Diabete Melitus Tipe 2.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to examine the influence of omnichannel strategy, chatbot responsiveness, and same-day delivery on customer satisfaction within the context of metaverse commerce. Using a quantitative approach with regression analysis, the study focuses on a case study of two e-commerce platforms, Bukalapak and Zalora. Data was collected through online questionnaires from a sample population of 300 people in Samarinda and its surrounding areas who have used these three services. The analysis method used was a combination of SEM-PLS. The research findings show that all three independent variables—omnichannel strategy, chatbot responsiveness, and same-day delivery—have a significant influence on customer satisfaction. All alternative hypotheses were accepted. Among the three variables, same-day delivery showed the strongest influence, indicating that delivery speed is a crucial factor for customers. Meanwhile, chatbot responsiveness and omnichannel strategy also had a positive influence, although their impact was smaller compared to same-day delivery. The model was able to explain a large portion of the variation in customer satisfaction. The implications of these findings suggest that companies like Bukalapak and Zalora need to prioritize delivery services to improve customer satisfaction. The results of this study can serve as a guide for optimizing omnichannel strategies, chatbots, and logistics. It is also recommended that future research includes additional variables and uses qualitative methods to provide a more comprehensive understanding.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of writing this journal is to determine the existence of working capital, receivables that are focused on the results of financial performance produced based on financial ratios as a calculation tool in cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover, and inventory turnover which determines how much affects the results of financial performance to obtain company profitability so that the company has the finances to obtain company assets with Asset turnover (ROA). This journal research method is carried out using quantitative methods using descriptive research. The population in this analysis is a financial statement to determine the feasibility of financial performance in a company. The research sample is the entire population or what is often referred to as a saturated sample. The method used in collecting this data is to use literature study research and related research results. The results of previous research show that capital and receivables have a significant effect on the financial performance of how a company can manage capital and receivables as a source of company income in carrying out company activities, and financial statements are carried out using financial ratio calculation tools as a form of improvement and if the output in the financial statements can meet the company's obligations to pay the passiva of the company's assets that determine the size and The company's small profitability so that it can be a transparent decision making on the feasibility of financial performance in a company.]]>

<![CDATA[Minat beli yang terbentuk pada diri individu dipengaruhi oleh strategi pemasaran yang baik pada suatu produk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruhi antara strategi pemasaran terhadap minat beli konsumen dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini sebanyak 119 orang pengguna produk wardah di Kota Samarinda dengan kriteria responden yaitu individu yang pernah menggunakan produk wardah dan individu yang saat ini masih menggunakan produk wardah. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode penyebaran kuesioner yang berisikan skala strategi pemasaran dan minat beli. Analisis data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran memiliki pengaruh yang positif signifikan terhadap minat beli (F = 312.933 > F-tabel = 3.92, R² = 0.728, p < 0.01). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik dan menarik strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan pada suatu produk, maka semakin tinggi pula minat beli yang muncul pada diri individu.]]>

<![CDATA[This study uses a quantitative approach, the population of this study is all reports of murabahah financing in 2016-April 2021, the instrument used is documentation. The results of this study indicate that partially inflation has no significant effect on Murabahah Financing for the period 2016 to April 2021. The Tcount value of inflation is smaller than Ttable (-0.986 <2.017) and a significance value greater than a (0.05) indicates that inflation does not have a significant effect on Murabahah Financing in the period 2016 to April 2021, and the BI Rate does not have a significant effect on Murabahah Financing for the period 2016 to April 2021, this is proven by the Tcount value of inflation which is smaller than the Ttable value (1.734<2.017) and the significance value which is greater than a (0.05) i.e. (0.088>0.05) indicates that the BI Rate has no significant effect on Murabahah Financing in the 2016 – April 2021 period. Simultaneously or together, Inflation and the BI Rate have a significant positive effect. on Murabahah Financing for the period 2016 to April 2021. The magnitude of the influence of Inflation and the BI Rate is together with Murabahah Financing, the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R) is 0.88 or 88%, while the remaining 12% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.]]>
