Abstract

Minat beli yang terbentuk pada diri individu dipengaruhi oleh strategi pemasaran yang baik pada suatu produk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruhi antara strategi pemasaran terhadap minat beli konsumen dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini sebanyak 119 orang pengguna produk wardah di Kota Samarinda dengan kriteria responden yaitu individu yang pernah menggunakan produk wardah dan individu yang saat ini masih menggunakan produk wardah. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode penyebaran kuesioner yang berisikan skala strategi pemasaran dan minat beli. Analisis data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran memiliki pengaruh yang positif signifikan terhadap minat beli (F = 312.933 > F-tabel = 3.92, R² = 0.728, p < 0.01). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik dan menarik strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan pada suatu produk, maka semakin tinggi pula minat beli yang muncul pada diri individu.

Abstract

This study uses a quantitative approach, the population of this study is all reports of murabahah financing in 2016-April 2021, the instrument used is documentation. The results of this study indicate that partially inflation has no significant effect on Murabahah Financing for the period 2016 to April 2021. The Tcount value of inflation is smaller than Ttable (-0.986 <2.017) and a significance value greater than a (0.05) indicates that inflation does not have a significant effect on Murabahah Financing in the period 2016 to April 2021, and the BI Rate does not have a significant effect on Murabahah Financing for the period 2016 to April 2021, this is proven by the Tcount value of inflation which is smaller than the Ttable value (1.734<2.017) and the significance value which is greater than a (0.05) i.e. (0.088>0.05) indicates that the BI Rate has no significant effect on Murabahah Financing in the 2016 – April 2021 period. Simultaneously or together, Inflation and the BI Rate have a significant positive effect. on Murabahah Financing for the period 2016 to April 2021. The magnitude of the influence of Inflation and the BI Rate is together with Murabahah Financing, the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R) is 0.88 or 88%, while the remaining 12% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the impact of Zakat, Infak, and Shadaqah (ZIS) on the macroeconomy (poverty, unemployment, HDI, Gini ratio, and GDP) in Indonesia and to evaluate the effectiveness of BAZNAS's management of ZIS in reducing poverty and enhancing community welfare. Data from 29 provinces in Indonesia were analyzed using a combination of econometric models, including Fixed Effect Models (FEM) and Random Effect Models (REM), to account for both time-invariant and time-varying factors. The research also employed regression analysis to determine the impact of ZIS on various economic and social variables. The results show that ZIS has a significant impact on various economic and social aspects. ZIS can explain 99.8% of GDP variability, indicating a substantial contribution to economic growth. Additionally, ZIS significantly impacts unemployment (11.6%), poverty (4.3%), and income inequality (96.6%). Finally, ZIS shows a very strong positive impact on the Human Development Index (HDI) with an adjusted R-squared of 98.7%. However, the results also indicate that other factors influence unemployment and poverty, requiring additional approaches to address these issues. Overall, ZIS can be an effective strategy for improving community welfare and reducing social inequality.

Abstract

Community service aims to provide an understanding of clean and healthy living behavior to the community. Through socialization that has been carried out well, participants are given knowledge about the steps for healthy living so that personal awareness is formed, the family and all its members are able to help themselves in the health sector and have an active role in community activities. Interactive and participatory counseling methods are used to invite participants to be actively involved in learning. Before the socialization, participants filled out a questionnaire to measure their understanding and attitudes regarding clean living. The results of the questionnaire are the basis for an initial evaluation to determine the level of knowledge and awareness of participants before socialization is carried out. After socialization, participants were asked to fill out the same questionnaire to evaluate changes in their understanding, attitude and readiness towards clean living. The evaluation results showed a significant increase in participants' understanding of the steps for living a life that maintains cleanliness and meets health standards. This evaluation provides an indication that the PHBS socialization has had a positive impact on participants in increasing their awareness and preparedness for fires. As a further step, it is necessary to carry out regular monitoring and evaluation to ensure the continuity of the understanding and attitudes that have been improved by participants. Collaboration with related parties such as village or sub-district officials and health services can also strengthen efforts to improve the level of public health.

Abstract

Direktorat Jenderal Pajak (DJP) menghimbau seluruh wajib pajak untuk melakukan pemadanan Nomor Induk Kependudukan (NIK) sebagai identitas Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak (NPWP). Pemadanan NIK dan NPWP akan berlaku mulai 1 Juli 2024. Sesuai Pasal 2 Undang-Undang Nomor 7 Tahun 2021 tentang Harmonisasi Peraturan Perpajakan yang secara teknis diatur melalui PMK Nomor 112/PMK.03/2022 tentang Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak bagi wajib pajak orang pribadi, wajib pajak badan, dan wajib pajak instansi pemerintahan yang mengatur mengenai kebijakan integrasi NIK dan NPWP bagi wajib pajak. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dalam rangka pengenalan, implementasi dan meningkatkan pemahaman mengenai pajak penghasilan orang pribadi untuk melaporkannya dalam SPT Tahunan. Serta menambah pengetahuan wajib pajak terhadap PP nomor 58 Tahun 2023 bagi wajib pajak di wilayah Kecamatan Marpoyan Damai, Pekanbaru. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah worskop edukasi dan pelatihan mengenai wajib pajak, pemandanan NIK-NPWP, pelaporan SPT tahunan wajib pajak pribadi dan PP No. 58 tahun 2023. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah pemahaman peserta dalam pelaksanaan pemadanan NIK – NPWP serta Pelaporan SPT Tahunan Wajib Pajak Pribadi dimana peserta terlibat aktif selama kegiatan berlangsung.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the understanding and implementation of religious moderation values among converts (muallaf) in the indigenous Papuan community who continue their education at IAIN Sorong. The background of this research stems from the dynamics of religious life in the digital era, which requires society to adopt a moderate, open, and tolerant attitude in responding to diversity. This research employed a qualitative approach using interviews, observations, and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs). The participants included community members from Klalin 1 and Maibo Villages, Aimas District, Southwest Papua Province. The findings indicate that the understanding and practice of religious moderation among the muallaf community have been relatively well established. This is reflected in their mutual respect across religious differences, the tradition of visiting each other during major religious celebrations, and openness in social interactions while maintaining their respective faiths. Moreover, local customary values play a significant role as a medium for maintaining interreligious harmony. Thus, religious moderation in the muallaf villages of Papua can be understood as a perspective, attitude, and religious behavior that balances personal conviction with respect for others’ beliefs. These findings highlight that the practice of religious moderation has become an integral part of community life and serves as a crucial foundation for strengthening harmony, tolerance, and unity in Southwest Papua.

Abstract

Purpose – The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of job promotion on the performance of millennial employees in the banking sector, particularly at Bank BRI KC Maros, and to understand the extent to which millennial employees interest in job promotion affects their motivation and performance in the work environment. Method – This study uses a quantitative approach with a simple linear regression analysis method. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to employees of Bank BRI KC Maros, then processed using SPSS version 25 to test the validity, reliability, and influence between the variables of promotion and employee performance. Findings – The results of the study indicate that promotion does not have a significant effect on employee performance at Bank BRI KC Maros. These findings indicate that millennial employees continue to work with high dedication even without the prospect of promotion, reflecting their intrinsic motivation and professionalism in carrying out their duties. Practical implications – The practical implication of this study is that banking management needs to pay more attention to the intrinsic motivation and self-development factors of millennial employees, rather than focusing solely on job promotions as a form of reward. Training programs, flexible career development, and a work environment that supports work-life balance can improve the performance and loyalty of millennial employees. Originality/value – The original value of this research lies in its focus on the behavior and motivation of millennial employees in the Indonesian banking sector, which shows that performance is more influenced by intrinsic motivation than by opportunities for promotion.
