Abstract

The Baitul Maal Unisba (BMU) organization faces obstacles in the form of suboptimal service so that researchers have initiated improvements to the website-based information system and make the information system a knowledge management strategy at the BMU institution. This study aims to provide an overview of the design of a better information system and utilize the information system that has been designed as a knowledge management strategy. Qualitative methods with a case study approach have been used in this study. The results of the study indicate that the design of a better service information system with reference to the evaluation results is carried out using the WordPress service at the address www.baitulmaalunisba.wordpress.com. The design can then be utilized in the knowledge management (KM) implementation plan in the BMU organization, namely as a form of codification strategy and as a technology component at the combination stage. To realize this, the website manager uploads knowledge content, adds special KM features to the website content section, encourages organizational human resources to read and respond to the knowledge content that has been uploaded and improves the search feature on the website to make it easier for website visitors to access information and knowledge.

Abstract

Background: Digital-based service quality is an encouragement for consumers to establish strong bonds with the company in the long term. Challenges in hospital service quality and the effectiveness of healthcare applications must be addressed to improve patient loyalty and ensure hospital sustainability. Objective: To determine the effect of service quality and application quality on patient loyalty at the Cicendo Eye Center Hospital, Bandung. Methods: The research method used is descriptive verification. The sample of this study used the purposive sampling technique, where the number of samples was 159 people selected based on criteria.  Primary data were collected through questionnaires. Data processing uses regression to test the hypothesis, F-test. Results: The findings show that service quality is rated at a moderate level, application quality is rated at a low level, and patient loyalty at Cicendo Eye Center Hospital, Bandung is also rated at a moderate level. Conclusion: Data gathered under joint testing reveal that measures of service quality and application quality demonstrate a statistically significant positive interaction; each remains influential in its own right. In light of that outcome, the two factors can be said to sway patient loyalty. Given these findings, hospital administrators are urged to reassess their information systems in order to bolster user perception and overall satisfaction..

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to evaluate the feasibility of developing the Bandung Geriatric Centre (BGC) Primary Clinic, which focuses on holistic health services for the elderly, given the increasing elderly population and the complexity of their health needs. Methodology/approach: This study was conducted with a quantitative approach using demographic data, market analysis, location study, technology evaluation, government regulation review, and financial projections. Analyses covered market, operational, human resources, legal, and financial aspects. Results/findings: The results show that the development of BGC is feasible. The market aspect shows good growth potential, the strategic location supports operations, the medical personnel fulfill the service needs, and the legality is in accordance with regulations. From a financial perspective, the project showed a positive value with a Payback Period of 4.03 years, NPV of IDR 428.8 million, and IRR of 15.73%. Conclusion: Bandung Geriatric Centre (BGC) Primary Clinic is considered feasible to develop based on the analysis of market, operational, human resources, legal, and financial aspects, with large market potential, strategic location, availability of sufficient human resources, legal compliance, and profitable financial projections. Limitations: This study remains valid despite the limitations of reliance on secondary data, the scope of competitor analysis being limited to a 2.5 km radius, and financial assumptions that are subject to change due to economic dynamics. Contribution: This study contributes to the development of an integrated holistic approach-based elderly health service model, and is useful for health practitioners, investors in health services, and policy makers.

Abstract

Abstract. Employee loyalty is a crucial factor that contributes to the stability and continuity of company operations. This study aims to determine how job satisfaction, compensation, employee loyalty, the effect of job satisfaction and compensation on employee loyalty simultaneously and partially. The research method used is using a quantitative approach with descriptive and verification analysis. The object of this research is the employees of PT Dongseo Indonesia. The data collection technique was obtained from a questionnaire (questionnaire) and data processing using the IBM SPSS version 26 program application. The conclusions of this study are (i) the job satisfaction variable is classified in the very good category as measured by the dimensions of work, working conditions, appropriate pay, and coworkers, (ii) the compensation variable is classified in the very good category as measured by the dimensions of financial and non-financial compensation, (iii) the employee loyalty variable is classified in the very good category as measured by the dimensions of obeying the rules, responsibility to the company, and willingness to cooperate, (iv) job satisfaction affects employee loyalty, (v) compensation affects employee loyalty, and (vi) job satisfaction and compensation affect employee loyalty. Abstrak. Loyalitas karyawan merupakan faktor krusial yang berkontribusi pada stabilitas dan keberlangsungan operasi perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kepuasan kerja, kompensasi, loyalitas karyawan, pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan kompensasi terhadap loyalitas karyawan secara simultan dan parsial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif. Objek penelitian ini merupakan karyawan PT Dongseo Indonesia. Teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh dari kuesioner (angket) dan pengolahan data menggunakan aplikasi program IBM SPSS versi 26. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah (i) variabel kepuasan kerja tergolong dalam kategori sangat baik yang diukur dengan dimensi pekerjaan, kondisi kerja, upah yang pantas, dan rekan kerja, (ii) variabel kompensasi tergolong dalam kategori sangat baik yang diukur dengan dimensi kompensasi finansial dan non-finansial, (iii) variabel loyalitas karyawan tergolong dalam kategori sangat baik yang diukur dengan dimensi taat peraturan, tanggung jawab pada perusahaan, dan kemauan untuk bekerja sama, (iv) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas karyawan, (v) kompensasi berpengarub terhadap loyalitas karyawan, dan (vi) kepuasan kerja dan kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas karyawan.

Abstract

Berdasarkan pengalaman peneliti siswa kelas II, lemah dalam perkalian dan pembagian agar siswa kelas SD Negeri Cipedak 06 Pagi Kecamatan Jagakarsa Jakarta Selatan tidak mengalami kelemahan serupa maka perubahan pendekatan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan alat peraga. Hasil belajar digunakan guru untuk dijadikan ukuran atau criteria dalam mencapai suatu tujuan pembelajaran. Hal ini dapat tercapai apabila siswa sudah memahami belajar dengan diiringi oleh perubahan tingkah laku yang lebih baik lagi. Akan tetapi, hasil belajar matematika siswa pada umumnya belum menunjukkan hasil yang sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Untuk itu, perlu ada kreativitas dari guru untuk menciptakan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan dan mudah dimengerti oleh siswa. Salah satunya pembelajaran dengan menggunakan alat peraga. Alat peraga merupakan salah satu media yang dapat digunakan untuk menyalurkan pesan dan dapat merangsang pikiran, perasaan, perhatian dan kemampuan siswa sehingga dapat mendorong terjadinya proses belajar pada diri siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang pembelajaranya mengunakan alat peraga. Subyek dari penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas II SD Negeri Cipedak 06 Pagi Kecamatan Jagakarsa Jakarta Selatan. Jumlah siswa 29 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah instrument pengumpulan data. Berdasarkan dari jurnal harian siswa, sebagin besar siswa memberikan respon yang positif terhadap pembelajaran dengan mengunakan alat peraga. Based on the experience of the researchers of class II students, weak in multiplication and division so the students of Cipedak 06 Pagi Public Elementary School in Jagakarsa District, South Jakarta did not experience similar weaknesses, so the approach to learning by using props changed. Learning outcomes are used by teachers to be used as a measure or criterion for achieving an educational goal. This can be achieved if students have understood learning accompanied by better behavioral changes. However, students' mathematics learning outcomes in general have not shown results that are as expected. For that, there needs to be creativity from the teacher to create learning that is fun and easily understood by students. One of them is learning using teaching aids. Props are all things that can be used to channel messages and stimulate students' thoughts, feelings, attention, and abilities to encourage the learning process in students. This study uses a Classroom Action Research method in which learners use teaching aids. The subjects of this study were second-grade students of Cipedak 06 Pagi Elementary School, Jagakarsa District, South Jakarta. Number of students 29 people. The instrument used in this study is a data collection instrument. Based on students' daily journals,most students give a positive response to learning using teaching aids.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis model bisnis dan strategi inovasi di Wana Wisata Grand Sayang Kaak, sebuah tempat pariwisata alam berbasis petualangan yang terdampak oleh pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan BMC dan analisis SWOT untuk mengidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman dari model bisnis saat ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tempat pariwisata memiliki potensi untuk berkembang, tetapi perlu melakukan perbaikan dalam hal segmentasi pasar, riset produk/layanan, inovasi, strategi pemasaran, investasi infrastruktur, dan kerjasama dengan stakeholder. Rekomendasi penelitian mencakup pengembangan model bisnis yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pelanggan dan pasar, serta strategi inovasi yang berfokus pada keunggulan kompetitif.

Abstract

Performance is a work result that can be achieved by a person or group of people in a company in accordance with their respective authorities and responsibilities in an effort to achieve organizational goals illegally, does not violate the law and does not conflict with morals and ethics. The level of performance of sanitarian workers is also determined by and the work environment. This study aims to examine the influence of work environment on the performance of sanitarian staff at RSUD and Puskesmas in Garut Regency. The method used in this research is quantitative with descriptive and verification approach methods. Data analysis used ANOVA test with F-count, and partial test (T test). The study population was 33 sanitarian workers, namely 3 sanitarian workers in dr. Slamet and 28 sanitarian workers at the Puskesmas. All of them are taken as samples so that they become saturated samples. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, questionnaires and interviews. The results of research at the RSUD and Puskesmas in Garut Regency show that the work environment of sanitarian workers is in the high category and the work environment is in the conducive category. Furthermore, the performance of sanitarian workers is included in the high category, meaning that it is in line with expectations. The results of the quantitative test analysis showed that the work environment partially affected the performance of sanitarian workers, with a higher level of influence on the work environment of Garut District Hospital and Puskesmas. Furthermore, the ANOVA test results with F-count show that work environment simultaneously affect the performance of sanitarian workers in the Garut District Hospital and Public Health Center.Kinerja merupakan hasil kerja yang dapat dicapai oleh seseorang atau sekelompok orang dalam suatu perusahaan sesuai dengan wewenang dan tanggung jawab masing-masing dalam upaya mencapai tujuan organisasi secara tidak sah, tidak melanggar hukum dan tidak bertentangan dengan moral serta etika. Tinggi rendahnya kinerja tenaga sanitarian juga ditentukan oleh dan lingkungan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja petugas sanitarian di RSUD dan Puskesmas di Kabupaten Garut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif. Analisis data menggunakan uji ANOVA dengan F-hitung, dan uji parsial (uji T). Populasi penelitian adalah 33 orang tenaga sanitarian, yaitu 3 orang tenaga sanitarian di RSUD dr. Slamet dan 28 orang tenaga sanitarian di Puskesmas. Seluruhnya diambil sebagai sampel sehingga menjadi sampel jenuh.Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, kuesioner dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian di RSUD dan Puskesmas di Kabupaten Garut menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja petugas sanitarian berada pada kategori tinggi dan lingkungan kerja berada pada kategori kondusif. Selanjutnya, kinerja petugas sanitarian termasuk dalam kategori tinggi, artinya sudah sesuai dengan harapan. Hasil analisis uji kuantitatif menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja petugas sanitarian, dengan tingkat pengaruh yang lebih tinggi pada lingkungan kerja RSUD dan Puskesmas Garut. Selanjutnya, hasil uji ANOVA dengan F-hitung menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja petugas sanitarian di RSUD dan Puskesmas Garut.

Abstract

Research Objective: This study aims to reveal the use of BD in the technological development of HRA applications for TM management. Approach: This study uses quantitative and qualitative methods. The quantitative method uses a differential test on the variable of BD usage. Furthermore, using the HRA system, the qualitative method uses descriptive analysis to manage TM. Research Findings: The study's results indicate differences in HRA management before and after using BD. Through BD, HR can analyze data from work performance, feedback, supervision, and talent profiles filled out by employees. This can help HRA identify hidden skills and abilities of employees and help develop them. Employees who can develop their talents well can be valuable company assets. Originality: This study is expected to empirically test the implications of using BD in HRA to manage TM in the company. Implications for practitioners: This study can encourage companies that have not used BD to consider using it to manage their HR. Research limitations: This study does not quantitatively test the effect of HRA on company performance but only uses the best practices of the companies that are respondents.
