Abstract

Abstract. Service performance is an activity carried out by employees in providing the best and quality service to the community.. Servant leadership is needed by public institutions such as sub-district offices because in accordance with their vision and mission, public organizations as servants, especially stakeholders and leaders, can make community visits, attitudes, norms or values, opinions and so on. Commitment is seen as a value in the organization that shows that a person places great importance on his work and organization. This study uses a survey method. This type of causal associative research uses a descriptive and verification approach with quantitative data. The sample technique used a total sampling technique, namely the number of respondents as many as 32 employees. Research data collection techniques with surveys and interviews in the field as well as library research. The results of this study concluded that: 1) The leadership style of servant leadership in Cibeunying Kaler District was in a good category. 2) Employee work commitment in Cibeunying Kaler District was in a good category.3) Service performance of employees in Cibeunying Kaler District was in a good category. 4) Servant leadership affects service performance of employees in Cibeunying Kaler District 5) Work commitment affects employee service performance in Cibeunying Kaler District. 6) Servant leadership and work commitment affect service performance of employees in Cibeunying Kaler District. Abstrak. Kinerja pelayanan merupakan suatu aktivitas yang dilakukan oleh pegawai dalam memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik dan berkualitas kepada masyarakatServant leadership sangat dibutuhkan oleh lembaga publik seperti kantor kecamatan karena sesuai dengan visi dan misinya organisasi publik sebagai pelayan masyarakat khususnya stakeholder dan pemimpin dapat membuat visi, memperbaiki sikap, norma atau nilai-nilai dan perilaku, serta pendapat dan sebagainya. Komitmen dipandang sebagai nilai pada organisasi yang menunjukkan bahwa seseorang sangat mengutamakan pekerjaan dan organisasinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei. Jenis penelitian asosiatif kausal dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan data kuantitatif. Teknik sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling yakni jumlah responden sebanyak 32 pegawai. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian dengan survei dan wawancara ke lapangan serta penelitian kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa:1)Gaya kepemimpinan servant leadership di Kecamatan Cibeunying Kaler Kota Bandung dalam kategori baik.2)Komitmen kerja pegawai Kecamatan Cibeunying Kaler dalam kategori baik.3)Kinerja pelayanan pegawai Kecamatan Cibeunying Kaler dalam kategori baik.4)Servant leadership mempengaruhi kinerja pelayanan pegawai Kecamatan Cibeunying Kaler 5)Komitmen kerja mempengaruhi kinerja pelayanan pegawai Kecamatan Cibeunying Kaler.6)Servant leadership dan komitmen kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pelayanan pegawai Kecamatan Cibeunying Kaler.

Abstract

ABSTRACK. The research that the author makes has the aims of:1) Exploring the analysis of the work environment at the Daarut Tauhiid Foundation. 2) Analyze the work competence of the Daarut Tauhiid Foundation. 3) Analyze the performance of employees at the Daarut Tauhiid Foundation. 4) Analyze the influence of the work environment on employee performance at the Daarut Tauhiid Foundation, Bandung. 5) Analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance at the Daarut Tauhiid Foundation, Bandung. 6) Analyze the influence of the work environment and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Daarut Tauhiid Foundation, Bandung. The type that the author uses in this research is a quantitative research type in which descriptive and verification analysis methods are used for the description. The calculation operation is to use the SPSS 25.0 program. In this study, there are several variables, namely: Work Environment, Work Competence, and Employee Performance. The data obtained by the authors were collected through questionnaires that the authors distributed, documentation, and through library research. Sampling in this study used a saturated sampling technique. In this study, the respondents that the author got came from employees of the Daarut Tauhid Foundation in Bandung, amounting to 60 people. This research has the result that: work environment of employees at the Daarut Tauhiid Foundation in Bandung is in the sufficient category. 2) Work Competence of employees at the Daarut Tauhiid Foundation in Bandung is in the sufficient category. 3) The performance of employees at the Daarut Tauhiid Foundation in Bandung is in the sufficient category. 4) The work environment if seen in this partial has a significant influence on the work performance of the officers at the Daarut Tauhiid Foundation in Bandung. 5) The performance competence possessed by officers partially has a significant influence on the work performance of officers at the Daarut Tauhiid Foundation, Bandung. 6) Work Environment and Work Competence according to which simultaneously have a significant influence on employee performance at the Daarut Tauhiid Foundation Bandung. Abstrak. Penelitian yang penulis buat memiliki tujuan untuk: 1) Mengulik analisis pada lingkungan kerja di Yayasan Daarut Tauhiid. 2) Menganalisis kompetensi kerja pada Yayasan Daarut Tauhiid. 3) Menganalisis kinerja pegawai pada Yayasan Daarut Tauhiid. 4) Menganalisis pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Yayasan Daarut Tauhiid Bandung. 5) Menganalisis pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Yayasan Daarut Tauhiid Bandung. 6) Menganalisis pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Yayasan Daarut Tauhiid Bandung. Jenis yang penulis pakai pada penelitian ini ialah jenis penelitian kuantitatif yang didalamnya dipakai metode analisis deskriptif serta verivikatif untuk penjabarannya. Pengoperasian hitungannya ialah dengan memakai program SPSS 25.0. dalam penelitian ini terdapat beberapa variable, yakni: Lingkungan Kerja, Kompetensi Kerja, serta Kinerja pada diri Pegawai. Data yang didapat penulis kumpulkan lewat kuesioner yang penulis bagikan, dokumentasi, serta melalui studi pustaka. Penarikan sample dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Dalam penelitian ini, responden yang penulis dapatkan berasal dari Pegawai Yayasan Daarut Tauhid Bandung yang berjumlah 60 orang. Penelitian ini memiliki hasil bahwasanya: Lingkungan Kerja pegawai di Yayasan Daarut Tauhiid bandung termasuk kategori cukup. 2) Kompetensi Kerja pegawai di Yayasan Daarut Tauhiid Bandung termasuk kategori cukup. 3) Kinerja pegawai di Yayasann Daarut Tauhiid Bandung termasuk kategori cukup. 4) Lingkungan Kerja jika dilihat dalam parsial ini memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan pada prestasi kerja para petugas di Yayasan Daarut Tauhiid Bandung. 5) Kompetensi kinerja yang dimiliki oleh petugas secara parsial memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan pada prestasi kerja petugas di Yayasan Daarut Tauhiid Bandung. 6) Lingkungan Kerja serta Kompetensi Kerja yang menurut simultan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan pada prestasi kerja pegawai di Yayasan Daarut Tauhiid Bandung.

Abstract

Abstrack. This study aims to 1) Analyze compensation in the covid-19 issue at the Kawasaki Sentosa Motor Purwakarta Branch. 2) Analyzing the work environment in the covid-19 issue at the Kawasaki Sentosa Motor Purwakarta Branch. 3) Analyzing work stress in the covid-19 issue at the Kawasaki Sentosa Motor Purwakarta Branch. 4) Analyzing the effect of compensation in the covid-19 issue on work stress at the Kawasaki Sentosa Motor Purwakarta branch. 5) Analyzing the influence of the Work Environment in the Covid-19 issue on Work Stress at the Kawasaki Sentosa Motor Purwakarta Branch. 6) Analyzing the effect of Compensation and Work Environment in the covid-19 issue at the Kawasaki Sentosa Motor Purwakarta Branch. The type of research used is quantitative with descriptive and verification analysis methods. In operating the calculations using the SPSS 25.0 program. Abstract

Abstract. This research was conducted on extension workers of the Ministry of Religion in the district II in Bandung. After the authors conducted a pre-survey by distributing questionnaires and interviews about work stress on work productivity, the results of the interviews could be concluded that the extension workers felt the uncertainty of information technology, boredom, lack of information technology skills, work demands, and family factors resulted in stress at work, although Extension workers are still working but if the work stress is prolonged, it will result in reduced productivity at work. This study aims to find out how work stress is when WFH is in the Covid-19 situation for extension workers at the Ministry of Religion in Bandung, how is work productivity during WFH in a Covid-19 situation for extension workers at the Ministry for Religion in Bandung, and whether there is an effect of work stress on work productivity during WFH during the Covid-19 situation. 19 extension workers from the Ministry of Religion in Bandung. This study uses descriptive and verification methods, using a quantitative research approach and operating the calculations using the IBMSPSS 25.0 program. Collecting data obtained through questionnaires, observations, interviews, and literature studies. The sampling technique is saturated sampling. Respondents in this study were extension workers of the Ministry of Religion for Regional Elections II Bandung City. The results of this study conclude that: 1) Work Stress (X) of the extension workers during WFH in the Covid-19 situation is in the High Category. 2) Work Productivity (Y) of the extension workers during the Covid-19 WFH situation is included in the Enough Category. (3) Job stress (X1) partially has a significant effect on Work Productivity (Y). Abstrak. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada penyuluh Kementerian Agama di Kecamatan II Kota Bandung. Setelah penulis melakukan pra survei dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dan wawancara tentang stres kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja, hasil wawancara dapat disimpulkan bahwa penyuluh merasakan ketidakpastian teknologi informasi, kebosanan, kurangnya keterampilan teknologi informasi, tuntutan kerja, dan faktor keluarga mengakibatkan stres dalam bekerja, walaupun penyuluh tetap bekerja namun jika stres kerja berkepanjangan maka akan mengakibatkan turunnya produktivitas dalam bekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana stres kerja saat WFH dalam situasi Covid-19 pada penyuluh di Kementerian Agama Kota Bandung, bagaimana produktivitas kerja selama WFH dalam situasi Covid-19 pada penyuluh di Kementerian Agama. di Bandung, dan apakah ada pengaruh stres kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja selama WFH selama situasi Covid-19. 19 penyuluh dari Kementerian Agama di Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif, dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dan pengoperasian perhitungan menggunakan program IBMSPSS 25.0. Pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui angket, observasi, wawancara, dan studi kepustakaan. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah sampling jenuh. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah penyuluh Kementerian Agama Pilkada II Kota Bandung. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: 1) Stres Kerja (X) penyuluh pada saat WFH dalam situasi Covid-19 berada pada Kategori Tinggi. 2) Produktivitas Kerja (Y) penyuluh selama situasi WFH Covid-19 termasuk dalam Kategori Cukup. (3) Stres kerja (X1) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja (Y).

Abstract

Abstract. The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the world of employment in Indonesia is seen from the side of workers, entrepreneurs and independent businesses. PT. Bismacindo Perkasa is a company engaged in the field of IT. The application of working from home or Work From Home does not have much impact on its employees. Since the spread of the Covid 19 virus and the government's enactment of a lockdown, all private and public companies must implement Work From Home . Therefore, this research is to analyze whether there is an effect of Work From Home on Employee Work Productivity in the Covid 19 Issue which aims to find out how it is implemented, find out work productivity and find out the impact of Work From Home using the SPSS method. This research was basically developed with a quantitative and verification approach. The sample in this study amounted to 37 respondents, who used employees at PT. Bismacindo Perkasa, West Jakarta. This study uses primary data collected through questionnaires. Data were analyzed using simple regression analysis. The results of this study are to show that Work From Home has an effect on Employee Work Productivity in the Covid 19 Issue. Dampak Pandemi Covid 19 terhadap dunia ketenagakerjaan di Indonesia dilihat dari sisi pekerja, pengusaha dan usaha mandiri. PT.Bismacindo Perkasa merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang penyedia IT. Penerapan bekerja dari rumah atau Work From Home tidak terlalu berdampak bagi karyawannya. Semenjak maraknya virus Covid 19 dan diberlakukannya lockdown oleh pemerintah maka seluruh perusahaan swasta maupun negeri harus memberlakukan Work From Home . Maka dari itu penelitian ini untuk menganalisis apakah terdapat Pengaruh Work From Home Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan Pada Issue Covid 19 yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan, mengetahui produktivitas kerja dan mengetahui dampak dari Work From Home dengan menggunakan metode SPSS. Penelitian ini pada dasarnya dikembangkan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan verikatif. Adapun sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 37 responden, yang menggunakan karyawan di PT.Bismacindo Perkasa Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini untuk menunjukan bahwa Work From Home berpengaruh Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan Dalam Issue Covid 19.

Absract. This research aims to find out 1) Employee Work Environment during pandemi Covid-19 in BPPD Bandung. 2) Employee Work Discipline during pandemi Covid-19 in BPPD Bandung. 3) Employee Performance during pandemi Covid-19 in BPPD Bandung. 4) The Impact of the Work Environment on Employee Performance during the Covid-19 Pandemi in BPPD Bandung. 5) Influence of Work Discipline on Employee Performance during pandemi Covid-19 in BPPD Bandung. 6) Influence of Work Environment and Work Discipline on Employee Performance during pandemi Covid-19 in BPPD Bandung. Research Methods use descriptive research and verifiative research by applying calculations of ibm SPSS Statistics 23 program. Sampling techniques use probability sampling techniques. The study sample amounted to 65 employee respondents in BPPD Bandung. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The results of the study concluded that the Work Environment had a positive effect on Employee Performance during the Covid-19 Pandemi in BPPD Bandung. Work Discipline has a positive effect on employee performance during the Covid-19 pandemi in BPPD Bandung. Work Environment and Work Discipline positively affect employee performance during the Covid-19 Pandemi in BPPD Bandung. The conclusion is that there is an influence between the Work Environment and Work Discipline on Employee Performance during the Covid-19 Pandemi in BPPD Bandung. Abstrak. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada masa Pandemi Covid-19 di BPPD Kota Bandung. Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada masa Pandemi Covid-19 di BPPD Kota Bandung. Lingkungan Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada masa Pandemi Covid-19 di BPPD Kota Bandung. Kesimpulannya adalah terdapat pengaruh antara Lingkungan Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada masa Pandemi Covid-19 di BPPD Kota Bandung.

Abstract

The hospitals' issue in dealing with the healthcare service becomes challenging in the current era of the millennial generation employee. This may make interpersonal working cooperation difficult to achieve. Hence, this study attempts to evaluate the differences between public and private hospital working cultures on the job satisfaction index in the millennial generation. We used AIH public hospital and AIS private hospital in Bandung to conduct the study. All employees were of the millennial generation (born 1981-2000). The job satisfaction index includes passion, salary, supervision, work colleagues, and working conditions. It has a maximum score of 75 and a minimum score of 15. P-value 0.05 was defined as significant differences. The results showed that private hospitals have a job satisfaction index score of passion (50.22±6.51 vs. 42.32±8.01; p= 0.042), salary (51.49±11.54 vs. 27.92±6.61; p= 0.033), supervision (66.78±4.82 vs. 53.32±11.04; p= 0.073), and working conditions (61.41±7.59 vs. 37.72±9.52; p= 0.139) that are higher than public hospitals. The work colleagues’ score was the only higher in public hospitals (35.81±8.98 vs. 29.91±5.94; p= 0.040). This present study showed differences between public and private hospital working cultures on the job satisfaction index in the millennial generation.

Abstract

Abstract. The achievement of organizational goals through the participation of human resources is a form of commitment given by employees to the organization. Employees who are highly committed to the company are certainly willing to give their best work to have a positive effect on the success of the organization. In this research, the method used is the quantitative method, using descriptive and verification research analysis and using the SPSS program in operating the calculations. The data listed were obtained through questionnaires, interviews, and literature studies. The population selected in this study were all employees of the twisting and inspecting division at PT. X as many as 55 people. Meanwhile, for taking the sample, the researcher used a total sampling technique so that the sample in this study was 55 respondents. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Work Discipline partially has a positive and significant effect on Employee Commitment by 27.8%. 2) Job Satisfaction partially has a positive and significant effect on Commitment by 19.2%. 3) Work Discipline and Job Satisfaction simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Commitment by 33.1%. This study concludes that there is an influence between Work Discipline and Job Satisfaction on Employee Commitment in the Twisting and Inspecting Section at PT. X. Abstrak. Pencapaian tujuan organisasi melalui peran serta sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu bentuk dari komitmen yang diberikan oleh karyawan kepada organisasi. Karyawan yang berkomitmen tinggi terhadap perusahaan tentu bersedia untuk memberikan hasil kerja terbaiknya guna memberikan efek positif bagi keberhasilan organisasi. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan analisis penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif serta menggunakan program SPSS dalam menggoperasikan perhitungannya. Adapun data yang tertera diperoleh melalui kuesioner, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Populasi yang dipilih dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan bagian twisting dan inspecting pada PT. X sebanyak 55 orang. Sedangkan untuk pengambilan sampelnya peneliti menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh sehingga diperoleh sampel dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 55 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Disiplin Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Komitmen Karyawan sebesar 27,8%. 2) Kepuasan Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Komitmen sebesar 19,2%. 3) Disiplin Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Komitmen Karyawan sebesar 33,1%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh antara Disiplin Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Komitmen Karyawan Bagian Twisting dan Inspecting pada PT. X.

Abstract

Abstract. The emergence of a pandemic has resulted in changes that further increase competitiveness, one of the efforts that can be done is by increasing productivity. Productivity is a measure of the extent to which employees are able to complete their work in accordance with the quality and quantity set by the company. Online training is a training that uses digital media that does not require face-to-face meetings at a physical location. Work discipline is the attitude of an employee's willingness to obey the applicable norms. This study aims to determine the effect of online training and work discipline on employee productivity. The method used is a quantitative method, the data obtained by using a questionnaire. The number of samples in this study were 56 respondents. Data analysis used descriptive analysis, and used multiple linear regression statistics. The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of online training, to determine work discipline, and productivity at PT. Botanina Indonesia, as well as testing the effect of online training and work discipline on employee productivity. The results of this study indicate that there is a simultaneous positive and significant effect between online training and work discipline on employee productivity. The implementation of online training is good. The level of work discipline has a good level of discipline. Productivity level is categorized as good. The author concludes that the better the quality of online training, and the better the level of employee discipline, the higher the productivity of employees. Abstrak. Munculnya pandemi mengakibatkan perubahan yang semakin meningkatkan daya saing, salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan yaitu dengan meningkatkan produktivitas. Produktivitas adalah ukuran sejauh mana karyawan mampu menyelesaikan pekerjaannya sesuai dengan kualitas dan kuantitas yang ditetapkan oleh perusahaan. pelatihan online merupakan suatu pelatihan yang menggunakan media digital yang tidak memerlukan untuk tatap muka di lokasi fisik. disiplin kerja adalah sikap kesediaan seseorang karyawan dalam menaati aturan norma yang berlaku. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan online dan disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif, data diperoleh dengan meggunakan kuesioner. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 56 responden. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, serta menggunakan statistik regresi linier berganda. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pelatihan online, mengetahui disiplin kerja, dan produktivitas di PT. Botanina Indonesia, serta menguji pengaruh pelatihan online, dan disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan antara pelatihan online, dan disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Pelaksanaan pelatihan online sudah baik. Tingkat disiplin kerja memiliki tingkat kedisiplinan yang baik. Tingkat produktivitas berkategori baik. Penulis menyimpulkan bahwa semakin baik kualitas pelatihan online, dan semakin baik tingkat kedisiplinan karyawan maka akan semakin meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan.

Abstract

Background: A hospital is in constant demand of holistic service. Different professions and different generations of staff, intertwining with different kinds of demands from all sorts of customers, making a hospital a high-pressure workplace, conduct 24 hours of various activities. This leads to disturbance in work life balance, resulting in dissatisfaction from doctors toward the hospital. From 2015 onward, Gen Y (known as millennial) has taken over as the dominant workforce replacing the Baby Boomers. Purpose: To perceive the level of work life balance from the perception of millennials doctors, how it affects the overall satisfaction, and work satisfaction. Method: This research is conducted in a hospital in Bandung, with 84 participants (chosen with purposive sampling technique). Data was collected through questioners, observations, and interviews. The research method used is the causal relation of X and Y. Results: Out of four dimensions in work life balance, life to work enrichment achieves the highest score, as work to life conflicts is the lowest. The work satisfaction rate in millennial doctors in Bandung is categorized as very good, whereas from five dimensions of satisfaction, workplace satisfaction gets the highest score, and employer satisfaction is the lowest. Research results signify the importance of work life balance in working satisfaction for millennial doctors in a hospital in Bandung. Even though the research showed acceptable results, efforts are still needed to maintain the satisfactory rate for millennial doctors. Conclusion: The conclusions from research results are out of four dimensions in work life balance, life to work enrichment achieves the highest score, as work to life conflicts is the lowest.
