Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan pelaku UMKM di Pura Agung Wanakertha Jagadnatha Palu melalui edukasi pengelolaan modal usaha yang efisien dan berkelanjutan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan secara langsung dengan melakukan edukasi sebagai pendekatan utama, yang meliputi penyampaian materi secara langsung dan interaktif kepada pelaku UMKM mengenai teknik pengelolaan modal, perencanaan keuangan, serta strategi pengembangan usaha yang mendukung keberlangsungan bisnis. Edukasi ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran pelaku UMKM dalam mengoptimalkan penggunaan modal agar usaha dapat berjalan lebih efektif dan tahan terhadap tantangan ekonomi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan pengelolaan modal yang lebih efisien serta kesadaran akan pentingnya keberlanjutan usaha di kalangan pelaku UMKM. Dengan demikian, program ini diharapkan dapat mendorong pertumbuhan UMKM yang lebih stabil dan mandiri di wilayah Pura Agung Wanakertha Jagadnatha Palu.

Abstract

Study aims to analyze the Influence of Leadership Style and Work Motivation on Job Satisfaction of Maraja Mart Supermarket Employees in Ampana. The sampling technique that will be used in this study is Saturated Sampling, with a sample size of 30 respondents. Data collection using interviews, observations and questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The analysis method uses Multiple Linear Regression. The results of the study indicate that Leadership Style and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on the job satisfaction of Maraja Mart Ampana supermarket employees. Leadership style partially has a significant effect on the job satisfaction of Marja Mart Ampana supermarket employees. Work motivation partially has a significant effect on the job satisfaction of Maraja Mart Ampana supermarket employees.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the optimization of Morowali Airport employee performance by testing and analyzing the partial and simultaneous influence of work discipline, work motivation and effective communication. The type of research used is a quantitative approach. The population of this study was all Morowali Airport employees, totaling 63 people. By using the census method, the entire population in this study was used as a sample. This study analyzed the data using multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence of work discipline, work motivation and effective communication on the performance of Morowali Airport employees, both partially and simultaneously. It shows that employee performance achievement is largely determined by work discipline and effective communication built by Morowali Airport employees. In addition, the work discipline variable is the variable that has the greatest influence on employee performance. Thus, this study recommends that Morowali Airport employees improve their work discipline in order to improve the quality and quantity of their work results so that they can achieve high performance.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to identify the obstacles faced by Sugi Coffee House in implementing the 4P marketing strategy, focusing on product, price, place, and promotion. It provides insights into how these factors affect the café’s market reach and overall performance. Design/Methods/Approach: Using a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis, data were collected through in-depth interviews with managers and direct observation. The study examines the real-world challenges faced by the café in a competitive environment in Palu City, Indonesia. Findings: The research identifies key obstacles in each of the 4P areas: in product, there are challenges with raw material storage due to limited cooling facilities; in price, an initial high price was adjusted to make it more affordable for a broader market; in place, limited parking space affects customer comfort; and in promotion, fierce competition from neighboring cafés is a significant barrier to attracting customers’ attention. Originality/Value: This study contributes to the literature on marketing strategies in the context of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), especially in the food and beverage sector in Indonesia. It emphasizes the practical constraints faced by SMEs and offers insights into how the 4P strategy can be adapted to better address these challenges. Practical/Policy Implication: The study suggests that café owners should enhance storage facilities, improve parking arrangements, and explore more diverse promotional strategies, including paid ads. Additionally, policymakers could assist SMEs by providing support in marketing and operational improvements to ensure the sustainability of local businesses.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan public speaking mahasiswa sebagai bekal penting dalam mengembangkan minat kewirausahaan. Pelatihan diikuti oleh 80 mahasiswa dari berbagai universitas dan dilaksanakan secara daring pada 11 Juli 2025 melalui platform Zoom. Program dirancang melalui tiga tahap utama, yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan, serta evaluasi dan tindak lanjut. Materi mencakup teknik pembukaan, intonasi suara, artikulasi, penyusunan struktur presentasi, hingga penutupan persuasif, dengan metode pembelajaran interaktif yang memadukan ceramah, diskusi, studi kasus, tanya jawab, dan praktik langsung. Hasil evaluasi terhadap menunjukkan skor kepuasan terhadap materi sebesar 9,0, tingkat pemahaman 8,9, dan penilaian keseluruhan 9,2 dari skala 10, menandakan efektivitas program dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan rasa percaya diri peserta berbicara di depan umum. Tindak lanjut berupa sesi konsultasi individu, bimbingan daring, dan pemberian sertifikat digital turut memperkuat manfaat pelatihan ini. Kegiatan ini terbukti efektif dalam mengembangkan keterampilan komunikasi mahasiswa calon wirausaha dan layak direplikasi untuk mendukung peningkatan daya saing di dunia bisnis yang kompetitif.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan literasi keuangan UMKM, khususnya pada pemilik "Dimsyum by Yuni" di Palu, Sulawesi Tengah. Fokusnya adalah membimbing perhitungan harga pokok produksi (HPP) dan penyusunan laporan laba rugi sederhana, mengingat pemilik sebelumnya hanya memisahkan modal dan keuntungan. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah pendampingan individual intensif selama satu hari di lokasi usaha, meliputi asesmen kebutuhan, pengumpulan data biaya, perhitungan HPP, dan simulasi laporan laba rugi. Hasilnya, HPP per mika Dimsyum terumuskan Rp 4.944, dengan proyeksi keuntungan Rp 8.056 per mika, serta laporan laba rugi bulanan yang menunjukkan laba bersih substansial. Dampak signifikan adalah peningkatan pemahaman pemilik terhadap struktur biaya, proses HPP, dan interpretasi laporan laba rugi, sehingga ia kini mampu melakukan pencatatan dan perhitungan HPP. Kegiatan ini efektif membekali pemilik UMKM dengan kompetensi finansial fundamental untuk pengelolaan usaha yang lebih efisien dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis disiplin kerja dan komunikasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Bagian Umum Kantor Bupati Morowali, 2) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis disiplin kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Bagian Umum Kantor Bupati Morowali, 3) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis komunikasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Bagian Umum Kantor Bupati Morowali. Jenis Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 35 Responden. Metode Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan jenis Non probability sampling dengan teknik census sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunujukkan bahwa 1) Disiplin kerja (X1) dan komunikasi (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh siginfikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y) pada bagian umum Kantor Bupati Morowali 2) Disiplin kerja (X1) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y) pada bagian umum Kantor Bupati Morowali 3) Komunikasi (X2) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y) pada bagian umum Kantor Bupati Morowali

Abstract

Pengaruh Person-Job Fit dan Keterlibatan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten Morowali Utara.” Dibimbing oleh Yoberth Kornelius. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh person-job fit dan keterlibatan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten Morowali Utara. Person-job fit menggambarkan kesesuaian antara karakteristik individu dengan tuntutan pekerjaan, sedangkan keterlibatan kerja mencerminkan sejauh mana individu secara aktif terlibat dalam pekerjaannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan kausal. Data diperoleh dari 35 responden melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik person-job fit maupun keterlibatan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penempatan kerja yang sesuai dengan kemampuan individu serta peningkatan partisipasi pegawai dalam lingkungan kerja untuk mencapai kinerja optimal. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi organisasi dalam meningkatkan produktivitas dan efisiensi kerja.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has opened new opportunities in the world of entrepreneurship, particularly through the use of social media. This study aims to examine how Instagram and Facebook are utilized as sales platforms for hampers by Nings Kios, a reseller business based in Palu City. This research employs a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation of the business owner. The findings indicate that Nings Kios uses Instagram and Facebook as primary tools for product promotion, building customer relationships, and effectively expanding market reach. Features such as Instagram Stories, Feed, and Facebook posts are leveraged to enhance product appeal and streamline interaction and transaction processes. This demonstrates that the strategic use of social media can increase audience reach and sales, even when managed by a single individual with limited resources. This study provides a real-world illustration of how small business owners in urban areas like Palu City can utilize social media as an effective entrepreneurial tool.

Abstract

The development of e-commerce drives MSMEs to adopt digital payment systems, yet many still face fraud risks due to weak internal control mechanisms. This study aims to analyze how the payment system is managed by the MSME Disa Olshop in Palu City as a fraud prevention strategy. This research uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological method, conducted through in-depth interviews with the business owner selected purposively. Data were analyzed thematically through transcription, coding, theme identification, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the payment system remains manual and lacks verification technology, making it vulnerable to fraud such as fake transfer receipts. The absence of standard operating procedures and reliance on manual record-keeping increases the risk of financial loss. The business owner has acknowledged these weaknesses and is considering adopting digital systems such as QRIS and financial recording applications. This study concludes that strengthening the payment system through digital technology and internal controls is essential to prevent fraud and enhance consumer trust.
