Abstract

This study examines the influence of service quality and location on consumer purchasing decisions at Ale's Place Japanese restaurant, Cipoho, Sukabumi. Service quality, which includes service speed, staff friendliness, and cleanliness, as well as the restaurant's strategic location, are important factors that can influence customer satisfaction and loyalty. This study used qualitative methods with data collected using observation, interview, and documentation techniques to consumers who have made at least one purchase in the last six months. The results of the study show that good service quality can significantly increase customer satisfaction and encourage repeat purchases. Although the location of the restaurant is not entirely strategic, the uniqueness of the concept and quality of service still attract customers. Therefore, Ale's Place should focus on improving service quality and consider additional factors such as price and promotion to retain and attract more customers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengelolaan manajemen sumber daya manusia (HRM) terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan melalui sistem reward. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi pustaka, menganalisis literatur terkait HRM, motivasi kerja, dan sistem reward. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan HRM yang efektif, termasuk penggunaan sistem reward yang transparan dan adil, berdampak positif pada motivasi kerja karyawan. Reward yang sesuai dengan kontribusi karyawan dapat meningkatkan produktivitas, mengurangi turnover, dan meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia perusahaan. Kesimpulannya, manajemen sumber daya manusia yang fokus pada Reward System dapat menjadi strategi yang efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi kerja karyawan dan mendukung pencapaian tujuan perusahaan.

Abstract

Kriminalitas remaja bersumber dari kemerosotan moral. ketika kenakalan remaja berdampak pada gangguan keamanan dan ketertiban dan pelakunya menghadapi konsekuensi hukum. Karena pada akhirnya akan berhadapan dengan hukum, remaja yang mengalami kemerosotan moral akan mengalami kesulitan untuk menjadi dewasa. Menurut data kasus kriminalitas di Indonesia, kenakalan remaja merupakan masalah besar yang terus meningkat; oleh karena itu, memerlukan perhatian. Pada tahun 2018, jumlah kenakalan remaja akibat degradasi moral mencapai 10.549, menurut data BPS. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan teknik penelitian dengan survei kualitatif, observasi, dan wawancara langsung dengan kepala sekolah untuk mengumpulkan data primer. tindakan yang tepat yang harus diambil bekerja sama dengan pemerintah daerah (Kapolres, Bupati, Walikota )

Abstract

This study analyzes the human resource development of Roti Anget Sukabumi and aims to improve the performance of MSMEs by managing human resources to achieve performance. Small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are the most important joint ventures in Indonesia's economic activities. The food industry in particular recorded very positive developments and contributed significantly to the country's economic growth. Bread is one of the alternative substitutes for instant food and is very popular among the general public because it is convenient and can be enjoyed by all circles. The research method used is qualitative. Data obtained in the study using observation, interviews, and documentation tools. Research findings show that companies provide human resource management to capitalize on potential market opportunities in the bakery industry. The increasing number of bread producers and consumers will affect the increasing competition among bakery companies. The purpose of this study is to determine the strategy of human resource management (MSMEs) to strengthen the national economy in the Anget Bread business. The conclusion that can be drawn from this study is that, given the importance of human resources in company activities, companies not only need to rely on technological advantages and financial resources, but also manage their human resources optimally. Also about the human factor. Of course, to achieve business results requires the provision of competitive and high-quality human resources.

Abstract

Kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) di Desa Mekarjaya, Kecamatan Kabandungan, Kabupaten Sukabumi dilaksanakan untuk menjawab tantangan pengembangan usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) yang masih minim dalam pemanfaatan digital marketing. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan kapasitas pelaku UMKM dalam memanfaatkan media sosial dan platform e-commerce sebagai sarana promosi, memperluas pasar, serta memperkuat identitas digital usaha. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi survei kebutuhan, wawancara, pelatihan pembuatan akun media sosial, serta pembuatan logo sebagai identitas produk UMKM yang ada pada desa Mekarjaya. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan pelaku UMKM dalam menggunakan platform digital, terbentuknya akun media sosial bisnis. Program ini diharapkan menjadi titik awal transformasi digital UMKM Desa Mekarjaya menuju usaha yang lebih profesional, modern, dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Universitas Nusa Putra tahun 2025 di Desa Mekarjaya dilaksanakan oleh Kelompok 21 dengan fokus utama pada isu stunting, mitigasi bencana, dan pemberdayaan ekonomi melalui digital marketing. Kegiatan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kondisi desa yang masih menghadapi tantangan kesehatan, keterbatasan pengetahuan mengenai mitigasi bencana, serta rendahnya pemanfaatan teknologi digital untuk meningkatkan ekonomi lokal. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif berupa sosialisasi, pelatihan, simulasi, pendampingan, dan kegiatan gotong royong bersama warga. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat mengenai pencegahan stunting, keterampilan menghadapi bencana, serta kemampuan dalam memasarkan produk pertanian secara digital. Selain itu, program tambahan seperti edukasi cybercrime, Mekarjaya Mengajar, senam sehat, dan gotong royong di fasilitas umum turut memperkuat nilai kebersamaan. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa sinergi antara mahasiswa dan masyarakat dapat menjadi langkah nyata dalam meningkatkan kualitas hidup sekaligus memperkuat ketahanan desa.

Abstract

In today's digital era, the utilization of technology is key to improving business communication, especially for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the tin sector. This research aims to explore how technology can be used to improve business communication in tin MSMEs, as well as identify innovations and challenges faced. The research methodology involved a comprehensive literature review of relevant academic and practical sources. The results show that technologies such as social media, instant messaging applications, and online collaboration platforms have had a significant positive impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of business communication. However, there are several challenges to overcome, including limited resources, lack of digital literacy, and resistance to change. In conclusion, while technology offers many opportunities to improve tin MSME business communication, the right strategy and ongoing support are needed to overcome the challenges.

Abstract

This bibliometric study systematically analyzes the evolving field of talent management within the context of Industry 4.0, employing VOSviewer for mapping and visualizing key research themes, collaborations, and temporal trends from 2012 to 2024. The analysis revealed distinct thematic clusters focusing on the integration of digital transformation within traditional HR practices, emphasizing core competencies, firm capabilities, and the evaluation of job performance. Temporal trends indicate a shift from foundational topics to more complex issues such as leadership competencies and the strategic implications of digital technologies. Density visualizations highlighted areas with heavy research concentration and potential gaps, suggesting opportunities for future studies particularly in emerging and less explored themes. The co-authorship analysis provided insights into collaborative networks, indicating a mix of well-established research groups and emerging scholars. This study not only maps the current landscape but also guides future research directions in talent management amidst rapid technological advancements.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of the 360-degree feedback system on employee performance and career development in technology companies in Indonesia. Using a quantitative approach with a sample of 130 employees, data were collected through a structured questionnaire and analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results demonstrate that 360-degree feedback has a significant positive effect on both employee performance and career development. Employees who receive feedback from multiple sources, including supervisors, peers, and subordinates, are better able to identify their strengths and areas for improvement, thereby enhancing work outcomes and preparing for career advancement. These findings contribute to existing literature by providing empirical evidence from the Indonesian technology sector, highlighting the system’s effectiveness in a culturally diverse context. Practically, the study suggests that organizations should integrate 360-degree feedback into their performance management and career development frameworks to foster employee growth and organizational competitiveness.
